Abstract

Listrik sangat berpengaruh dalam kehidupan masyarakat sekarang ini, dengan adanya era modern ini semua semua berhubungan dengan teknologi. Kebutuhan masyarakat akan listrik semakin tinggi dikarenakan penggunaan peralatan rumah tangga yang semakin berkembang dan memerlukan daya listrik. walaupun perkembangan KWH meter semakin berkembang, terbukti masih banyak masyarakat yang menggunakan KWH meter jenis lama atau KWH meter pascabayar, dimana setiap bulan masyarakat melakukan pembayaran. petugas PLN selalu datang berkunjung untuk mengambil data pada KWH meter tersebut, Dimana dari permasalah tersebut penulis menemukan ide untuk membuat sebuah alat sistem monitoring daya listrik berbasis IoT media kamera. alat ini memanfaatkan kamera Esp32-cam dan memanfaatkan sensor PZEM004T yang sudah di setting secara otomatis akan mengambil gambar dan data sesuai perintah yang diberikan kemudian hasilnya akan dikirimkan secara otomatis ke Google drive dan thingspeak yang kemudian akan ditampilkan di WEB, dimana hasil dari pengujian yang dilakukan gambar hanya perlu waktu 5 detik untuk mengirimkan gambar ke google drive dan perbedaan dari hasil sensor PZEM004T dengan tang ampere sebagai pembanding hanya berselisih sekitar 00,1 sampai 00,2~. Yang kemudian hasil dari pengujian akan ditampilkan di website yang dirancang dengan platform google site.

Abstract

Seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi dan informasi yang begitu cepat, sistem informasi memiliki peranan yang sangat penting bagi suatu oranisasi atau perusahaan. Peranan teknologi informasi bagi suatu sekolah dapat memudahkan dalam pengolahan informasi secara efektif dan efisien. Untuk hal ini SMP islam NW Bilakembar dalam menyampaikan informasi masih menggunakan sistem manual dengan cara menyampaikan informasi sekolah melalui mading dan pengeras suara.sehingga dalam menyampaikan informasi masih kurang maksimal karena belum menggunakan sistem informasi berbasis web, dengan demikian perlu adanya sistem yang terintegrasi secara online, dengan tujuan untuk mempermudah proses penyampaian informasi pada SMP islam NW Bilakembar sehingga sangat diperlukan untuk membagun sistem informasi sekolah yang berbasis online. Hal tersebut dapat memudahkan sekolah didalam menyampaikan informasi sekolah kepada siswa-siswi dan guru serta menghindari kesalahan informasi jika disampaikan secara manual. Tujuan penilitian ini adalah untuk membuat sistem informasi sekolah di SMP islam NW Bilakembar sehingga dapat mempermudah pihak sekolah dalam menyampaikan informasi. Sehingga hasil dari penelitian ini adalah berupa sistem informasi sekolah berbasis web yang dapat membantu mempercepat kinerja sekolah serta memudahkan sekolah untuk mengelola informasi sekolah yang akan disebar luaskan secara tepat,cepat dan akurat Kata kunci : Sistem Informasi, Website, php mysql

Abstract

This study discusses the influence of location, price, promotion and purchasing decisions at the Kharisma Agung supermarket. This study aims to determine the effect partially and simultaneously of, Price, Promotion on Purchasing Decisions at Kharisma Agung Supermarkets. To achieve this goal, the research method used is quantitative. The sampling technique used was proportionate stratified random sampling and the number of samples used was 100 respondents. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression. The independent variables in this study are Location, Price, Promotion of Purchase Decisions while Purchasing Decisions as the dependent variable. The research data was obtained through a questionnaire given to customers who made purchases at Kharisma Agung Supermarkets on August 1 - 10, 2020, who were> 20 years old and <55 years old. The results show that Location, Price, and Promotion partially and simultaneously affect the Purchase Decision at Kharisma Agung Supermarkets. In this regard, Kharisma Agung Trenggalek Supermarkets should improve the location again because it has been proven to be able to influence the Purchase Decision of Kharisma Agung Supermarkets, Prices are also well maintained by supermarkets and increase the material provided in the Promotion to support customers in determining Purchasing Decisions.

Abstract

Organizational restructuring for sustainability is increasingly recognized as a strategic imperative rather than a compliance-driven adjustment. This study employs a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) using the PRISMA framework to analyze peer-reviewed research from Scopus, Web of Science, and ScienceDirect, focusing on publications between 2015 and 2025. The findings emphasize that organizational culture acts as a catalyst in sustainability transitions, influencing leadership effectiveness, employee engagement, and the adaptability of structural changes. Companies that integrate environmental values into their corporate culture demonstrate higher success rates in implementing green strategies, while cultural resistance often impedes restructuring efforts. Leadership plays a crucial role in shaping sustainable practices by fostering ecological responsibility and guiding transformation processes. The study underscores the importance of aligning cultural frameworks with structural adaptations to ensure long-term sustainability success. Future research should focus on empirical validation, particularly in assessing the role of mid-level leadership in executing sustainability strategies.

