Nickel is formed through the weathering of ultrabasic or ultramafic rocks originating from oceanic crust which is transferred to the surface of continental crust. This formation process took millions of years, starting when ultramafic rocks were exposed on the earth's surface. Nickel mining plays an important role in the electric vehicle battery industry and economy in Indonesia, but its impact on the environment often results in mined land with unique characteristics that is difficult to reclaim. Ex-mining land often has a Mg/Ca ratio higher than one. In addition, the soil on ex-nickel mining land is usually shallow and hydrophobic, making it difficult to absorb water. Reclamation of ex-mining land is the focus to restore, increase the soil's water absorption capacity and land productivity. With an approach to improving physical, chemical, and biological properties, reclamation technology includes the method of making planting holes measuring 60x60x60 cm, composting organic materials, and using Super Absorbent Polymer (SAP) to increase the soil's water absorption capacity. In this context, reclamation technology is the key to accelerating the successful reclamation of ex-nickel mining land in a sustainable manner and optimizing the utilization of nickel mining resources in Indonesia.

This research aims to prove the influence of work discipline, emotional intelligence and leadership style on teacher performance PAI teacher at SMAN Padang City. The sample in this research was all teachers PAI teacher at SMAN Padang City, totaling 53 people. The type of data used is primary data, namely through distributing questionnaires. To analyze the influence of work discipline, emotional intelligence and leadership style on teacher performance PAI teacher at SMAN Padang City, using multiple regression. From the results of hypothesis testing that has been carried out, it can be concluded that work discipline does not have a significant effect on teacher performance PAI teacher at SMAN Padang City. Emotional intelligence has a significant effect on teacher performance PAI teacher at SMAN Padang City. Meanwhile, leadership style does not have a significant effect on teacher performance PAI teacher at SMAN Padang City.

Dalam masalah mahar ternyata masih terjadi perbedaan pandangan dari beberapa Imam Madzab khususnya dalam hal pemberian mahar utang yang belum dibayar karena suami meninggal dunia. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pendapat imam syafi’I tentang mahar utang yang belum dibayar karena suami meninggal dunia, dan bagaimana perbandingan mahar hutang yang belum dibayar karna suami meninggal dunia menurut imam syafi’I. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu metode kualitatif studi kepustakaan (Library Research) Dengan pendekatan deskriptif analisis melalui karya imam syafii berupa kitab al-Umm dan karya imam malik berupa kitab yang berhubungan dengan judul di atas ya’ni dengan menggambarkan pendapat Imam Syafi’I tentang mahar utang yang belum dibayar karena suami meninggal dunia, dan data sekunder yaitu literatur-literatur yang relevan dengan pembahasan judul di atas. Sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik dokumentasi dan teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan komparatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa menurut Imam Syafi’i, mahar utang yang belum dibayar tetap menjadi kewajiban suami kepada seorang istri meskipun suami meninggal dunia baik belum maupun sudah terjadi hubungan suami istri serta belum ditentukan maharnya. Pihak yang mewakili untuk membayar mahar kepada istri dalam hal ini adalah ahli waris dari suami itu sendiri. Regarding the dowry issue, it turns out that there are still differing views from some of the Imams of Madzab, especially regarding the provision of unpaid dowry due to the husband's death. This study aims to find out what Imam Syafi'I thinks about unpaid debt dowry because the husband dies, and what is the ratio of unpaid debt dowry because the husband dies according to Imam Syafi'i. The method used in this research is the qualitative method of library research with a descriptive analysis approach through the work of Imam Syafii in the form of the book al-Umm and the work of Imam Malik in the form of a book related to the title above, namely by describing the opinion of Imam Syafi'i about the dowry of unpaid debts because the husband died, and secondary data, namely the literature that is relevant to the discussion of the title above. While data collection techniques using documentation techniques and data analysis techniques using descriptive and comparative analysis. The results of this study indicate that according to Imam Syafi'i, the unpaid debt dowry remains the husband's obligation to a wife even though the husband dies, whether he has not had or has had a husband-wife relationship and the dowry has not been determined. The party representing to pay the dowry to the wife in this case is the heir of the husband himself.

Research learning in madrasahs is a forum to encourage students' talents and interests in the field of scientific research. The concept of research madrasah is the development of madrasahs through learning innovations, namely the implementation of research, where students become young researchers in research exercises, with topics related to science in accordance with the subjects obtained. Prof. Mary Kellet explained that children who are involved in the research process are able to explore creativity and innovation by accessing rich resources with critical thinking skills, and analytical abilities. Prof. Pricilia Anderson explained working with children in research by understanding their views and experiences and providing rights opportunities for children and adults in the form of improving their knowledge and skills. Prof. Pia Christensen stated the importance of establishing a culture of communication between young researchers and adult researchers in understanding the world from their point of view.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh variabel Promosi, Harga dan Persepsi Kemudahan Penggunaan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian pada marketplace Traveloka. Metode penelitian yang digunakan oleh penulis yaitu data primer kuantitatif dengan tahapan uji yang dilakukan adalah Uji Validitas, Uji Reliabilitas, Uji Normalitas, Uji Heteroskedastisitas, Uji Multikolinieritas,, Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda, Uji t, Uji f, dan Koefisien Determinasi. Data yang digunakan menggunakan instrumen kuisoner yang berhasil dikumpulkan sebanyak 100 responden dengan kriteria Mahasiswa Gunadarma dan pernah melakukan pembelian tiket pesawat pada marketplace Traveloka. Alat bantu pengujian yang digunakan adalah software SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa variabel Promosi secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Marketplace Traveloka, variabel Harga secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Marketplace Traveloka, variabel Persepsi Kemudahan Penggunaan secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Marketplace Traveloka, serta variabel Promosi, Harga dan Persepsi Kemudahan Penggunaan memiliki pengaruh secara bersama – sama atau secara simultan terhadap keputusan pembelian.

