Abstract

This study aims to determine the most dominant factor affecting the purchasing decision of Indocafe powder coffee at PT. Sari Tanjung Tera Cipta in Bengkulu. Samples in this study were 37 outlets that purchased Indocafe powder coffee products at PT. Sari Tanjung Tera Cipta in Bengkulu City, especially the Bengkulu route. The data collection method used a questionnaire and the analytical method used was rating scale analysis. The results of this study indicate the average value of respondents' responses to the factors that affect purchasing decisions at PT. Sari Tanjung Tera Cipta in Bengkulu City is 1,474 with the assessment criteria agree. This means that respondents have an agreed assessment of the factors that affect purchasing decisions at PT. Sari Tanjung Tera Cipta in Bengkulu City is affected by cultural, social, personal and psychological factors. Personal factors are the highest factors influencing purchasing decisions online at PT. Sari Tanjung Tera Cipta in Bengkulu City with a score of 1,573. This illustrates that customers shop at PT. Sari Tanjung Tera Cipta in Bengkulu City because because they choose to shop on the basis of their own wishes, PT. Sari Tanjung Tera Cipta in Bengkulu City provides maximum service therefore customers feel satisfied. The lowest factor is the cultural factor with a total score of 1.342 with the assessment criteria agreed. This illustrates that cultural factors have a low affect on purchasing decisions at PT. Sari Tanjung Tera Cipta in Bengkulu City because shopping is a desire not because it is affected by the environment, culture or other people.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of product quality and features on consumers purchasing decisions for Vivo Smartphones at Faizal Cell, Kaur Regency. The sample in this study were 150 consumers who purchased Vivo Smartphone at Faizal Cell, Kaur Regency who were taken by using accidental sampling technique. The data then collected by using a questionnaire and analyzed through multiple linear regression, determination test and hypothesis testing. The results of the regression analysis show Y = 18.944 + 0.317X1 + 0.242 X2 + 2.688, that showed a positive regression direction. It means that there is a positive influence between X1 (features) and X2 (product quality) on purchasing decisions (Y). If the variable features and product quality increase, it will increase purchasing decisions. Moreover, the magnitude of the coefficient of determination is 0.343 showing that X1 (features) and X2 (product quality) affect purchasing decisions (Y) by 34.3% while the remaining 65.7% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. Likewise, the results of the t test at a significance level of 0.05 explained that partially the feature and product quality variables had a significant influence on the purchasing decision variables of Faizal Cell, Kaur Regency. Finally, the results of the F test at a significance level of 0.05 explain that the variable features and product quality have a simultaneous effect on purchasing decisions at Faizal Cell, Kaur Regency

Abstract

The purpose of this study to analyze the accounting information system at PT. Jasaraharja (Putera) Bengkulu Branch in accordance with SAK ETAP in 2020. This type of research is descriptive. Data collection techniques using interviews and observation. The analytical method used in this study is a comparative method, which is to compare the recognition of income and expenses by PT. Jasaraharja (Putera) Bengkulu Branch which has been applied and compared to revenue and expense recognition in accordance with SAK ETAP no. 11 of 2009. The results showed that the recognition of income from demand deposits, administrative income of PT. Jasaraharja (Putera) Bengkulu Branch is still not in accordance with SAK ETAP regulations because the method used tends to be on a cash basis, because based on SAK ETAP revenue recognition must use an accrual basis. Recognition of expenses on PT. Jasaraharja (Putera) Bengkulu Branch has complied with SAK ETAP because expenses are recognized on an accrual basis and are recognized at the end of the period, all expenses incurred in PT. Jasaraharja (Putera) Bengkulu Branch has been included in the income statement for each period. There is a discrepancy between the revenue recognition between PT. Jasaraharja (Putera) Bengkulu Branch with SAK ETAP and the suitability between the recognition of expenses between PT. Jasaraharja (Putera) Bengkulu Branch with SAK ETAP.

