Sebagai bagian dari perkembangan teknologi gadget dan mobile phone, maka Kafe Matador, sebagai salah satu Kafe yang paling diminati di Sumatera Utara, mendekati pelanggannya melalui kemudahan penggunaan teknologi. Salah satu alasannya adalah dengan tetap memperbaharui pelanggan dengan informasi produk baru dan promosi, yang mana saat ini orang-orang tidak akan meninggalkan rumah tanpa gadget di tangan mereka.Teknologi mobile ini diharapkan dapat menyediakan layanan publik seperti pendaftaran anggota baru, berita, promosi, produk dan harga, dsb. Metode Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) dipakai sebagai acuan untuk identifikasi layanan dan bisnis proses yang diperlukan sehingga didapatkan aplikasi yang lebih efisien tanpa meninggalkan sistem yang sudah berjalan. Sebagai pihak yang telah melakukan penelitian khusus terhadap metode SOA. Hasil dari internshipproject ini adalah perubahan bisnis model yang lebih cepat dan efisien dalam segi pelayanan terhadap penghuni dan aplikasi mobileyang diimplementasikan pada perangkat Android.

Perkembangan teknologi smartphone terus berkembang dengan pesat seiring kemajuan zaman. Berbagai varian smartphone dengan harga yang bervariasi diluncurkan di pasaran sehingga smartphone menjadi salah satu platform yang diminati dan digunakan pada berbagai bidang seperti pendidikan, kesehatan dan bisnis. Bagi bisnis yang sedang berkembang, tentu kepuasan pelanggan sangat penting dan salah satu tolak ukurnya adalah cepatnya pelayanan yang diberikan. Ketidakmampuan melayani pelanggan dengan cepat dapat mengakibatkan antrian menjadi panjang. Hal ini dapat memberikan kesan kurang baik bagi pelanggan yang menyebabkan pelanggan enggan untuk berkunjung kembali. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan sebuah penelitian untuk membangun sebuah aplikasi mobile yang dapat menjadi solusi dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan yang telah diuraikan. Hasil dari penelitian yang dilakukan yaitu dibangunnya sebuah aplikasi mobile POS system yang memungkinkan pelanggan untuk memesan terlebih dahulu menu-menu yang diinginkan sebelum sampai ke lokasi sehingga dapat meningkatkan efisiensi pelayanan dan mengurangi jumlah antrian.

Buku adalah jendela dunia, dan membaca buku sudah seharusnya menjadi hak setiap orang terutama pada era digital. Namun dengan kurangnya kesadaran tentang pentingnya membaca bagi anak-anak, sangat disayangkan jika minat membaca menjadi semakin menurun seiring berjalannya waktu. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah merancang sebuah aplikasi buku cerita bergerak menggunakan Procreate dan Adobe Animate untuk membuat ilustrasi dan animasi, berharap membaca kembali menjadi kesukaan anak-anak. Dalam melakukan pengukuran data, digunakan kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 100 orang. Data yang dianalisis dihitung secara kuantitatif analisis interval menggunakan skala Likert dan metode UTAUT untuk mengetahui tingkat penerimaan aplikasi buku cerita bergerak. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kesuksesan implementasi menggunakan metode UTAUT sebesar 61.85% dan yang menyatakan tidak sukses sebesar 38.82%.

Perkembangan teknologi informasi di Indonesia semakin pesat, memberikan kemudahan dalam mengakses informasi dan pembelajaran. Dalam dunia pendidikan, teknologi informasi berdampak positif dengan memperlihatkan perubahan signifikan. Salah satu dampaknya adalah pada media pembelajaran alat musik tradisional Indonesia, yang tersedia dalam berbagai bentuk seperti buku, aplikasi, dan poster. Kesenian tradisional merupakan bagian penting dari kehidupan sosial budaya masyarakat dan sering digunakan untuk berbagai tujuan tradisional. Musik tradisional, seperti Garantung dari Suku Batak Toba, adalah contoh alat musik yang menjadi bagian dari identitas budaya masyarakat. Garantung adalah alat musik idiofon yang terdiri dari bilah kayu dengan penalaan diatonis. Instrumen ini memiliki fungsi beragam, baik sebagai instrumen tunggal maupun melodik, dan memiliki nilai budaya yang tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang alat musik virtual tradisional Garantung berbasis metode demonstrasi, guna melestarikan dan memperkenalkan musik tradisional Simalungun kepada generasi muda.

