Abstract

Socialization activities at the Al-Muttahid Mosque (West Circle) Islamic boarding school aim to empower housewives with digital marketing skills that can increase family income. This socialization includes a basic understanding of digital marketing, use of major digital platforms such as social media and online marketplaces, as well as effective marketing strategies. Through a practical approach and case studies, it is hoped that participants can apply the knowledge gained to promote their products or services more widely and efficiently. The results of this activity are expected to improve housewives' digital marketing skills, expand market reach, and ultimately increase family income. This research uses participatory methods with direct observation and interviews to evaluate the effectiveness of this socialization

Abstract

The Public Satisfaction Index (PSI) is an evaluation instrument used to measure the level of public satisfaction with the quality of public services. This assessment is carried out by comparing public expectations and the reality of the services received. This study aims to analyze the Public Satisfaction Index of public services in Kayu Kunyit Village, Manna District, South Bengkulu Regency. The method used is quantitative research with a descriptive approach using a survey as a data collection technique. The research sample consisted of 150 respondents selected using the Accidental Sampling technique. The data were analyzed using the Public Satisfaction Index (PSI) method in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform Number 14 of 2017. The results of the study showed that the value of the PSI of public services in Kayu Kunyit Village was 77.69, which was included in the good category (service quality B). Of the nine assessment elements, behavior and complaint handling received the highest scores, while the completion time and competence of the implementers were elements that still needed to be improved. Overall, the community is satisfied with the services provided, but it is suggested that there be improvements, especially in terms of time efficiency and increasing the competence of officers so that the quality of service can continue to be improved.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT) faced by Depot Kayu Tiga Mandala Putra in Kaur Regency, as well as to formulate appropriate marketing strategies to increase the sales of wood products. The method used is a combination of quantitative and qualitative approaches. Data collection techniques included direct observation, in-depth interviews, questionnaire distribution, and document analysis. Data analysis utilized the IFE (Internal Factor Evaluation) matrix, EFE (External Factor Evaluation) matrix, and SWOT quadrant mapping to determine relevant strategies.The research results indicate that the strategic position of Tiga Mandala Putra Wood Depot is in Quadrant I (aggressive strategy) with an IFE score of 2,39 and an EFE score of 2,22. This indicates that the depot has sufficient internal strengths and significant external opportunities. The recommended strategies include optimizing digital promotions, enhancing service capacity, and developing partnerships with local businesses. The implementation of SWOT-based strategies is expected to significantly increase sales volume and business competitiveness.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the effect of marketing mix on used car purchasing decisions at Jaya Mobil Jakarta. The research method used is quantitative with a survey approach through questionnaires distributed to 115 respondents. The data analysis method in this study uses multiple linear regression, validity and reliability tests, hypothesis testing using the F test and t test, and the coefficient of determination. Based on the results of research, overall model testing (simultaneously) that all independent variables have a significant influence on purchasing decisions for used cars at Jaya Mobil Jakarta. Partial testing for product influence has no significant effect on purchasing decisions for used cars at Jaya Mobil Jakarta as well as for partial testing of the effect of place has no significant effect on purchasing decisions for used cars at Jaya Mobil Jakarta. Partial testing for price has a significant effect on purchasing decisions for used cars at Jaya Mobil Jakarta as well as partial testing for promotions has a significant effect on purchasing decisions for used cars at Jaya Mobil Jakarta. Among all the variables studied, the promotion variable has the most dominant influence, as indicated by the standardised beta coefficient of 0.573 and the highest t-count value of 6,881. This research is still limited to the four main elements of the marketing mix, namely: product, price, place (distribution), and promotion that influence purchasing decisions. The marketing mix through integrated elements of product, price, place, and promotion must be maintained and improved because together they have a significant influence on purchasing decisions for used cars at Jaya Mobil Jakarta. For future research, it is recommended to explore other variables that might influence used car purchasing decisions, such as brand image, customer service, after-sales service, or consumer psychological factors

Abstract

Every organization and company will always strive to improve employees’ performance in the hope that the organization’s goals will be achieved. To achieve these goals, an organization needs leaders or managers who are able to manage the human resources within the organization,namely employees, to improve the efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity of the organization.The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) and Competency on Employee Performance at the Bengkulu Search and Rescue Office. The type of research conducted is quantitative research, with a total sampling method used in this study, meaning that the number of samples taken in this study is 80 people. The data analysis methods used include Validity Testing, Reliability Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Determination Coefficient, and Hypothesis Testing. The results of this study indicate that Development, Occupational Safety and Health (OSH), and Competency simultaneously (together) significantly influence the performance of employees at the Bengkulu Search and Rescue Office.

