Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh person–job fit, lingkungan kerja, dan kepuasan kerja terhadap turnover intention karyawan. Fenomena tingginya niat karyawan untuk meninggalkan perusahaan menimbulkan permasalahan serius bagi keberlangsungan operasional, sehingga diperlukan kajian empiris mengenai faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi retensi karyawan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian kausal, dengan pengambilan sampel melibatkan seluruh populasi sebanyak 65 karyawan melalui teknik total sampling. Instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner tertutup dengan skala Likert lima poin, sedangkan analisis data dilakukan menggunakan metode Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SmartPLS 4.0. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi teoritis dalam pengembangan ilmu manajemen sumber daya manusia, khususnya terkait retensi karyawan, serta manfaat praktis bagi perusahaan dalam merumuskan kebijakan pengelolaan karyawan yang lebih efektif. Temuan ini juga relevan dengan pencapaian Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 8 mengenai pekerjaan layak dan pertumbuhan ekonomi berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Teamwork, Internal Work Environment and Financial Compensation on Employee Performance at Sold Out Distros in Tulangan Sidoarjo. The method used in this research is a quantitative approach method. Sampling in this study was carried out using a non-probability sampling method with a saturated sample technique with a total of 95 respondents who became employees at Sold Out Distro in Tulangan Sidoarjo. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this study uses multiple linear regression using the SPSS Statistics version 22 program. The results in this study prove that Teamwork has a partial effect on Employee Performance, Internal Work Environment partially affects Employee Performance and Financial Compensation partially affects Employee performance.

Abstract

This research aimed to investigate the impact of workload and work stress on work satisfaction, as well as the combined effects of workload, work stress, and work satisfaction on turnover intention among employees of CV. Cahaya Baru. A quantitative approach was employed, utilizing a total sampling method with a sample size of 63 employees. Data collection involved questionnaires and observations, while path analysis using the SPSS 25.0 application program was employed for data analysis. The findings revealed that workload and work stress significantly influenced work satisfaction. Additionally, workload, work stress, and work satisfaction collectively exerted a significant effect on turnover intention. However, workload and work stress did not significantly impact turnover intention through work satisfaction. These results shed light on the complex interplay between workload, work stress, work satisfaction, and turnover intention, emphasizing the importance of addressing work-related factors to enhance employee well-being and reduce turnover rates. Highlights: The study examines the impact of workload and work stress on work satisfaction and turnover intention among employees. Workload and work stress significantly influence work satisfaction, while workload, work stress, and work satisfaction collectively affect turnover intention. Abstract

This research investigates the influence of dual role conflict, job stress, and emotional intelligence on the performance of married female employees in the finishing section of a manufacturing company. A quantitative approach was employed, utilizing a questionnaire to collect data from 87 participants selected through purposive sampling. The findings reveal that work-family conflict and work stress have a detrimental impact on the performance of female employees, while emotional intelligence positively affects their performance. These results emphasize the importance of addressing conflicts between work and family roles and managing job stress to enhance female employees' performance. Moreover, fostering emotional intelligence among female employees can contribute to improved performance outcomes. These findings provide valuable insights for organizations seeking to optimize the performance and success of their workforce. Highlights: Dual role conflict and job stress negatively affect female employee performance. Emotional intelligence positively impacts female employee performance. Abstract

This study aimed to investigate the impact of Quality of Work Life (QWL), Job Insecurity (JI), and Organizational Commitment (OC) on Turnover Intention (TI) among employees in the production department of an industrial setting. The research was motivated by the observed increase in the turnover rate of the organization over a three-year period. Employing quantitative methods, data were collected and analyzed using statistical techniques. The sample consisted of employees in the production section, and a non-probability sampling technique was employed. The findings revealed that QWL exhibited a partial negative effect on TI, JI displayed a partial positive effect on TI, and OC showed a partial negative effect on TI. These results emphasize the importance of enhancing QWL, reducing job insecurity, and fostering organizational commitment to mitigate turnover intention among employees. The study contributes to the existing literature on employee turnover and provides practical implications for organizations striving to retain a satisfied and committed workforce. Highlights: Quality of Work Life and Organizational Commitment: The study examines how the quality of work life and organizational commitment influence turnover intention among employees in the production department. Job Insecurity as a Predictor: Job insecurity is identified as a significant factor contributing to turnover intention in the production department. Abstract

This quantitative research study investigates the relationship between organizational judgment, career development, employee engagement, and employee performance at PT. Wood Veneer Adi Perkasa in Mojokerto City. The study aims to assess the direct and indirect effects of organizational judgment and career development on employee performance through the mediating role of employee engagement. The sample consists of 105 employees, and data collection is conducted through a questionnaire using a Likert scale. Path analysis and statistical software version 24 are employed for data analysis. The findings reveal that both organizational judgment and career development positively and significantly impact employee engagement. Additionally, organizational judgment, career development, and employee engagement have positive and significant associations with employee performance. The study highlights the importance of fostering organizational justice, providing opportunities for career development, and enhancing employee engagement to improve overall employee performance. These findings contribute to the existing body of knowledge on employee motivation and organizational behavior, offering implications for practitioners and researchers in the field. Abstract

This quantitative study aimed to examine the influence of training, rewards, and incentives on employee performance at CV Mulia Agung Sentosa in Mojokerto. Data was collected through questionnaires and interviews from the entire population of 169 employees using a saturated sampling method. The data was analyzed using SPSS version 22 for windows. The results showed that training, rewards, and incentives had a significant effect on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously. The adjusted R Square value was 0.825 or 82.5%, indicating that employee performance was influenced by training, rewards, and incentives by 82.5%, while the remaining 17.5% was influenced by other variables. The findings suggest that companies should invest in training, rewards, and incentives to improve employee performance and increase productivity. Abstract

This study examines the impact of brand ambassador, product quality, and price on consumer buying interest in Lemonilo noodles among Sidoarjo residents. Using a quantitative approach with 96 purposively sampled respondents, data was collected via Likert scale questionnaires and analyzed with SPSS 26. The findings reveal that all three factors significantly influence buying interest. Employing NCT Dream as a brand ambassador effectively attracts consumers, the product quality meets expectations, and the pricing is appropriate for the market. PT Lemonilo should maintain these strategies while exploring additional promotional activities to expand their market reach. Highlights: 1. Abstract

Employee turnover is a significant concern for organizations, impacting productivity, morale, and ultimately, profitability. This study investigates the influence of work stress, workload, and work environment on turnover intention among employees of CV. Ambassador Jaya Makmur, a cosmetics company located in Sidoarjo, East Java, Indonesia. Utilizing a quantitative approach with hypothesis testing, data was collected from 75 employees through Google Forms questionnaires. The findings reveal that work stress, workload, and work environment have a positive and significant impact on turnover intention. Specifically, high levels of work stress and workload contribute to employees' intention to leave, while unfavorable work environments also increase turnover intentions. The study underscores the importance of addressing these factors to mitigate turnover and enhance employee retention strategies within organizations. These findings provide valuable insights for human resource management practices, emphasizing the need to create conducive work environments and manage work-related stress and workload effectively to reduce turnover rates. Abstract

This study examines the impact of competency, job placement, and work motivation on employee performance at Perumda Delta Tirta Sidoarjo. Using a quantitative approach with a sample of 222 employees selected through simple random sampling, the research employed multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing via SPSS 26. Results indicate that both competency and work motivation positively influence employee performance, while job placement does not have a significant impact. Overall, competency, job placement, and work motivation collectively affect performance, with work motivation being the most influential factor. The findings suggest that enhancing competency and motivation can improve performance, and job placement strategies should better match individual capabilities.
