Abstract

The purpose of the research is to obtain the most desirable zygote age for the triploidization process using heat shock and to determine the growth performance of Seurukan fish breed as triploidized. The method used in this study is experimental method with a completely randomized design model, through 4 treatments, and 3 replications. P0: Normal spawning (control) P1: Temperature 42°C, zygote age 15 minutes old, temperature shock duration 2 minutes. P2: Temperature 42°C, zygote age 20 minutes old, temperature shock duration 2 minutes. P3: Temperature 42°C, zygote age 25 minutes old, temperature shock duration 2 minutes. The preferable hatching was found in P3 treatment with a zygote age of 25 minutes old and immersed duration for 2 minutes which was 91.27%. In addition, the highest survival rate was found in the control treatment which was 89.98% and the percentage of triploids successfulness was found in P2 with a zygote age of 20 minutes old and an immersed duration for 2 minutes which was 60%. The results present that the triploidization of Seurukan fish through a temperature shock of 42oC for 2 minutes at the zygote age of 20 minutes old after fertilization succeeded in inducing triploid fish. The optimum treatment that able to produce the highest triploid (60%) with a survival rate of 81.1% is a temperature shock of 42oC for 2 minutes at the zygote age of 20 minutes old after fertilization.

Abstract

This study discusses the influence of location, price, promotion and purchasing decisions at the Kharisma Agung supermarket. This study aims to determine the effect partially and simultaneously of, Price, Promotion on Purchasing Decisions at Kharisma Agung Supermarkets. To achieve this goal, the research method used is quantitative. The sampling technique used was proportionate stratified random sampling and the number of samples used was 100 respondents. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression. The independent variables in this study are Location, Price, Promotion of Purchase Decisions while Purchasing Decisions as the dependent variable. The research data was obtained through a questionnaire given to customers who made purchases at Kharisma Agung Supermarkets on August 1 - 10, 2020, who were> 20 years old and <55 years old. The results show that Location, Price, and Promotion partially and simultaneously affect the Purchase Decision at Kharisma Agung Supermarkets. In this regard, Kharisma Agung Trenggalek Supermarkets should improve the location again because it has been proven to be able to influence the Purchase Decision of Kharisma Agung Supermarkets, Prices are also well maintained by supermarkets and increase the material provided in the Promotion to support customers in determining Purchasing Decisions.

Abstract

The increasing need for transportation, especially motorcycles, has led to many illegal methods and criminal actions by individuals committing motorcycle theft. Fundamentally, security and safety are the primary concerns motorcycle users must pay attention to on the road. Many vehicle users neglect safety while riding, such as inappropriate driving. Some actions endanger themselves and other drivers, like using a cell phone while riding, causing the rider to lose focus. Therefore, this research offers a solution as a microcontroller-based security and safety system aimed at minimizing motorcycle theft and improving riding safety. The solution from this research is to produce a microcontroller-based technology utilizing RFID for security, touch sensors, and push buttons for safety when the rider does not follow proper riding procedures. The Research & Development method is used in this research, with five stages: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The results of this study are a prototype of a security and safety system based on an Arduino Uno microcontroller as the control center. Regarding security, the vehicle starts only with registered access in the control center, which is then placed on the RF reader installed on the car. From the test results, using an e-KTP as the vehicle access medium successfully started the motorcycle with a 0% error rate from 10 trials. Regarding rider safety, using a touch sensor to test the number of passengers was successful, with an 80% success rate from 10 trials. The push button succeeded with a 100% success rate from 10 trials when users did not position their hands on both motorcycle handles (bars) and successfully triggered the alarm when the rider was not riding correctly.

