Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk membandingkan metode pembelajaran mana yang lebih berpengaruh terhadap motivasi belajar peserta didik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitaif berjenis eksperimen dengan tipe one group-compartive study. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bhawa metode talking stick mampu meningkatkan motivasi belajar sebesar 3,5 poin dengan hasil uji paired sample t-test 0,309 > 0,05 dan metode joyfull learning mampu meningkatkan sebesar 7,1 poin dengan hasil uji paired sample t-test 0,047 < 0,05. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa metode joyfull learning lebih berpengaruh dibandingkan talking stick dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar peserta didik.

Abstract

Kesulitan belajar ialah keadaan peserta didik tidak dapat belajar secara normal, dikarenakan mereka merasakan adanya ancaman, hambatan atau gangguan belajar lainnya. Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk menganalisis kesulitan belajar peserta didik pada mata Pelajaran IPAS Kurikulum Merdeka, mencari tahu factor penyebabnya, bagaimana upaya yang dilakukan peserta didik maupun guru dalam memecahkan masalah ini agar hasil belajar tercapai secara maksimal. Metode yang digunakan ialah pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis deskriptif kualitatif melalui studi penelitian lapangan. Prosedur penelitian ini memperoleh data melalui observasi dan wawancara bersama 10 peserta didik dan 1 guru di salah satu SD Islam di Palembang. Kesulitan belajar yang dialami peserta didik disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor, yaitu karakteristik yang mencakup gaya belajar, motivasi belajar, dan minat belajar. Peserta didik yang mengalami kesulitan belajar IPAS ini cenderung tidak focus saat proses pembelajaran di kelas karena kurangnya minat belajar pada materi yang diajarkan. Usaha yang dilakukan oleh guru guna membangkitkan minat dan motivasi belajar pada peserta didik ialah dengan menambah variasi dalam pembelajaran yaitu menggunakan games dan tanya jawab serta juga dapat memberikan suatu penghargaan kepada peserta didik yang berhasil menjawab pertanyaan. Hal ini terbukti bisa meningkatkan kembali motivasi dan minat belajar pada peserta didik.

Abstract

A person's character is the quality he has that has the power to direct things such as his thoughts, behavior and overall character. Character is a set of behavioral principles related to God, oneself, other people and the environment. The problem raised in this research is how parents respond to their children's mistakes and how to educate their behavior at home. Descriptive methods and qualitative approaches were used in this research. The findings of this study show how important families are in helping children develop their moral character. A child in elementary school, aged 6 to 12 years, receives education primarily from his family. Families have a responsibility to help shape the character of their generation by providing good examples and caring for their offspring from childhood. This includes teaching virtues, having good conversations with children, modeling positive behavior, and not abusing their power to the point of causing trauma. Fathers are as important in shaping their children's character as the mother's role in providing education for their children.

Abstract

Artikel ini menyelidiki dampak kriminalitas dalam konteks era globalisasi. Globalisasi telah membawa perubahan besar dalam masyarakat, termasuk perkembangan teknologi, perdagangan bebas, dan integrasi ekonomi global. Artikel ini membahas bagaimana fenomena globalisasi telah memberikan pengaruh pada tingkat kriminalitas di berbagai negara dan komunitas. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan interdisipliner yang mencakup aspek sosial, ekonomi, dan budaya. Dengan analisis data statistik dan studi kasus, artikel ini mengidentifikasi hubungan antara globalisasi dan berbagai jenis kriminalitas, termasuk perdagangan narkoba, kejahatan siber, dan perdagangan manusia. Selain itu, artikel ini menggali dampak kriminalitas terhadap keamanan nasional dan stabilitas sosial di tengah era globalisasi. Kriminalitas merupakan masalah yang secara konstan mempengaruhi keamanan, ketertiban, dan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Dalam konteks ini, artikel ini menjelaskan berbagai jenis kriminalitas, termasuk kejahatan jalanan, kejahatan siber, dan kejahatan kekerasan. Dalam melibatkan data statistik dan studi kasus, artikel ini memberikan wawasan tentang tren kriminalitas dan perubahan sosial yang mungkin memengaruhi tingkat kejahatan. Tujuannya adalah untuk membantu pembaca memahami peran kriminalitas dalam masyarakat modern dan untuk mendorong perdebatan serta tindakan lanjutan dalam upaya mengurangi dampak negatif kriminalitas. kriminalitas di era globalisasi memerlukan pendekatan yang lebih koordinatif dan berbasis kerja sama antarnegara. Artikel ini menekankan pentingnya pemahaman mendalam terhadap kompleksitas masalah ini dan memberikan dasar untuk pengembangan strategi pencegahan yang lebih efektif dan penegakan hukum yang lebih kuat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, sementara globalisasi telah membawa kemajuan signifikan dalam banyak aspek kehidupan, dampak negatifnya terhadap kriminalitas tidak dapat diabaikan. Artikel ini juga memberikan rekomendasi kebijakan untuk mengatasi tantangan kriminalitas dalam konteks globalisasi, dengan mempertimbangkan kerja sama lintas negara dan solusi yang berfokus pada aspek sosial dan ekonomi. Kesimpulannya, artikel ini menggambarkan kompleksitas hubungan antara globalisasi dan kriminalitas, serta pentingnya memahami dampaknya untuk mengembangkan strategi yang efektif dalam menghadapi tantangan kriminalitas di era globalisasi.

