Abstract

Data were collected through the distribution of questionnaires with a Likert scale model and then tested for validity and reliability of the questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is the Binary Logistic method. The results of this study are a). Physical evidence, There is a Positive and Significant Influence on Customer Satisfaction of Clean Water at the Regional Public Drinking Water Company Tirta Jam Gadang, Bukittinggi City. b). Empathy, There is a Positive and Significant Influence on Customer Satisfaction of Clean Water at the Regional Public Drinking Water Company Tirta Jam Gadang, Bukittinggi City. c). Responsiveness, There is a Positive and Significant Influence on Customer Satisfaction of Clean Water at the Regional Public Drinking Water Company Tirta Jam Gadang, Bukittinggi City. d). Reliability, There is a Positive and Significant Influence on Customer Satisfaction of Clean Water at the Regional Public Drinking Water Company Tirta Jam Gadang, Bukittinggi City. e). Abstract

The research delves into the critical role of fostering social skills in elementary students, aiming to mold individual adept at navigating social environments. Utilizing a qualitative literature study method, it examines relevant data. The study emphasizes the vital contributions of educators and parents in honing students' social abilities, including fostering interpersonal relationships, honing communication skills, and facilitating conflict resolution. By fostering a supportive learning environment and providing ongoing parental guidance, students can develop the necessary social competencies to not only excel academically but also effectively engage in daily interactions. This holistic approach to social skill development ensures that students are well-equipped to succeed both in their academic pursuits and in their interpersonal relationships outside of the classroom.

Abstract

Improving the capacity of human resource management (HR) for coastal communities. Communities in this area have great potential in the capture fisheries, aquaculture, and seafood processing sectors, but still face various obstacles in forming and managing businesses collectively and sustainably. This activity is designed to equip the community with basic knowledge and skills in HR management through interactive presentation methods, group discussions, organizational simulations, and post-training assistance. The results showed an increase in participants' understanding of the importance of organizational structure, role division, group communication, and participatory leadership. The training also succeeded in raising critical awareness and community initiatives to form joint business groups. Theoretical discussions showed a strong link between the results of this service and the theory of experiential learning empowerment, which emphasizes active participation and social transformation based on collective awareness. Theoretical findings show that social change in coastal communities can begin with increasing internal capacity and collaboration in community-based business management. Community.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk megetahui Strategi 5c Dalam Penanganan Non Peforming Financings (NPF) Atau Pembiayan Macet Pada BPRS Gajah Tongga Kotopiliang. Jenis penelitian yang digunkan dalam penelitian adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan wawancara dan jenis penelitian lapangan kepada informan utama penelitian sebanyak dua orang yaitu account officer dan direktur BPRS gajah tongga kotopiliang. Dan informan tambahan untuk nasabah pembiayaan bermasalah sebanyak 15 orang. Hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa Analisis Strategi 5c Dalam Penanganan Non Performing Financings (NPF) Atau Pembiayaan Macet Pada Bprs Gajah Tongga KotoPiliang disebabkan oleh kurangnya komitmen nasabah (Character), pendapatan tidak stabil (Capacity), keterbatasan modal (Capital), jaminan bernilai rendah (Collateral), dan kondisi ekonomi yang tidak stabil. Faktor utama adalah (Condition Of Economy ) kondisi ekonomi, di mana nasabah yang bergantung pada sektor pertanian dan usaha kecil rentan terhadap fluktuasi harga, cuaca buruk, dan inflasi, yang mengurangi kemampuan mereka membayar pinjaman.

Abstract

Viral marketing is word-of-mouth advertising that spreads quickly via online channels and can potentially have far wider effects than just commercial ones. This paper examines how viral marketing can be used to advance social justice by utilizing its ability to make social networks that motivate mass action. To create social justice, the goal is to examine how social media and viral marketing have affected the success of the Netflix documentary Ice Cold. Employing a netnography methodology and descriptive qualitative, data is gathered using a data site. Centered on examining the four elements of the viral marketing technique on social media: content, behavioral characteristics, social network structure, and seeding strategy. The result is emotional triggers and criticism forming the presence of high emotional activation resulting in the social connectivity of the audience that creates the tag and signature of petitions as the realization of social justice. Recommendations for marketing practitioners to create seeding strategies through current issues and social movements that are not just about profit-based marketing.