Abstract

Sistem informasi terus berkembang deng teknologi komputer yang selalu berubah. Sistem informasi merupakan keberhasilan suatu perusahaan yang dibutuhkan dalam dunia bisnis untuk dapat menjalankan aktivitasnya secara efektif dan efisien. Penjualan sparepart alat berat (excavator) di Lombok Timur tepatnya di Desa Geres Barat Labuhan Haji merupakan toko satu - satunya yang didirikan pada tahun 2022. Toko ini menjual berbagai macam suku cadang (excavator) seperti filter oli, filter solar, oli hidrolik, kuku bucket, gemuk/pelumas, safarator dan lain-lain. Permasalahan pada toko ini masih menggunakan cara konvensional yaitu pembeli harus datang ke lokasi. Selain itu, Media pemasaran masih menggunakan facebook menyebabkan jangkauan penjualan terbatas, dikarenakan tidak semua pembeli menggunakan sosial media. Oleh karena itu, penulis berusaha membangun sistem informasi penjualan berbasis web yang dapat memudahkan para pembeli sparepart excavator untuk melihat dan memesan barang tanpa harus menggunakan sosial media. Dengan adanya sistem penjualan secara online, ini mempermudahkan pengelola dalam melayani pemesanan barang yang dilakukan pembeli pelanggan ataupun dalam mencari sparepart excavator. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data observasi,wawancara dan studi pustaka. Hasil yang didapatkan dari tujuh indikator bahwa persentase kelayakan pengujian kualitas sistem sebesar 61,51% dan hasil dari tiga indikator persentase kelayakan kualitas sistem 76,39% yang didapatkan menggunakan skala likert.Kata Kunci : Penjualan, Sparepart Excavator,Sistem Informasi Penjualan.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi dan informasi, khususnya yang di Indonesia terjadi sangat dinamis. Manusia sebagai pengguna teknologi harus bisa memanfaatkan taknologi yang ada saat ini. Tentunya dengan perkembangan teknologi ini diharapkan, kita dapat beradaptasi dengan meningkatkan pola fikir kreatif agar bisa memanfatkan teknologi secara positif. Bahkan tidak hanya untuk perangkat elektronik saja, penggunaan teknologi mikrokontroler hari-hari ini makin berkembang pesat. Metode ini dilakukan dengan membaca dan mempelajari bahan-bahan refrensi melalui internet, buku dan jurnal yang berkaitan dengan penelitian penulis. Serta observasi yang merupakan suatu teknik pengumpulan data melalui pengamatan terhadap suatu peristiwa yang berhubungan dengan objek penelitian. Penelitian ini akan menghasilkan sebuah produk berupa tongkat tunanetra yang menggunakan sensor dan output suara menggunakan speaker. Media dari rangcangan ini berupa tongkat. Pada penelitian ini dapat membuat alat bantu berjalan untuk penyandang tunanetra dimana dapat memudahkan penyandang tunanetra dapat bergerak secara efesien. Komponen ini memiliki keunggulan dapat memutar file audio / module sound player music dengan support format audio seperti  file .mp3 yang sudah umum dikenal oleh khalayak umum. Jarak maksimal yang dideteksi sensor yaitu 30cm dan DFPlayer mp3 akan mengeluarkan suara melalui speaker. Jika lebih dari 30cm maka suara atau output yang akan keluar dari speaker tidak dapat keluar.

Abstract

Online gaming has become increasingly popular in Indonesia, especially among young people, with 63.9 million users. While online gaming can be a source of income, there are concerns about its permissibility in Islam. Islamic scholars state that earning money from online games is permissible as long as it is done ethically and the games do not involve prohibited elements such as gambling, violence, or pornography. To address this topic, a discussion was held at SMK Al Ihsan in West Jakarta. The results of the workshop indicate that online gaming can be a positive and permissible activity if it adheres to Islamic principles.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the aspects of taxation on the income of Indonesian workers abroad, both in terms of policy and implementation. The research was conducted with a qualitative approach using the literature method on income tax rules for taxpayers abroad, as well as the interview method to 5 informants of Indonesian workers abroad about the implementation of these rules on the income earned by the informants. Regulators in Indonesia have issued Minister of Finance Regulation No. 18 of 2021, Income Tax Law article 24, and Tax Harmonization Law which regulates the taxation status of overseas workers. The results of interviews from informants explain that the majority of Indonesian workers lack understanding of taxation rules on tax status and income tax withholding processes based on Indonesia’s tax rule or tax rules in the country where the informant works. This result can be an input for Indonesian regulators in optimizing the process of socialization and tax education for Indonesian workers who will and are working abroad.

