Abstract

Meningkatnya penggunaan alat kreasi visual-digital dalam pendidikan sering kali belum diikuti oleh rancangan pedagogis yang menuntut nalar kritis dan integritas praktik digital. Penelitian ini bertujuan menyintesis keterkaitan pemanfaatan alat tersebut dengan kompetensi 4C dan literasi digital melalui Systematic Literature Review (SLR) terhadap 31 artikel periode 2021-2025 Pencarian literatur dilakukan dengan mengakses database Scopus dan mesin pencari Google Scholar. Hasil sintesis menunjukkan bahwa dominasi platform Canva (52,78%) berhasil menurunkan hambatan teknis dalam ekspresi kreatif, namun kemudahan operasional tersebut justru ditemukan berbanding terbalik dengan kedalaman kognitif peserta didik. Ketimpangan ini terlihat pada rendahnya penguatan berpikir kritis (16,1%) serta terbatasnya perhatian pada dimensi literasi sosial-etis (12,9%), literasi informasi (12,9%), dan literasi AI (3,2%). Fenomena ini dirumuskan sebagai “Paradoks Dekorasi Digital”, sebuah kondisi di mana kemajuan estetika visual tidak sejalan dengan aktivitas evaluatif seperti verifikasi informasi, argumentasi berbasis bukti, dan pertimbangan etika digital. Studi ini menegaskan bahwa otomatisasi fitur dalam instrumen digital tidak secara mandiri menstimulasi pembelajaran tingkat tinggi tanpa desain instruksional yang menuntut penalaran logis. Implikasi pedagogisnya, pendidik perlu mengintegrasikan rubrik asesmen yang secara eksplisit menilai kualitas logika, evaluasi sumber, dan kepatuhan etis guna memastikan teknologi berfungsi sebagai medium konstruksi pengetahuan substantif di era AI generatif.

Abstract

This study addresses a critical gap in flipped learning research by focusing on the specific role of multimedia tools in enhancing student engagement and comprehension—an area often overlooked in prior studies that tend to generalize the benefits of flipped classrooms. Employing a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) methodology, the study adheres to PRISMA guidelines and analyzes 20 empirical studies selected from 147 initial records obtained through databases such as Scopus, Google Scholar, and PubMed. Articles were included based on relevance, publication year (2019–2024), and methodological rigor. The findings quantitatively indicate that 100% of the studies reported improved comprehension, 90% observed heightened engagement, and 80% noted enhanced learning flexibility through multimedia-supported flipped learning. However, 60% of the studies identified infrastructural and digital literacy challenges as significant barriers. Theoretically, this research reinforces Vygotsky’s social constructivism by emphasizing interactive and student-centered learning environments. Practically, it underscores the need for teacher training and robust digital infrastructure to optimize flipped learning implementation. This review contributes actionable insights into designing more adaptive, technology-integrated education systems.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Learning Management System (LMS) on the success of blended learning using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method. The literature analyzed came from accredited journals indexed in Scopus and Google Scholar databases, with a publication range of 2020-2024 and the selection process was carried out based on Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) so that 20 journals were obtained that showed that LMS is effective in increasing the success of blended learning. Based on the analysis of articles and journals, this review highlights that LMS significantly increases several aspects of blended learning. Specifically, the use of LMS leads to a significant increase in several aspects of blended learning. LMS has been shown to be a critical determinant in enhancing student engagement within blended learning environments. Furthermore, LMS supports early data detection, which ultimately improves student learning outcomes. Students also experience higher satisfaction levels when LMS is integrated into blended learning courses. Beyond student benefits, LMS facilitates enhanced course management and delivery, providing a robust framework for modern education with effective organization and flexible learning experiences. The effectiveness of teaching is also improved through the integration of technology-mediated learning approaches via LMS. Moreover, LMS can accelerate the adaptation of teachers to distance education, increasing adoption rates and supporting various aspects of blended learning implementation. From this study, it can be seen that in general it shows indicators that LMS can improve student learning outcomes and learning independence in accordance with the objectives of blended learning. However, the effectiveness of LMS varies by educational context, and the intention to continue using LMS is influenced by perceptions of usefulness and satisfaction. The review concludes that several key elements maximize the impact of LMS on blended learning success: positive user experience, active teacher involvement, utilization of LMS data, and consideration of the educational context. LMS adoption is driven by the need for flexibility and to accelerate the digitalization of education, its can be seen from the increased effectiveness and ease of learning with flexible and cost-effective access to materials, as well as increasing learning independence by facilitating students to learn according to their respective speeds and learning styles.Effective implementation, however, requires addressing teacher anxiety by providing adequate support, such as internet and computer/gadget availability. These findings confirm that LMS plays a very important role in increasing the success of blended.

