Abstract

Pembelajaran ilmu pengetahuan alam masih banyak yang menggunakan metode satu arah. Pengajar masih belum banyak menggunakan metode yang bervariasi. Selain itu, penggunaan media juga sangat diperlukan dalam pembelajaran yang melibatkan aktivitas siswa dan menarik serta menyenangkan siswa sehingga siswa akan memperoleh kemampuan yang baik. Oleh karena itu, solusinya pendidik dan peserta didik di lapangan harus dapat mengembangkan kegiatan salah satunya dengan pembuatan herbarium serta identifikasinya, maka tujuan pembelajaran akan tercapai dengan sempurna. Metode pelaksanaan dalam pelatihan ini adalah dengan survei, pendekatan kepada mitra yang dituju, melaksanakan pelatihan dan evaluasi. Hasil kuesioner yang disimpulkan adalah 100% peserta pelatihan menyatakan kegiatan pelatihan ini sangat bermanfaat bermanfaat karena dapat mengetahui cara membuatnya sehingga membuat tertarik peserta pelatihan untuk membuatnya sendiri.

Abstract

Program Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk melatih ibu PKK RW 014 di Kelurahan Klapanunggal yang berjumlah 25 peserta dalam kurun waktu 2 hari pelaksanaan yaitu pada tanggal 2 dan 3 Juli 2022. Pekerjaan kepala rumah tangga di Kelurahan Klapanunggal adalah sebagai buruh pabrik dengan gaji sesuai UMR dan kebutuhan yang sekarang ini terus meningkat sehingga mengakibatkan tidak cukupnya penghasilan yang diperoleh dalam memenuhi kebutuhan keluarga. Keterampilan dan kreativitas dari ibu rumah tangga dalam mendesain suatu produk yang dapat dijual maupun dimanfaatkan untuk diri sendiri harus digali sehingga dapat membantu menambah penghasilan keluarga melalui penggunaan peralatan dan bahan yang tidak sulit ditemui dan ramah lingkungan. Metode pengabdian ini yaitu pemberian informasi dan pelatihan secara langsung melalui metode ceramah dan demonstrasi. Tahapan pelaksanaan kegiatan dikelompokkan dalam tiga tahapan yaitu tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Hasil dari kegiatan PKM yaitu adanya peningkatan pengetahuan peserta tentang teknik membatik melalui pemanfaatan bahan alami yang tersedia di lingkungan dan peserta dapat menghasilkan suatu produk yang cantik dan memiliki harga jual tinggi.

Abstract

Pengabdian ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan memberikan pelatihan bagi guru dalam menyusun Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP) blended Learning dan berbasis Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK) sehingga guru dapat melaksanakan pembelajaran sesuai dengan protokol kesehatan pascapandemi Covid-19. Pasca Covid-19 guru diharapkan dapat merancang dan melaksanakan pembelajaran blended learning. Sebagai penunjang terlaksananya blended learning, guru diberikan pelatihan penyusunan RPP berbasis TPACK. Uraian kegiatan pelatihan tersebut yaitu guru diberikan materi membuat RPP merdeka dan blended learning, serta evaluasi secara online dilanjutkan dengan materi RPP berbasis TPACK. Hari kedua, guru diberikan pelatihan bagaimana menyusun RPP Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam (IPA) blended learning dan berbasis TPACK sesuai dengan kondisi dan situasi sekolah, hari ketiga dilaksanakan evaluasi terhadap RPP yang sudah dibuat. Hasil yang dicapai  adalah guru memahami materi yang disampaikan dengan baik dan dapat mengimplementasikan materi dan waktu penyampaian materi yang sudah baik sekali.

Abstract

Sex outside of marriage is prohibited in Muslim society due to religious rules and its potential negative impacts, such as lineage disruption and the spread of sexually transmitted diseases (STDs). In Aceh, adult sexual relations are governed by Islamic law under Qawun Jinayah, which mandates public punishment for offenders. Despite this law being enforced since 2002, extramarital sex and the spread of STDs remain prevalent. This qualitative research uses data from journals and publications in databases like MEDLINE, Scopus, Web of Science, Google Scholar, PubMed, Elsevier, and legal sources. It also reviews textbooks and Qanun Aceh regulations. The study found that prohibitions and preventive measures of Sharia law have not effectively curbed extramarital sexual practices. Young people, especially those under 18, are particularly vulnerable due to inadequate sexual education and insufficient understanding of Islamic law, making them susceptible to sexual violence, STDs, and legal punishments. The research highlights the need for a multifaceted approach to prevention, combining religious, cultural, and comprehensive sexual education for children. Educating youth about religious prohibitions and health risks can reduce their vulnerability and prevent legal repercussions from norm violations. An integrated educational approach in Aceh, which includes collaboration between educators, religious leaders, and policymakers, is crucial. This holistic curriculum would promote healthier and more informed lifestyles among young people, addressing both religious and health education needs.

