Abstract

There has been an increase in teacher creativity to develop various learning media during the pandemic. This paper has the aim of showing one form of developing high school Civics teaching materials, namely conflict and conflict resolution in the form of a Picture E-Module. There are two problem formulations, namely (1) what is the form of the illustrated E-Modul on Conflict and Conflict Resolution material for high school students? (2) how is the validity of the media and the validity of the illustrated E-Module material? Using the Research and Development (R&D) research method of the Bord and Gall model, the E-Modul trial was conducted on class XII students in four high schools in the city of Padang, with a total of 203 students as respondents. The feasibility of this E-Module in terms of media validity has been tested by two experts with a validity result of 79.1% (Valid). For the validity of the material has been tested by 203 students obtained a validity value of 73.8% (good). The results of the media test and validity test show that this E-Module is quite effective in being used as a learning medium to improve students' understanding of Pancasila and Citizenship Education subjects, especially Conflict and Conflict Resolution materials

Abstract

Penelitian dengan lokasi di Desa Teluk Pambang Kecamatan Bantan Kabupaten Bengkalis Provinsi Riau, bertujuan untuk: (1) mengkaji akar sosial konflik antar nelayan di Desa Teluk Pambang; (2) menganalisis dampak sosial yang terjadi didalam konflik antar nelayan; (3) menganalisis model kebijakan sosial untuk resolusi konflik antar nelayan di Desa Teluk Pambang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskrptif dan bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi konflik yang terjadi antara nelayan tradisional dan nelayan modern di Desa Teluk Pambang Kecamatan Bantan Kabupaten Bengkalis. Dalam pengumpulan data, peneliti bertindak sebagai instrumen penelitian. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi partisipasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, audio visual. Data dianalisis dengan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: (1) akar sosial konflik yang melibatkan nelayan tradisional dan nelayan modern adalah penggunaan alat tangkap yang tidak sesuai dengan jalur yang sudah ditetapkan dalam Permen-Kp/2016 Nomor 71 Tentang Jalur Penangkapan Ikan dan Penempatan Alat Penangkapan Ikan dan adanya modifikasi alat tangkap yang dilakukan oleh nelayan modern sebagai alasan menghemat biaya alat tangkap (2) dampak sosial yang ditimbulkan dalam pengoperasian alat tangkap yaitu ekosistem laut menjadi rusak dan nelayan tradisional mengalami kesulitan dalam melakukan penangkapan ikan; (3) model kebijakan yang diterapkan oleh pemerintah yaitu Peraturan Gubernur Riau No. 17 Tahun 2006 tentang Penghentian Sementara Penggunaan Alat Penangkapan Ikan Jenis Jaring Batu (Bottom Gillnet) dan mengadakan mediasi dan negosiasi dalam uapaya mengatasi konflik alat tangkap.

Abstract

This article was to analyse how the educational process of exceptional children in the special educational school Waraqil Jannah. This school was an excellent school who integrated with an orphanage, founded in 2012. The researchers used descriptive qualitative methods though Purwoko’s theory. Observation, interview, and documentation were used in this collecting data. While, analysing data used triangulation technique. The obtained data was to analyzed by referring to the models of Miles and Huberman analysis with the steps of data reduction, data model (data display) and the withdrawal of conclusions. The result showed that the school used curriculum based on combination from government curriculum and local curriculum, but in the process of daily learning was adjust to condition of children. Learning facilities was available. Hence it can interfere with the learning process. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan faktor-faktor penyebab penelantaran hak-hak anak pada keluarga yang bercerai di Kecamatan Lubuk Begalung Kota Padang. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh permasalah mengenai penelantaran hak-hak anak yang ditemukan di Kecamatan Lubuk Begalung Kota Padang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif yang dilakukan di Kecamatan Lubuk Begalung Kota Padang. Kebaharuan dari penelitian ini adalah belum adanya penelitian tentang faktor keterabaian hak-hak anak pasca putusan cerai yang ada di Kota Padang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tiga hal, yaitu: alasan orang tua menelantarkan hak-hak anak pada keluarga yang bercerai di Kecamatan Lubuk Begalung Kota Padang disebabkan karena suami kebanyakan berpenghasilan kecil dan tidak memiliki pekerjaan yang tetap sehingga dalam melaksanakan kewajibanya berupa pemenuhan hak-hak anak; Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penelantaran hak-hak anak disebabkan oleh faktor ekonomi sehingga berdampak pada psikologis anak sehingga diperlukan peran optimal dari pengadilan agama,  BP4, keluarga, dan masyarakat dalam mengentaskan permasalahan tersebut.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze how the dynamics of the political dynasty of the harahap clan government in North Padang Lawas, and how the North Padang Lawas people's response to the system of government political dynasties formed in the district. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. The informants in this study were selected using purposive sampling, namely by collecting accurate data or information related to the political dynasty of the North Padang Lawas government through individuals who are believed to have sources of accurate information related to research data. The results of this study indicate that the process of political dynasties in North Padang Lawas was formed due to several reasons. The first is from family relations (familism) obtained both in continguity and marriage. Second, political dynasties are formed through the popularity of prospective leaders. Third, political dynasties are formed from the experiences created by the leaders themselves in the previous period (the quality of leadership) that builds people's trust. Lastly, political dynasties could have been formed due to the influence of the demographic composition of the people who inhabit Paluta district itself, for example the domisioner clan (clan) that inhabited the district, namely the harahap clan. Furthermore, related to the problems above, the community responded with different views, namely positive sentiments and negative sentiments, including: a political dynasty can be a threat to us Indonesians, especially the North Padang Lawas district because it can endanger social mobilization and damage the regeneration of political journeys, as well as the occurrence of practical and dirty political practice.

