Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 berdampak pada pelbagai aspek kehidupan masyarakat Kota Surakarta. Tidak hanya menimbulkan kerugian korban jiwa, kerugian dalam sektor ekonomi, sosial dan budaya juga dirasakan oleh masyarakat kita Surakarta. Meskipun kehidupan masyarakat Kota Surakarta sempat lesu beberapa saat dikarenakan pandemi ini, masyarakat tetap berupaya menghadapi pandemi Covid-19 dengan modal sosial yang dimiliki. Penelitian ini fokus mengkaji modal sosial masyarakat Kota Surakarta dalam menghadapi pandemi Covid-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian campuran bertahap dengan mengumpulkan dan menganalisis data kuantitatif pada tahap pertama dilanjutkan dengan mengumpulkan dan menganalisis data kualtitatif untuk memperdalam temuan data kuantitatif yang ada. Berdasalkan hasil penelitian, masyarakat Kota Surakarta memiliki modal sosial yang cukup tinggi. Modal sosial ini dan perlu diperhatikan oleh berbagai elemen masyarakat termasuk pemerintah sebagai dalam meghadapi pandemi, memulihkan kondisi paska pandemi serta sebagai upaya mitigasi untuk menghadapi bencana lain di masa yang akan datang.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of liquidity and profitability on debt policy at PT XYZ which is engaged in logstiks and heavy equipment rental. This research is a quantitative research. The population in this study is all the financial statements of PT XYZ in 2016-2020, while the samples used in this study are the income statement and balance sheet statements in 2016-2020. The technique of data collection is done with the documentation technique. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that liquidity (Current Ratio) and profitability (Return on Assets) have no significant effect on debt policy simultaneously affect debt policy. If assets have increased, it will affect the use of debt to finance company assets.

Abstract

This researched aim to identify and analyze effects of work motivation and discipline on qualities of services for Puskesmas employees in Padurenan. The data source using was primary data which was obtain by distributing questionnaire to 32 people using purposive sampling, and populations in these studies were non-medical employee at Padurenan Public Health Center with a total of 32 respondents. Take as many samples as specified in the population. The independents variable in these studies consist of work motivation and disciplines, while dependent variables is service quality. The analysis used in these studies includes validity tested, reliability tested, classic assumption tested, t tested, F tested, multiple linear regressions analyst, and the coefficients of determination (R2). While secondaries data was obtained through library researched by read book and others data source that are still relate to these researched. Base on results of t-tested researched conduct from result of regression analyst, variable of motivations and work disciplines have a positives and significant effects on qualities of service for Puskesmas employees in Padurenan. The coefficients of determination tested show an R-square values of 86.8%, which mean that the variable service qualities is influence by the independents variable, namely motivations and work disciplines, while remaining 13.2/% is influence by others variable not examine in these studies. Abstract

Kebutuhan batubara sebagai salah satu sumber energi terus meningkat dan hal ini beriringan kegiatan bongkar muat di pelabuhan. Kegiatan bongkar muat ternyata masih belum optimal, seperti sering kegiatan tidak berjalan sesuai jadwal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kegiatan bongkar muat batubara curah di dermaga PLTU Suralaya Banten.  Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Penelitian melibatkan manajer dan karyawan departemen teknik PT Adhi Guna Putera Cabang Merak sebagai informan. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis kualitatif.Hasil penelitian adalah kegiatan bongkar muat batubara curah di dermaga PLTU Suralaya Banten meliputi persiapan dokumen, peralatan, tenaga kerja, perencanaan untuk kegiatan bongkar muat, pelaksanaan kegiatan bongkar muat dan penyelesaian kegiatan bongkar muat. Kegiatan ini menggunakan peralatan yang terdiri dari ship unloader, grab, hopper, conveyor, wheel loader, sekop, sling, handy talky. Kegiatan bongkar muat membutuhkan beberapa dokumen yang terdiri dari berita acara serah terima batubara, berita acara pemeriksaan, statement of fact, time sheet, delivery order, daily working report, notice of readiness, dan draught survey.

