Abstract

Online marketing training for PKK (Family Welfare Movement) and Posyandu (Integrated Service Post) cadres' flagship products aims to increase sales and expand market reach through digital platforms such as social media and e-commerce. This training equips participants with basic digital marketing skills, business account optimization, engaging content creation, and the use of applications such as e-commerce and marketplaces. Furthermore, this activity also improves digital literacy and empowers families and communities economically. This community service program aims to provide online marketing training for PKK women as a continuation of the creative economy program in Karyamekar Village, Garut, West Java. The community service event was held on November 14-15, 2025, in the Karyamekar Village Hall. The method used was presentations, discussions, and a question-and-answer session. During the presentation, the speaker discussed the importance of digital marketing in marketing products. With the advancement of technology, digital marketing is essential for product marketing. Online marketing can transcend the boundaries of time, space, and location, meaning sales can be made anytime and anywhere. A strategy is needed to leverage digital marketing to increase sales.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji peran pendidikan Islam sebagai pondasi moderasi beragama dan toleransi antar umat beragama di Indonesia yang menghadapi tantangan serius berupa intoleransi dan radikalisme keagamaan yang meningkat. Tujuan penelitian adalah menganalisis konsepsi teologis-pedagogis pendidikan Islam dalam moderasi beragama, mekanisme pembentukan sikap toleransi antar umat, tantangan implementatif beserta strateginya, dan model ideal pendidikan Islam yang mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai moderasi secara holistik dalam seluruh aspek pembelajaran. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode library research yang menganalisis artikel jurnal ilmiah terindeks, buku, monograf, dan dokumen kebijakan pendidikan dari rentang waktu 2021-2025 melalui database akademik elektronik. Teknik analisis data menggunakan content analysis kualitatif melalui tahapan sistematis meliputi reading and familiarization, coding, categorizing, thematic analysis, dan interpretation and synthesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan Islam berlandaskan konsep wasathiyah dan ummatan wasathan yang menawarkan fondasi teologis-etis untuk sistem pendidikan inklusif dan adaptif terhadap keragaman sosial. Mekanisme konstruksi toleransi dilakukan melalui internalisasi nilai dalam kurikulum integratif, pembelajaran partisipatif berbasis dialog dan kolaborasi, serta peran guru sebagai teladan dan fasilitator. Tantangan berupa keberagaman peserta didik dan polarisasi ideologi diatasi melalui strategi pembaruan kurikulum berkelanjutan, pelatihan guru terstruktur, dan pemanfaatan media digital sebagai instrumen penguatan. Model ideal mengintegrasikan kurikulum Rahmatan Lil'alamin dengan prinsip kurikulum merdeka dalam sistem ekologis yang melibatkan interaksi dinamis seluruh komponen pendidikan. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi teoretis dalam pengembangan teori pendidikan Islam berbasis moderasi dan panduan praktis bagi stakeholder pendidikan dalam merancang kebijakan responsif untuk membangun harmoni sosial di tengah keragaman bangsa Indonesia yang plural.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis perkembangan nilai-nilai karakter pada anak usia dini melalui kegiatan bermain menggunakan metode literature review. Pendidikan karakter pada masa usia dini menjadi fondasi dalam pembentukan kepribadian anak, dan kegiatan bermain terbukti sebagai medium yang efektif untuk internalisasi nilai-nilai karakter. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan literature review dengan menganalisis sepuluh publikasi ilmiah periode 2021-2025 yang diperoleh dari berbagai basis data akademik. Kriteria inklusi mencakup publikasi yang relevan dengan pendidikan karakter, anak usia dini, dan kegiatan bermain yang telah melalui proses peer review. Hasil penelitian mengidentifikasi empat kategori utama kegiatan bermain yaitu bermain peran, permainan tradisional, kegiatan outbound, dan permainan edukatif berbasis learning tools yang masing-masing memberikan kontribusi unik dalam pengembangan karakter. Nilai karakter yang dikembangkan mencakup dimensi sosial seperti gotong royong dan kerja sama, dimensi moral seperti kejujuran dan tanggung jawab, dimensi personal seperti disiplin, sportivitas, serta dimensi kognitif seperti kreativitas. Mekanisme pengembangan karakter beroperasi melalui pembiasaan, pembelajaran sosial, experiential learning, dan motivasi intrinsik. Efektivitas kegiatan bermain dipengaruhi oleh kompetensi pendidik, konsistensi implementasi, kualitas lingkungan, dan integrasi budaya lokal. Mekanisme internalisasi nilai beroperasi melalui transformasi kognitif-afektif, regulasi diri, scaffolding sosial, dan transfer pembelajaran ke konteks kehidupan nyata. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa bermain peran mengintegrasikan nilai karakter paling komprehensif, sementara permainan tradisional efektif melestarikan kearifan lokal. Penelitian ini berkontribusi pada pengembangan kerangka konseptual pengembangan karakter berbasis bermain yang kontekstual dengan budaya Indonesia dan karakteristik perkembangan anak usia dini. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan pentingnya kolaborasi antara lembaga PAUD, keluarga, dan masyarakat untuk mengoptimalkan pengembangan karakter anak melalui kegiatan bermain yang terstruktur dan bermakna.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the kiyai leadership model in developing the quality of boarding school education. A qualitative approach with an interpretive paradigm was used in this study. A case study was designed at Pondok Pesantren Khas Kempek Cirebon during the year 2022-2023. Primary and secondary data were collected through observation, documentation, and interviews. After that, the data were analyzed, which included information reduction and data validation. The results of this study show that Kiyai implements a transformative leadership model in four dimensions, namely Idealized Influence, Intellectual Stimulation, Individual Consideration, Inspirational Motivation. Efforts made by the Kyai to improve the quality of education by making changes to the boarding school education system, namely with a directed and modern curriculum. The results of this study provide important insights for kyai in particular and for pesantren education managers in general about how to optimize their leadership to improve the quality of education being implemented by their pesantren institutions. This study also shows that a transformative leadership model of kiyai is needed in moving boarding school educational institutions to produce quality education.

