Abstract

This study aims to determine and describe the relationship between financing management and the quality of diniyah education in Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah Awaliyah in the Bandung Regency. This study uses a quantitative approach. The data collection technique is done by distributing questionnaires (questionnaires) and documentation with a sample of 37 people. The data analysis techniques used are research instrument trials, partial analysis, correlation analysis, and coefficient of determination (contribution) analysis. The results showed that the achievement of financing management and the quality of diniyah Takmiliyah Awaliyah education in Bandung Regency showed a significant relationship between financing management and the quality of diniyah education. The linearity test of financing management (X) and the quality of diniyah education (Y) obtained a value of F = 1.611 with a significance level of 0.218, so it can be interpreted that it has a positive and significant linear relationship. This study has implications for the importance of effective financing management in improving the quality of madrasah.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of online learning management and teacher personality competence on strengthening students' character education. This research was conducted using a quantitative approach in education management with a descriptive-correlative quantitative method with data collection in the form of questionnaires and interviews. Subjects and research locations are teachers and students at MAN Cimahi City. The results of this study. This study uses the Simultaneous F-Test, which means testing the effect of the X variable together on the Y variable. The basis for decision making, if the value of Sig> 0.05, then Ho is accepted. However, if the value of Sig < 0.05, then Ho is rejected. The Sig value for Regression is 0.042 b. This value is smaller than 0.05; then Ho is rejected. The R Square value of this study was 0.105 or 10.5%. So it can be said that Online Learning Management and Teacher Personality Competence together give an effect of 10.5% the rest (100% - 10.5% = 89.5%) is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

The design and implementation of the educational curriculum must be adapted to the socio-cultural conditions of an educational institution. Therefore, in implementing the curriculum, it is better to use appropriate socio-cultural management so that quality development goes well even though it is in educational institutions that have a strong religious system or known as pesantren. The purpose of this research is to know the planning, implementation and evaluation of curriculum based on socio-cultural management in the area of pesantren-based social institutions. This research is a qualitative with the type of case study. Sources of data used are primary and secondary. Data collection techniques in the form of observation and interviews. Data analysis used qualitative data analysis according to Miles and Huberman. The result of this research is that curriculum planning carried out by MTs Nurul Iman Garum is carried out with a process towards a better direction in terms of learning and institutions. In addition, the implementation of the curriculum includes checking teacher readiness, the learning process is supervised by the head of the madrasa, there is an instillation of Islamic values in the learning process, implementing the ubudiyah program, the tahfidz program or additional tutoring. For the evaluation carried out by the MTs Nurul Iman Garum institution, namely; there are two evaluations to measure students' abilities, namely summative and formative evaluations.

Abstract

Pesantrens are often said to have received discriminatory treatment in Indonesian education politics, despite the fact that pesantrens have contributed positively to the development of education in Indonesia. But how is the Government's policy towards pesantren in Indonesia after Indonesia's independence? This article discusses this issue based on recent research results using a political (policy) and historical approach with descriptive methods. The technique of data collection is developed by documentation study on education policy in Indonesia, observation, as well as interviews. The study proves that the Government has dominated the policy towards pesantren where the pesantren policy is approved, accepted and implemented by government institutions. The research also concludes that since the inclusion of pesantren into By Law No. 20 Year 2003 on Indonesia’s National Education System, pesantren is in a vortex of attraction and interest between society and the Government. Pesantrens are treated discriminatively by the Government characterized by unclear implementation, regulation and budget allocation for these pesantrens. In essence, Pesantrens have not received the proper attention from the Government.Keywords: policy, education, pesantren, IndonesiaPesantren sering dikatakan mendapatkan perlakuan diskriminatif dalam politik pendidikan Indonesia, walaupun pesantren telah berkontribusi positif pada perkembangan pendidikan di Indonesia. Artikel ini membahas isu ini berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang menggunakan pendekatan politik (kebijakan) dan sejarah dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan studi dokumentasi terhadap kebijakan pendidikan di Indonesia, observasi, dan juga wawancara. Penelitian membuktikan bahwa Pemerintah telah mendominasi kebijakan terhadap pesantren di mana kebijakan pesantren disetujui, diterima dan dilaksanakan oleh pranata pemerintah. Penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa sejak dimasukkannya pesantren ke dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 20 Tahun 2003 tentang Sistem Pendidikan Nasional, maka pesantren berada dalam pusaran tarik menarik kepentingan antara masyarakat dengan Pemerintah. Pesantren diperlakukan diskriminatif oleh Pemerintah ditandai dengan ketidakjelasan implementasi, regulasi dan alokasi anggaran untuk pesantren. Intinya, Pesantren belum mendapatkan perhatian yang seharusnya dari Pemerintah.Kata Kunci: kebijakan, pendidikan, pesantren, Indonesia

