Abstract

Penelitian ini menelaah keanekaragaman hayati makrozoobentos, khususnya spesies Clithon oualaniensis di 2 lokasi berbeda: kawasan air jernih di Desa Pengudang dan kawasan air keruh di Pantai Dompak, Tanjungpinang. Berdasarkan metode Random Sampling dan transek kuadran, ditemukan bahwa Clithon oualaniense mendominasi kedua lokasi, meskipun dengan variasi pola cangkang yang berbeda. Di Pantai Pengudang, ditemukan sembilan variasi pola cangkang, sedangkan di Pantai Dompak ditemukan enam variasi. Variasi yang paling dominan di kedua lokasi adalah pola Axial , sedangkan Narrow spiral merupakan pola yang paling langka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor lingkungan seperti jenis substrat dan salinitas mempengaruhi distribusi dan variasi Clithon oualaniense. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan tentang bagaimana kepadatan dan keanekaragaman hayati berdasarkan pola variasi cangkang yang dapat digunakan untuk memprediksi perubahan lingkungan dan interaksi antar spesies dalam suatu ekosistem.

Abstract

Ekosistem padang lamun merupakan salah satu ekosistem tempat pemijahan biota dan berfungsi sebagai tempat perlindungan, mencari makan, dan habitat. Bivalvia adalah salah satu biota yang hidup di ekosistem padang lamun. Karena nilainya yang tinggi, banyak masyarakat memanfaatkannya sebagai makanan. Selain itu, bivalvia biasanya hidup di substrat, sehingga sering digunakan sebagai bioindikator untuk menentukan kualitas air laut. Mengingat betapa pentingnya ekosistem padang lamun dan bivalvia, pengamatan tentang struktur komunitas bivalvia dilakukan di ekosistem padang lamun Desa Teluk Bakau. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui jenis dan struktur komunitas bivalvia di Desa Teluk Bakau. Pengamatan dilakukan dari bulan Oktober hingga Desember 2022 di pesisir Desa Teluk Bakau. Metode purposive sampling digunakan untuk menentukan titik stasiun berdasarkan keberadaan ekosistem padang lamun dan bivalvia. Untuk mengumpulkan sampel bivalvia, plot berukuran 1 x 1 m2 digunakan, dan panjang transek adalah 100 m ke arah laut. Pengukuran parameter dilakukan secara in situ pada saat air laut surut dan pasang. Dengan menggunakan Microsoft Excel, data yang telah dikumpulkan dianalisis. Hasil analisis struktur komunitas disajikan dalam grafik dan tabel. Hasil perhitungan kemudian menunjukkan bahwa indeks keanekaragaman sebesar 1,195 termasuk dalam kategori sedang, indeks keseragaman sebesar 0,441, dan indeks dominansi sebesar 0,485 termasuk dalam kategori sedang. Hasil nilai indeks menunjukkan bahwa komunitas Bivalvia di Teluk Bakau tetap stabil. Selain itu, berdasarkan baku mutu air laut bagi biota, hasil pengukuran parameter perairan masih berada di bawah batas toleransi.

Abstract

Contract management methods are important in a construction project. The factory home Appliance project is one of the national strategic projects in an industrial area. In the execution of the contract, there are claims that occur between the main contractor and the subcontractor. This research was conducted to provide the development of contract management based on Contract Management Body of Knowledge to reduce risk-based claims. The results of this study can provide input and new guidelines for contract management that will be carried out in the future.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of green marketing on green buying behavior mediated by environmental knowledge and green consumption among Starbucks customers in South Jakarta. In collecting data for this study, a sample of Starbucks consumers in South Jakarta was used. The sample used was 140 respondents. The data analysis technique uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the help of the AMOS computer program. The results of this study indicate that green marketing has a positive effect on green buying behavior which is mediated by environmental knowledge and green consumption of Starbucks customers in South Jakarta, which means that in this study environmental knowledge and green consumption as mediating influence on green marketing and green buying behavior

Abstract

This research aims to describe gender relations towards female characters in short stories Jemani Kini by Djenar Maesa Ayu and Sepasang Mata Dinaya yang Terpenjara by Ni Komang Ariani. This research was conducted by applying descriptive qualitative method. The object of this research is short story Sepasang Mata Dinaya yang Terpenjara Karya Ni Komang Ariani and short story Jemari Kini Karya Djenar Maaesa Ayu. Data collection was done by reading and listening to both short stories. This research focuses on gender relations towards female characters. The results of this study found the existence of gender relations towards female characters in these two short stories, namely women are still placed in the position of housewives, women who try to overcome the thoughts that exist in the society. In this short story there is also a woman's lack of freedom after she gets married. Basically, women can get their rights in social interaction. There are still thoughts that influence traditions and ways of thinking that say that women are better off carrying out their obligations in household affairs.