Abstract

Bullying, a persistent and intentional form of aggressive behavior, has become a major issue affecting students in educational institutions worldwide. Its negative impacts on victims’ emotional well-being, academic performance, and psychological health have raised serious concerns among educators and policymakers. This study aims to examine the importance of legal education policies in preventing bullying within the learning environment of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Mathlaul Huda Cicalengka. The research employs a normative legal approach using secondary data, which includes primary legal materials, secondary sources, and tertiary references. The data were analyzed through descriptive analytical methods to provide a comprehensive understanding of how legal education can serve as a preventive mechanism against bullying. The findings reveal that legal education significantly contributes to shaping students’ awareness of their rights and obligations, fostering a culture of respect and responsibility. By integrating legal education into school programs, students are better equipped to recognize and respond to bullying behaviors, both as potential victims and as witnesses. Consequently, the implementation of legal education policies is proven to be an essential preventive strategy in creating a safer, more inclusive, and law-abiding school environment.

Abstract

Islamic Religious Education (PAI) plays a fundamental role in students' character building, yet its implementation is often still trapped in a surface learning model oriented towards rote memorization. In line with educational policies in Indonesia that now emphasize the Deep Learning approach, an analysis of the alignment between PAI policies and this new approach is needed. This research uses a systematic literature review method with a qualitative approach. Data were collected from various empirical research articles published between 2022-2025. The method used is library research with a content analysis approach to various relevant scientific literature. The study results show that the principles of Deep Learning namely meaningful, mindful, and joyful learning are highly consistent with the goals of PAI to internalize moral values. However, there are challenges at the policy level, which often still focus on achieving curriculum content targets rather than facilitating a deep learning process. In conclusion, for PAI to be effective in character building, existing policies need to be reoriented to explicitly support and facilitate learning models that are contextual, reflective, and student-centered, in accordance with the essence of Deep Learning.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum policy by analyzing its impact on student motivation and learning outcomes. This research uses a systematic literature review method with a qualitative approach. Data were collected from various empirical research articles published between 2022-2025, examining the curriculum's application in primary and secondary education. The data were analyzed using thematic content analysis. The main synthesis results show that the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum, particularly through Project-Based Learning (P5) and differentiated learning, consistently has a positive and significant impact on increasing student motivation, independence, and active participation. Various studies also confirm an improvement in student learning outcomes, both cognitively and in 21st-century skills. The most frequently reported primary challenges are teacher readiness, administrative load, and limited supporting facilities. It is concluded that the Merdeka Curriculum is effective in improving motivation and learning outcomes, but its uniform implementation success is highly dependent on systematic support for teacher training and infrastructure fulfilment.