Abstract

Data innovation is currently progressing very rapidly in the field of education. As a result, Vocational High Schools (SMK) utilize e-learning and also information technology in carrying out teaching and learning activities. For this reason, a Systemic Literature Review (SLR) was conducted which examines what and how e-learning is researched. This research uses PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systemic and Meta-Analysis) guidelines, by searching for scopus indexed articles in the 2019-2023 range involving a total of 193 articles. After the screening process, 20 articles were obtained which were then analyzed in accordance with the Research Question (RQ) that had been formulated. The objectives of this examination are (1) To assess and describe the effect of e-learning implementation through Edmodo Stage (2) To determine the factors that influence the continuity of e-learning at work on students' understanding and learning achievement in the Edmodo field.  These results have limitations in terms of the scope of data sources and the depth of study on the material discussed. So this research provides opportunities for further researchers both in development design and SLR.

Abstract

Mathematics education plays a crucial role in equipping students with the skills necessary for the 21st century, such as critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. However, many students perceive mathematics as a challenging and tedious subject, which ultimately leads to a decline in their motivation and learning outcomes. Consequently, the application of gamification as an alternative method in mathematics instruction has demonstrated significant potential for enhancing student engagement and learning results. This research aims to investigate the impact of gamification in mathematics learning, as well as the trends associated with its implementation. Findings from prior studies indicate that gamification, whether digital or non-digital, can enhance motivation, reduce mathematics-related anxiety, and deepen the understanding of mathematical concepts. Digital educational games, along with the use of non-digital playing cards, have proven effective in improving student engagement and comprehension of mathematics across various educational levels. Adaptive learning systems that utilize artificial intelligence (AI) also exhibit substantial potential in providing personalized learning experiences tailored to the abilities of individual learners. This article examines 13 prominent journals selected following a rigorous elimination process utilizing the systematic literature review methodology. This process will occur from 2015 until 2025. The objective of this systematic approach is to evaluate and analyze pertinent, high-quality literature to enhance comprehension of the subject matter. The PRISMA approach is utilized to choose articles based on the established inclusion and exclusion criteria to get pertinent literature. Nevertheless, the challenges faced include the creation of gamification that is both more immersive and relevant to real-life contexts. Further research is required to explore the implementation of more pertinent gamification elements, such as challenges based on real-world situations and aspects of robotics, as well as the influence of social and emotional factors on the effectiveness of gamification in mathematics education. Thus, this study contributes to identifying the potential and shortcomings in the application of gamification within the field of mathematics education.