Abstract

Masalah kekurangan gizi dan perilaku hidup tidak bersih masih menjadi tantangan kesehatan anak usia sekolah, terutama di daerah dengan akses terbatas terhadap informasi dan edukasi kesehatan. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan perilaku siswa SD Negeri 005 Teluk Sebong mengenai pentingnya konsumsi makanan bergizi dan kebiasaan mencuci tangan yang benar. Metode pelaksanaan mencakup edukasi interaktif menggunakan media visual, demonstrasi praktik cuci tangan, diskusi, serta pre-test dan post-test untuk mengukur efektivitas kegiatan. Sampel terdiri dari 30 siswa kelas V yang dipilih secara purposif. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman siswa secara signifikan, dari 30% menjadi 80% untuk pengetahuan gizi, dan dari 40% menjadi 85% untuk pemahaman higienitas. Kegiatan ini juga mendapat respons positif dari pihak sekolah. Kesimpulannya, pendekatan edukatif yang partisipatif terbukti efektif dalam membentuk kesadaran dan perilaku hidup sehat sejak usia dini. Diharapkan program ini dapat dilanjutkan dan direplikasi di sekolah-sekolah lain dengan dukungan berkelanjutan dari berbagai pihak.

Abstract

Analisis multivariat seperti cluster dan nMDS sering digunakan untuk membantu interpretasi data lingkungan, sedangkan struktur komunitas vegetasi tumbuhan sangat berguna dalam mendeskripsikan ekologi suatu ekosistem, sehingga kajian penilaian analisis cluster dan nMDS terhadap struktur komunitas mangrove Desa Bagan Serdang dilakukan pada bulan September 2021. Hal ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui struktur komunitas mangrovenya berdasarkan analisis cluster dan nMDS. Vegetasi mangrove dikumpulkan dengan menarik transek kuadran yang tegak lurus garis pantai, kemudian data vegetasi mangrove dievaluasi menggunakan cluster dan nMDS. Keanekaragaman mangrove Desa Bagan Serdang teridentifikasi sebanyak 5 spesies dengan 4 famili, dimana penyebaran mangrovnya tergolong sesekali ditemukan (rata-rata frekuensi relatifnya 20,00%). Zona paling depan didominasi oleh Avicennia lanata, zona tengah didominasi oleh Rhizophora apiculata dan zona belakang didominansi oleh Rhizophora mucronata. Kerapatan mangrovenya berkisar antara 22,22 – 1222,22 ind/ha dan INP berkisar antara 9,64 – 231,78% dengan kerapatan vegetasi zona depan maupun tengah membentuk satu kelompok yang mengindikasikan kondisi kerapatannya hampir sama. Selanjutnya untuk INP, vegetasi zona depan dan tengah membentuk satu kelompok dengan spesies yang berperan penting adalah A. lanata serta R. apiculata, sedangkan di zona belakang, spesies yang berperan pentingnya adalah R. mucronata, E. agallocha dan X. granatum. Selain itu, basal area vegetasi mangrove Desa Bagan Serdang berkisar antara 278,22 – 654,35 m2/ha dengan basal area vegetasi zona depan maupun belakang memiliki tingkat kedewasaan yang hampir sama, sehingga membentuk satu kelompok. Kajian ini mengungkapkan adanya komposisi spesies mangrove campuran dengan perkembangan kedewasaan mangrovenya berbeda-beda. Data yang diinfokan dalam kajian ini akan menjadi baseline pengelolaan mangrove di Desa Bagan Serdang dan upaya konservasi di Provinsi Sumatera Utara maupun Indonesia.  Multivariate analyses such as clusters and nMDS are frequently used to facilitate in the interpretation of environmental data. In contrast, the community structure of plant vegetation is immensely useful in describing the ecology of an ecosystem. In September 2021, studies on the mangrove community structure of Bagan Serdang Village were conducted using cluster analysis and nMDS. It proposes to use cluster analysis and nMDS to determine the structure of the mangrove community. Mangrove vegetation was collected by pulling quadrant transects perpendicular to the shoreline, and the data was analyzed using clusters and nMDS. The diversity of mangroves in Bagan Serdang Village was identified as 5 species with 4 families, with mangrove distribution classified as occasional (average relative frequency of 20,00%). Avicennia lanata dominates the front zone, Rhizophora apiculata dominates the middle zone, and R. mucronata dominates the back zone. The mangrove density ranges from 22,22 to 1222,22 ind/ha, and the INP ranges from 9,64 to 231,78%, with the vegetation density in the front and middle zones forming one group that shows nearly the same density conditions. Furthermore, for the INP, the front and middle zone vegetation formed a group with species that played an important role which were A. lanata and R. apiculata, while species that played an important role in the rear zone were R. mucronata, E. agallocha, and X. granatum. Furthermore, the basal area of the mangrove vegetation in Bagan Serdang Village ranges from 278,22 to 654,35 m2/ha, with the basal area of the vegetation zones front and back having nearly the same maturity level, forming a single group. This study reveals the presence of a mixed mangrove species composition with different mangrove maturity developments. The data presented in this study will be the baseline for mangrove management in Bagan Serdang Village and conservation efforts in North Sumatra Province and Indonesia.

