Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational justice and job involvement on turnover intent with job satisfaction as an intervening variable at PT Aggiomultimex International Group Sidoarjo. This research uses quantitative research with hypothesis testing. The sample used in this study were 118 employees at PT Aggiomultimex International Group Sidoarjo. The analytical tool used in this study uses statistical software. This study aims to determine the effect of organizational justice, job involvement version 2.5.0. The main data in this study came from a questionnaire. The results of this study prove that (1) organizational justice has a significant effect on turnover intention (2) job involvement has a significant effect on turnover intention (3) Organizational justice variable has no effect on turnover intention (4) Job involvement variable has a significant effect on turnover intention (5 ) Job satisfaction variable has a significant effect on turnover intention (6) Organizational justice variable has no effect on turnover intention through job satisfaction (7) Job involvement variable has a significant effect on turnover intention through job satisfaction

Abstract

This research aimed to investigate the impact of workload and work stress on work satisfaction, as well as the combined effects of workload, work stress, and work satisfaction on turnover intention among employees of CV. Cahaya Baru. A quantitative approach was employed, utilizing a total sampling method with a sample size of 63 employees. Data collection involved questionnaires and observations, while path analysis using the SPSS 25.0 application program was employed for data analysis. The findings revealed that workload and work stress significantly influenced work satisfaction. Additionally, workload, work stress, and work satisfaction collectively exerted a significant effect on turnover intention. However, workload and work stress did not significantly impact turnover intention through work satisfaction. These results shed light on the complex interplay between workload, work stress, work satisfaction, and turnover intention, emphasizing the importance of addressing work-related factors to enhance employee well-being and reduce turnover rates. Highlights: The study examines the impact of workload and work stress on work satisfaction and turnover intention among employees. Workload and work stress significantly influence work satisfaction, while workload, work stress, and work satisfaction collectively affect turnover intention. The findings emphasize the importance of addressing work-related factors to enhance employee satisfaction and reduce turnover rates. Abstract

This research investigates the influence of dual role conflict, job stress, and emotional intelligence on the performance of married female employees in the finishing section of a manufacturing company. A quantitative approach was employed, utilizing a questionnaire to collect data from 87 participants selected through purposive sampling. The findings reveal that work-family conflict and work stress have a detrimental impact on the performance of female employees, while emotional intelligence positively affects their performance. These results emphasize the importance of addressing conflicts between work and family roles and managing job stress to enhance female employees' performance. Moreover, fostering emotional intelligence among female employees can contribute to improved performance outcomes. These findings provide valuable insights for organizations seeking to optimize the performance and success of their workforce. Highlights: Dual role conflict and job stress negatively affect female employee performance. Emotional intelligence positively impacts female employee performance. Quantitative research highlights the significance of addressing work-family conflict and managing job stress to enhance female employee performance. Abstract

This study aimed to investigate the impact of Quality of Work Life (QWL), Job Insecurity (JI), and Organizational Commitment (OC) on Turnover Intention (TI) among employees in the production department of an industrial setting. The research was motivated by the observed increase in the turnover rate of the organization over a three-year period. Employing quantitative methods, data were collected and analyzed using statistical techniques. The sample consisted of employees in the production section, and a non-probability sampling technique was employed. The findings revealed that QWL exhibited a partial negative effect on TI, JI displayed a partial positive effect on TI, and OC showed a partial negative effect on TI. These results emphasize the importance of enhancing QWL, reducing job insecurity, and fostering organizational commitment to mitigate turnover intention among employees. The study contributes to the existing literature on employee turnover and provides practical implications for organizations striving to retain a satisfied and committed workforce. Highlights: Quality of Work Life and Organizational Commitment: The study examines how the quality of work life and organizational commitment influence turnover intention among employees in the production department. Job Insecurity as a Predictor: Job insecurity is identified as a significant factor contributing to turnover intention in the production department. Implications for Retention Strategies: The findings highlight the need for organizations to enhance work-life quality, reduce job insecurity, and foster organizational commitment to mitigate turnover intention among production department employees. Abstract

Competence is a form of knowledge, experience, creativity, a sense of morale, and innovation that exists within a person. The purpose of this research is to analyze the role of employee competence or the competence of Human Resources (HR) in improving the performance of MSMEs. The method of determining the sample in this study is using the purposive sampling method. The data in this study were analyzed to prove the role of Human Resources (HR) competence on MSME performance. The results of this study were found for employee competence to have a role in the performance of Tempe SMEs in Podokaton Village, Jabon District, Sidoarjo. The benefit of this research is that it can add to the literature related to employee competency issues and to support previous research.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi, Rekan kerja, Profesionalisme terhadap komitmen kerja guru di Madrasah Diniyah Salafiyah Ar-Riyadl Kecamatan Jabon. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yang menggunakan metode kuantitatif, karena menggunakan data penelitian berupa angka angka dan di analisis menggunakan statistik. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru di Madrasah Diniyah Salafiyah Ar-riyadl sebanyak 50 guru. Teknik sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik sampel jenuh sehingga sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu sebanyak 50 orang guru. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, regresi linier berganda, uji f, uji t. Hasil pengujian secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa variabel budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap terhadap komitmen guru, rekan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap terhadap komitmen guru, profesionalisme berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap terhadap komitmen guru, dan secara simultan variabel budaya organisasi, rekan kerja dan profesionalisme secara bersama – sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen guru. Abstract

This research is motivated by the phenomenon of giving rewards that are not evenly distributed. The purpose of this study is to analyze the importance of the reward system in improving employee performance. This research uses a qualitative method with a literature review approach. The results of this study indicate that one form of reward is the provision of incentives. Incentives will enhance employee motivation in an effort to achieve the goal of improving performance. Motivation is an indicator that affects performance because it is an important driver that causes people to work is the need that must be met. Thus, through a reward system in the form of incentives, it can generate employee work motivation, where motivation is the main factor in improving employee performance so as to increase employee productivity and welfare.