Abstract

Keterampilan membaca permulaan merupakan aspek fundamental dalam perkembangan literasi anak yang berpengaruh terhadap kesuksesan akademik mereka di masa depan. Di era digital, integrasi multimedia digital dalam pembelajaran membaca menjadi pendekatan yang efektif untuk meningkatkan kemampuan membaca siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan tinjauan literatur sistematis/ Systematic Literature Review (SLR) yang bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi jenis multimedia digital yang digunakan dalam pembelajaran membaca permulaan, menilai dampaknya terhadap keterampilan membaca siswa, serta mengeksplorasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi efektivitasnya. Dengan menggunakan pedoman PRISMA, 30 studi yang diterbitkan antara tahun 2019 hingga 2025 dianalisis dari jurnal terindeks Scopus dan Sinta. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa berbagai format multimedia digital, seperti e-book interaktif, permainan edukatif, augmented reality, dan aplikasi mendongeng, mampu meningkatkan keterlibatan siswa, motivasi, serta pemahaman mereka terhadap teks. Selain itu, pembelajaran berbasis multimedia mendukung pengembangan kosakata, pembelajaran yang dipersonalisasi, dan kolaborasi antar siswa. Namun, efektivitas multimedia digital dipengaruhi oleh kualitas konten, kompetensi guru, akses terhadap teknologi, serta keterlibatan orang tua. Studi ini juga menyoroti potensi pengembangan web multimedia interaktif yang mengintegrasikan nilai Tri Hita Karana dengan pendekatan flipped learning dalam mendukung pembelajaran kolaboratif dan meningkatkan keterampilan membaca permulaan siswa. Penelitian lebih lanjut disarankan untuk mengeksplorasi implementasi pembelajaran multimedia berbasis budaya serta dampaknya terhadap literasi membaca siswa. Early reading skills are a fundamental aspect of children's literacy development and significantly influence their future academic success. In the digital era, the integration of digital multimedia into reading instruction has become an effective approach to enhance students' reading abilities. This study is a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) aimed at identifying the types of digital multimedia used in early reading instruction, assessing their impact on students' reading skills, and exploring the factors influencing their effectiveness. Using the PRISMA guidelines, 30 studies published between 2019 and 2025 were analyzed from Scopus and Sinta indexed journals. The findings indicate that various forms of digital multimedia such as interactive e-books, educational games, augmented reality, and storytelling appscan improve student engagement, motivation, and text comprehension. Moreover, multimedia-based learning supports vocabulary development, personalized learning, and peer collaboration. However, the effectiveness of digital multimedia is influenced by content quality, teacher competence, access to technology, and parental involvement. This study also highlights the potential for developing interactive web-based multimedia that integrates the Tri Hita Karana values with a flipped learning approach to support collaborative learning and enhance early reading skills. Further research is recommended to explore the implementation of culturally-based multimedia learning and its impact on students’ reading literacy.

Abstract

The development of student competence and character has become a central concern in contemporary education, particularly in responding to global challenges that require higher-order thinking skills and strong moral foundations. This study aims to examine how the deep learning approach contributes to strengthening student competence toward the achievement of Pancawaluya-based character values. The research employed a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method guided by PRISMA procedures. Relevant literature was collected from academic databases such as Google Scholar, DOAJ, and Scopus using keywords related to deep learning, student competence, character education, and Pancawaluya. After a rigorous screening and eligibility process, 20 articles published within the last ten years were selected and synthesized for analysis. The results indicate that the deep learning approach significantly enhances higher-order cognitive skills, metacognitive awareness, critical thinking, collaboration, and reflective abilities. Furthermore, when integrated with Pancawaluya values cageur, bageur, bener, pinter, and singer the deep learning approach facilitates holistic character formation through authentic, contextual, and participatory learning experiences. The discussion highlights that meaningful engagement, reflective activities, and project-based collaboration are effective mechanisms for internalizing local cultural values within academic processes.The novelty of this study lies in conceptualizing the integration of the deep learning approach with the local wisdom framework of Pancawaluya as a comprehensive model for competence and character development. The findings imply that educators and policymakers should systematically embed culturally grounded character values into deep learning design to promote sustainable, holistic, and culturally responsive education.