Abstract

Scientific literacy skills are still low, and students' lack of interest in getting to know culture is a current educational issue, so innovative, creative and interesting learning media are needed to increase interest in reading and the formation of national cultural character in students. The development of digital comics in the field of science has been carried out by many researchers, but there are still few who combine the material with local wisdom to form cultural characters. This ethnoscience- based digital comic designed to be a pilot project and learning resource for teachers and students in Indonesia in mastering science, technology, skills and attitudes based on the Independent Learning Curriculum. The data was analyzed by processing validator response data with a Likert scale which was converted into qualitative data . The research subjects were media, material and language experts, 60 high school students in class XI high school science, and 6 biology teachers. The instruments used were expert validation tests and questionnaires. The data was analyzed by processing validator response data with a Likert scale which was converted into qualitative data. The purpose of this research can measure the effectiveness of the ethnoscience -based digital comic "Tari Saman" on movement system material to improve students' scientific literacy skills and national cultural character according to P5 (Strengthening Pancasila Student Profile Project). This research uses the 4D method (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate). The validity test results show that ethnoscience-based digital comics “tari saman” have a moderate level of validity with an Aiken index value > 0.4.  the results of  the feasibility test were 88% by the teachers and 90% by students and media practicability were 88% by teachers and 89% by students. It can be concluded that ethnoscience-based digital comics “tari saman” are valid, feasible and practical to use as supporting media for Biology learning.

Abstract

Kemampuan Critical Thinking Calon Guru Terhadap Penggunaan Media Pembelajaran Video Online. Kemampuan Critical Thinking calon guru akan berguna sebagai proses penyelidikan, proses berpikir kritis merupakan proses intelektual dan terampil dalam menerapkan atau menganalisis permasalahan. Maka berpikir kritis mestinya dimiliki oleh setiap calon guru dalam pembelajaran biologi. Calon guru akan dapat mengatur dirinya sendiri terutama dalam mengambil keputusan untuk mendapatkan pemahaman uraian atau analisis, kesimpulan, evaluasi serta penjabaran dengan bukti, konsep, metodologi, konseptual yang akan menjadi dasar keputusan. Materi perkuliahan mempunyai kontribusi yang baik dalam membentuk kualitas calon guru dalam berpikir kritis. Masalah-masalah konseptual dalam materi genetika diharapkan dapat dipecahkan dan dipahami oleh calon guru karena berkaitan dengan kemampuan menyelesaikan permasalahan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana kemampuan Critical Thinking terhadap penggunaan media pembelajaran video online. Metode deskriptif kuantitatif digunakan sebagai metodologi pada penelitian ini dengan teknik pengambilan sampelnya teknik sampling jenuh, pengumpulan datanya menggunakan angket penelusuran Critical Thinking kemudian dianalisis dengan statistik deskriptif serta triangulasi data. Hasil rata-rata persentase Critical Thinking sebesar 80% dengan masing-masing indikator yaitu 59% Jelas mencari sebuah kejelasan, 89% bersifat dengan terbuka, 86% Menahan diri dari sifat yang implusif, 85% Bersifat sensitif dan mengetahui suatu kemampuan pengetahuan temannya.

Abstract

The Merdeka Study Program is part of the Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) policy initiated by the Minister of Education and Culture, Nadiem Makarim. Students are given the opportunity to expand their knowledge and skills, both hard and soft, through various off-campus activities. In the Informatics Engineering Study Program at UHAMKA, this program is designed to enrich learning experiences and enhance practical skills relevant to the industry. The program's effectiveness evaluation is conducted through a survey of 41 students to collect data on their experiences and perceptions. The aim is to measure the extent to which the MBKM program positively impacts student learning. The research methodology uses the K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) algorithm to classify program effectiveness data based on several performance indicators. The analyzed data includes survey results from students who participated in the MBKM program. The research findings show that the KNN classification model has an accuracy of 93.65%, with an average precision of 94.08% and recall of 93.65%, indicating a high level of accuracy in classifying program effectiveness. Most students reported that the MBKM program is very effective in enhancing their skills and knowledge, although some felt neutral or found it less effective. This study concludes that the MBKM program is generally effective in achieving its goals, although improvements and adjustments are still needed to optimize its benefits for all students

