Abstract

This study aims to examine the integration of adaptive learning in instructional design and its impact on student engagement in the context of online learning in higher education. Using a systematic literature review approach, this study analyzes ten scientific articles through thematic analysis and source triangulation methods to obtain credible and comprehensive findings. The results of the analysis reveal that adaptive learning supports the personalization of the learning process through the use of learning analytics, learning style mapping, and adaptive content arrangement. Adaptive instructional design serves as an implementation framework that allows for learning flexibility through formative assessment, scaffolding, and material modularization. The integration of the two components has a positive impact on student engagement, both in the affective, cognitive, and behavioral dimensions. This study produces a conceptual model that explains the logical relationship between adaptive learning, instructional design, and student engagement. The implications of these findings encourage the development of a more personalized e-learning system and learning that is oriented to individual student needs.

Abstract

This research aims to develop an evaluation model for Civic Education learning that aligns with the principles of the Merdeka Curriculum (Freedom Curriculum). The research employed a Research and Development (R&D) approach using the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) conducted in five secondary schools in Central Java Province over a six-month period, involving 15 Civic Education teachers and 230 students. The findings indicate that the project-based and portfolio-based Civic Education evaluation model with integrated continuous formative assessment can enhance students' critical thinking abilities by 34.7% and citizenship skills by 29.3% compared to conventional evaluation models. The developed evaluation model received high validation scores (4.75 out of 5) from curriculum and Civic Education learning experts, as well as good practicality ratings (4.25 out of 5) based on teacher assessments.

Abstract

 To determine the success and success of the company is the performance of employees, one that affects employee performance is training and competence. This study aims to analyze the impact of training and competence on employee performance in the Software Laboratory Center (SLC) division of Bina Nusantara University, Anggrek Campus Jakarta. The data used in the study used quantitative methods with data collection through questionnaires and distributed to employees of the Software Laboratory Center (SLC) division of Bina Nusantara University, Anggrek Campus Jakarta. The population of this study amounted to 65 respondents with non-probability respondents using saturated sample technique. This study presents the results of Training (X1) has no partial influence and significance on employee performance (Y) obtaining a t-count value of 1.756 < t-table 1.999 with a significant level of 0.084 > 0.05. Conversely, Competence (X2) has a positive and significant effect partially on employee performance (Y), with a t_count value of 5.945> t_table 1.999 with a significant level of <0.001 <0.05. For simultaneous F test results state that training (X1) and competence (X2) have a positive and significant impact simultaneously on employee performance (Y), with a value of F_hitung 54.848 l> F_tabel 3.14 and a significant level of <0.001 <0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work ability and work motivation on employee performance at CV Centra Moda Tanah Abang, Central Jakarta. The background of this research focuses on the role of employee performance to achieve company goals. Optimal performance is influenced by employee ability and motivation. The author emphasizes how important it is to create a supportive work environment to make employees feel more motivated and better at their jobs. Therefore, this study is expected to help management make better HR development strategies. Overall, this study provides important knowledge for management on how to make an effective approach to employee development; the focus of this study is to improve work ability and motivation to achieve the best level of performance. The population in this study consisted of 61 respondents, where the sample collection technique to be used in the following research is Non-Probability Sampling using saturated sampling.

Abstract

PT Rumah Sakit PELNI is a state-owned hospital located in West Jakarta. This study aims to determine the partial and simultaneous effects of the work environment and work discipline on employee performance. The type of research data used is quantitative, utilizing multiple linear regression analysis, with data processed using SPSS. This study employed a non-probability sampling approach to select 54 employees as the population. The data sources used include primary data such as observations and questionnaires, as well as secondary data from literature studies through books and journals. The results of this study indicate that the work environment has a positive and significant partial effect on employee performance. The work discipline variable also has a positive and significant partial effect on employee performance. Furthermore, the work environment and work discipline variables have a simultaneous and significant effect on employee performance. Based on the R-Square (R²) determination coefficient test, the work environment and work discipline contribute 72.1% to employee performance.

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT Nusantara Card Semesta Kemanggisan which aims to analyze the influence of digital payment (X1) and self-control (X2) on consumptive behavior (Y) in using online shopping applications. Data was collected through a survey of 72 card division employees using a questionnaire with a non-probability sampling technique using saturated samples. The method used in this study is a quantitative approach, data analysis is carried out using IBM SPSS Statistics ver software. 26.0. The results of the study concluded that: 1) Partially digital payment (X1) had a positive and significant effect on consumptive behavior (Y), as evidenced by a t-count value of 5,659 > t-table of 1.994 and a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. 2) Self-control (X2) had a positive and partially significant effect on consumptive behavior (Y), with a t-count value of 6,920 > t-table of 1.994 and a significance of 0.000 < 0.05. 3) Digital payment (X1) and self-control (X2) together had a significant effect on consumptive behavior (Y), with an F-calculated value of 68,900 > F-table 3.13 and a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

