Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: 1) Pengaruh Reward terhadap Kinerja PT.Provices Indonesia area Universitas Indonesia, 2) Pengaruh Punishment terhadap kinerja PT. Provices Indonesia area Universitas Indonesia, 3) Pengaruh Reward dan Punishment terhadap Kinerja PT. Provices Indonesia area Universitas Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah Probability Sampling menggunakan metode teknik sampling jenuh dengan sampel sebanyak 67 responden. Populasi penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Provices Indonesia area Universitas Indonesia. Uji Instrumen meliputi uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Uji asumsi klasik meliputi uji normalitas, uji multikolinieritas dan uji heteroskedastisitas. Uji hipotesis yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda, uji parsial, uji simultan dan uji koefisien determinasi (KD). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Reward berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Karyawan yang ditunjukkan dengan persamaan garis regresinya adalah 0,121(X1) dengan nilai positif, nilai thitung 4,893 > ttabel 1,99 dan R-square sebesar 0,269 atau 26,9%. 2) Punishment berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Karyawan yang ditunjukkan dengan persamaan garis regresinya adalah 0,527(X2) dengan nilai positif, nilai thitung 7,950 > ttabel 1,99 dan R-square sebesar 0,493 atau 49,3%. 3) Pengaruh Reward dan Punishment terhadap Kinerja Karyawan yang ditunjukkan dengan persamaan regresi berganda Y = 7,200 + 0,121X1 + 0,527X2 dengan nilai positif, Fhitung 31,909 > Ftabel 3,14 dan Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,499 (49,9%).

Abstract

This community service activity aims to examine the implementation of Customer Experience Management (CEM) at PT Yakult Indonesia Persada through the role of Yakult Ladies and the direct selling system in fostering customer loyalty. Field observations were conducted at the Yakult distribution center in Mojokerto. The results indicate that the Yakult Lady program not only serves as a product distribution system but also strengthens emotional connections with consumers through personal interaction. The direct selling system also proves effective in maintaining distribution efficiency and product quality. Both strategies significantly contribute to enhancing customer trust, repeat purchases, and brand loyalty. Recommendations include strengthening the capacity of Yakult Ladies through training, utilizing digital technology for customer data management, and expanding distribution coverage to rural areas. This activity provides practical benefits for the development of customer experience–based marketing strategies and the improvement of service quality in the community.

Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengolah limbah pelepah dan daun kelapa sawit menjadi briket sekaligus meningkatkan pemahaman masyarakat tentang pemanfaatan limbah sebagai sumber energi dan peluang usaha. Kegiatan dilaksanakan melalui pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif, meliputi pengumpulan bahan baku, proses karbonisasi, penghalusan arang, pencampuran dengan perekat alami, pencetakan, penjemuran, serta sosialisasi dan edukasi langsung kepada masyarakat mengenai tahapan pembuatan, manfaat, dan potensi pemasaran briket. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa masyarakat dapat memahami dan mengikuti proses pembuatan briket secara praktis, sementara produk yang dihasilkan memiliki kualitas baik, siap pakai, dan memiliki identitas melalui logo dan kemasan sehingga meningkatkan nilai jual. Kegiatan ini berhasil menumbuhkan kesadaran masyarakat terhadap pentingnya pengelolaan limbah yang ramah lingkungan serta membuka peluang ekonomi baru melalui pemanfaatan limbah sawit. Simpulan dari pengabdian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengolahan limbah menjadi briket dapat menjadi solusi efektif untuk mengurangi penumpukan limbah, meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat, dan mendorong pengembangan usaha lokal. Disarankan agar kegiatan selanjutnya fokus pada peningkatan kapasitas produksi, pendampingan pemasaran, dan penguatan keberlanjutan usaha berbasis limbah pertanian

Abstract

By contrasting the risks and returns of investing in BBRI, AMMN, BBCA, and BBNI shares with the IHSG, this study examines the viability of doing so. The average return and risk (standard deviation) for each stock and IHSG are determined statistically, and beta calculations are used to gauge systematic risk. According to the analysis's findings, the average return of each stock varies from that of the IHSG. Additionally, the standard deviation of risk differs from company to company. One can determine how sensitive these equities are to changes in the market by using beta analysis. While some companies offer larger returns with more manageable risks, others perform less attractively than the JCI. Recommendations for investments are made after weighing risk and return.

Abstract

This research was motivated due to the students’ problems including frequent injuries and excessive fatigue during tournaments and practice. It is caused by unstable student physical fitness, which affects game performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the physical fitness of students who joined UKM football at Universitas Muhammadiyah Bangka Belitung. The benefit of this research was as a consideration for trainers which can be used as the reference for students. The type of this research was quantitative descriptive research. The variable in this study was a single variable, namely physical fitness. The sample in this study used a saturated sample of the population while the population of this study were 27 students of UKM football at Universitas Muhammadiyah Bangka Belitung. The results of this study showed that there were 11 students in the good category, there were 16 students in the medium category, while there were 0 students in the very good, poor and very poor categories. Based on the results study, the level of physical fitness of male students who joined UKM football at Universitas Muhammadiyah Bangka Belitung is in the moderate category.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to ascertain how the Inside Outside Circle (IOC) learning paradigm has affected the students' ability to cooperate while discussing the ethnic variety in Indonesia. With a one-group pretest-posttest pre-experimental design, this research used a quantitative approach. The Inside Outside Circle (IOC) learning technique was used in this study at SD Negeri 1 Kelapa. All of the fourth-graders at SD Negeri 1 Kelapa constituted the study's population, and the sample was chosen using the Saturated Sampling method. The class IV sample for this study has a total of 21 pupils. The data were gathered via observation. In this study's data analysis, both normality tests and hypothesis testing were used. The Inside Outside Circle (IOC) learning model has an impact on fourth-grade students' cooperation skills in the content on ethnic diversity in Indonesia at SD Negeri 1 Kelapa, according to calculations using the t-test, which revealed that the value, t-count = 12.203 > t-table = 1.725, then Ha is accepted.