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk, (1) mengetahui pengaruh Metode pembelajaranCooperative Integrated Reading and Composition (CIRC) terhadap kemampuan literasi, (2) mengetahui pengaruh kebiasaan membaca terhadap kemampuan literasi. (3)interaksi antara metodepembelajaran dengan kebiasaan membaca terhadap kemampuan literasi. Penelitian inimenggunakan metode kualitatif. Bertempat di SDNAren Jaya XIII dengan informan dalampenelitian ini adalah Kepala Sekolah, Guru Kelas dan peserta didik di sekolah. Metode pengumpulan data dengan angket, instrument set dan dokumentasi. Uji keabsahan datamenggunakan uji validitas dan ujireliabilitas.. Analisis data menggunakan Uji Normalitas dan UjiHomogenitas.Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa (1) Hasil pengujian hipotesis pertama, diperoleh Fhitung (3,551) > Ftabel (4,048) yang menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan pengaruh yang signifikan antara metode pembelajaran Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition (CIRC) dengan metode pembelajaran Direct Introduction terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada materi pelajaran literasi. Fenomena ini menunjukkan bahwa hasil belajar matapelajaran Literasi akan meningkat bila siswadiajar dengan metode pembelajaran Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition(CIRC). (2) Hasil pengujian hipotesis kedua, diperoleh Fhitung(4,970) > Ftabel (0,030)yang menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan pengaruh yang signifikan antara kebiasaan membaca kategori tinggi dan kebiasaan membaca kategori rendah terhadapkemampuan literasi siswa pada mata pelajaran Literasi. Fenomena ini menunjukkanbahwa hasil belajar mata pelajaran literasi akan meningkat bila siswa memiliki kebiasaan membaca kategoritinggi. Artinya semakin baik kebiasaan membaca siswa,maka akan menghasilkan hasil belajar Kemampuan literasi yang semakin baik pula. (3)Hasil pengujian hipotesis ketiga (interaksi) diperolehFhitung (11,809) > Ftabel (4.048). Halini menunjukkan terdapat interaksi metode pembelajaran dan kebiasaan membaca terhadap Kemampuan literasi. dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa siswa yangmemiliki kebiasaan membaca kategori tinggi lebih efektif diajarkan dengan metodepembelajaran Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition (CIRC) dari pada metode pembelajaran Direct Introduction. Oleh karenanya lebih berhasil dengan metode CIRC yangbersifat global karena memacu kemampuan sosial mereka dalambelajar sebagai ciri dari siswakebiasaan membaca kategori rendah yakni kemampuanmemahami permasalahan adalah denganmengembangkan kemampuan sosial.

Abstract

The use of conventional worksheets will likely limit students' ability to explore themselves and their critical and analytical thinking, which can enhance their scientific reasoning and creativity. This situation demands the need for student worksheets linked to technology, art, and mathematics to adapt to the demands of the times. This study aims to determine the effect of project-based learning by analyzing student worksheets based on science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics (STEAM) using the eco-print technique on students' scientific reasoning and creativity. This research is a quasi-experimental study. The research sample is 160 students of a public senior high school in Jakarta, randomly selected and grouped into control and experimental groups, each consisting of 80 students. Data on scientific reasoning were collected using a test, while student creativity was measured with a questionnaire and observation sheet. The data obtained were analyzed using a one-way analysis of covariance at the significance level of 5%. The results show that the application of project-based learning on STEAM-based student worksheets using the eco-print technique significantly affects the students' achievement of scientific reasoning and creativity. The use of STEAM-based student worksheets with the eco-print technique serves as an innovative learning media to enhance the quality of education, as it can facilitate and increase active student engagement in collaborative projects that integrate various STEAM elements, thereby improving student competencies.

Abstract

The literacy ability of Indonesian students is still in the low category, this is proven by the learning process so far not yet at the stage of acquiring knowledge, students adapting to students' desires in learning to acquire knowledge. Another thing is that the learning model still lacks the use of learning models in increasing students' literacy to become a habit in students' daily lives. The School Literacy Movement is an educational ecosystem that was formed with efforts to involve students, teachers, school principals, parents and local communities. So a collection of books is needed that integrates material with the surrounding environmental conditions to attract students' attention in reading, so that students' literacy can improve well. The community service methods used are in the form of training, mentoring carried out face-to-face through lectures and practice and distribution of interviews and observations. Participants in this activity were students of SDN Pulau Pari 01 Pagi. Service is carried out in several stages including planning, implementation, evaluation and mentoring. Data collection techniques are carried out through field observations, documentation, interviews and observations. The results obtained showed that students were able to understand reading after carrying out reading training using the reading aloud technique for 15 minutes.
