Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational justice and job involvement on turnover intent with job satisfaction as an intervening variable at PT Aggiomultimex International Group Sidoarjo. This research uses quantitative research with hypothesis testing. The sample used in this study were 118 employees at PT Aggiomultimex International Group Sidoarjo. The analytical tool used in this study uses statistical software. This study aims to determine the effect of organizational justice, job involvement version 2.5.0. The main data in this study came from a questionnaire. The results of this study prove that (1) organizational justice has a significant effect on turnover intention (2) job involvement has a significant effect on turnover intention (3) Organizational justice variable has no effect on turnover intention (4) Job involvement variable has a significant effect on turnover intention (5 ) Job satisfaction variable has a significant effect on turnover intention (6) Organizational justice variable has no effect on turnover intention through job satisfaction (7) Job involvement variable has a significant effect on turnover intention through job satisfaction

Abstract

The Influence of Organizational Culture, Work Environment and Compensation on Job Satisfaction of Production Department Employees of PT. Putraduta Buanasentosa Sidoarjo.This thesis is not published. Management Study Program. Faculty of Business, Law & Social Sciences, University of Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo.This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture, work environment and compensation on job satisfaction of Production Department employees of PT. Putraduta Buanasentosa.This research is a quantitative research with hypothesis testing. The sample used in this study were 73 employees of the production department at Putraduta Buanasentosa Sidoarjo. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 18 for windows. The primary data in this study were obtained from a questionnaire measured using a Likert scale which was tested for validity and reliability. The results of this study prove that organizational culture affects job satisfaction, work environment affects job satisfaction, compensation also affects job satisfaction, besides that organizational culture, work environment and compensation simultaneously influence job satisfaction,

Abstract

This research aimed to investigate the impact of workload and work stress on work satisfaction, as well as the combined effects of workload, work stress, and work satisfaction on turnover intention among employees of CV. Cahaya Baru. A quantitative approach was employed, utilizing a total sampling method with a sample size of 63 employees. Data collection involved questionnaires and observations, while path analysis using the SPSS 25.0 application program was employed for data analysis. The findings revealed that workload and work stress significantly influenced work satisfaction. Additionally, workload, work stress, and work satisfaction collectively exerted a significant effect on turnover intention. However, workload and work stress did not significantly impact turnover intention through work satisfaction. These results shed light on the complex interplay between workload, work stress, work satisfaction, and turnover intention, emphasizing the importance of addressing work-related factors to enhance employee well-being and reduce turnover rates. Highlights: The study examines the impact of workload and work stress on work satisfaction and turnover intention among employees. Workload and work stress significantly influence work satisfaction, while workload, work stress, and work satisfaction collectively affect turnover intention. The findings emphasize the importance of addressing work-related factors to enhance employee satisfaction and reduce turnover rates. Abstract

This research investigates the influence of dual role conflict, job stress, and emotional intelligence on the performance of married female employees in the finishing section of a manufacturing company. A quantitative approach was employed, utilizing a questionnaire to collect data from 87 participants selected through purposive sampling. The findings reveal that work-family conflict and work stress have a detrimental impact on the performance of female employees, while emotional intelligence positively affects their performance. These results emphasize the importance of addressing conflicts between work and family roles and managing job stress to enhance female employees' performance. Moreover, fostering emotional intelligence among female employees can contribute to improved performance outcomes. These findings provide valuable insights for organizations seeking to optimize the performance and success of their workforce. Highlights: Dual role conflict and job stress negatively affect female employee performance. Emotional intelligence positively impacts female employee performance. Quantitative research highlights the significance of addressing work-family conflict and managing job stress to enhance female employee performance. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Democratic Leadership Style, Compensation and Work Motivation on Job Loyalty with Job Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable at PT. Sriwijaya Air. The sample in this study employees at PT. Sriwijaiya Air, totaling 65 people. The sampling technique uses the accidental sampling method, which is a technique for determining the sample based on chance. The analytical tool used is tabulating the questionnaire, collecting data in the form of validity testing and reliability testing. To test the hypothesis in this study using path analysis. The results of this study indicate that (1) Democratic leadership style has an effect on job satisfaction at PT. SriwijayaAir. (2) Compensation has no effect on job satisfaction at PT. Sriwijaya Air. (3) Work motivation has an effect on job satisfaction at PT. Sriwijaya Air. (4) Democratic leadership style has no effect on work loyalty at PT. Sriwijaya Air. Abstract