Abstract

Pejuang UMKM harus bisa melihat barang apa saja yang laris di pasar lapangan. Hal ini bertujuan untuk menyesuaikan kebutuhan warga agar kami sebagai penggiat UMKM dapat menyediakannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner online. Fokus penelitian ini adalah kualitas produk dan persepsi harga kerupuk Hudi Jaya. Lokasi penelitian terletak di Simo Mojoruntut, Kecamatan Krembung, Kabupaten Sidoarjo, Jawa Timur. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh kualitas layanan, kualitas produk, dan persepsi harga dapat disimpulkan, 1) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan kualitas layanan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, 2) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan produk. kualitas terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, 3) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan persepsi harga terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, 4) pengaruh kualitas layanan, kualitas produk, dan persepsi harga terhadap loyalitas pelanggan secara simultan.

Abstract

AbstractThe diversity of basic needs is shown through facial care or skincare which is a basic need for men and women. The growth of the beauty industry is supported by the emergence of local beauty products which have an impact on the high competition in the beauty industry in Indonesia, one of which is the somethink cosmetic brand. The purpose of this research is to see whether the current use of customer satisfaction, digital marketing, and brand trust is still effective or not to increase repurchase intention for somethink cosmetic brands. This study used a quantitative method with a population of all consumers of somethink cosmetics at the Muhammadiyah University of Sidoarjo and a sample of 100 people. Data collection techniques used questionnaires via Google Form and literature review from previous research. The use of a Likert scale 1-5 as a measurement scale in this study. This research uses Smart-PLS version 4 software as a data processing tool. The results of the study show that customer satisfaction, digital marketing and brand trust have an effect on the repurchase intention of some think cosmetics consumers. Suggestions that can be given for further research are that intervening and moderating variables can be added. Population expansion and addition of research samples also need to be considered so that research can reach all regions. Future research can also consider the criteria used as a sample of respondents.Keywords : Customer Satisfaction, Digital Marketing, Brand Trust, Repurchase IntentionAbstrakKeberagaman kebutuhan pokok ditunjukkan melalui perawatan wajah atau skincare menjadi kebutuhan pokok pada kalangan pria dan wanita. Pertumbuhan industri kecantikan didukung dengan kemunculan produk kecantikan lokal yang memberikan efek pada tingginya persaingan industri kecantikan di Indonesia salah satunya yakni brand kosmetik somethinc. Tujuan adanya penelitian ini untuk melihat apakah penggunaan customer satisfaction, digital marketing, dan brand trust saat ini masih efektif atau tidak untuk meningkatkan repurchase intention pada brand kosmetik somethinc. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan populasi seluruh konsumen somethinc cosmetics yang ada di Universitas Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo dan sampel sebanyak 100 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan penyebaran kuesioner melalui google form dan kajian literatur dari penelitian terdahulu. Penggunaan skala likert 1-5 sebagai skala pengukuran pada penelitian ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan software Smart-PLS versi 4 sebagai alat pengolahan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa customer satisfaction, digital marketing dan brand trust berpengaruh terhadap repurchase intention konsumen somethinc cosmetics. Saran yang dapat diberikan untuk penelitian selanjutnya yakni dapat ditambahkan variabel intervening dan moderasi. Perluasan populasi dan penambahan sampel penelitian juga perlu diperhatikan agar penelitian bisa menjangkau ke segala wilayah. Abstract

AbstractThe company is trying to achieve the development of human resources and employee work abilities in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 in order to achieve appropriate employee work efficiency. how the company places employees in positions that are in accordance with what the employees have. By using a brainstorming variable that uses a quantitative approach method with data in the form of primary and secondary data, the sample used is 80 employees. Based on the results of testing the hypothesis directly and indirectly there is the development of human resources and employee work abilities in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 on work efficiency through work discipline with the help of brainstorming variables in companies that have a positive and significant effect.Keywords: Human Resources Development, Work Ability, Work EffectivenessAbstrakPerusahaan berusahaa mencapai pengembangan sumber daya manusi dan kemampuan kerja karyawan di era revolusi industry 4.0 agar tercapainya efisiensi kerja karyawan yang sesuai, tercapainya efisiensi kerja karyawan dilihat berdasarkan seperti apa pengembangan karyawan yang terjadi apa pengembangan karyawan yang bekerja secara efisien, terciptanya efisiensi kerja juga dilihat dari bagaimana perusahaan menempatkan karyawan pada posisi yang sesuai dengan apa yang dimiliki oleh karyawan. Dengan menggunakan variabel brainstorming yang menggunakan metode pendekatan kuantitatif dengan data berupa data primer dan sekunder, sampel yang digunakan sebesar 80 karyawan.