Abstract

In this modern era, information and communication technology. it has grown very fast. Everyone often uses technology, the technology they often use or always use, whether morning, noon or night, is always used, never forgotten, namely, cellphones. Mobile phones are related to the development of Social Media. The more people use cellphones, the more people use social media. In this day and age, one of the most popular social media applications is TikTok, because TikTok is an application that is easy to use, not only as an entertainment application but also as a marketplace that is very helpful in promotion and selling. However, besides the many uses of TikTok, there are definitely impacts. to everyday life. Tiktok is an application that offers unique and interesting special effects, which are easy for users of this application to use to create cool short videos that can attract the attention of many people who watch them. The type of research used is qualitative research. Qualitative research is research whose research procedures produce descriptive data in written or oral form that can be understood. This research uses interview techniques. In carrying out the research, an interview test was carried out by interviewing several UIN Raden Fatah students, the sources concerned were the students themselves. Based on the findings of interviews and observations carried out by researchers with the four informants, the results obtained by all four were similar, the reasons for using TikTok, namely because they needed entertainment, got information about TikTok from friends, and sought new understanding. Abstract

Starting from parents to children, excessive use of gadgets can disrupt various nerve functions, because gadgets usually contain radiation which is harmful to health. The aim of this research is to find out how much influence the use of gadgets has on the social development of children aged 5 to 12 years, especially at Al-Hikmah Palembang Kindergarten/TPA which is located in the 36ilir sub-district, Gandus District. This research method is qualitative, descriptive, with a sample of approximately 30 Al-Hikmah Palembang Kindergarten/TPA students. According to the proposed hypothesis, devices can influence children's social development. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. The advantage of this research is that it is hoped that parents and teachers can always guide their children and students in using devices.

Abstract

Social Studies education in Indonesia has emerged and evolved through several changes in accordance with the conditions of the Indonesian nation. The aim of this research is to understand the development of Social Studies learning at the Elementary School level from its inception until now. This research utilizes qualitative analysis techniques. Qualitative analysis is a data analysis process that does not involve numerical data, and generally, the results of qualitative analysis are subjective. The data collection method involves a literature review, where data is gathered by reading and analyzing literature that has been found and studied by other researchers. There are four stages of literature review in the research process: preparing the necessary tools, compiling a bibliography, organizing time, and reading or recording research materials. The literature obtained from various references is critically and deeply analyzed to support propositions and ideas. The results of data analysis indicate that the current development of Social Studies learning in Indonesia is not similar to the early introduction of Social Studies education in the country. The field of Social Studies entered Indonesia from the United States, where it is known as social studies. America is considered one of the countries with extensive experience and significant academic reputation in the field of Social Sciences

Abstract

The acquisition of learning outcomes of Indonesian students in PISA in 2019 occupies the bottom 6 out of 77 countries, the latest PISA results in 2023 also show aligned results where they occupy the bottom 15 of 88 countries where the subject matter begins to emerge from the elementary / MI level. This study aims to examine how much influence the talking stick method has on students' learning outcomes, especially at the elementary / MI level. The research method used is a quantitative meta-analysis type with a comparison of group contrast design. The population in the study was 191 articles from the Google Scholar, DOAJ, and Research Gate databases. The sampling technique is an inclusion criterion. The number of samples used is 10 articles that fit the criteria. The effect of all studies was 1,633 for studies with a sample of < 30 of 1,576 and a sample of > 30 of 1,727 and a P-value hypothesis test result of 0.001. Based on this, the author concludes that the talking stick learning method has a  significant effect and has a huge effect on influencing the learning outcomes of elementary / MI students, especially used when the number of students is> 30. So that this method can be a solution to overcoming the problem of obtaining student learning outcomes in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to uncover the relationship between the confidence and critical thinking skills of prospective MI/SD teachers and their impact on their teaching quality. This lack of understanding is a significant problem because critical thinking skills are indispensable to overcoming the challenges of the increasingly complex world of education. This research focuses on how self-confidence can shape the critical thinking skills of prospective teachers and their relevance to better teaching. This study involved 50 prospective MI/SD teachers who were registered in the MI/SD Teacher Education Program of Raden Intan State Islamic University Lampung. The qualitative approach was chosen because it allows us to delve deeper into the subjective experience of prospective teachers regarding how they use confidence to improve their critical thinking skills. This approach is appropriate because it provides space for a more holistic understanding of individual experiences and perceptions in the context of learning. The methods used qualitatively include open interviews, documentation, and observation, with data analysis following the Miles, Huberman, and Saldana models. The results of the study show that high self-confidence strengthens critical thinking skills through good material preparation, effective teaching strategies, and a supportive environment. For example, prospective teachers who were initially hesitant are now more confident in asking analytical questions to students. This study recommends educational institutions design training programs to increase the confidence of prospective teachers to be ready to face educational challenges and improve the quality of teaching.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the use of punctuation errors in students' essay writing at SD Negeri 30 Talang Kelapa. The research method used was descriptive qualitative research. Data were collected through interviews, tests in the form of essay writing tasks, and documentation. The research subjects consisted of 10 students. The results showed that although the learners had a good understanding of the use of punctuation marks, there were still many errors in their essay writing. The errors found included improper placement of full stops, incorrect use of capital letters, and misuse or negligence in the use of other punctuation marks. In conclusion, it is recommended that educators provide specialised guidance in the use of punctuation to learners and use creative and diverse learning methods. Constructive feedback also needs to be given to learners to help them improve their writing skills. The most common errors were inappropriate placement of full stops at the end of sentences, incorrect use of capital letters, and inappropriate use of comma punctuation. By getting the right feedback, learners can correct and improve their writing skills.