Abstract

In terms of using social media marketing that attracts consumers and potential consumers, it is necessary to pay attention to the advantages of products that allow consumers to attract consumers to make purchases, besides that the content created on the business actor's social media platform must also be packaged attractively and provide detailed information about the products being marketed so that this will attract consumers to purchase products when they see advertisements distributed on the business actor's social media.The purpose of this study was to determine whether Social Media Marketing has an effect on product purchasing decisions at Lunalice Boutique, Bengkulu City. In this study, the data were analyzed using statistical methods. Data processing in this study used a statistical program in the form of SPSS. The statistical test used to analyze the data in this study uses simple linear regression analysis. The results of the discussion show that social media marketing has an effect on purchasing decisions at Lunalice Boutique, Bengkulu City.

Abstract

Communicating is importance for everyone inside organization. All members in the organization must use communications to perform tasks. The process of communication that occurs in the organization especially internal communication is an important factor in creating an effective organization with to improve employee performance. Internal communication is well established can strengthen relationships among employees and generate trust, confidence, openness, honesty, security support, satisfaction work. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship of internal communication with the performance of employees at the Office of Revenue Management Finance and Regional Assets Bengkulu Tengah District. The method of analysis used is the validity and reliability test, rank spearman correlation, hypothesis test. The result of spearman rank correlation analysis obtained by spearman rank correlation value 0,96 is 0,800 - 1,000 interval, it means relationship between internal communication (X) with performance of officer of Revenue Service, Financial Management and Asset of Regency of Bengkulu Tengah is very strong and test value t obtained significant results where the significant value in the table is 0,000 and the value of t count 37.87> t table 1.99 means Ho is rejected and Ha accepted so it is proven that internal communication has a significant relationship with the performance of employees on the Office of Revenue, Financial Management and Assets Region of Bengkulu Tengah Regency.Keywords:  Internal Communication, Employee Performance

Abstract

Human resources have a very strategic position in the organization, meaning that the human element plays an important role in carrying out activities to achieve goals. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Work Discipline and Working Hours on the performance of PPPK employees at the South Bengkulu Regency Fire Service. This type of research uses quantitative research. The analysis method in this study uses the Validity test, Reliability Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Determination Coefficient, Classical Assumption Test and hypothesis testing using the t test. The number of samples studied was 35 PPPK Firefighters. The results of the multiple linear regression analysis are Y = 11.756 + 0.343 X1 + 0.389 X2 + e, this illustrates the positive direction of regression, meaning that the work discipline variable (X1) and work discipline (X2) have a positive influence on employee performance (Y) at Damkar South Bengkulu Regency. The magnitude of the coefficient of determination from the calculation results using SPSS can be seen that the coefficient of determination of R square is 0.688. This means that the value of work discipline (X1) and the value of working hours (X2) affect employee performance (Y) by 68.8% while the remaining 31.2% is influenced by other variables not examined in the study.

Abstract

Library services are developed through the utilization of library resources to meet the needs of users. The quality of library services can affect user satisfaction. If the needs of users are met, it will create satisfaction. The aim of this research is to find out the influence of service quality and trust on students’ satisfaction at Library SMPN 1 Ulu Musi. This type of research uses quantitative research. The analytical method in this research uses Validity Test, Reliability Test, Simple Linear Regression Analysis, Determination Coefficient, and hypothesis testing using t test and f test. The number of samples studied was 30 students of SMPN 1 Ulu Musi. From the results of linear regression analysis with a value of Y = 9.414 + 0.497 X. From the results of calculations using SPSS, the coefficient of determination value of R is 0.682. This means that the value of Variable (X) influences the variable (Y) by 68,2% while the remaining 31,8% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

A trading company is a company whose main activity is selling merchandise directly to consumers. The system for selling merchandise must have a good recording system, namely the company's internal control system can oversee all these activities. The internal control system is a tool to oversee every activity carried out by the company to protect the company's assets. The purpose of this study was to determine the cash receipts accounting system at the South Bengkulu Aldi Cell Counter. The analytical method in this study uses comparative analysis. The results of the study show that cash receipts from cash sales at the Aldi Cell Counter in South Bengkulu, seen from the related functions, are in accordance with the theory put forward by Mulyadi. Where conformity is found in the sales function, cash function and bookkeeping function. Meanwhile, there is a discrepancy in the delivery function, because all purchase transactions are carried out on-site (offline). There is a discrepancy in the accounting records used in cash receipts from cash sales because they only use simple bookkeeping records. In the documents used in cash receipts from cash sales, conformity is found in the documents used and the recap of the cost of goods sold in the form of recording the bookkeeping of goods. Meanwhile, there is a discrepancy in the proof of bank deposit, because the proceeds from the sale of goods were not deposited into the bank, but were used to purchase more goods. The calculations made by Tempe Silvia did not take into account factory overhead costs.