Abstract

Credit provided by banks basically contains risks, so in its implementation banks must pay attention to sound credit principles, including banks are not allowed to provide credit without a written agreement. Efforts to reduce the risk of loss in providing credit, require credit guarantees in the sense of confidence in the ability and ability of debtors to pay off their debts in accordance with the agreement. The problems in this study are: (1) How is the existence of the implementation of individual guarantees for lending to PT Bank BTPN Mitra Usaha Rakyat Tbk Teluk Betung Bandar Lampung Branch in the perspective of the Banking Law and legal guarantees? (2) What are the legal implications for default in the implementation of individual guarantees for lending to PT Bank BTPN Mitra Usaha Rakyat Tbk Teluk Betung Bandar Lampung Branch? The research approach used is a socio-legal research approach. Research data is sourced from doctrinal and non-doctrinal research data. The data is then processed through data selection, data classification and data preparation, then analyzed qualitatively. The results show: (1) The existence of individual guarantees for lending to PT Bank BTPN Mitra Usaha Rakyat Tbk Teluk Betung Bandar Lampung Branch in the perspective of the Banking Law is in accordance with the provisions of Article 8 that in providing credit, Commercial Banks must have confidence in the ability and ability of debtors to pay off their debts in accordance with the agreement. Meanwhile, from the perspective of legal guarantees, additional collateral is in accordance with Bank Indonesia policy. The receipt of collateral in the form of individual guarantees is basically only as an addition to confidence that the credit will run well due to the control of the insurer over the health of the debtor's business. (2) The legal implication for the occurrence of default in the implementation of individual guarantees for lending to PT Bank BTPN Mitra Usaha Rakyat Tbk Teluk Betung Bandar Lampung Branch is that the bank can directly collect the Guarantor to fulfill its obligations, if in the agreement the guarantor has expressly waived the privilege to demand that the debtor's assets be confiscated first. The Bank can collect the Guarantor through a lawsuit in the District Court and then execute it.

Abstract

Research on the diversity and density of Bivalvia populations as indicators of coastal ecosystem health, particularly using multivariate statistical approaches, remains limited in Lhokseumawe, Indonesia. This study aims to analyse the distribution and abundance of Bivalvia in the Cunda Strait mangrove ecosystem using multivariate statistical techniques. Field sampling was conducted in May 2024 at five observation stations, where Bivalvia were collected using a 1 x 1 m transect method. Data analysis included cluster analysis, non-metric multidimensional scaling (nMDS), analysis of similarity (ANOSIM), and similarity percentage analysis (SIMPER) to assess species diversity and population density. A total of 10 Bivalvia species, representing five genera and four families, were identified. The Shannon-Wiener diversity index ranged from 0.99 to 1.53, classifying the Bivalvia community into four distinct groups. Population density analysis revealed that Anadara sp2, Donax sp2, and Anadara sp1 exhibited the highest densities (4.80 ind/m², 2.80 ind/m², and 2.00 ind/m², respectively). Cluster and nMDS analyses further divided the Bivalvia density in the Cunda Strait into two distinct groups. The Bray-Curtis similarity index, applied by ANOSIM, indicated significant variation in the density of the Bivalvia population between observation stations (p < 0.05). SIMPER analysis identified Polymesoda sp as a key distinguishing species between multiple station pairs, including Stations 1 and 2, 1 and 3, 1 and 4, 1 and 5, 2 and 5, 3 and 5, and 4 and 5. Furthermore, Anadara sp2 was the main differentiating species between Stations 2 and 3, as well as between 2 and 4, while Anadara sp1 distinguished Stations 3 and 4. These findings highlight the spatial heterogeneity of Bivalvia communities in the Cunda Strait and underscore the utility of multivariate statistical approaches in coastal biodiversity assessments.
