Abstract

Kondisi ekonomi keluarga yang sulit mendorong perempuan bekerja guna peningkatan ekonomi keluarga. Buruh perempuan di industri rumahan batu bata merupakan kelompok rentan dengan upah dan kondisi kerja yang keras. Penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisis kondisi sosial-ekonomi buruh perempuan industri rumahan batu bata di Desa Rejosari dan menganalisis upaya yang dilakukan buruh perempuan dalam peningkatan ekonomi keluarga. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Subyek penelitian adalah lima buruh perempuan industri rumahan batu bata di Desa Rejosari. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan metode. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini pengumpulan data, reduksi, penyajian dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan karakteristik buruh perempuan yang memiliki usia tua, pendidikan rendah, dan berasal dari daerah sekitar. Buruh memiliki banyak tanggungan dan bekerja selama bertahun-tahun untuk memenuhi kebutuhan hidup keluarga. Buruh perempuan juga memiliki pekerjaan sampingan untuk menambah penghasilan. Jumlah jam kerja buruh perempuan bervariasi, dan upah yang diterima tergolong rendah. Beban kerja yang berat, sehingga sering mengalami masalah kesehatan. Upaya peningkatan ekonomi keluarga, buruh perempuan memenuhi kebutuhan keluarga seperti: Kebutuhan pokok, perbaikan kondisi rumah, akses kesehatan, pendidikan anak, pengembangan keterampilan dan sedekah. Pemenuhan kebutuhan tersebut juga didukung dari bantuan pemerintah seperti PKH, BLT dan BPJS.

Abstract

One of the most fundamental skills in learning that children must possess is listening, and the same goes for media. Media plays a crucial role in the success of a child's learning in the classroom. This research aims to analyze the process of developing a product, test the feasibility and effectiveness of a developed instructional media product based on Hyperlink PowerPoint with a Project-Based Learning (PBL) model to enhance the listening skills of third-grade elementary school students. This study follows the 4D research and development model, consisting of four stages: Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate. The research subjects include 32 students, and data collection methods involve observation, interviews, tests, questionnaires, expert validation, and documentation. Expert validation is employed to assess the feasibility of the developed Hyperlink PowerPoint instructional media.Based on the results of this research, the expert media validation trial obtained a score of 89%, material expert validation scored 89%, teacher response to the product was 86%, and student response to the media was 92%. The effectiveness test of the Hyperlink PowerPoint media can be evidenced by an increase in the percentage of students' pretest and posttest scores by 61% and is supported by an N-gain value of 0.69.

Abstract

Siswa saat ini dididik untuk menjadi digital natives—orang-orang yang kepribadiannya selaras dengan perkembangan teknologi terkini dalam pembelajaran yang interaktif dan menawan—dalam konteks Revolusi Industri 4.0 dan Society 5.0. Penelitian ini bermaksud untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dengan mengembangkan sumber belajar interaktif tentang Reproduksi Tumbuhan Alam dan Buatan (Bantu Albu) yang dapat didistribusikan dan diakses. Penelitian dan Pengembangan (R&D) bersama dengan model 4D Thiagarajan digunakan dalam langkah-langkah mengidentifikasi, membuat, mengembangkan, dan menyebarkan proses penelitian. Analisis N-Gain hasil belajar siswa kelas III kelas eksperimen kategori tinggi sebesar 0,8 dan kelas kontrol kategori sedang sebesar 0,4, serta produk pembelajaran multimedia interaktif yang dapat diakses secara online melalui website dan divalidasi oleh ahli bahasa, materi pelajaran ahli, dan ahli media dengan rata-rata 0,78 merupakan luaran penelitian. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa hasil belajar meningkat ketika siswa memahami materi yang telah diberikan. Kondisi siswa kelas III digital native SD Negeri Kedungsukun 01 menunjukkan bahwa media interaktif (Bantu Albu) pada materi ajar Reproduksi Tumbuhan Alam dan Buatan dinilai tepat dan efisien dalam mendorong hasil pembelajaran digital. Abstract

