Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the implementation of SOP (Standard Operational Procedures) for birth certificate services at the Population and Civil Registration Board of Bengkulu City. The method of the data analysis was used is descriptive and qualitative analysis. The study shows that: (1) the preparation phase of the implementation of SOP services at the Population and Civil Registration Board has been executed well, where socialization SOP has been done properly, the SOP has been well implemented and equipment of the Ministry has been drafted and personals, has been shared with the right personnel, so as to facilitate the process of service to the community and (2) the implementation of SOP implementation the issuance of a birth certificate in the Population and Civil Registration Board of Bengkulu City from the stage of receiving and examining the file the petition for a birth certificate, file verification application scheduled, and collect files petition, enter data and print a birth certificate, check, legacy and sign, and submit the quote birth certificate to the community have been implemented in accordance with the stages of service assigned. Abstract

Ida Anggriani, Fera Indasari; The purpose of this study was to the differences in terms of impulsive buying gender determine consumers at Puncak Toserba Bengkulu. This type of research is a comparative study, carried out to compare the similarities and differences of two or more of the facts and object properties in the framework based on certain carefully. Survey respondents as many as 100 people composed of 50 men and 50 women, samples were taken by purposive random sampling technique. Data collection using questionnaire and analysis methods by means of descriptive and quantitative analyzes using independent samples t test trials. Results of this study indicate that there are differences between the purchase impulsive significant gender beetween men and women at Puncak Toserba Bengkulu by comparison Tsig (0,047) <α (0,05). The average difference for the two groups were between to 1,520 ranged 0,019 until 3,021.Keywords: Impulsive Buying, Gender

Abstract

ABSTRAK Komunikasi yang dilakukan oleh pegawai merupakan hal yang kompleks, tanpa adanya komunikasi maka pegawai tidak dapat saling memahami satu sama lain, dan akhirnya tidak dapat mencapai tujuannya dengan optimal. Dalam suatu organisasi juga memiliki latar belakang budaya yang berbeda, maka kesalahan penerapan budaya yang tidak tepat dalam sebuah organisasi akan menjadikan organisasi mengalami permasalahan yang dapat menurunkan kinerja pegawai dan berdampak buruk akan keberlangsungan hidup organisasi. Metode pengumpulan data penelitian ini adalah dengan cara kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 50 orang responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis korelasi rank spearman dan pengujian hipotesis t untuk menganalisis data yang diperoleh mengenai hubungan komunikasi dan budaya organisasi dengan kinerja pegawai DPPKA Kota Bengkulu. Dari hasil penelitian berdasarkan perhitungan koefisien korelasi rank spearman, diketahui nilai korelasi antara komunikasi dengan kinerja sebesar 0,81 artinya terdapat hubungan yang sangat kuat antara komunikasi dengan kinerja pegawai pada dinas pendapatan, pengelolaan keuangan dan aset kota bengkulu sedangkan nilai korelasi antara budaya organisasi dengan kinerja sebesar 0,77 artinya terdapat hubungan yang kuat antara budaya organisasi dengan kinerja pegawai pada dinas pendapatan, pengelolaan keuangan dan aset kota bengkulu.Hasil uji hipotesis diketahui bahwa nilai t hitung antara komunikasi dengan kinerja pegawai sebesar 9,622 sedangkan nilai t hitung antara budaya organisasi dengan kinerja pegawai sebesar 8,331, dari nilai tersebut menunjukkan nilai t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel (1,677), sehingga ho ditolak dan ha diterima, artinya terdapat hubungan yang signifikan terhadap variabel x1 dan x2  (komunikasi  dan budaya organisasi) dengan variabel y (kinerja) para pegawai yang bekerja pada dinas pendapatan, pengelolaan keuangan dan aset (DPPKA) Kota Bengkulu. Kata Kunci :Komunikasi, Budaya Organisasi, Kinerja ABSTRACT Communication carried out by employees is complex, without communication, employees cannot understand each other, and ultimately cannot achieve their goals optimally. In an organization that also has a different cultural background, the incorrect application of an inappropriate culture in an organization will cause the organization to experience problems that can reduce employee performance and have a negative impact on the survival of the organization. Method data collecting of this research is by propagated kuesioner to 50 responder people. Analysis method the used is correlation of rank hypothesis test and spearman with test of t. Pursuant to calculation of correlation coefficient of rank spearman, known by correlation value between communications with performance equal to its 0,81 meaning there are very strong relation between communications with performance employee at Duty Earnings, Management of Finance and Asset Town of Bengkulu while correlation value between organizational culture with performance equal to its 0,77 meaning there are strong relation between organizational culture and communications with officer performance at Duty Earnings, Management of Finance and Asset Town of Bengkulu. Result of hypothesis test known that value of t count between communications with performance equal to 9,622 while value of t count between organizational culture with performance equal to 8,331 bigger than 1,677, so that Ho refused and Ha accepted by its meaning there is relation which is significant between organizational culture and communications with officer performance at On Duty Earnings, Management of Finance and Asset Town of Bengkulu. Keywords:Communications, Organization Cultural, performance

