Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership, work culture, and work motivation on the performance of village officials with Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) as an intervening variable in X Koto Diatas Subdistrict, Solok Regency. The study used a quantitative method with SEM-PLS analysis and involved 100 village officials as respondents. The results showed that leadership and work culture had a positive but insignificant effect on OCB, while work motivation had a positive and significant effect. Leadership has a positive but insignificant effect on performance, while work culture and work motivation have a positive and significant effect. OCB is proven not to mediate the effect of leadership and work culture on performance, but is able to mediate the effect of work motivation. In addition, OCB has a positive and significant effect on performance. These findings confirm that work motivation has the most dominant effect in improving the performance of nagari officials.

Abstract

This study investigates the effect of network quality on IndiHome customer satisfaction in Pancung Soal District with trust as an intervening variable. This quantitative study used a purposive sampling technique to select 50 respondents with specific criteria, namely a minimum membership period of 6 months, to ensure that the selected sample had sufficient experience in using the service. Data collected through a Likert scale questionnaire were analyzed using the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method. The results of the study indicate that: (1) Network quality has a direct positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction; (2) Network quality also has a positive and significant effect on trust; however (3) Trust does not have a significant effect on customer satisfaction and (4) Trust does not act as an intervening variable that mediates the relationship between network quality and satisfaction. These findings indicate that customer satisfaction is more directly determined by the technical performance of the network than by the trust factor. The practical implications of this study suggest that PT Telkom should prioritize improving network quality directly to increase customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the analysis of the use of regional government information systems in preparing regional government financial reports in Solok Regency. Type of quantitative descriptive research. The population in this study was all Financial Management Employees in the Solok Regency Government totaling 120 people and the sample in this research was 120 Financial Management Employees in the Solok Regency Government. This research analyzes data using the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. Data analysis techniques are the R-Square value, the direct influence hypothesis (Direct Effects) and the indirect influence hypothesis (Indirect Effect). The results show a positive and significant influence of information quality on trust. There is a positive and significant influence of system quality on trust. There is a positive and significant influence of information quality on user satisfaction. There is a positive and significant influence of system quality on user satisfaction. There is a positive and significant influence of trust on user satisfaction. Trust does not mediate the effect of information quality on user satisfaction. Trust mediates the effect of system quality on user satisfaction

Abstract

Technopreneurship is a combination of technology and entrepreneurship that has significant potential in supporting the development of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in the digital era. This study aims to evaluate the impact of technopreneurship on the growth of SMEs in Indonesia, utilizing a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method on 361 relevant articles from various academic databases, such as Google Scholar and Sinta. Data were analyzed using tools like Publish or Perish, Covidence, and VOSviewer to identify trends and relationships within the relevant literature. The findings indicate that technopreneurship plays a key role in enhancing SMEs' competitiveness through the adoption of digital technology, which supports operational efficiency, market expansion, and product innovation. However, several challenges, such as limited access to innovative financing, a shortage of skilled labor in technology, and insufficient digital infrastructure, remain major obstacles. Strategies such as continuous training, partnerships with the government and private sectors, and the use of e-commerce-based technology have proven effective in overcoming these challenges. This study provides crucial recommendations for stakeholders to strengthen technopreneurship as a primary driver of SME growth, particularly in facing the rapidly evolving digital transformation era

Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of teamwork and professional networks on human resource development, with cross-functional collaboration as an intervening variable at the Civil Registration Office (Dukcapil) of Sungai Penuh City. This is a quantitative study. The sample in this study consists of 30 employees of the Dukcapil of Sungai Penuh City. This study uses data analysis with the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. The data analysis technique uses the R-Square value. The research results indicate that there is a positive and significant influence of professional networks on cross-functional collaboration among employees at Dukcapil City of Sungai Penuh. There is a positive and significant influence of teamwork on HR development improvement among employees at Dukcapil City of Sungai Penuh. There is a positive and significant influence of professional networks on HR development improvement among employees at Dukcapil City of Sungai Penuh. There is a positive but not significant influence of cross-functional collaboration on HR development improvement among employees at Dukcapil City of Sungai Penuh. Cross-functional collaboration does not mediate the effect of teamwork on HR development improvement among employees at Dukcapil City of Sungai Penuh. Cross-functional collaboration does not mediate the effect of professional networks on HR development improvement among employees at Dukcapil City of Sungai Penuh.
