Abstract

This research investigates the influence of dual role conflict, job stress, and emotional intelligence on the performance of married female employees in the finishing section of a manufacturing company. A quantitative approach was employed, utilizing a questionnaire to collect data from 87 participants selected through purposive sampling. The findings reveal that work-family conflict and work stress have a detrimental impact on the performance of female employees, while emotional intelligence positively affects their performance. These results emphasize the importance of addressing conflicts between work and family roles and managing job stress to enhance female employees' performance. Moreover, fostering emotional intelligence among female employees can contribute to improved performance outcomes. These findings provide valuable insights for organizations seeking to optimize the performance and success of their workforce. Highlights: Dual role conflict and job stress negatively affect female employee performance. Emotional intelligence positively impacts female employee performance. Quantitative research highlights the significance of addressing work-family conflict and managing job stress to enhance female employee performance. Abstract

This study aimed to investigate the impact of Quality of Work Life (QWL), Job Insecurity (JI), and Organizational Commitment (OC) on Turnover Intention (TI) among employees in the production department of an industrial setting. The research was motivated by the observed increase in the turnover rate of the organization over a three-year period. Employing quantitative methods, data were collected and analyzed using statistical techniques. The sample consisted of employees in the production section, and a non-probability sampling technique was employed. The findings revealed that QWL exhibited a partial negative effect on TI, JI displayed a partial positive effect on TI, and OC showed a partial negative effect on TI. These results emphasize the importance of enhancing QWL, reducing job insecurity, and fostering organizational commitment to mitigate turnover intention among employees. The study contributes to the existing literature on employee turnover and provides practical implications for organizations striving to retain a satisfied and committed workforce. Highlights: Quality of Work Life and Organizational Commitment: The study examines how the quality of work life and organizational commitment influence turnover intention among employees in the production department. Job Insecurity as a Predictor: Job insecurity is identified as a significant factor contributing to turnover intention in the production department. Implications for Retention Strategies: The findings highlight the need for organizations to enhance work-life quality, reduce job insecurity, and foster organizational commitment to mitigate turnover intention among production department employees. Abstract

This quantitative study aimed to examine the influence of training, rewards, and incentives on employee performance at CV Mulia Agung Sentosa in Mojokerto. Data was collected through questionnaires and interviews from the entire population of 169 employees using a saturated sampling method. The data was analyzed using SPSS version 22 for windows. The results showed that training, rewards, and incentives had a significant effect on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously. The adjusted R Square value was 0.825 or 82.5%, indicating that employee performance was influenced by training, rewards, and incentives by 82.5%, while the remaining 17.5% was influenced by other variables. The findings suggest that companies should invest in training, rewards, and incentives to improve employee performance and increase productivity. Abstract

This study examines the impact of brand ambassador, product quality, and price on consumer buying interest in Lemonilo noodles among Sidoarjo residents. Using a quantitative approach with 96 purposively sampled respondents, data was collected via Likert scale questionnaires and analyzed with SPSS 26. The findings reveal that all three factors significantly influence buying interest. Employing NCT Dream as a brand ambassador effectively attracts consumers, the product quality meets expectations, and the pricing is appropriate for the market. PT Lemonilo should maintain these strategies while exploring additional promotional activities to expand their market reach. Highlights: 1. Abstract

This study examines the impact of competency, job placement, and work motivation on employee performance at Perumda Delta Tirta Sidoarjo. Using a quantitative approach with a sample of 222 employees selected through simple random sampling, the research employed multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing via SPSS 26. Results indicate that both competency and work motivation positively influence employee performance, while job placement does not have a significant impact. Overall, competency, job placement, and work motivation collectively affect performance, with work motivation being the most influential factor. The findings suggest that enhancing competency and motivation can improve performance, and job placement strategies should better match individual capabilities. Highlights: Competency boosts performance: Competency significantly enhances employee performance. Job placement's impact: Job placement does not significantly affect performance. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of intrinsic motivation, transformational leadership, and organizational commitment on employee performance in umkm. The research attempted by the author in this research is quantitative descriptive research, in quantitative descriptive research using the total sampling method in collecting information. The umkm that will be carried out this research is umkm kampung pia which is located in Warurejo Village, Gempol District, Pasuruan Regency. The population in this study were employees who worked at the UMKM Kampung Pia Warurejo Village. The sample of this study was purposive sampling method obtained from a total sample of 90 respondents. this study uses primary data questionnaires with a Likert scale which are processed using smartpls. the results obtained are intrinsic motivation affects employee performance, transformational leadership affects employee performance and organizational commitment affects employee performance in umkm.

Abstract

In this study, researchers chose the company PT. Japfa Comfeed Indonesia, TBK Gedangan Unit Sidoarjo as the research object has the aim of knowing Organizational Culture, Organizational Commitment and Employee Perceptions of Employee Performance at PT. Japfa Comfeed Indonesia, TBK Gedangan Unit Sidoarjo. This research utilizes quantitative research methods, with the type of data used being primary data (survey). The sampling technique used by researchers was distributing questionnaires to a population of 170 employees with data collected directly from respondents. The data collection technique in this research utilizes a Likert scale. The Likert scale is a tool used to measure attitudes, opinions and perceptions of individuals and groups of people about social phenomena. The data testing analysis technique utilizes Smart Partial Square (SPSS) software version 25. With classic assumption tests of validity and reliability, Outher Model and Inner Model. The research results show that Organizational Culture influences Employee Performance, Organizational Commitment influences Employee Performance, and Employee Perception influences Employee Performance at PT. Japfa Comfeed Indonesia, TBK Gedangan Unit Sidoarjo

Abstract

Indonesian universities face challenges in producing competent and competitive graduates in the workforce. Based on tracer study data from the University of Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo, the graduation rate is still below 50%. This is known to be due to less than optimal work readiness. This study aims to determine how competency, soft skills, and internship experience affect the work readiness of students at the University of Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo. This study used a quantitative approach with a sample of 138 active students in the management study program at the University of Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo. The results showed that competency, soft skills, and internship experience simultaneously had a significant effect on the work readiness of students at the University of Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression using the SPSS program.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dirancang untuk menganalisis relasi antara Motivasi Ekstrinsik, Komitmen, dan Disiplin terhadap performa kerja staf di Kantor SAMSAT Sidoarjo. Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan dalam studi ini. Sebanyak 110 karyawan Kantor SAMSAT Sidoarjo dijadikan populasi dan sampel penelitian. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan melalui metode probability sampling dengan teknik total sampling. Data primer diperoleh melalui kuesioner, yang responsnya diukur menggunakan skala Likert. Analisis data dilakukan dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SPSS, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel independen yaitu motivasi ekstrinsik, komitmen, dan disiplin kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan.