Abstract

The zoning system policy in New Student Admission represents a strategic effort by the Indonesian government to achieve equitable access to quality education. This research aims to analyze the implementation of the zoning system policy in student admission, identify supporting and inhibiting factors, and evaluate its impact on educational quality equity across schools and regions. The method employed is library research with a qualitative approach, analyzing official policy documents, accredited scientific journals, and research findings from the 2021-2024 period. Data analysis was conducted through content analysis techniques encompassing reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Research findings indicate that zoning system implementation has enhanced educational accessibility by prioritizing students based on geographical proximity, yet faces various challenges including uneven school distribution, facility quality disparities, teacher distribution inequality, and administrative complications. Positive impacts of this policy include improved access to nearby schools and opportunities for students from economically disadvantaged families, while negative impacts encompass student difficulties in choosing preferred schools and incomplete achievement of learning quality equity. Research findings suggest that the zoning system has not been fully effective in realizing educational quality equity due to persistent infrastructure disparities and community perceptions toward favored schools. Infrastructure improvements, quality teacher redistribution, policy adjustments aligned with local conditions, intensive socialization, periodic evaluation, and strengthened affirmative policies are necessary to enhance zoning system effectiveness.

Abstract

Indonesia's educational transformation faces complex challenges in preparing a generation capable of competing in the global era. This research examines the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum as a strategic response to 21st-century learning needs through a systematic literature review approach. The study focuses on three fundamental aspects: policy implementation practices across various educational institutions, identification of supporting and inhibiting factors in learning transformation, and evaluation of impacts on student competency improvement. The research method employs a qualitative approach with content analysis techniques on scientific literature from 2021-2025 sourced from national and international journals and official policy documents from the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology. Data analysis was conducted through content analysis techniques encompassing reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Findings reveal that Merdeka Curriculum implementation successfully integrates 4C skills through project-based learning and differentiation that accommodates diverse student characteristics. Principal leadership, teacher competency, and Platform Merdeka Mengajar support emerge as key success elements, while infrastructure limitations, inter-regional digital gaps, and human resource readiness remain significant obstacles. Positive impacts are evident in improved student literacy and numeracy, character strengthening through the Pancasila Student Profile, and teacher role transformation from teacher-centered to student-centered approaches. This research recommends strengthening continuous mentoring systems, equalizing access to learning technology, and affirmative policies for disadvantaged areas to accelerate inclusive and quality educational transformation throughout Indonesia.

Abstract

Pondok pesantren (Islamic boarding schools) plays an important role in religious education and the character development of young generations in Indonesia. However, the times demand a transformation in pesantren education policy to integrate classical religious traditions with modern learning approaches. This study analyzes the policy of modern pesantren education focusing on the integration of tradition and modernization in learning practices. The research method employs a qualitative approach with content analysis techniques on scientific literature from 2020-2025 sourced from national and international journals and official policy documents from the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology. Data analysis was conducted through content analysis techniques encompassing reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Findings show that government and pesantren policies have adopted an integrative approach, including strengthening the national curriculum, improving teacher competence through training, and applying information technology. Nonetheless, challenges such as cultural resistance to innovation and limitations of resources in traditional pesantren remain. In conclusion, the success of integration heavily depends on responsive policy synergy and strengthening of human resource capabilities.
