Abstract

This research aims to determine the effectiveness of distributing subsidized Sharia KPR financing to Bank Sumut KCP Syariah Kota Baru Marelan. For low-income people (MBR). The focus of this research is 1). What is the mechanism for distributing subsidized mortgages at Bank Sumut KCP Syariah in the city of Baru Marelan to low-income people, whether as permanent employees or traders who earn daily income. 2). What is the level of effectiveness of subsidized KPR distribution at Bank Sumut KCP Syariah in the city of Baru Marelan for low-income people (MBR). This method uses qualitative methods, namely interviews, observation and documentation. The results show that the distribution of subsidized KPR at Bank Sumut KCP Syariah Kota Baru Marelan with Murabahah contracts is effective for MBR. Through interviews with resource persons, it was found that the selection and disbursement process of funds was carried out well. This bank has clear procedures for accepting subsidized KPR. Apart from that, it can also be seen that in the last 5 years the demand for subsidized Sharia KPR has increased, this can be seen from the data obtained from sources. However, in this mortgage, of course there are problems related to bad credit in the mortgage, but the bank already has several ways to resolve this problem. The level of effectiveness of this program is quite effective because KPR distribution is given right on target to low-income people (MBR) both as permanent employees and daily earners

Abstract

This research explores the role of BSI Smart agents as an extension of BSI in increasing the accessibility of banking services for communities in remote areas. By using field research methods and a qualitative approach, this research also uses SWOT analysis by looking for weaknesses, strengths, opportunities and threats in the presence of BSI SMART Laku Pandai. This research finds that BSI Smart makes financial transactions easier, provides easy services, and reaches a wider community. Apart from that, BSI Smart also provides business opportunities for agents to earn additional income. The presence of BSI Smart agents also provides financial literacy education to the public, improving their ability to manage personal finances, reducing economic risks and improving overall quality of life.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the application of sharia crowdfunding in the context of sharia compliance principles and its implementation in sharia banking products with a case study at Bank Muamalat. Sharia crowdfunding, as an alternative method of funding in accordance with sharia principles, offers the opportunity to accumulate various projects or businesses while still complying with the prohibitions on usury, gharar and maisir. This research discusses the application of sharia principles in sharia crowdfunding managed by Bank Muamalat, as well as how to integrate and implement this product in their sharia banking portfolio. The research methodology uses a qualitative approach with data analysis from internal bank reports, interviews with related parties, and literature studies on sharia principles and crowdfunding practices. The research results show that although sharia crowdfunding provides an innovative alternative. The main problems identified include late payments, defaults on projects, and difficulties in maintaining strict sharia compliance. This research recommends improvements in sharia monitoring mechanisms, sharpening operational guidelines, and training for sharia crowdfunding managers to ensure better and more effective products in meeting customer needs and sharia objectives.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the resolution of complaint handling at BSI KCP Cemara Asri. This research uses a descriptive qualitative research method that uses primary data and secondary data as sources of research data. The subject of this research is customer service at BSI KCP Cemara Asri. And the data collection techniques used were interviews and literature studies. This research found that the completion of complaint handling at BSI KCP Cemara Asri was carried out by customer service using a complaint handling resolution mechanism, namely carrying out standard service initiation, listening to customer complaints, saying apologies, asking customers for the chronology of complaints that occurred, verifying customer data, provide solutions to customers, ask customers to fill out a complaint form, and finally carry out standard service terminations. In completing complaint handling at BSI KCP Cemara Asri, there are supporting and inhibiting factors. So strategies need to be implemented to minimize the occurrence of customer complaints. So, to minimize the occurrence of customer complaints at BSI KCP Cemara Asri, what customer service must do in resolving complaint handling is to implement excellent service, namely providing information or explaining the products or services used by customers as well as explaining how to use the BSI Mobile application and Its function is so that later if a complaint occurs that is still relatively easy, the customer can resolve it themselves. So that it can minimize the occurrence of customer complaints in the future or similar complaints to these customers.