Abstract

Banuhampu is a small sub-district within Agam Regency. Based on observational data, before the establishment of the State Islamic Institute (UIN SMDD) Bukittinggi, the socio-cultural life of the community was still underdeveloped and unwilling to accept change, furthermore, their income was still low due to their livelihood as farmers, and the level of education at the tertiary level was still low. Many of their children who had graduated from high school/vocational school preferred to continue their education outside the area, such as Padang, and also preferred to work rather than continue their education. However, after the establishment of the UIN SMDD College, the level of education at the tertiary level has increased. This article aims to explain the impact of the presence of the UIN SMDD Bukittinggi campus on socio-cultural changes and income in Kubang Putiah. The method used is observational methods with qualitative research, as well as library studies in the form of literature studies. In addition to the increased level of education and changing the socio-cultural structure, the presence of the UIN SMDD campus also affects economic activities, namely local residents who live near the campus have new jobs as traders and build boarding houses and other economic activities so that they can increase their income. This research is limited to the community in Nagari Kubang Putih. It also uses the theoretical approach of William Fielding Ogburn (W.F. Ogburn).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi kebijakan pembayaran retribusi pada UPTD Rumah Potong Hewan Kota Bukittinggi. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasari oleh tuntutan reformasi birokrasi dan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dalam pelayanan publik, khususnya dalam sistem pemungutan retribusi yang lebih transparan dan efisien. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teori implementasi kebijakan Edward III yang mencakup empat variabel utama: komunikasi, sumber daya, disposisi, dan struktur birokrasi. Jenis data yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi, dengan informan berasal dari pihak UPTD RPH, Dinas Pertanian dan Pangan, serta pengguna jasa. Pengujian keabsahan data dilakukan dengan metode triangulasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi kebijakan pembayaran retribusi pada UPTD RPH Kota Bukittinggi telah berjalan cukup baik, namun masih terdapat hambatan dalam aspek komunikasi dan struktur birokrasi, terutama terkait belum tersusunnya Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) yang jelas. Sumber daya manusia dinilai cukup memadai, namun masih memerlukan peningkatan kompetensi dalam pengelolaan sistem digital. Komitmen pelaksana (disposisi) menunjukkan sikap positif terhadap penerapan kebijakan, meskipun perlu ditingkatkan pemahaman teknis. Fasilitas penunjang, seperti jaringan internet dan perangkat mesin POS dari Bank Nagari, sudah tersedia dan cukup mendukung implementasi e-retribusi. Komitmen pelaksana dalam memperkenalkan sistem pembayaran elektronik harus ditingkatkan. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan agar pemerintah daerah segera menyusun SOP sebagai pedoman teknis, meningkatkan kapasitas sumber daya manusia melalui pelatihan, serta memperkuat komunikasi antar pemangku kepentingan guna optimalisasi kebijakan pembayaran e-retribusi.

Abstract

The research aims to analyze regional tax potential, the process of setting tax revenue targets, identifying factors that influence target achievement, strategies for increasing local revenue in Bukittinggi City. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through documentation studies and in-depth interviews with informants from the Bukittinggi City Regional Financial Agency. The research results show that the tax potential in Bukittinggi City is very large, especially from the hotel and restaurant sector, but has not been fully explored optimally. Tax target setting is still fluctuating and does not fully reflect the real potential available. Factors that influence the success or achievement of targets include the level of taxpayer compliance, the quality of data collection, the tax administration system, as well as the influence of fiscal policy and local economic conditions. The optimization strategy implemented includes carrying out intensive outreach, developing a digital tax reporting system, updating and registering new data, as well as approaches that provide taxpayer education and awareness. This research recommends strengthening data, taking approaches with various agencies and maximizing tourism management to support a sustainable increase in Regional Original Income (PAD).

Abstract

This research aims to test how much influence school support has on students' interest in participating in extracurricular activities at SDIT Al-Izzah Serang City. Students' interest in participating in extracurricular activities is very important because it is the initial encouragement for students to develop interests and talents. School support, which includes the provision of facilities, competent supervisors, programmed activities, as well as motivation and appreciation, plays an important role in increasing student interest. The research method used is quantitative correlational with simple linear regression analysis. Data was collected through a questionnaire distributed to 51 class IV students. Research results show that there is a significant positive influence between school support and students' interest in participating in extracurriculars. As much as 43.5% of student interest is influenced by school support. These findings indicate that increasing school support can be an effective strategy to increase student interest in extracurricular activities. Schools need to pay attention to the quality of facilities, accompanying competence, and provide more optimal motivation and appreciation to students. The results of this research are expected to provide an understanding of the factors that can affect students' interest in participating in extracurriculars. The results of this research can be a consideration for schools, especially SDIT Al-Izzah, in an effort to improve the quality of extracurricular programs and encourage students to participate more actively.

Abstract

This study aims to know the description of students' critical thinking skills in solving mathematical problems through open-ended questions investigated on the base of learning styles. The study is descriptive research employing a qualitative approach. There were six research subjects, namely, two students with visual learning styles, two students with auditory learning styles, and two students with kinesthetic learning styles. The instruments used were written tests, a questionnaire, and an interview guide. The results showed that the students with a visual learning style were able to fulfil indicators at the stages of providing simple explanations, building basic skills, arranging strategies and tactics, and drawing conclusions. Further, the students with an auditory learning style were less able to fulfil indicators at the stages of providing simple explanations. They were not able to fulfil indicators at the stage of managing strategies and tactics, as well as drawing conclusions; yet, they were able to fulfil indicators at the stage of building basic skills. And, the students with a kinesthetic learning style were less able to fulfil indicators at the stage of providing simple explanations; moreover, they were not yet able to fulfil indicators at the stages of building basic skills, managing strategies and tactics, as well as drawing conclusions.