Abstract

This study proposes an integrated pre-research framework using the Analytic Hierarchy Process AHP and Causal Loop Diagrams CLD to model strategic ESG-based competencies within the context of Islamic banking, grounded in the Resource-Based View RBV. As ESG considerations increasingly become critical to organizational performance and competitive advantage, especially for value-driven institutions such as Islamic banks, early-stage modeling is essential for identifying key resources and dynamic interactions. AHP is employed to prioritize critical competencies such as crisis response, ESG integration, and innovation based on expert judgment, while CLD is used to visualize feedback structures linking these competencies to sustainable competitive advantage and strategic business performance. The findings demonstrate how AHP and CLD can complement each other in refining theoretical frameworks by combining quantitative prioritization with qualitative system dynamics. This hybrid approach not only enhances conceptual clarity and model robustness but also serves as a diagnostic foundation before empirical validation. The framework offers significant implications for strategic planning in ESG-sensitive industries, contributing methodologically to RBV applications and practically to ESG adoption in Islamic banking.

Abstract

Abstract Risma Nur Azizah. This study aims to analyze the application of the Distribution Requirement Planning (DRP) method in the distribution of goods at CV Utama PS, with a focus on the problem of distribution delays caused by inconsistencies between scheduling and inaccuracy of customer demand data. This can affect the efficiency of distribution planning, resulting in excess or shortage of stock at distribution locations. The DRP method is applied to improve distribution efficiency and reduce related costs. The results of the study show that CV Utama PS previously used its own scheduling planning method, which resulted in a total distribution and storage cost of IDR 14,892,805,000 during the 2022-2023 period. After implementing the DRP method, the total costs incurred decreased to IDR 13,775,657,000 in the same period. Thus, there is a saving of IDR 1,117,148,000 or 7.50%. These results indicate that the implementation of DRP is effective in optimizing distribution planning and reducing the total cost of distributing goods at CV Utama PS. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan metode Distribution Requirement Planning (DRP) dalam distribusi barang pada CV Utama PS, dengan fokus pada permasalahan keterlambatan pendistribusian yang disebabkan oleh ketidaksesuaian antara penjadwalan dan ketidakakuratan data permintaan pelanggan. Hal ini dapat mempengaruhi efisiensi perencanaan distribusi, sehingga terjadi kelebihan atau kekurangan stok di lokasi distribusi. Metode DRP diterapkan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi distribusi dan mengurangi biaya terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa CV Utama PS sebelumnya menggunakan metode perencanaan penjadwalan sendiri, yang mengakibatkan total biaya distribusi dan penyimpanan sebesar Rp. 14.892.805.000 selama periode 2022-2023. Setelah menerapkan metode DRP, total biaya yang dikeluarkan menurun menjadi Rp. 13.775.657.000 pada periode yang sama. Dengan demikian, terdapat penghematan sebesar Rp. 1.117.148.000 atau 7,50%. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan DRP efektif dalam mengoptimalkan perencanaan distribusi dan mengurangi total biaya distribusi barang di CV Utama PS. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of life style, reference group, and E-WOM on purchasing decisions. This study uses a quantitative approach with the multiple linear analysis method. The data were collected through questionnaires with a Likert scale and analyzed using SPSS software version 26. The results of this study indicate that both partially and simultaneously the variables of life style, reference group, and electronic word of mouth (E-WOM) have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. The coefficient of determination supports the results of this study by showing that 80.1% of the independent variable affects the dependent variable and the rest is influenced by other factors. The role of independent variables in this study as information and recommendations in shaping purchasing decisions consumers in using haircut services at Jack Babershop Kota Kediri.

Abstract

The transition from traditional asset-heavy business models to platform-based businesses highlights the increasing importance of intangible resources in sustaining competitive advantage. This study critically examines the limitations of the classic Resource-Based View (RBV), which traditionally emphasizes owned assets, and explores its adaptation to digital platform firms that leverage data, network effects, and strategic orchestration. Using a systematic literature review approach, the study identifies five core capabilities—ecosystem coordination, scalable digital systems, data-driven decision-making, user trust-building, and fast innovation cycles—as fundamental to platform success. Findings suggest that competitive advantage in the digital economy stems from managing rather than owning resources. This research contributes to the strategic management discourse by extending the RBV to incorporate orchestration and relational assets as critical determinants of success in platform-based business models.Keywords: Resource-Based View (RBV); platform-based business models; digital capabilities; strategic orchestration; network effect.