Abstract

Status gizi merupakan status kesehatan seseorang yang dipengaruhi oleh pengguna zat gizi dan asupan makanan di dalam tubuh. Status gizi dapat menjadi preduktor suatu outcome penyakit dan juga dapat menjadi salah satu cara pencegahan dini suatu penyakit. Penilaian status gizi balita dapat diukur berdasarkan indikator antropometri meliputi tinggi badan (TB), berat badan (BB), dan Nilai Indeks pada balita. Clustering merupakan pengelompokan atau penggalian pengetahuan dan informasi baru dengan data yang berjumlah besar. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mempermudah pihak puskesmas melihat perkembangan status gizi pada balita berdasarkan kelompok pada nilai indeks yang didapat dan hasil yang diperoleh berdasarkan analisis ini yaitu jumlah kelompok yang dibentuk sebanyak 3 kelompok. Group 1 terdapat 9 data dan Centroid (1,3, 3) dengan status Gizi Baik pada group usia adalah < 1 tahun dan kelompok nilai indeks yang didapatkan adalah -2 SD s.d + 1SD . Group 2 terdapat 8 data dan Centroid (1,1.87, 1.87) dengan status Gizi Buruk pada group usia adalah < 1 tahun dan kelompok nilai indeks yang didapatkan adalah <-3 SD, Group 3 terdapat 3 data dan Centroid (1, 4.33, 4.33) dengan status Gizi Lebih pada group usia adalah < 1 tahun dan kelompok nilai indeks yang didapatkan adalah >+1 SD s.d +2SD.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how to analyze the behavior of non-Muslim customers in choosing murabaha financing products, how to analyze the decision process of non-Muslim customers, and how cultural, social, personality and psychological factors can influence customer decisions in choosing murabaha financing products at Bank Syariah Indonesia KC. Jelutung Jambi. The method of this research is using descriptive qualitative method with primary and secondary data types. Data collection techniques in this study were observation, interviews and documentation techniques, while for data analysis the researchers used data reduction analysis, data presentation and verification. The theory used in this research is the theory put forward by Kotler & Ketler that consumer behavior is the science of how individuals, groups and organizations choose, buy and use and obtain goods, services, ideas or experiences to satisfy their wants and needs. . According to Kotlert's theory, consumer behavior is divided into four types, namely cultural, social, personality and psychological factors. In the customer decision process is divided into five steps, namely decision making, namely, recognition of needs, information search, evaluation of alternatives, buying decisions, and post-purchase evaluation. The results of the study explain that the behavior analysis of non-Muslim customers in choosing murabaha financing at Bank Syariah Indonesia KC. In Jelutung Jambi, there were three informants, namely the first informant who worked as a teacher because he was interested because of the salary slip through the bank, and chose gold installment financing because the bank could insure the gold installments, low interest rates, and cheap rates compared to pawn shops. The second informant is taking home installments because the interest rates are low compared to other banks and if you are late paying the installments you are not subject to a fine/sanction of 0.5% to 1% of the amount of the installments that the customer has to pay. The third informant is working as a teacher as well and taking education expenses for their children because the process is fast and the interest rate is low at 3.3%, while at commercial banks it is 8.93%. The fourth informant took gold installments because of the low interest rates. The fifth informant took motorbike installments because the interest rate was lower than leasing, which was 8%. From the several informants above, it can be concluded that cultural, social, personality and psychological factors can influence customer decisions in choosing murabaha financing products at Bank Syariah Indonesia KC. Abstract

Sudipayung Village, Ngampel District, Kendal Regency, is an area with a growing agricultural sector, particularly in rice and tobacco production. The need for fertilizers that support agriculture is crucial, while household waste management has become a significant issue. This article discusses training on making organic compost as an effort to improve the community's economy through the management of organic waste. The training, which involves members of the local women's group (PKK), uses a simple decomposition method with ingredients such as shrimp paste and palm sugar as substitutes for EM-4. The resulting compost helps improve soil fertility, reduce dependency on chemical fertilizers, and create a greener and healthier environment. Additionally, this program contributes to reducing the volume of waste sent to the final disposal site (TPA), thus supporting environmental cleanliness. This training provides a double positive impact: increasing community knowledge about recycling waste and offering economic opportunities through the production of organic fertilizers.

Abstract

A common issue experienced by post-cesarean section patients is impaired physical mobility. Early mobilization post-cesarean section is conducted to prevent immobilization complications. This study aims to implement early mobilization in post-cesarean section patients. The research design utilizes a descriptive method in the form of a case study with a nursing process approach. Nursing care was provided to two post-cesarean section patients with physical mobility issues. This case study explores nursing care in post-cesarean section patients experiencing impaired physical mobility through teaching early mobilization and providing health education on early mobilization. The inclusion criteria were 4-6 hours post-cesarean section with spinal anesthesia, and the exclusion criteria were post-cesarean section primigravida patients. The research results indicate that the implementation of early mobilization nursing care can reduce mobility problems, as both patients were able to walk and engage in activities independently. The provision of early mobilization nursing interventions effectively influences the resolution of physical mobility impairments experienced by patients, enabling them to perform activities as usual and increase their knowledge about early mobilization post-cesarean section.

Abstract

Audit opinion is where the auditor analyzes financial ratios such as LDR, CR, CAR, DER, NIM, ROA and ROE to assess the financial health of a company. High CR and ROA reflect profitability and provide a positive signal to investors. On the other hand, a balanced LDR helps maintain liquidity. A high CAR reflects the financial stability of a company, while a high DER indicates high debt which can reduce investor interest. A good NIM will increase a company's profitability and contribute to increasing ROE. The aim of this research is to understand the impact of liquidity, solvency and profitability on audit opinions, as well as to provide the impact of LDR, CR, CAR, DER, NIM, ROA and ROE. The sample in this study used samples from eight state-owned banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange between 2019 and 2023. The total sample was 20 people, the technique used was purposive sampling. In this research, the analysis uses the associative analysis method, namely advanced logistic regression. The results of this research show that CR, DER, ROA and company size have a significant influence on audit opinion, but revenue growth does not have a significant influence.

Abstract

This research is based on students' interest in investing. The aim of this research is that researchers want to find out whether investment knowledge, expected returns and technological advances have an influence on investment interest. The population of this study were students from the economics and business faculty at Budi Luhur University with a sample of 100 respondents using data collection techniques through questionnaires. The data analysis method in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research show that expected return have an effect on investment interest, while investment knowledge and technological advances have no effect on investment interest.