Abstract

ABSTRAK Permasalahan yang terjadi pada Usaha Tempe Makmur Yaya Tebeng Kota Bengkuluadalah masihkelirudalamperhitungankarenamasihadabiayaoverhead pabrik yang belum di perhitungkandalampenentuanhargapokokproduksi.Tujuandaripenelitianiniadalahmengetahuiperhitunganhargapokokproduksidalampenentuanhargajualpada Usaha Tempe MakmurYayaTebeng, Bengkulu.Metode yang digunakandalampenelitianiniadalahmetodedeskriftifkuantitatifmenggunakanalatataumetodefull costing danpenentuanhargajualmenggunakanmetodefull plus pricing.Berdasarkanperhitunganhargapokokproduksi yang dilakukanusahatempe makmur Yayahargapokokproduksiperbuahpadatahun 2019 adalahsebesar Rp.3.531, padatahun 2020 sebesar Rp.3.490danpadatahun 2021 adalahsebesar Rp.3.492.sehinggaLaba yang diperolehtahun 2019 sebesarRp.1.469perbuah, tahun 2020 sebesar Rp.1.510perbuahdanpadatahun 2021 sebesar Rp.1.508perbuah.SedangkanBerdasarkanperhitunganhargapokokproduksimenggunakanmetodefull costing hargapokokproduksitempeperbuahtahun 2019 adalahsebesarRp. 3.556, tahun 2020 sebesar Rp.3.559 danpadatahun 2021 adalahsebesarRp. 3.560. sehinggalaba yang diperolehpadatahun 2019 sebesar Rp.1.444 perbuah, tahun 2020 sebesar Rp.1.441perbuahdanpadatahun 2021 sebesar Rp.1.440perbuah. Denganpenetapanhargajualsebesar 25% darihargapokokproduksi.Terdapatselisihperhitunganhargapokokproduksiantaraperhitunganpabrikdenganperhitungandenganmetodefull costingkarenapadaperhitunganpabriktidakmemasukanbiayaoverhead pabrik.Kata Kunci :Harga Pokok Produksi, Penentuan harga jual ABSTRACT The problems that occuredat TempeMakmur Yaya business were still mistakenly in calculation because there are still overhead costs that have not been calculated in determining the cost of production. The purpose of this study is to find out the calculation of the cost of production in determining the selling price at the Tempe MakmurYaya Tebengbusiness, Bengkulu. The method used in this study is a quantitative descriptive method by using the full costing method and determining the selling price using the full plus pricing method.Based on the calculation of the cost of production carried out by the Tempe Makmur Yaya business, the cost of production per piece in 2019 was 3,531 IDR, 3,490 IDR in 2020 and 3,492 IDR in 2021. Thus, the profit earned in 2019 was 1,469 IDR per pieces, 1,510 IDR per piece in 2020 and 1,508 IDR per piecein 2021. Meanwhile, based on the calculation of the cost of production using the full costing method, the cost of production of tempe per piece in 2019 is 3,556 IDR, 3,559 IDR in 2020and 3,560 IDR in 2021. So that, the profit earned in 2019 was 1,444 IDR per piece, 1,441 IDRper piece in 2020 and 1,440 IDRper piecein 2021.With the determination of the selling price of 25% of the cost of production, there is a difference in the calculation of the cost of production between the factory calculations and the calculations using the full costing method because the factory calculations do not include overhead costs.Keywords:Cost of Production, Determination of the selling price