Abstract

Today, people in Indonesia are in an increasingly sophisticated digital era. Technological advances have made many differences between the past and the present. One of the important things that has impacted the digital era is the use of product marketing activities, one of which is make over cosmetic products. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of digital marketing, brand image, promotion and product quality on buying interest in make over cosmetic products in Bengkulu City. This type of research is a quantitative descriptive type of research. The data collection method in this study used a questionnaire technique, with a sample of 97 respondents. The results showed that multiple linear regression Y = 1.586 + 0.171 X1 + 0.464X2 + 0.043 X3 + 0.372 X4 + 1.464. Where the coefficient is positive, it means that there is a positive or unidirectional relationship between the variables Digital Marketing (X1), Brand Image (X2) Promotion (X3), Product Quality (X4) on buying interest in make over cosmetic products in Bengkulu City. The results of the digital marketing test (XI) show tcount 3.173> t table 1.660 and sigfinication 0.002 <0.05, then the results of the hypothesis Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, meaning that digital marketing has a positive and significant effect on buying interest in make over cosmetic products in Bengkulu City. The results of the brand image test (X2) show tcount 4.122> t table 1.660 and sigfinication 0.000 <0.05, then the results of the hypothesis Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, meaning that brand image has a positive and significant effect on buying interest in make over cosmetic products in Bengkulu City. The results of the promotion test (X3) show tcount 2.440> t table 1.660 and sigfinication 0.017 <0.05, then the results of the hypothesis Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, meaning that promotion has a positive and significant effect on buying interest in make over cosmetic products in Bengkulu City. The results of the product quality test (X4) show tcount 3.311> t table 1.660 and sigfinication 0.001 <0.05, then the results of the hypothesis Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, meaning that product quality has a positive and significant effect on buying interest in make over cosmetic products in Bengkulu City. Based on the comparison of the Fcount value with Ftable, the Fcount value is greater than the Ftable value, namely 11.859> 2.31, it is concluded that it accepts the hypothesis, meaning that there is a simultaneous influence between digital marketing (XI), brand image (X2), promotion (X3), product quality (X4) on buying interest in make over cosmetic products in Bengkulu City. This can be seen at a significance level of 0.000 <0.05.

Abstract

The State Islamic University in Palembang City is an institution that must establish a credible identity and strong reputation to attract high-quality students. To achieve this, it is essential to maintain consistent branding, with a focus on a Malay-Islamic identity. This study, titled Consistency of Malay-Islamic Branding: Building University Identity, aims to explore how consistent branding efforts can help build the university's identity. The theoretical framework for this study is based on branding consistency, derived from Fritz Heider's Balance Theory (1946). The study employs a qualitative approach, utilizing in-depth interviews. The findings reveal several key challenges: inconsistent branding initiatives, limited resources and organizational structure, a restricted role of public relations in branding, suboptimal engagement of lecturers as brand ambassadors, and a lack of structured evaluations for assessing branding consistency at the State Islamic University in Palembang City.