The dual nature of Jesus still leaves problems of interpretation and understanding. The emphasis on the humanity of Jesus is excessive, resulting in His divinity needing to be addressed in some aspects. On the other hand, overemphasizing the divinity of Jesus resulted in His humanity being hindered, especially in the aspect of His suffering and death. The text of John 5:19 is often misunderstood as if Jesus was not God because He could not do anything on His own. This has the potential to cause doctrinal deviations. This study uses a qualitative method with an exposition approach that looks at the basic texts of the dual nature of Jesus and summarizes the interpretation and understanding of the topic. From this approach, it can be seen several points of affirmation, namely: the specific dualism of the nature of Jesus is understood based on the demarcation of context, the motivation for interpretation and understanding is one of the first steps in understanding the demarcation of the dual nature of the context, and negative perceptions of understanding biblical Christology leading to logical misperceptions of the biblical internals.

Medan merupakan salah satu kota di Indonesia yang kaya dengan potensi peninggalan bangunan bersejarah baik warisan kolonial Belanda maupun kerajaan yang berjaya pada masa lalu. Untuk menghindari semakin merosotnya fisik, fungsi dan karakter visual kawasan pusat kota lama ini, diperlukan upaya inovatif yaitu dengan cara menghidupkan kembali suasana lingkungan agar tidak semakin pudar. Kawasan Kesawan dan Lapangan Merdeka dianggap keberadaannya dapat mewakili bangunan bersejarah di Kota Medan, dengan memiliki potensi dari segi arsitektur pada bangunannya dan di kawasan inilah munculnya aktivitas baru dalam menghidupkan kembali suasana lingkungan dan sekitarnya seperti aktivitas bisnis, sarana hiburan dan wisata bagi masyarakat. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui karakteristik Kawasan Kesawan dan Kawasan Lapangan Merdeka dalam pemanfaatan/pelestarian bangunan bersejarah sehingga keberadaannya berpotensi terhadap aktivitas bisnis serta untuk mengkaji sejauhmana faktor tenaga kerja, jumlah jenis dagangan, jumlah pengunjung dan pelayanan pengunjung berpengaruh terhadap pendapatan pedagang di ” Kawasan Kesawan dan Merdeka Walk”. Metoda analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda.Obyek dalam penelitian ini adalah bangunan bersejarah yang dilestarikan berdasarkan Perda No. 6 Tahun 1988, berada di sepanjang Kawasan Kesawan dan bangunan di sekitar Lapangan Merdeka. Sedangkan yang menjadi populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh masyarakat yang terdiri dari pemilik bangunan, pedagang/pengusaha dan pengunjung yang beraktivitas bisnis di ” Kawasan Kesawan dan Merdeka Walk”.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) pemanfaatan keberadaan bangunan bersejarah di “Kawasan Kesawan” dan “Kawasan Lapangan Merdeka” berfungsi sebagai “Museum Terbuka” untuk masyarakat yang ingin menambah pengetahuannya tentang warisan sejarah di kota Medan dan memiliki nilai jual dari sudut visualisasinya dalam memperkenalkan nilai-nilai sejarah perkembangan arsitektur bangunannya, (2) perkembangan pembangunan yang pesat di “Kawasan Kesawan” dan “Kawasan Lapangan Merdeka” menuntut adanya suatu pelestarian baik preservasi maupun konservasi, sehingga hal ini dapat dijadikan suatu aset komersial bagi kegiatan pariwisata, (3) tenaga kerja, jumlah jenis dagangan, jumlah pengunjung, dan pelayanan pengunjung berpengaruh secara signifikan dalam meningkatkan pendapatan pedagang di “Kawasan Kesawan” dan “Merdeka Walk”, (4) Kawasan Kesawan dan Lapangan Merdeka saat ini dapat dijadikan alternatif untuk peningkatan pendapatan asli daerah (PAD) melalui berbagai pungutan, retribusi yang diperoleh karena kawasan ini dijadikan salah satu pusat kuliner di kota Medan.

Efforts to protect the law for buyers of condotel units as consumers from developers, the legal aspects of buying and selling transfers must be fully understood by buyers. In the process of buying and selling fixed objects such as land, houses, apartments or other properties, they are bound by an agreement. The Sale and Purchase Binding Agreement (PPJB) is made to carry out a temporary binding before the official Sale and Purchase Deed (AJB) is made before the Land Deed Making Officer (PPAT). Generally, the Sale and Purchase Binding Agreement (PPJB) is made privately for a certain reason, such as the payment of the price has not been paid off. With the Sale and Purchase Binding Agreement, there are still frequent losses suffered by the buyer. This study aims to determine the legal protection for condotel buyers through PPJB. The method used in this paper is normative juridical, which refers to the legislation and literature study.The results of this study, that the Sale and Purchase Binding Agreement has been prepared by the developer or legal representative as a standard agreement whose contents are not in accordance with the terms of the standard agreement. Prior to the signing of the Sale and Purchase Agreement, prospective buyers are usually given the opportunity to read and study the draft of the Sale and Purchase Binding Agreement with the guidance of an officer.