Abstract

Materi konversi sistem bilangan komputer masih menjadi salah satu materi yang sulit dipahami oleh sebagian siswa, khususnya pada jenjang Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK). Kesulitan tersebut disebabkan oleh karakteristik materi yang menuntut pemahaman konsep serta keterampilan berhitung yang perlu dilatih secara berulang. Kondisi ini menuntut adanya inovasi media pembelajaran yang mampu membantu siswa memahami materi secara lebih mudah, menarik, dan tidak membosankan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran multimedia interaktif dengan pendekatan drill and practice pada materi konversi sistem bilangan komputer. Pendekatan drill and practice menekankan latihan yang dilakukan secara berulang dan sistematis untuk meningkatkan pemahaman serta keterampilan siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan 4-D yang meliputi tahap define, design, develop, dan disseminate. Subjek penelitian melibatkan siswa kelas X SMK, dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, dan angket. Media yang dikembangkan divalidasi oleh ahli materi dan ahli media untuk mengetahui tingkat kelayakannya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa multimedia pembelajaran interaktif yang dikembangkan dinyatakan layak digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran. Media ini mampu meningkatkan keterlibatan siswa dalam proses pembelajaran serta membantu siswa memahami konsep dan keterampilan konversi sistem bilangan komputer secara lebih efektif. Dengan demikian, multimedia pembelajaran interaktif berbasis drill and practice dapat dijadikan sebagai alternatif media pembelajaran untuk mendukung pembelajaran konversi sistem bilangan komputer di SMK.

Abstract

Materi recount text dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris di sekolah dasar masih menjadi salah satu materi yang belum optimal dipahami oleh siswa. Kesulitan ini disebabkan oleh penyajian materi yang cenderung konvensional melalui penjelasan verbal dan buku teks, sehingga siswa kurang aktif, kurang tertarik, serta mengalami kesulitan dalam memahami isi, struktur, dan unsur kebahasaan teks. Kondisi tersebut menuntut adanya inovasi media pembelajaran yang mampu menghadirkan pengalaman belajar yang lebih menarik, interaktif dan sesuai dengan karakteristik peserta didik sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kelayakan multimedia pembelajaran interaktif pada materi recount text. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan model ADDIE yang meliputi tahap analysis, design, development, implementation, dan evaluation. Produk yang dikembangkan berupa multimedia interaktif yang memadukan teks, gambar, audio, animasi, serta latihan soal untuk mendukung proses pembelajaran yang lebih efektif dan mudah dipahami. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran angket kepada 45 responden untuk menilai kelayakan media berdasarkan aspek kemudahan penggunaan, kejelasan materi, tampilan visual, daya tarik serta kesesuaian dengan pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa multimedia pembelajaran interaktif yang dikembangkan memperoleh skor rata-rata 4,44 yang berada pada kategori sangat baik dan layak digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran awal. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi, dilakukan penyempurnaan terhadap produk agar lebih optimal digunakan dalam pembelajaran sehingga media ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan motivasi dan pemahaman siswa.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media informasi berbasis Augmented Reality (AR) yang menyajikan pengaruh kolonial Belanda terhadap masa kejayaan Kerajaan Karangasem secara interaktif dan kontekstual. Pengembangan media ini dilatarbelakangi oleh keterbatasan penyampaian informasi sejarah yang masih menggunakan media konvensional, sehingga kurang menarik dan kurang mampu meningkatkan pemahaman pengunjung, khususnya di kawasan Taman Soekasada Ujung. Selain itu, kurangnya visualisasi yang mendukung menyebabkan informasi sejarah sulit dipahami secara mendalam oleh pengguna. Produk yang dikembangkan berupa aplikasi Android bernama RUWATARA yang mengintegrasikan berbagai elemen multimedia seperti teks, gambar, audio, dan objek tiga dimensi untuk menciptakan pengalaman belajar yang lebih imersif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan model Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) yang meliputi tahap concept, design, material collecting, assembly, testing, dan distribution. Pengujian aplikasi dilakukan melalui uji blackbox untuk memastikan fungsi sistem, uji ahli media dan ahli isi untuk menilai kelayakan, serta uji pengguna menggunakan User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ). Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi mampu berjalan dengan baik, menampilkan objek AR secara stabil, serta dinyatakan layak digunakan dari segi teknis dan isi.