Employee performance shows the extent to which employees achieve company expectations and goals. To achieve these goals, employee performance must be supported by qualified human resources. In achieving this goal, the intelligence quotient is used to measure performance, communication skills, and emotional quotient intelligence must be prioritized. The primary objective of this research is to investigate the impact of communication skills and emotional quotient intelligence on employee performance within the context of Indomaret in West Kalimantan. Furthermore, this study examines the potential mediating role of organizational citizenship behaviour in this relationship. The research employed structural equation modeling (SEM) as the primary methodology, utilizing the IBM AMOS 24 statistical software package. This research investigates the association between independent and dependent variables, incorporating mediating variables to provide empirical evidence for the formulated hypotheses. The data collection strategy employed in this study involved the distribution of a questionnaire to a sample of 200 employees from Indomaret in the West Kalimantan region who were selected as respondents. The results showed that communication skills and emotional quotient intelligence positively and significantly affected employee performance. Organizational citizenship behaviour also indicates a strong influence on employee performance. Meanwhile, organizational citizenship behaviour mediates between communication skills and emotional quotient intelligence on employee performance.

PT. Pasar Swalayan Maju Bersama is a company engaged in the supermarket sector and has 3 branches, namely Maju Bersama Glugur, Maju Bersama Merak Jingga, and Maju Bersama Marendal. But in practice, PT. Maju Bersama Supermarkets still have not utilized good marketing media, both internally and externally. On the internal side, the company has not been able to properly integrate the sales processes of its three branches. In addition, the main problem is related to the amount of transaction data stored in the company's storage. Transaction data recorded every day will certainly burden storage if it is not used properly to become useful knowledge for the company. From the description of the problem, it is necessary to develop a multi-branch based system that is implemented on an E-Commerce website. This research also implements the Jaccard Coefficient algorithm so that it can process company data which turns a lot of knowledge into product recommendations for customers. The results of the study show that the Jaccard Coefficient algorithm is proven capable of processing company data into knowledge in the form of product recommendations that are relevant to customers.
The Association of Nurse Burnout with Patient Satisfaction from Nurse Perspective Mediated by Nurse Job Satisfaction and Caring Behavior

Background: The COVID-19 pandemic represents a substantial threat to world health, economic stability, and civilization in general. In the COVID-19 era, health workers, particularly frontline nurses, face increasing pressure which further affects patient satisfaction. However, empirical studies that connected burnout, job satisfaction, and caring behavior toward patient satisfaction from the nurses’ point of view are still scarce.Purpose: This study aimed to explore the relationship between nurse burnout with patient satisfaction mediated by work satisfaction and nurse caring behavior at a private COVID-19 referral hospital from the nurses’ perspective.Methods: A quantitative survey with a cross-sectional approach was conducted from March to April 2021 to test the framework on the population obtained from full-time nurses who worked at a private COVID-19 referral hospital in Manado, North Sulawesi, Indonesia. The researcher analyzed the empirical data generated from purposive sampling resulting in 170 eligible respondents. Data were collected through a self-completed online questionnaire with the Likert scale. The data analysis deployed the PLS-SEM approach.Results: The findings indicate that nurse burnout is associated significantly (p<0.05 and CI 95%) with the delivery of patient satisfaction from the nurses’ perspective, mediated by job satisfaction and nurses’ caring behavior. The mediation relationship was found with b=0.021, while the direct relation from caring behavior to patient satisfaction was b=0.277 and from job satisfaction was b=0.582. The proposed model demonstrated adequate prediction of patient satisfaction as the dependent variable (R2=0.633).Conclusion: This study concluded that nurse burnout which consists of three dimensions mediated by job satisfaction and caring behavior had an association with patient satisfaction. Increased burnout will result in decreased job satisfaction and caring behavior. This study provides suggestions to the hospital manager to improve the quality of care by understanding nurse burnout and preventing it.