Abstract

Objectives: The objectives of this study is to obtain the empirical evidence about the effect of tax knowledge, tax penalties, e-filling on MSME taxpayer compliance with education level as a moderating variable at KPP Pratama Pondok Gede, Bekasi City. Methodology: The type of data used is primary data. The sample of this study were 100 MSME respondents at KPP Pratama Pondok Gede, Bekasi City who were registered. Data analysis using path analysis using the SmartPLS 4.0 application was used to test the hypothesis. Finding: The results of this study concluded that tax knowledge has a significant effect on taxpayer compliance, tax sanctions have no significant effect on taxpayer compliance, e-filling has no significant effect on taxpayer compliance. Conclusion: The level of education is not able to moderate tax knowledge on taxpayer compliance, the level of education is not able to moderate tax sanctions on taxpayer compliance, the level of education is not able to moderate e-filling on taxpayer compliance.

Abstract

Purpose - This study aims to investigate the impact of sales growth, leverage, and intellectual capital on financial distress in the property and real estate sub-sector, comparing the periods before and after the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic Design/methodology/approach - The study employs a quantitative research design using panel data regression analysis. Financial data from listed property and real estate companies in Indonesia will be collected for the periods before (2017-2019) and after (2020-2022) the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic. The Altman Z-score will be used as a proxy for financial distress. Sales growth, leverage ratios, and intellectual capital (measured using the VAIC model) will serve as independent variables, with profitability as a moderating variable. Comparative analysis between the pre- and post-pandemic periods will be conducted to identify any significant changes in the relationships between the variables. Finding - Findings indicate that sales growth does not impact financial distress; leverage has a significantly negative effect, while intellectual capital has a notably positive effect. Additionally the COVID-19 pandemic has had a profound impact on the companies under study, resulting in a statistically significant difference in sales growth, intellectual capital, profitability, and financial distress between the pre- and post- pandemic periods Originality -It provides a comprehensive analysis of financial distress determinants in the property and real estate sub-sector, an area that has been underexplored in existing literature

Abstract

Abstract In the era of globalization and advances in information technology, the sports retail industry in Indonesia has experienced rapid development, marked by an increase in the number of stores and branches. One example is SneakerZone in Kediri, which faces challenges in market competition with the need to understand and meet consumer expectations. This study aims to determine the effect of store atmosphere and service quality on the level of consumer satisfaction at the SneakerZone Kediri Sports Store. The analysis techniques used are validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis tests, and determination coefficient tests using SPSS 25.0 software. The sample in this study was 140 respondents and used purposive sampling for sampling. The results showed that store atmosphere had a significant effect on consumer satisfaction with a sig. value of 0.002 <0.05 and service quality had a significant effect on consumer satisfaction with a sig. value of 0.000 <0.05, and store atmosphere and service quality had a simultaneous effect on consumer satisfaction with a sig. value. 0.000 < 0.05 Keywords: Store Atmosphere, Service Quality, and Consumer Satisfaction Abstrak Di era globalisasi dan kemajuan teknologi informasi, industri ritel olahraga di Indonesia mengalami perkembangan pesat yang ditandai dengan peningkatan jumlah toko dan cabang. Salah satu contohnya adalah SneakerZone di Kediri, yang menghadapi tantangan dalam persaingan pasar dengan kebutuhan untuk memahami dan memenuhi ekspektasi konsumen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tentang pengaruh store atmosphere dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap tingkat kepuasan konsumen pada Toko Olahraga SneakerZone Kediri. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linear berganda, uji hipotesis, dan uji koefisien determinasi menggunakan software SPSS 25.0. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 140 responden dan menggunakan purposive sampling untuk pengambilan sampel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa store atmosphere berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen dengan nilai sig. 0,002 < 0,05 dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signfikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen dengan nilai sig. 0,000 < 0,05, dan store atmosphere dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh simultan terhadap kepuasan konsumen dengan nilai sig. 0,000 < 0,05 Kata Kunci : Store Atmosphere, Kualitas Pelayanan, dan Kepuasan Konsumen
