Abstract

Introduction &; Aim: Hypertension is a chronic disease, where the sufferer will have an impact on the emergence of health problems, one of which is psychological problems. Patients who have to take medicine daily sometimes experience boredom, sadness, and fear of complications. This activity aims to provide health education and practice Benson's relaxation techniques. Method of Activity: Before the action is carried out, counseling is conducted, namely conducting an initial survey, followed by a time and place contract and then implementation. The media used is a booklet containing hypertension and Benson's relaxation techniques. The methods were lectures, question and answer discussions, and demonstrations and provided Geriatric Depression Scale (GDS) questionnaires. Results: Activities were carried out in the RW 4 Kapasan Village and Simokerti Districts obtained 22 elderly people affected by hypertension. The results of depression screening found mild depression in 12 people (55%) before the action and 9 people (41%) with mild depression after the procedure. Likewise, the categorization of stage 1 hypertension was 14 people (64%), and after action 12 people (54.5%). Discussion: Changes experienced by the elderly Benson's relaxation technique can be an alternative as an action to manage blood pressure and psychological elderly with hypertension. This technique is effortless to do independently and can be done on the sidelines.

Abstract

Introduction & Aim : Dysmenorrhea is a symptomatic phenomenon during menstruation in some women. Dysmenorrhea occurs due to excessive release of prostaglandins so that uterine contractions increase. Dysmenorrhea is pain that is felt during menstruation (menstruation) which can interfere with the activities and productivity of adolescents. Efforts that can be done include doing abdominal stretching physical activities. The purpose of this community service activity is to provide education regarding the effectiveness of abdominal stretching to reduce Dysmenorrhea pain in young women. Method of Implementation: The community service will be held from November-December 2022 using a demonstration of the Abdominal Stretching technique which has previously been given counseling beforehand. The participants as the target were young women who experienced menstrual pain at the Gembong Sawah Tengah Girls Dormitory Gang 1, Kapasan, Simokerto District, with a total of 20 participants. The measuring instrument used was the Visual Analouge Scale (VAS). Results: Most of the participants were aged 19-21 years (71%), experienced menarche at the age of 11-15 years (100%), and had menstrual cycles of 28-31 days (100%). Based on the data before doing Abdominal Stretching, most of them experienced dysmenorrhea with moderate pain levels (65%) and severe pain (25%). The results of activities after doing Abdominal Stretching procedures, pain levels were in the moderate category (30%) and no one experienced severe pain. Discussion : Abdominal stretching exercises can maintain and develop flexibility in the abdominal area and increase the release of endorphins which function as natural sedatives that can increase comfort and reduce pain.

Abstract

Preeclampsia is a condition identified as diastolic blood pressure ≥ 90 mmHg at ≥ 20 weeks of gestation. Preeclampsia is a risky condition for pregnant women, is one of the causes of maternal death in Indonesia, and causes fetal growth to be hampered. Games that can help you understand more easily are puzzles, containing word games. One of the puzzle games is the Spelling Puzzle Game. This activity aims to independently detect preeclampsia in pregnant women using the Spelling Puzzle Game. The method used in community service is health education outreach using the Spelling Puzzle Game media. The targets for this activity were pregnant women, women of childbearing age (WUS), and cadres in the RW 07 Kapasan Village area, Simokerto District, totaling 21 respondents. The results of the activity showed that the level of knowledge about preeclampsia was in the good category of 100% (21 respondents). Respondents should be able to carry out early detection of preeclampsia independently to help reduce or control blood pressure

Abstract

There is an imbalance of work and personal life for employees so they experience stress and pressure which makes their morale decrease and employees feel pressured to the assigned tasks. So this study aims to identify Transformational Leadership Style, Career Development, and Work-Life Balance on Employee Job Satisfaction at Perumdam Mojopahit Mojokerto. This research uses quantitative techniques through a descriptive approach. The sampling technique uses total sampling, namely the sample members are taken as a whole. The type of data is primary data obtained through distributing questionnaires involving 125 employees at Perumdam Mojopahit Mojokerto. The results of this study indicate that transformational leadership style, career development, and work-life balance have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at Perumdam Mojopahit Mojokerto.

