Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of raw material costs and labor productivity on production results. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with multiple linear regression analysis tools and the data used are primary and secondary data. The calculation results show that there is a very strong relationship between the variable costs of raw materials and labor productivity on production results. Based on this research, the cost of raw materials and labor productivity simultaneously have a significant effect on production results. Partial raw material costs have a significant effect on production results. Labor productivity has a significant effect on production results. The results of the calculation show that there is a very strong relationship between the variables of raw material costs and labor productivity on production results.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of Preventive Maintenence and Breakown Maintenence on the smooth running of the Production Process (Case study on CV. Dira Mahakarya Utama Printing Ciamis Regency). The method used in this study is a casual associative method (causation) with a quantitative approach, as for what is used as a sample, namely data on preventive maintenence costs, maintenence breakdown costs, and production target data for the last 4 years, namely in the 2018-2021 period at the Dira Mahakarya Utama printing house. The analysis tool used in this study was multiple linear regression using SPSS Version 25. The results showed that simultaneously the disciplines of Preventive Maintenence and Breakdown Maintenence had a significant effect on the smooth running of the production process. Partially Preventive Maintenence has a significant effect on the smooth running of the production process. Partial Breakdown Maintenence does not have a significant effect on the smooth running of the Production Process.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of brand prestige and lifestyle on the purchasing decisions of Starbucks HZ Tasikmalaya consumers. The research method used is a quantitative method with a survey approach to 110 respondents who are consumers of Starbucks HZ Tasikmalaya. The type of data used is primary data. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. The results of this test prove that brand prestige and lifestyle have a significant effect either partially or simultaneously on purchasing decisions of Starbucks HZ Tasikmalaya consumers

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline, work stress on employee performance at PT. Asia Toserba Tasikmalaya (Case Study on Employees of PT. Asia Toserba Tasikmalaya City in the Sales Clerk). The method used is a quantitative approach with a sample of 100 respondents from sales clerks at PT. Asia Department Store Tasikmalaya City. The data used are primary data and secondary data. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 25. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously work discipline and work stress have a significant effect on employee performance. Partially work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance. Partially, work stress has a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This purpose of this study to determine the effect of work ethic and workload on employee performance (census on Dinas Koperasi, Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah, Perindustrian dan Perdagangan at Kota Tasikmalaya). The method used is a quantitative method with a research sample of 58 respondents who are an employee at Dinas Koperasi, Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah, Perindustrian dan Perdagangan at Kota Tasikmalaya. The data is used primary data and secondary data. The analitytical tool in this research is multiple regression using by SPSS version 25. The result showed that simultaneously work ethic and workload has a significant influence on employee performance. Partially work ethic has a significant influence on employee performance. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze the description of emotional intelligence, organizational commitment, and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) at Prasetya Bunda Tasikmalaya Hospital. The effect of emotional intelligence and organizational commitment simultaneously on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) of Prasetya Bunda Tasikmalaya Hospital. The effect of emotional intelligence partially on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) Prasetya Bunda Tasikmalaya Hospital. Partial influence of organizational commitment to Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) of Prasetya Bunda Tasikmalaya Hospital. This research includes quantitative research in the sense that in this study it uses numbers, starting from data collection to interpreting data with statistical tests. The data collection technique used was a survey method. The data analysis technique used was descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression tests. The results showed that emotional intelligence was in the very good category, organizational commitment was in the good category, and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) among Prasetya Bunda Tasikmalaya Hospital employees was in the good category. There is a significant simultaneous influence of emotional intelligence and organizational commitment to Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on Prasetya Bunda Tasikmalaya Hospital employees. There is a partial significant effect of emotional intelligence on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) in Prasetya Bunda Tasikmalaya Hospital employees. There is a partial significant effect of organizational commitment to Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on Prasetya Bunda Tasikmalaya Hospital employees.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Total Quality Management on Operational Performance (Survey at the Rajapolah Regional Cuttlefish Company, Tasikmalaya Regency). The method used in this study is causality, with a sample of 30 respondents who are company owners, production managers and deputy production managers of 10 Cuttlefish Companies in the Rajapolah area of Tasikmalaya Regency. The analytical tool used in this research is simple regression using SPSS Version 25. Based on the calculations, it was found that the application of Total Quality Management had a positive and significant effect on the operating performance of cuttlefish companies in Rajapolah, Tasikmalaya Regency.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how demographic factors and financial efficacy can influence investment decision choices (Survey of Economics and Business Faculty Students in Tasikmalaya City). The method used is a quantitative method through a survey approach. With a sample of 102 students in Tasikmalaya City. The data used is primary data. The data obtained was then processed using validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, and statistical analysis tests. The research results show that demographic factors and financial efficacy can simultaneously significantly influence the investment decision choices of students at the Faculty of Economics and Business. Demographic factors can partially influence the investment decision choices of students in the City of Tasikmalaya significantly, and financial efficacy can partially influence the investment decision choices of Economics and Business Students in the City of Tasikmalaya significantly.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Net Profit Margin dan Earning Per Share terhadap Harga Saham pada PT. Lippo Karawaci Tbk. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif asosiatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dokumentasi. Alat analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis jalur (path analysis). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat diketahui bahwa: (1) Net Profit Margin berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Earning Per Share pada PT. Lippo Karawaci Tbk. (2) Net Profit Margin dan Earning Per Share secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Harga Saham pada PT. Lippo Karawaci Tbk. (3) Net Profit Margin tidak berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap Harga Saham pada PT. Lippo Karawaci Tbk. (4) Earning Per Share tidak berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap Harga Saham pada PT. Lippo Karawaci Tbk. (5) Net Profit Margin tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Harga Saham Melalui Earning Per Share pada PT. Lippo Karawaci Tbk. ABSTRACT The research is conducted by the objective to know the effect of Net Profit Margin and Earning Per Share on Stock Price on PT. Lippo Karawaci Tbk. The method used in this study is a quantitative approach with associative descriptive methods. data collection technique used in this study is documentation. The data analysis tool used in this study is path analysis. Based on the results pf the study, it can be seen that: (1) Net Profit Margin has a significant effect on Earning Per Share on PT. Lippo Karawaci Tbk. (2) Net Profit Margin and Earning Per Share simultaneously have a significant effect on Stock Price on PT. Lippo Karawaci Tbk. (3) Net Profit Margin has no direct effect on Stock Price on PT. Lippo Karawaci Tbk. (4) Earning Per Share has no direct effect on Stock Price on PT. Lippo Karawaci Tbk. Abstract

This study aims to determine the differences in online impulse buying behavior of gen z and gen y in terms of hedonic shopping motivation in shopee e-commerce users in Tasikmalaya City. The research method used in this research is quantitative research with causality method and survey approach. The population in this study is not known with certainty. The sampling technique in this study is nonprobability sampling with a total sample size of 100 people who are shopee e-commerce users with group divisions, namely 50 gen z people and 50 gen y people. The type of data used is primary data obtained from questionnaires. The data testing techniques used in this study are validity test, reliability test and independent sample t-test and simple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 25. The results of this study indicate that there is no significant difference in Hedonic Shopping Motivation between Gen Z and Gen Y. There is a significant difference in Online Impulse Buying between Gen Z and Gen Y. Hedonic Shopping Motivation has a significant effect on Gen Z's Online Impulse Buying. Hedonic Shopping Motivation has a significant effect on Online Impulse Buying Gen Y.
