Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of promotion, location and quality of service on purchasing decisions at the Anna Putra Store, Pasar Cikurubuk Tasikmalaya. The research method used is a quantitative method with a survey approach to 100 respondents who are consumers of Toko Anna Putra. The types of data used are primary data and secondary data. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. The results of this test prove that promotion, location and service quality have a significant effect simultaneously or partially on consumer purchasing decisions at Anna Putra Store, Pasar Cikurubuk Tasikmalaya

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of Work Motivation and Work Discipline on Job Satisfaction of employees of J&T Tasikmalaya. This study uses a causality and survey quantitative method. The type of data used is primary data and secondary data, with a sample of 40 respondents from the employees of J&T Tasikmalaya, and using the saturated sample method. The data analysis tool used in this study was SPSS V.25. Data collection techniques used interviews, questionnaires, and literature studies. The results of the study show that the Work Motivation and Work Discipline have a significant effect on Job Satisfaction. Work Motivation partially have a significant effect on Job Satisfaction. Work Discipline partially has a significant effect on Job Satisfaction.

Abstract

Digitalization is increasingly entering the MSME environment, which, if used properly, digitalization will help MSMEs in optimizing their income. One of the dimensions entered by digital is in terms of MSME finance, that is financial reporting applications. This helps several MSMEs in preparing financial reports even though these MSMEs do not have the ability to prepare their own financial reports. Financial reports have various benefits, one of which is to see the financial condition of MSMEs. This research is to find out the use of applications that generate financial reports on MSMEs. This study uses a qualitative method. The results of this research show that MSMEs use various kinds of financial reporting applications for various reasons and have various obstacles in their use, apart from that there are various government policies to support the use of financial reporting applications within the MSMEs sector in Indonesia.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the effect of reward and punishment on the performance of employees at CV. Widya Pustaka, Tasikmalaya Regency. The research method used is descriptive method with a quantitative approach to 31 respondents who are employees of CV. Widya Pustaka, Tasikmalaya Regency. The types of data used are primary data and secondary data. The data analysis method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The test results prove that reward and punishment have a positive and significant effect simultaneously or partially on the performance of CV employees Widya Pustaka, Tasikmalaya Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the profitability of MSMEs based on local culinary products in the city of Tasikmalaya, especially during pandemic and endemic times, with the aim of seeing whether there are significant differences between the financial performance of MSMEs during pandemic and endemic times. The emergence of the global Covid-19 pandemic outbreak has had an impact on business activities so that it has affected sales levels and has had an impact on company profits. Restrictions on economic activity during the pandemic began to be relaxed during the endemic period. The method used in this study is descriptive and quantitative comparative analysis, with a survey approach where a sample of 55 local culinary-based MSME groups is taken which are considered representative, using a purposive sampling technique, from a population of 545 culinary-based MSME groups in the city of Tasikmalaya. The data analysis tool used in this study was the Wilcoxon signed test. The results of the study show that in general the profitability of MSMEs during the pandemic can still be said to be quite good, although there are several MSMEs that have negative profitability values. In general, the profitability of MSMEs during endemic times can be said to be good, and there are no more MSMEs that have negative profitability values. There is a significant difference between the profitability of MSMEs during pandemic and endemic periods.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the work environment and job satisfaction on turnover intention among CV employees. Sollu Citra Muslim. This research uses quantitative methods. The type of data used is primary data, with a research sample of 76 respondents from CV employees. Sollu Citra Muslim and uses the Proportional Random Sampling sampling technique. The data analysis tool used in this research is SPSS Version 25. Data collection techniques are interviews and questionnaires. The research results show that the Work Environment and Job Satisfaction simultaneously have a significant effect on Turnover Intention. The Work Environment partially has a negative and significant effect on Turnover Intention. Job Satisfaction partially has a negative and insignificant effect on Turnover Intention.Keywords: Work Environment, Job Satisfaction, Turnover Intention

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of financial literacy and financial self-efficacy on risky credit behavior in using paylater (survey of students in tasikmalaya city). The method used in this research is a quantitative method through a survey approach. With a research sample of 100 students in Tasikmalaya City who use PayLater. The data used is using primary data. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple regression using SPSS 26.0. The results showed that financial literacy has a good assessment classification, financial self-efficacy has a good assessment and risky credit behavior has a good assessment classification for students in Tasikmalaya City who use PayLater. Simultaneously financial literacy and financial self-efficacy have a significant influence on risky credit behavior. Partially, financial literacy does not have a significant effect on risky credit behavior and financial self-efficacy has a significant effect on risky credit behavior in students in Tasikmalaya City who use PayLater.

Abstract

Nilai perusahaan adalah ukuran yang mencerminkan nilai ekonomis atau finansial suatu perusahaan secara keseluruhan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara simultan maupun parsial variabel ukuran perusahaan yang diukur dengan Firm Size, variabel profitabilitas yang diukur oleh Return On Asset (ROA), dan variabel struktur modal yang diukur dengan Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) terhadap nilai perusahaan yang diukuran dengan Price to Book Value (PBV). Populasi yang digunakan penelitian ini adalah laporan keuangan tahunan perusahaan sektor Farmasi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2019-2022. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Pemilihan sampel yang menggunakan Teknik purposive sampling. Sampel yang digunakan adalah laporan keuangan tahunan perusahaan sektor Farmasi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2019-2022. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan yang telah diaudit dan diperoleh dari www.idx.co.id. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi data panel dengan bantuan EViews 12. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa ukuran perusahaan, profitabilitas, dan struktur modal secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Secara parsial ukuran perusahaan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, profitabilitas secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, dan struktur modal secara parsial bepengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Kata Kunci : Ukuran Perusahaan, Profitabilitas, Struktur Modal, Nilai Perusahaan

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apakah likuiditas dan profitabilitas secara simultan dan parsial berpengaruh terhadap financial distress. Desain penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif.Populasi dalam penelitian ini perusahaan ritel yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2019-2022. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 18 perusahaan dengan data sebanyak 72. Pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode dokumentasi. Kemudian melakukan pengujian data dengan analisis regresi data panel dengan Eviews12.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa secara simultan likuiditas dan profitabilitas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap financial distress pada perusahaan ritel yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2019-2022. Secara parsial likuiditas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap financial distress pada perusahaan ritel yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia perioe 2019-2022. Secara parsial profitabilitas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap financial distress pada perusahaan ritel yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia perioe 2019-2022.

Abstract

This study is one way that can be done to find out how Investment Knowledge, Risk Perception and Return influence Stock Investment Interest (Study on Students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Perjuangan Tasikmalaya). The method used is a quantitative method with a survey approach. The population in this study were Generation Z students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Perjuangan Tasikmalaya who were still active in 2020-2023 and with a reference year of birth from 1995-2010 (minimum age 17 years). With a research sample of 100 respondents. This sampling technique uses the Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling technique. The data obtained are primary data and secondary data. The analysis tool used is Multiple Linear Regression using SPSS Version 25. The results of the analysis show that Investment Knowledge, Risk Perception and Return simultaneously have a significant effect on Stock Investment Interest. Risk Perception and Return partially have a significant effect on Stock Investment Interest. While Investment Knowledge partially does not have a significant effect on Stock Investment Interest.
