Abstract

This article explores the oral interpretation of amar makruf nahi mungkar from the perspective of ḥabā`ib in Pontianak City, West Kalimantan. The study is qualitative in nature and adopts a field research model with descriptive-analytic data analysis. The findings suggest that local ḥabā`ib interpretations of amar makruf nahi mungkar can be classified into two groups: those that specifically focus on Quranic texts containing the phrase, and those that interpret verses of the Quran without the phrase. The discussion of the term ‘munkar’ predominantly revolves around issues relating to Muslim and non-Muslim leaders, the criminalization and humiliation of ulama, and LGBT-related cases. The oral tradition plays a crucial role in shaping the interpretation of ḥabā`ib, which is characterized by three key aspects: a) a focus on local issues, b) an agonistic tone, and c) conservative or traditionalist views. These characteristics have a significant impact on the interpretation of amar makruf nahi mungkar by ḥabā`ib, resulting in an interpretation that differs from that found in traditional interpretation literature.

Abstract

This research is motivated by an agency operating in the hospitality sector, because in agencies human resources are very important in achieving success. The purpose of this research is to explain the influence of teamwork, work discipline, and work ethics on employee performance. The research method used is a quantitative method using questionnaires as data. This research uses a saturated sampling technique. The sample in this research was all PKWT employees, 47 employees of Lotus Garden Hotel Kediri. In this research, the results showed that teamwork partially had no significant effect on the performance of Lotus Garden Hotel Kediri employees, work discipline partially had a significant effect on the performance of Lotus Garden Hotel Kediri employees, and work ethics partially had an effect on the performance of Lotus Garden Hotel Kediri employees. Meanwhile, simultaneously these three variables have a significant effect on the performance of Lotus Garden Hotel Kediri employees.

Abstract

This research is motivated by a company engaged in the field of online transportation, because in the company of human resources is a determinant of success. The purpose of this study to explain the effect of work motivation, communication and non-physical work environment on employee performance. The study was conducted on Maxim drivers in Kediri. The research method used is quantitative method. This study used purposive sampling technique. The population of this study was 1000 drivers and the sample used was 69 respondents. The data analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination (R2), t test and f test. The results obtained by this study concluded that work motivation has a positive and insignificant effect on performance. Communication has a negative and insignificant effect on performance. The non-physical work environment has a positive and significant effect on performance. Simultaneously work motivation, communication and non-physical work environment have a positive and significant effect on performance.

Abstract

AbstrakArtikel ini merupakan sebuah analisis makna terhadap karya-karya seni visual Butet Kartaredjasa “Goro-Goro Bhineka Keramik”. Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan focus pada pendekatan semiotika dyadic Ferdinand De Saussure. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa karya-karya “Goro-Goro Bhineka Keramik” memiliki makna tentang pentingnya sikap kritis bagi si seniman, sindiran politik yang memecah belah masyarakat serta pentingnya menjaga persatuan di tengah keberagaman sebagai identitas bangsa Indonesia.AbstractThe paper is a meaning analysis on artworks “Goro-Goro Bhineka Ceramic” by Butet Kartaredjasa. This research using a qualitative method with focuses on dyadic semiotics from Ferdinand De Saussure. The result of this research contains:  the meaning of the ceramics is about the importance of critical attitude for him as an artist, divisive political innuendo in Indonesian people, and the importance of maintaining unity amidst diversity as the identity of the Indonesian nation.

Abstract

Bada Mudiak is a Minangkabau pattern inspired by fish. Bada Mudiak means small fish facing upstream. This pattern contains the meaning of life that is harmonious, compact, one-sided, harmonious, one-way, and purposeful. The concept of the work created is the application of Bada Mudiak to macrame cardigan created in the size and placement of Bada Mudiak pattern. The method used is called Gustami SP's three-stage theory, started from exploring the process of searching or exploring to make direct observations to find out Bada Mudiak's pattern as well as looking for reference sources and images through literature study. Designing starts from sketching, designing and continuing with the embodiment process by preparing the materials and tools used. The work was created using 2 mm black, yellow, and red cotton rope. Macrame technique is used to create cardigans, and embroidery techniques is used to combine Bada Mudiak pattern on it.Each work created has a different meaning and title, namely: Ka Hulu, Indak Saliang Manyalo, Bairingan, Basamo Balapang-Lapang, Cilako Jikok Basilang, Saraso, and Tongga Babeleng. Keywords: Bada Mudiak, Cardigan, Macrame, Embroider