Abstract

Currently, social media is a good medium for economic actors in doing marketing, this is due to easy internet access and is supported by the large number of internet media users in Indonesia. Currently, online business is a strength in developing its business, especially during this covid-19 pandemic where people must obey the rules implemented by the government such as social distancing, implementing community activity restrictions (PPKM). Social media is currently contributing to people who want to do business activities by utilizing social media, this is evidenced by the existence of platforms provided by several social media to carry out business promotion activities, for example the existence of WhatsApp with business accounts, Instagram business accounts, Facebook business pages. , and there are also promotional features provided on each of these social media at a very low cost when compared to using television and print media such as newspapers to carry out promotional activities. The community service program carried out by the team is an activity carried out to provide training to the residents of Pulai Payung Rt 12 Rw 04, Surabaya Village, Sungai Serut District, Bengkulu, so that they can take full advantage of social media, especially in improving the community's economy, where social media can basically be utilized. as a business account to carry out promotional activities or media to be more easily connected to a wider network when compared to conventional businesses that do not use social media at all.

Abstract

Producers need to understand consumer behavior towards products or brands that are on the market, because the nature of consumers who are never satisfied makes producers have to be more innovative and creative, then various ways need to be done to make consumers interested in the products produced. This study aims to determine the effect of product innovation and promotion on purchasing decisions at Historia Cafe and Royal Kitchen Manna of South Bengkulu. Samples in this study were 100 customers who purchased food and beverages at Historia Cafe and Royal Kitchen Manna of South Bengkulu. Data collection used a questionnaire and the analytical method used was multiple linear regression, determination test and hypothesis testing. The results of the regression analysis showed Y = 8.737 + 0.464X1 + 0.354 X2, + 3.581 this illustrates a positive regression direction, meaning that there is a positive influence between X1 (product innovation) and X2 (promotion) on purchasing decisions (Y). Means that if the product innovation and promotion variables increase, it will increase purchasing decisions. The magnitude of the coefficient of determination is 0.496. This means that X1 (product innovation) and X2 (promotion) influence the purchase decision (Y) by 49.6% while the remaining 50.4% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. The results of the t test at a significance level of 0.05 explain that partially the product innovation and promotion variables have a significant influence on the purchasing decision variable at Historia Cafe and Royal Kitchen Manna of South Bengkulu. The results of the F test at a significance level of 0.05 explain that the product innovation and promotions have a simultaneous (together) influence on purchasing decisions at Historia Cafe and Royal Kitchen Manna of South Bengkulu

Abstract

The presentation of financial statements of income accounts at The Madeline Hotel Bengkulu aims to find out how to apply the peresentation of financial statements to existing income accounts at The Madeline Hotel Bengkulu.The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive qualitative analysis, which to compare the existing theory with actual practice so that conclusioncan ce drawn. The steps taken are to explain the financial statements of income accounts at The Madeline Hotel Bengkulu within a certain period and compare the statements of accounting standards to revenue recognition at The Madeline Hotel Bengkulu.The results of the study concluded that the presentation of the income account financial statements of The Madeline Hotel Bengkulu was in accordance with the revenue recognition in the Statement of Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK) No. 23 By doing q good analysis of cost and income calculation.