Abstract

The background of this research is the lack of students' understanding of Pancasila values. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the 7E cycle learning model on the ability to understand Pancasila values ​​material for students IV MI Nurul Falah Kimak. This study uses quantitative research with the "Quasi Experimental Design" method. (Nonequivalent Control Group Design). The sampling technique in this study used total sampling. The sample for this study were 20 fourth-grade A and 20 fourth-grade B. The data collection technique used was a test consisting of 10 pretest and posttest essay questions regarding Pancasila values. The data analysis technique used is the normality test, homogeneity test along with hypothesis testing using the related sample t-test (polled variant). The results showed that there was a significant effect on the essay test results between the experimental group and the control group. This is shown in the test calculation results related sample t-test (polled variant) with tcount = 3.100 > ttable = 2.004 this shows that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. So it can be concluded that the 7E cycle model has an influence on students' understanding abilities in class IV MI Nurul Falah Kimak.

Abstract

This research was motivated due to a lack of references for learning on the materials of prayer procedures. In addition, the size of the textbook is also less practical to carry everywhere due to its size, and teaching materials based on pocketbooks have not yet been compiled on the materials of prayer procedures in Islamic education. This study aims to develop a pocketbook on the materials of prayer products for second-grade students at elementary school. This research was a research and development (Research and Development). This study used the ADDIE model which consists of five stages: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. This study shows that teaching materials based on pocketbooks are feasible and practical as learning media by revising them based on expert advice. The percentage of eligibility given by subject matter expert 1 is 90% (very feasible), by material expert 2 is 84% (very feasible), by media expert is 80% (decent), and by education practitioner expert is 84% (practical). The percentage of eligibility given from the results of the teaching materials trial (small scale) obtained a percentage of 100% (very feasible) and the results of the trial use of teaching materials (large scale) obtained a percentage of 96% (very feasible). So it can be concluded that the pocket book-based teaching materials that have been developed are feasible and practical to use as learning teaching materials.

Abstract

Abstrak Tindakan bullying sudah menjadi masalah global yang sering ditemui dan dihadapi banyak orang khususnya remaja termasuk remaja awal di sekolah dasar (SD), sekolah menengah pertama (SMP) maupun di sekolah menengah atas (SMA). Bullying merupakan perilaku yang agresif dan terjadi berulang kali dengan cara menyakiti fisik ataupun mental yang dilakukan oleh seorang maupun sekelompok anak kepada anak yang lainnya. . Dampak yang ditimbulkan ketika seseorang atau lebih melakukan perilaku bullying yaitu cenderung berperilaku agresif lalu terlibat di sebuah kelompok dan aktivitas kenakalan yang lain. Sebaliknya dampak yang dapat dirasakan oleh korban bullying yakni memiliki masalah emosi atau perasaan, harga diri rendah, tertekan, suka menyendiri dan merasa tidak aman Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat ini untuk meningkatakan pengetahuan siswa/siswi mengenai efikasi diri dalam menghadapai perilaku bullying di Sekolah Dasar Negeri 41 Palembang dengan metode penyuluhan. Proses pelaksanaan dalam kegiatan Penyuluhan dengan efikasi diri dalam menghadapi perilaku bullying pada anak usia sekolah di SD N 41 Palembang tahun 2023 telah dilaksanakan pada tanggal 11 Agustus 2023.. Pelaksanaan penyuluhan ditujukan pada siswa/siswi setempat dengan media dan alat yang digunakan yaitu leaflet. Penyampaian materi dengan metode ceramah dan diskusi mengenai efikasi diri dalam menghadapi perilaku bullying. Pada saat materi berakhir di berikan evaluasi ke siswa/siswi yang mengikuti penyuluhan dengan mudah mereka bisa menjawab pertanyaan-pertanyaan yang di berikan serta ada beberapa siswa/siswi memberikan pertanyaan terkait hal yang belum mereka pahami, kegiatan ini harapannya ke depan bisa dilaksanakan secara berkesinambungan dan berkelanjutan Kata Kunci : Efikasi diri, Perilaku Bullying, Usia Sekolah   Abstract Bullying has become a global problem that is often encountered and faced by many people, especially teenagers, including early teens in elementary school (SD), middle school (SMP) and high school (SMA). Bullying is aggressive behavior that occurs repeatedly by means of physical or mental harm carried out by one or a group of children against other children. . The impact that occurs when one or more people engage in bullying behavior is that they tend to behave aggressively and then become involved in groups and other delinquent activities. On the other hand, the impacts that can be felt by victims of bullying are having emotional or feeling problems, low self-esteem, being depressed, liking to be alone and feeling insecure. The aim of this community service is to increase the knowledge of students at State Elementary School 41 Palembang. The implementation process for counseling activities on self-efficacy in dealing with bullying behavior in school-aged children at SD N 41 Palembang in 2023 was carried out on August 11 2023. The outreach was aimed at local students with the media and tools used, namely leaflets. Delivery of material using lecture and discussion methods regarding self-efficacy in dealing with bullying behavior. At the end of the material, evaluation was given to the students who took part in the counseling, they were easily able to answer the questions given and there were several students who asked questions related to things they did not understand.