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the quality of academic services and learning management on the quality of modern pesantren graduates. The quality of academic services is seen by five leading indicators: tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. Meanwhile, the quality of graduates is seen by three indicators: attitude, knowledge, and skills. The study was conducted at the Modern Al-Ikhlash Putri Islamic Boarding School, Kuningan Regency. The number of respondents is 61 with the calculation of the slovin formula. Data collection techniques in this study used a questionnaire. Data analysis was carried out by testing the validity, reliability, and multiple linear regression tests assisted by the SPSS application. The research results show that the quality of academic services and learning management simultaneously influence the quality of modern pesantren graduates. It means that pesantren must improve their academic quality to have qualified graduates. Learning management should be used to develop new learning theories.

Abstract

Financing management is one of the most important elements in educational institutions because it is related to the implementation of madrasah activities. The problem that arises in financing management is that financing has not been managed properly so that there are still many teachers who are less prosperous. Therefore, as the manager of madrasah financing management is required to be more optimal and pay attention to financing management and improve teacher welfare. The objectives of this study were to determine: 1) financial management at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al-Hidayah Sukatani, Depok City; 2) the welfare of teachers at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al-Hidayah Sukatani, Depok City; 3) the influence of financing management on the welfare of teachers in Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al-Hidayah Sukatani, Depok City. This research uses a quantitative approach, with a descriptive verification method. The data in this study were obtained through distributing questionnaires (questionnaires). Data analysis techniques in this study used research instrument tests (validity and reliability), normality test, linearity test, heteroscedasticity test, simple linear regregi, T test and coefficient of determination. This study has a framework in which financing management has four indicators, including financing planning, financing implementation, financing supervision, and financing accountability. Meanwhile, teacher welfare has three indicators, including understanding the rights that must be received, additional income, and the suitability of the rights received. The results of this study indicate that: 1) the reality of financing management at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al-Hidayah Sukatani, Depok City is in the medium category, based on the assessment results of 33 respondents, namely 57%. 2) the reality of the welfare of teachers at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al-Hidayah Sukatani, Depok City, is in the medium category from the results of the assessment of 33 respondents, namely 85%. 3) and there is a significant influence between the variable x (management of financing) on ​​the variable y (teacher welfare). The results of the T test show that the value of T count (3,300)> T table (2,042), which means that H0 is rejected. Then the results of the simple linear regression test show that the constant value (a) is 36.240, the regression coefficient (b) is 0.510. And the value of R Square is 0.260 and the result is 26.0%, so that the welfare of teachers is influenced by financial management, and 74.0% is influenced by other factors outside the research. Thus, it is hoped that the management of financing at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al-Hidayah Sukatani, Depok City can be maintained and improved for the better in order to improve the welfare of teachers in madrasah.

Abstract

The success of madrasas in achieving goals is strongly influenced by the madrasa climate, one of which is effective madrasa administration. To support the effective administration of madrasas, administrative staff are needed who have competence in accordance with the administrative staff standards set by the government. Therefore, the fulfillment of the qualification and competency standards for school/madrasah administrative staff must be met by school/madrasah administrators. Adequate competence of madrasah administrative staff will result in high performance of administrative staff. This study aims to describe the relationship between the Competence of Administrative Personnel and the Performance of Madrasah Administrative Personnel in Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri Bekasi City. This research is descriptive, using a quantitative approach to the type of correlation. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire questionnaire. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the competence of administrative staff has a significant relationship with the performance of madrasa administrative staff at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri Bekasi City. Calculation of the correlation coefficient analysis shows the number 0.888, which means that there is a relationship with the "Very High" category.