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan motivasi dan hasil belajar kognitif fisika siswa SMP N 23 Pekanbaru kelas VII pada pelajaran suhu dan kalor. Metode penelitian yang digunakan merupakan pendekatan kuantitatif karena penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran tentang motivasi belajar siswa dan hasil belajar kognitif siswa. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode kuesioner untuk variabel motivasi belajar. Pengumpulan data untuk variabel hasil belajar kognitif dilakukan dengan memberikan tes objektif tertulis. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata/mean motivasi belajar siswa kelas VII SMP N 23 Pekanbaru adalah 133,06 dan rata-rata/mean hasil belajar siswa kelas VII SMP N 23 Pekanbaru adalah 60,99. Dalam uji normalitas menunjukkan bahwa nilai uji normalitas motivasi belajar adalah 0,441 dan uji normalitas hasil belajar adalah 0,053. Dalam uji linearitas menunjukkan bahwa nilai signifikansi linear sebesar 0,141 > 0,05. Hasil analisis korelasi diatas menunjukkan bahwa nilai korelasi person adalah 0,006 < 0,05, sehingga variabel motivasi belajar dengan hasil belajar kognitif memiliki korelasi. Hasil analisis korelasi product moment dari Karl Person menunjukkan bahwa hubungan antar kedua variabel memiliki hubungan yang lemah.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of hexagon fraud with company size moderating its effect on financial statement fraud. Hexagon fraud is measured through six components, namely, stimulus, capability, collusion, opportunity, rationalization and ego. Meanwhile, company size is measured through total assets and financial statement fraud is measured through the Beneish M-Score model. This research is included in descriptive quantitative research. Through purposive sampling, 35 companies were determined as samples for a 5-year observation period from a total population of 113 non-cyclical consumer sector companies as of 2022 listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Data were processed using multiple linear regression. Based on the results of data analysis, it is known that partially hexagon fraud has a significantly positive effect on financial statement fraud, while company size has no effect on financial report fraud. As a moderator, company size can strengthen the influence of hexagon fraud on financial statement fraud. Simultaneous testing shows that hexagon fraud and company size influence financial statement fraud. However, both of them were only able to explain 9% of financial statement fraud with the rest explained by other variables.

Abstract

Abstrak. Kota Surabaya sebagai salah satu kota besar di indonesia mempunyai tingkat kepadatan lalulintas yang tinggi. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari kemacetan yang sering terjadi, semakin banyak jumlahkendaraan dengan kapasitas jalan tidak memadai. Kemacetan yang terjadi di kota Surabaya umumnyasering dijumpai di daerah perdagangan, daerah pendidikan maupun daerah perkantoran. Tujuan penelitianini adalah untuk mengetahui volume lalu lintas harian rata-rata, derajat kejenuhan, dan kapasitas JalanMayjen Sungkono. Data volume lalu lintas harian rata-rata dari Dinas Perhubungan Kota Surabayamemperlihatkan tingkat kenaikan volume lalu lintas. Tercatat tahun 2014 – 2018 dengan total 97,602 lalulintas harian rata-rata, dengan tingkat kenaikan kurang lebih 15 persen per dua tahun. Kapasitas jalan menunjukkan total53,995 smp/jam. Kelayakan jalan ditinjau dari segi lalu lintas yang akan ditentukan berdasarkan nilaiderajat kejenuhan yang baik, yaitu lebih kecil 0,85. Hasil analisis dari kondisi eksisting jalan yang di hitung darikapasitas jalan dan volume lalu lintas harian rata-rata diperoleh nilai DS 1.80 yang berarti volumekendaraan sudah melebihi kapasitas. Kecepatan pengendara saat melintas yaitu sepeda motor dengan ratarata68.4 Km/h, mobil dengan rata-rata 58.8 Km/h angkot dengan rata-rata 42.9 Km/h, pick up/ boxdengan rata-rata 4.8 Km/h, truk 1 sumbu dengan rata-rata 42.9 km/h.Kata Kunci : Derajat kejenuhan, volume lalu lintas, kapasitas,kecepatan,kecepatan rata-rata.