KB-RA Tazkiyah Therapy provides opportunities for children with special needs such as the blind, deaf, ADHD or ABK to get equal opportunities in the learning process. Taking into account the needs of children and the condition of the school as well as the facilities needed for normal students and those with special needs, as well as age differences, the service teaches Project based Learning (PjBL) for all students, both normal and those with special needs. This community service activity takes the form of fun cooking, namely decorating cupcakes for Tazkiyah KB-RA Therapy students. The application of this training is to increase feelings of empathy, cooperation among students who have different ages, the conditions of normal students and students with special needs who are in the same class as other students. The method applied in this activity is the training of decorating cupcakes. Some of the benefits that can be obtained from KB-RA and TAZKIYAH THERAPY through community service activities are: (1) Gaining creative knowledge and skills in decorating cup cakes (fun cooking) (2) Gaining knowledge in applying Project based Learning (PjBL).

This research aims to determine the application of the Team Assisted Individualization (TAI) type cooperative learning model assisted by magic bag media in learning short story writing material in the odd semester of class IX of junior high school. In detail, the research objectives are to determine: (1) the ability to write short stories before and after implementing learning using TAI; (2) describe the implementation of the learning process using the Team Assisted Individualization (TAI) type cooperative learning model assisted by magic bag media, and (3) describe students' responses to the implementation of the Team Assisted Individualization (TAI) type cooperative learning model assisted by magic bag media in story writing material short. This research uses an experimental method in the form of a pre-experimental design with a one group pretest posttest design. The results of data analysis show that: (1) There is an increase in student learning outcomes in writing short stories between before and after the implementation of the Team Assisted Individualization (TAI) type cooperative learning model assisted by magic bag media with an average N-gain value of 0.67 in the category moderate, (2) The implementation of the Team Assisted Individualization (TAI) type cooperative learning model assisted by magic bag media in learning to write short stories is included in the good category with an implementation percentage of 79.54% and (3) Student learning responses after implementing the cooperative learning model The Team Assisted Individualization (TAI) type assisted by magic bag media to improve short story writing skills is included in the good criteria with a percentage reaching 88.7%. Thus, it can be concluded that the application of the Team Assisted Individualization (TAI) type cooperative learning model assisted by magic bag media can improve the ability to write short stories, the implementation of learning is carried out well and student responses are relatively good.

.Penenlitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Team Asissted Individualization (TAI) berbantu media kantong ajaib dalam pembelajaran materi menulis cerita pendek yang ada di semester ganjil kelas IX SMP. Secara rinci tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui: (1) kemampuan menulis cerita pendek sebelum dan sesudah diterapkannya pembelajaran menggunakan TAI; (2) mendeskripsikan keterlaksanaan proses pemebelajaran menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Team Asissted Individualization (TAI) berbantu media kantong ajaib, dan (3) mendeskripsikan respon siswa terhadap diterapkannya model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Team Asissted Individualization (TAI) berbantu media kantong ajaib pada materi menulis cerita pendek. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan bentuk pre-eksperimental design dengan rancangan one group pretest posttest. Hasil analisis data menunjukan bahwa: (1) Terdapat peningkatan hasil belajar siswa dalam menulis cerita pendek antara sebelum dan sesudah diterapkannya model pemebelajaran kooperatif tipe Team Asissted Individualization (TAI) berbantu media kantong ajaib dengan nilai rata-rata N-gain 0,67 dengan kategori sedang, (2) Keterlaksanaan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Team Asissted Individualization (TAI) berbantu media kantong ajaib dalam pembelajaran menulis cerita pendek termasuk dalam kategori baik dengan perolehan presentase keterlaksanaan sebesar 79,54% dan (3) Respon belajar siswa setelah diterapkannya model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Team Asissted Individualization (TAI) berbantu media kantong ajaib untuk meningkatkan keterampilan menulis cerita pendek termasuk kedalam kriteria baik dengan presentase mencapai 88,7%. Demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Team Asissted Individualization (TAI) berbantu media kantong ajaib dapat meningkatkan kemampuan menulis cerita pendek, pelaksanaan pembelajaran terlaksana dengan baik dan respon siswa tergolong baik.