Abstract

The production of chili commodity farming in Giri Mulyo Village, Kayu Aro Barat district is the largest chili producing area in Kerinci Regency. In addition to chili commodities, this area is also a producer of commodity potatoes and other agricultural products such as shallots, cabbage, mustard greens, tomatoes, and other types of vegetables that are marketed to various regions. This paper aims to uncover the factors of the survival of chili farmers over the power relations to merchants until now. This study uses a qualitative method with data collection techniques of observation, in-depth interviews and documentation studies. The results showed that the dependence of farmers' prices was very high on traders, but actually farmers suffered losses. Furthermore, the rules and access to trading systems on the market are not economical and in the end chili farmers are reluctant to sell their crops directly to the market. Finally, the relationship between chili farmers and merchants is very close, because the process requires each other, the term is called a patron-client relationship

Abstract

Penelitian di latarbelakangi oleh belum adanya media pembelajaran yang dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa serta yang sesuai dengan karakteristik perkembangan siswa dan karakteristik era revolusi industri 4.0. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan multimedia interaktif dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa sekolah dasar yang valid, praktis dan efektif. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan dengan menggunakan model ADDIE. Model ADDIE terdiri dari 5 tahapan yaitu tahapan analisis, perancangan, pengembangan, penerapan dan evaluasi. Hasil penelitian dinyatakan bahwa telah dikembangkannya multimedia interaktif menggunakan software macromedia flash 8 sebagai upaya meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa sekolah dasar yang valid, praktis dan efektif. Implikasi penelitian ini dapat dijadikan sebagai referensi oleh praktisi pendidikan untuk dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze poor families in facilitating children's online learning. This is a strategy to solve family limitations in facilitating children during online learning. This research is a research with a literature review method. The results of this study can be seen that online learning is considered effective if it can provide convenience not difficulty for poor families, especially in terms of fulfilling children's facilities during the online learning process. There are several strategies that can be used to conduct online learning, including through whatsApp groups, classroom, zoom, facebook and many more. Families are expected to be able to meet the needs of children, especially facilities that support children learning while online so that children learn more effectively.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan guna mengetahui pengaruh serta penerapan model pembelajaran Mind Mapping terhadap hasil belajar berupa aspek kognitif maupun aspek afektif PKn siswa kelas IV SDN 04 Kampung Olo, Kota Padang. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan teknik penelitian eksperimen. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan Sampling Purposive. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan berupa tes pilihan ganda mengenai materi globalisasi. Instrumen penelitian ini diperoleh melalui Korelasi Biserial, reliabilitas K-R 21, serta daya pembeda dan indeks kesukaran. Melalui penelitian ini diperoleh bahwa, rata-rata tes akhir kelas eksperimen sebesar 86,25, sementara kelas kontrol sebesar 77. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa nilai >, yaitu 3,54> 1,701, pada taraf nyata signifikan = 0,05, > berarti Hipotesis diterima dan ditolak. Pembelajaran dengan menggunakn model Mind Mapping berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar PKn siswa kelas IV SDN 04 Kampung Olo, Kota Padang tahun pelajaran 2020/2021.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peningkatan aktivitas dan hasil belajar tematik terpadu dengan menggunakan model Pembelajaran Berbasis Masalah Tahun Ajaran 2018/2019 di SDN 09 Koto Rajo Kec. Rao Utara. Jenis penelitian ini adalan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Subjek penelitian ini adalah guru dan siswa kelas V SD 09 Koto Rajo dengan jumlah 20 Orang terdiri dari 12 orang laki-laki dan 8 orang perempuan. Data dinalisis menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian ini adalah : pada siklus I rata-rata aktivitas siswa hanya 75 % dan aktivitas guru 77,5 %. Pada suklus II rata-rata aktivitas siswa adalah 82,5% dan aktivitas guru adalah 87,5 % . pada siklus III rata-rata aktivitas siswa adalah 95 % dan aktivitas aguru adalah 95 %. Hasil belajar siswa terlihat dari rata-rata pada siklus I adalah 73,65 pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 79,4 dan pada siklus III lebih mneingkat lagi menjadi 85,3. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan penggunakan model Pembelajaran Berbasis Masalah dapat meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar tematik terpadu di SDN 09 Koto Rajo