Abstract

This study discusses the use of the Job Order Costing method to calculate the cost of goods produced and determine the selling price of products at the Eleven Sport printing business in Bengkulu City. Job Order Costing records production costs specifically for each product, allowing for more accurate calculations. This research uses a quantitative descriptive method with primary data collected through interviews and documentation. The analysis was conducted for the period January-June 2024, with the results showing the total production cost of Rp 724,181,003 and the cost of production per jersey stel is Rp 66,469. Currently, Eleven Sport determines the selling price of Rp 120,000 per suit without a specific calculation method, only based on estimates. However, with the Job Order Costing method, a more accurate selling price is suggested at Rp 86,410 per suit. This difference of Rp 33,590 shows that the application of this method not only helps in setting a more precise cost of goods produced, but also in determining a selling price that is in line with the company's profit target. Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine how the marketing strategy analysis of traditional food lemea Ibu Melli in Lebong Sakti District. The sample in this study was 35 people consisting of 5 internal factor respondents and 30 external samples, namely customers of lemea Ibu Melli. Data collection using a questionnaire and the analysis method used was SWOT analysis consisting of the Internal Strategy Factor Matrix (IFAS) and the External Strategy Factor Matrix (EFAS). The results of the study on the marketing strategy of traditional lemea food at the Lemea Ibuk Melli Business can be seen from internal and external factors. Based on the results of the total score obtained, it can be seen that the total value of the strength score owned is 21.75 while the weakness is 11.48 so the internal factor quadrant is 21.75-11.48 = 10.27. The Opportunity Score owned from the strategy is 20.50 and the threat is 10.22. So the external factor quadrant is 20.50 - 10.22 = 10.28. If the two weighted values ​​are combined in the IE matrix, then both will meet in cell I, which supports an aggressive strategy. The marketing strategy that can be carried out by the Lemea Ibuk Melli Business is to carry out the S-O (Strength-Opportunity) strategy or the strength-opportunity strategy is a strategy that uses internal strengths to take advantage of external opportunities. Alternative S-O strategies that can be formulated are maximizing production and promoting on social media.

Abstract

The role of strong access to financial services will be able to maintain the stability and economic growth of each individual, both from the upper middle class and from the underprivileged segments of society. So when all levels of society have equal access to financial services and according to their needs, it indirectly helps strengthen the country's overall economic foundation. This condition makes BRILink agents the spearhead in ensuring that financial services are not only limited to big cities, but also penetrate into remote villages. Meanwhile, the purpose of this study was to determine the effect of location and service quality on customer loyalty at BRILink Agent Kembar Sepasang Dusun II Penarik, Muko-Muko Regency.This research is included in explanatory research with a quantitative approach, which uses multiple linear regression analysis methods. The role of strong access to financial services will be able to maintain the stability and economic growth of each individual, both from the middle to upper class and from the lower segments of society. Meanwhile, the population in this study are people who are customers or users of financial services at BRILink Kembar Sepasang Agent Dusun II Penarik, Muko-Muko Regency. Meanwhile, the number of respondent samples that have been determined in this study is 100 people.The results showed that location and service quality had a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty of BRILink Kembar Sepasang Dusun II Penarik Muko-Muko Regency, both partially and simultaneously. So, it can be concluded that the more strategic the location and the good quality of service felt by customers who use financial services at BRILink Kembar Sepasang Agents, the greater the level of loyalty created.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of work discipline and work effectiveness and the work environment on the performance of subdistrict employees in East Seluma District, Seluma Regency. The data collection method in this research used a questionnaire technique, with a sample of 45 respondents. The research results show that multiple linear regression Y = 1.806 + 0.361 X1 + 0.537 X2 + 0.151 X3 + 1.567. Where the coefficient is positive, it means that there is a positive or unidirectional relationship between the variables of work discipline, work effectiveness and work environment on the performance of local employees in Seluma Tmur District, Seluma Regency. The results show that the results of the work discipline test (XI) show tcount 2,249 > ttable 1,679 and significance 0.030 < 0.05, so the results of the hypothesis Ha are accepted and Ho is rejected, meaning that work discipline (XI) has a positive and significant effect on the performance of subdistrict employees in the District Seluma Seluma Regency. The results of the work effectiveness test (X2) show that tcount is 3.514 > ttable 1.679 and the significance is 0.001 < 0.05, so the results of the Ha hypothesis are accepted and Ho is rejected, meaning that work effectiveness (X2) has a positive and significant effect on the performance of sub-district employees in East Seluma District, Regency. The results of the work environment test (X3) show tcount 2,566 > ttable 1,679 and significance 0.014 < 0.05, so the results of the Ha hypothesis are accepted and Ho is rejected, meaning the work environment (X3) has a positive and significant effect on the performance of sub-district employees in East Seluma District, Regency Seluma.