Abstract

Adanya komunikasi interpersonal, konsep diri, stres kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan membuat karyawan kurang semangat kerja dan karyawan merasa tertekan kepada tugas yang diberikan. Maka pada penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa pengaruhnya variabel komunikasi interpersonal, konsep diri dan stres kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada UD. Mahakam Raya. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis pendekatan kuantitatif. Metode penelitian memakai metode survey, teknik pengambilan sample memakai simple random sampling. Jenis data yaitu primer yang diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuisioner yang melibatkan 200 responden UD. Mahakam Raya. Hasil penelitian ini menujukkan bahwa komunikasi interpersonal, konsep diri dan stres kerja secara parsial dan simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Adanya Human Resource Information System, OCB dan komunikasi organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan kurang bersemangat kerja dan karyawan merasa tertekan dengan tugas yang diberikan. Maka penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari Human Resource Information Systems, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), dan Komunikasi Organisasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan UD. Mahakam Raya di Gempol. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data yang diperoleh terdiri dari data primer dan sekunder yang diperoleh dengan wawancara, observasi dan penyebaran kuesioner kepada 185 karyawan UD. Mahakam Raya Teknik penerapan data dari SPSS 25 digunakan dalam analisis deskriptif. Hasil dari penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa Human Resource Information Systems, organizational ccitizenship behavior dan komunikasi organisasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan UD. Mahakam Raya

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji secara teoritik mengenai supervisi manajerial dan supervisor agar nantinya dapat mewujudkan sekolah yang berkualitas dan sekolah yang memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat di bidang pendidikan, maka sekolah membutuhkan sumber daya manusia yang professional, sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas yang dimiliki oleh sekolah hendaknya diberdayakan sehingga bisa memberikan kontribusi yang menguntungkan bagi terselenggaranya pendidikan yang efektif. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan penelitian pustaka dengan menkaji dan membandingkan beberapa teori yang ada pada referensi yang ada. Dalam kegiatan supervisi akademik, supervisor memiliki peran dan fungsi meliputi peranan sebagai pembina dan pengawas. Peranan supervisor dalam hal untuk meningkatkan kualitas kelembagaan pendidikan Islam itu dititikberatkan pada hal untuk mengawasi bagian akademik dan manajerial (secara keseluruhan) di sebuah lembaga pendidikan Islam manapun. Pengertian supervisi akademik yaitu supervisi yang berfokus pada pengamatan masalah akademik yaitu yang berkaitan langsung dengan lingkungan belajar siswa pada saat proses pembelajaran. Abstract

Konflik antar karyawan mempengaruhi semangat kerja karyawan yang bersangkutan. Hal tersebut dilandasi oleh adanya rasa iri dalam pekerjaan karena lebih diperhatikan oleh pihak atasan. Selain itu, timbul karena kurangnya komunikasi antar karyawan dan terdapat salah satu karyawan yang suka fitannah sehingga terkadang memperkeruh hubungan sesama karyawan. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh konflik kerja, kompensasi, Stressor terhadap semangat kerja karyawan PT Indojaya Prima Semesta. Populasi penelitian adalah karyawan PT Indojaya Prima Semesta yang terletak di Pasuruan, Jawa Timur. Penentuan sampling menggunakan purposive sampling, yaitu penentuan sampel dengan pertimbangan tertentu.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Otokratis, Kepuasan Kerja Dan Pemberian Reward Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada PT. Karya Anak Bangsa. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan pengujian hipotesis. Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini sebanyak 95 driver ojek online wilayah Sukodono. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan software statistic Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Otokratis, Kepuasan Kerja Dan Pemberian Reward Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada PT. Karya Anak Bangsa. Data utama dalam penelitian ini berasal dari kuesioner. Hasil dari penelitian membuktikan bahwa (1) gaya kepemimpinan otokratis berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, (2) kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, (3) pemberian reward berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Leadership performance in the family business is the main focus of management as the main controller of business decisions. Leadership competence and managerial skills become a combination whose framework will lead the company to achieve the company's performance goals and bring the company's sustainability. Centralized leadership in the family herbal business and intensive communication are able to build job satisfaction for employees so that closeness is established and reduces the tendency of turnover. However, leadership in the herbal family business also has a tendency to be resistant to change and the disconnection of knowledge sharing from previous successors is an obstacle in innovation. The problem of herbal industry production which tends to fluctuate, requires a compensation system that is able to maintain employee motivation and performance. Variable pay systems in the form of bonuses and incentives are additional income as well as rewards for employee performance. This study aims to provide an overview of the role of leadership in the herbal family business and provide a novelty discourse and synthesis of leadership theory and managerial skills. Managerial leadership is expected to provide an overview of the importance of planning leaders to have managerial skills. Thus the contribution and competence of leaders through managerial leadership will be able to provide job satisfaction for employees. Managerial leadership consisting of leading self and others, providing strategic, Delivering Result, Technical Skill and Conceptual Skill will help facilitate the optimization of leader performance and communication.