This study was conducted to investigate the impact of profitability and solvency on dividend policy in non-cyclical consumer sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2021 to 2024. This sector was chosen because of its important role in the national economy, particularly given its relatively stable characteristics in the face of global economic dynamics, as seen in the production of staple goods. The independent variables in this study are profitability, proxied by Return on Assets (ROA), and solvency, proxied by the Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR). The dependent variable is dividend policy, measured by the Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR). The research method used is a quantitative approach with a causal associative design. The study population includes all non-cyclical consumer companies listed on the IDX, while the sample was obtained through a purposive sampling method with certain criteria. The data used are secondary data sourced from the companies' annual financial reports. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS version 27 software, and tested with the classical assumption test, partial test (t-test), simultaneous test (F-test), and coefficient of determination. The research results show that profitability has no significant effect on dividend policy. Similarly, solvency has no significant effect on dividend policy. Simultaneous testing also showed that both variables together had no significant effect on dividend policy. This finding indicates that dividend distribution decisions are more influenced by other factors, such as investment needs, cash flow, and internal company policies. Theoretically, this study supports the concept of residual dividend policy and pecking order theory, which emphasize the importance of using profits to fund investments and maintain financial stability before distributing dividends. Therefore, it can be concluded that profitability and solvency are not dominant factors in determining dividend policy in the non-cyclical consumer sector.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the analysis of integrated learning evaluation in grade 5 SD Negeri 57 Pangkal Pinang. This study uses a qualitative approach. And also, this research also uses descriptive research, in which this research describes the evaluation of integrated learning in grade 5 at SDN 57 Pangkal Pinang. Based on the results of the discussion, stated that evaluation has a very important role in learning. This aims to determine the extent of students' knowledge in understanding the material that has been studied in order to make it easier for teachers to assess and measure how effective the strategies or methods that have been implemented during learning. Evaluation is also useful as a reference for teachers to improve or perfect learning activities. . Evaluation activities can be carried out by direct observation or through tests. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi pemasaran UMKM Sabun Mijel TPA Al-Aziroeh. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi, dan studi pustaka. Analisis data dilakukan melalui identifikasi faktor internal menggunakan matriks Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE) dan faktor eksternal menggunakan matriks External Factor Evaluation (EFE), kemudian dilanjutkan dengan formulasi strategi melalui analisis SWOT. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa UMKM Sabun Mijel TPA Al-Aziroeh berada pada kuadran I, yang mencerminkan posisi strategi agresif. Oleh karena itu, strategi pemasaran yang tepat adalah penerapan bauran pemasaran 4P, yang terdiri dari: produk berupa sabun padat multifungsi dan ramah lingkungan untuk mencuci pakaian maupun peralatan dapur, disertai saran pengembangan varian aroma alami serta pencantuman legalitas izin edar PKRT; harga ditetapkan dengan mempertimbangkan daya beli masyarakat agar tetap terjangkau; tempat berupa distribusi melalui toko ritel tradisional dan platform online seperti Shopee dan Tokopedia; serta promosi yang difokuskan melalui media sosial seperti WhatsApp, Instagram, dan Facebook dengan konten edukatif yang menampilkan manfaat serta keunggulan produk.

Abstract

Aktivitas belajar diartikan sebagai suatu kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh siswa dalam pelaksanaan proses pembelajaran. Aktivitas siswa sangatlah diperlukan dalam proses pembelajaran. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat melihat aktivitas belajar siswa pada pembelajaran matematika setelah diterapkan metode Two Stay Two Stray (TS-TS) di SMP Negeri 19 Palembang. Untuk mengetahui tujuan penelitian, maka yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Mixed Methods Research. Hasil penelitian ini diambil dari data observasi aktivitas siswa pada setiap pertemuan, wawancara kepada sampel terpilih, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dapat disimpulkan bahwa: setelah diterapkan metode Two Stay Two Stray (TS-TS) dalam pembelajaran matematika di SMP Negeri 19 Palembang, aktivitas belajar siswa termasuk dalam kategori aktif dengan rata-rata 75, dimana 12 orang siswa berada pada kategori sangat aktif, 7 orang siswa berada pada kategori aktif, 8 orang siswa berada pada kategori cukup aktif, 3 orang siswa berada ada kategori kurang aktif, dan 1 orang siswa berada pada kategori sangat kurang aktif. Learning activity is defined as an activity undertaken by students in the implementation of the learning process. Student activity is very necessary in the learning process. The purpose of this study is to observe the student learning activities in the study of mathematics after applied Two Stay Two Stray (TS-TS) method in SMP Negeri 19 Palembang. This research is a Mixed Methods Research. The data of this study is observational data of student activity at each meeting, interview data of the selected sample, and documentation. From the data analysis, it can be concluded that after applied the Two Stay Two Stray (TS-TS) method in mathematics instructions at SMP Negeri 19 Palembang, student learning activities included in the category of active with an average of 75: 12 very active students, 7 active students, 8 sufficient students, 3 less active students, and 1 very less active student.