Abstract

Marketing strategy, a business will seek to improve marketing in the hope that sales will be better and increase than before. Marketing strategy or what is usually called SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats) is the systematic identification of various factors to determine the company's strategy. The purpose of this research was to find out the marketing strategy for a home-based business (a case study of Pak Paidi's noodle mill, South Bengkulu district). The type of research used in this research thesis is a qualitative method. The analytical method used in this study is the SWOT analysis method (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats). The data obtained from the results of the research will be analyzed for strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats to the implementation of Pak Paidi's noodle milling business strategy in order to increase buyer interest. the company uses a Growth Oriented Strategy. From the research results, the internal value is 5.26 and the external value is 5.25. This is because, in the SWOT analysis Cartesius diagram it is shown that the highest total score is in the first quadrant where the quadrant is a very profitable situation. After conducting research, Mr. Paidi's noodle milling business has many opportunities and strengths so that he can seize and take advantage of existing opportunities while minimizing weaknesses and overcoming various threats that exist in Mr. Paidi's business environment.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of organizational commitment and placement on employee performance at the Regional Financial Management Agency (BPKD) of Bengkulu Province. The sample in this study was 46 civil servants at the Regional Financial Management Agency (BPKD) of Bengkulu Province. The data were collected using a questionnaire and the analytical method used was multiple linear regression, determination test and hypothesis testing. The results of the regression analysis show Y = 7,828 +0,386X1 +0,445 X2, this describes a positive regression direction, meaning that there is a positive influence between X1 (organizational commitment) and X2 (placement) on performance (Y). It means that if the variable of organizational commitment and placement increases, it will increase performance. The value of the coefficient of determination is 0.557. This means that X1 (organizational commitment) and X2 (placement) affect performance (Y) by 55.7% while the remaining 44.3% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. 0.05 explains that partially organizational commitment and placement variables have a significant influence on employee performance variables at the Bengkulu Province Regional Financial Management Agency (BPKD). The F test results at a significance level of 0.05 explain that organizational commitment and placement variables have a significant effect significant simultaneous effect on employee performance at the Regional Financial Management Agency (BPKD) of Bengkulu Province.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the factors that influence employee job satisfaction at PT. Rodateknindo Purajaya Bengkulu. This type of research is a type of quantitative exlanatory.. The data collection method in this research used observation techniques and questionnaires, with a sample of 130 respondents. The results showed that multiple linear regression Y = 17.462 + 0.212 X1 + 0.071 X2 + 0.098 X3 + 0.068 Where the coefficient is positive, meaning that there is a positive or unidirectional relationship between the variables fulfilling needs (XI), differences (X2), achieving values ​​(X3), justice (X4b), organizational culture (X5) and job satisfaction (Y) at PT. Rodateknindo Purajaya Bengkulu. The results of the needs fulfillment test (XI) show tcount 4.647> ttable 1.656 and significance 0.008 <0.05, meaning that fulfillment of needs (XI) has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction (Y) at PT. Rodateknindo Purajaya Bengkulu The results of the difference test (X2) show tcount 2.694> ttable 1.656 and significance 0.005 <0.05, meaning that the difference (X2) has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction (Y) at PT. Rodateknindo Purajaya Bengkulu. The results of the value achievement test (X3) show tcount 2.870> ttable 1.656 and significance 0.000 <0.05, meaning that value achievement (X3) has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction (Y) at PT. Rodateknindo Purajaya Bengkulu. The results of the justice test (X4) show that tcount is 3.657> ttable 1.656 and the significance is 0.000 <0.05, meaning that justice (X4) has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction (Y) at PT. Rodateknindo Purajaya Bengkulu. The results of the organizational culture test (X5) show tcount 3,800> ttable 1,656 and significance 0.000 <0.05, meaning that organizational culture (X5) has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction (Y) at PT. Rodateknindo Purajaya Bengkulu. The results of the Ftable value, namely 22.106 > 2.67, then it is concluded that accepting the hypothesis, meaning that there is a simultaneous influence between meeting needs (XI), differences (X2), achieving values ​​(X3), justice (X4b), organizational culture (X5) on job satisfaction (Y) at PT. Rodateknindo Purajaya Bengkulu.