Abstract

Sustainable finance aims to increase the resilience and competitiveness of Financial Services Institutions to grow and develop sustainably. The development of the Islamic banking business in Indonesia in terms of income earned is still categorized as relatively small compared to conventional banking. Therefore, Islamic banking must improve the performance of its company to grow and develop so that it can compete with conventional banking. This study aims to examine the effect of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) on the Financial Sustainability Ratio (FSR), as well as examine the role of Islamic Social Reporting (ISR) at Indonesia Islamic Bank in influencing the relationship between Good Corporate Governance (GCG) and Financial Sustainability Ratio (FSR). The research method used is a quantitative approach with an analytical method using the Structural Equation Model Partial Least Square (SEM PLS). The subjects in this study were Indonesian Islamic Commercial Banks registered with the Financial Services Authority (OJK) in 2013 - 2019. The direct test results showed that GCG disclosure had a negative and insignificant effect on FSR, then GCG disclosure had a negative and insignificant impact on ISR. ISR disclosure has a positive and significant effect on FSR. The indirect test results show that ISR cannot mediate the relationship between GCG and FSR

Abstract

ABSTRAKSilek Tuo merupakan salah satu seni bela diri Minangkabau yang tumbuh dan berkembang di nagari Sungai Pua, Kabupaten Agam, Provinsi Sumatera Barat. Di Nagari Sungai Pua, Silek Tuo  masih dihadirkan sebagai salah satu seni tradisi daerah yang dilestarikan. Meski demikian,  peminat akan seni bela diri mulai berkurang dari waktu ke waktu. Hal ini juga dipengaruhi oleh tidak adanya wadah serta media yang bisa meningkatkan gairah generasi millennial untuk mengembangkan silek tuo. Melalui dokumentasi dokumenter, harapannya seni bela diri silek tuo kembali dapat meningkatkan eksistensinya sebagai seni tradisi yang harus dijaga dan dilestarikan.Tujuan penelitian ini ialah sebagai upaya pelestarian dalam menjaga eksistensi  seni bela diri silek tuo dalam bentuk pendokumentasian seni bela diri silek tuo di Nagari Sungai Pua. Penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk mengenalkan, mengembangkan seni bela diri silek tuo kepada kaum milenial dengan mendokumentasikan seni silek tuo dalam fotograi dokumenter. Melalui unsur-unsur metode EDFAT (Entire, Detail, Frame, Angle, Time), objek silek tuo dinarasikan dengan gaya bertutur naratif sehingga foto dokumenter ini dapat menyampaikan informasi, dan meyakinkan pemandang foto tentang eksistensi silek tuo.ABSTRACTSilek Tuo is a Minangkabau martial art that grows and develops in the Sungai Pua village, Agam Regency, West Sumatra Province. In Nagari Sungai Pua, Silek Tuo is still presented as one of the local traditional arts that is preserved. However, the interest in martial arts began to decrease from time to time. This is also influenced by the absence of forums and media that can increase the enthusiasm of the millennial generation to develop silek tuo. Through documentary documentation, it is hoped that the martial art of silek tuo can again increase its existence as a traditional art that must be preserved and preserved. The purpose of this study is as a preservation effort in maintaining the existence of the martial art of silek tuo in the form of documenting the martial art of silek tuo in Nagari Sungai Pua. This research also aims to introduce and develop the martial art of silek tuo to millennials by documenting the art of silek tuo in documentary photography. Through the elements of the EDFAT (Entire, Detail, Frame, Angle, Time) method, the silek tuo object is narrated in a narrative style so that this documentary photo can convey information, and convince photo viewers about the existence of silek tuo.