Abstract

Education is one of the most important aspects of human life. Education requires good management, because in it there are other individuals with different types of traits, characters and thoughts, who are both in the process of achieving the same ultimate goal, namely organizational goals. In fact, the goals of educational institution organizations are competing to become superior educational institutions. To achieve this goal, an initial strategy is needed in promoting the institution which is called marketing of educational services. Educational institutions compete in designing excellent programs that are very diverse in order to attract customers to send their children to these institutions. This study intends to reveal the strategy used by Raudhatul Athfal Cimaung in marketing educational services using descriptive qualitative research methods through the stages of data collection by observing, interviewing interested parties and analyzing institutional documents. The results of the study show that Raudhatul Athfal Al-Muqoddasah Cimaung has a superior program that instills good morals in early childhood. Where this age is the golden age of children where brain and physical growth and development grow and develop optimally. Furthermore, this study presents strategic management in the marketing of educational services according to the concept of the marketing mix, abbreviated as 7P, which includes Product, Price, Place, Promotion, People, Physical Evidence, and Process.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan utuk mengetahui perencanaan pembelajaran, pengorganisasian pembelajaran, pelaksanaan pembelajaran, evaluasi pembelajaran, faktor penunjang dan penghambat pembelajaran serta solusi dan hasil pelaksanaan pembelajaran di MTs Al-Huda Bojong Koneng Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan metode deskriptip. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan maka disimpulkan bahwa; Pertma, Perencanaan pembelajaran bahasa arab dimulai dari penyusunan silabus dan RPP yang akan digunakan di kelas dengan menyesuaikan kondisi anak dilingkungan setempat, dan melihat input siswa, kemudian kurikulum diatur oleh waka kurikulum. Kedua, Pengorganisasian telah teroganisir dengan baik, baik dari segi pembagian tugas, penyusunan jadwal pelajaran, metode pembelajaran dan evaluasi sampai dengan penyusunan jadwal kegiatan siswa dan penentuan buku pelajaran. Ketiga, pelaksanaan pembelajaran yaitu berupa pembukaan, inti dan penutup. Keempat, Evaluasi pembelajaran untuk siswa yang dilakukan itu dari empat aspek keterampilan pertama; aspek kalam (berbicara), kedua; tasmi (mendengar), ketiga; qiroah (membaca), keempat; kitabah (menulis). Evaluasi semester diberikan kepada guru masing-masing, bentuknya multifle choice atau bentuk uraian. Evaluasi strategi pembelajaran kepala sekolah meninjau ke kelas membawa instrumen penilaian. Kelima, Faktor pendukung pembelajaran yaitu adanya media pembelajaran dan ekstrakulikuler. Faktor penghambatnya yaitu sumber belajar, media belajar dan peserta didik. Keenam, Solusi menanggulangi hambatan dalam pemebelajaran adalah dengan mengadakan ekskul BTQ bagi yang belum lancar baca. Ketujuh, Hasil Yang Telah Dicapai Dalam Pelaksanaan Manajemen Pembelajan yaitu Juara lomba pidato bahasa arab tingkat kabuten lolos ke tingkat Provinsi tahun 2013-2014. Hasil yang  kedua; mayoritas siswa sudah bisa membaca teks arab yanng berharokat. Hasil ketiga; siswa dapat membuat kalimat sesuai kaidah yang telah dicontohkan terlebih dahulu kemudian siswa mampu mendemonstrasikan di depan kelas.Kata Kunci : Manajamen, Pembelajaran Bahasa Arab

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi yang sangat cepat menyebabkan pergeseran moral anak-anak sangat mudah terpengaruh dengan perilaku negatif. Pendidikan Agama menjadi sebuah usaha untuk menjaga anak-anak dari terpengaruhinya oleh perilaku yang dilarang oleh Agama. Pelaksanaan Pendidikan Agama selalu dikaitkan dengan madrasah dan pesantren, kedua tempat tersebut menjadi kunci keberhasilan anak yang seimbang antara tujuan dunia dan akhirat. Madrasah dan pesantren sudah seharusnya terintegrasi dalam suatu lembaga sehingga pembelajaran bisa secara penuh dalam membentuk akal dan akhlak yang baik. Oleh karena itu artikel ini mendeskripsikan manajemen kurikulum madrasah berbasis pesantren yang mana dalam hal ini madrasah Ibtidaiyah al-Khudamat menjadi objek kajian penelitian. Hal yang menjadi focus kajiannya adalah perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengorganisasian dan evaluasi kurikulum madrasah tersebut. Melalui observasi wawancara dan dokumentasi diperoleh bahwa madrasah ibtidayiah al-Khudamat melakukan manajemen kurikulum madrasah diintegrasikan dengan pesantren yang dikelola dengan baik