This study aimed to investigate the impact of Quality of Work Life (QWL), Job Insecurity (JI), and Organizational Commitment (OC) on Turnover Intention (TI) among employees in the production department of an industrial setting. The research was motivated by the observed increase in the turnover rate of the organization over a three-year period. Employing quantitative methods, data were collected and analyzed using statistical techniques. The sample consisted of employees in the production section, and a non-probability sampling technique was employed. The findings revealed that QWL exhibited a partial negative effect on TI, JI displayed a partial positive effect on TI, and OC showed a partial negative effect on TI. These results emphasize the importance of enhancing QWL, reducing job insecurity, and fostering organizational commitment to mitigate turnover intention among employees. The study contributes to the existing literature on employee turnover and provides practical implications for organizations striving to retain a satisfied and committed workforce. Highlights: Quality of Work Life and Organizational Commitment: The study examines how the quality of work life and organizational commitment influence turnover intention among employees in the production department. Job Insecurity as a Predictor: Job insecurity is identified as a significant factor contributing to turnover intention in the production department. Implications for Retention Strategies: The findings highlight the need for organizations to enhance work-life quality, reduce job insecurity, and foster organizational commitment to mitigate turnover intention among production department employees. This study aims to determine the effect of Democratic Leadership Style, Team Work and Work Discipline on the morale of the employees of the Surabaya Main Branch Post Office. The approach used. In this research is a quantitative approach. The population in this study was 130 employees. Sampling techniques using random sampling techniques. Samples in this study were 100 respondents. Analysis Using SPSS Software.The results of this study indicate that partially and simultaneously Democratic Leadership Style, Team Work and Work Discipline compensation, work discipline and motivation affect the morale of the employees of the Surabaya Main Branch Post Office.

Abstract

In the era of globalization, the existence of an agency or organization is very dependent on the performance of the human resources who work in it. Implementation of organizational commitment in human resource management is needed in order to maintain membership in the organization. The research approach used is a descriptive quantitative approach. The survey method is carried out by distributing questionnaires to a number of respondents to examine the correlation of several variables on the hypothesis that has been made. The population of this research is all employees of PT Mutiara Masyhur Sejahtera, totaling 70 people. In this study, linear regression analysis was chosen as a data analysis technique using SPSS version 16. The results showed that work ethic had a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, compensation had a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, work morale had a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. . So that the work ethic, compensation, and work spirit have a simultaneous effect on organizational commitment at PT Mutiara Masyhur Sejahtera

Abstract

This study aims to examine the Effect of Organizational Commitment and physical Work Environment on Turnover Intention With Job Satisfaction As an Intervening Variable. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The sampling technique used a saturated sample, that is, the total population was Sampled. So the sample used in this study amounted to 70 employees who work at PT. Setia Kawan Grup in Mojosari. The data analysis technique used Partial Least Square (PLS) with SmartPLS software. The results of study found that there was an influence between Organizational Commitment on Job Satisfaction at PT. Setia Kawan Grup, there is no effect of Organizational Commitment on Turnover Intention at PT. Setia Kawan Grup, there is an effect of the Physical Work Environment on Job Satisfaction at PT. Setia Kawan Grup, there is no effect of the Physical Work Environment on Turnover Intention at PT. Setia Kawan Grup, there is no effect of Job Satisfaction in Turnover Intention at PT. Seti Kawan Grup, there is an effect of Organizational Commitment on Turnover Intention with Job Satisfaction as an intervening variable at PT. Setia Kawan Grup, and there is no influence of the Physical Work Environment on Turnover Intention with Job Satisfaction as an intervening variable at PT. Setia Kawan Grup.