Pendamping Program Keluarga Harapan (PPKH) berperan penting sebagai fasilitator Keluarga Penerima Manfaat (KPM) dalam Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH). Kinerja PPKH di wilayah Kabupaten Semarang yang menjadi mitra kegiatan kepada masyarakat ini mengalami kendala utama dalam memberdayakan KPM bidang ekonomi. Pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan secara khusus bertujuan memberikan intervensi penguatan keterampilan pembelajaran technopreneurship berbasis proyek (Project based learning) bagi PPKH, yang dapat berdampak efektif meningkatkan partisipasi aktif KPM dalam P2K2 dan meningkatkan perilaku produktif dalam mengelola wirausaha bagi KPM. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat kemitraan adalah metode pendekatan Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) dan model learning by doing. Sasaran kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat kemitraan adalah PPKH dan KPM Kecamatan Tengaran. Bentuk kegiatan Training of Trainers tersebut diberikan materi dengan model pembelajaran yang mencakup 5 tahap, yakni; pengenalan, konseptualisasi, aksi, evaluasi dan refleksi, serta tindak lanjut. Kegiatan dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan pemberdayaan masyarakat, metode workshop, teknik demonstrasi dan learning by doing. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dapat bermanfaat bagi pendamping PPKH dan KPM dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan dan praktik keterampilan berwirausaha dengan memanfaatkan teknologi digital. Dampak kegiatan pengabdian bagi PPKH Kecamatan Tengaran meningkatnya kemampuan technopreneurship sebagai upaya mengatasi kesulitan dalam memberdayakan KPM.

Abstract

Digital marketing is a basic skill that ikat weaving entrepreneurs must master to adapt to the digital era. This study aims to describe the strategies, processes, and factors that influence community empowerment through digital marketing training in the ikat weaving industry in Troso Village. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data collection techniques were observation, interview, and document study. The results showed that the empowerment strategy was carried out through the situation and needs analysis stage, program planning and determination, program implementation and evaluation. The empowerment process is carried out through the awareness and behavior formation stage, the transformation of abilities and skills stage, and the enrichment stage. Digital marketing training is able to improve the abilities and skills of trainees in utilizing digital media more optimally seen from how digital marketing is applied to their business. Supporting factors that influence digital marketing training are the willingness and enthusiasm of trainees to develop, the rapid advancement of digital technology and the support of related parties. While the inhibiting factors are the individualistic character of the trainees and the lack of human resources empowered.

Abstract

21st-century learning is learning that prepares students to have the ability to think creatively, critically, and innovatively and master technology. This research aims to analyze and describe the development design, feasibility, and effectiveness of a project-based learning model based on ethno-steam (science, technology, engineering, mathematics, and art) to improve numeracy literacy skills. This research uses the RD method with ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). This research was conducted in class VIII MTsN 3 Lima Puluh Kota in mathematics. PjBL, STEAM, and Material experts have validated this learning model. The results of the expert validation obtained an average value of 91% with a very feasible category. The N-Gain results to determine the effectiveness of the ethno-STEAM-based project-based learning model to improve numeracy literacy skills obtained a value of 0.69 in the medium category. The Ethno-STEAM-based project-based learning model is classified as adequate based on the N-Gain results. Developing an ethno-STEAM-based project learning model (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Mathematics) is highly recommended to be applied in mathematics learning and implementing Kurikulum Merdeka. AbstrakPembelajaran abad 21 merupakan pembelajaran yang mempersiapkan peserta didik memiliki kemampuan berpikir kreatif, kritis, inovatif serta menguasai teknologi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan desain pengembangan, menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan kelayakan serta menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan efektivitas pembelajaran project-based learning model based ethno-steam (sains teknologi teknik seni matematika) dalam meningkatkan kemampuan literasi numerasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode RD dengan ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation).Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di kelas VIII MTsN 3 Lima Puluh Kota pada mata pelajaran matematika. Model pembelajaran ini telah divalidasi oleh ahli PjBL, ahli STEAM dan ahli Materi. Hasil validasi ahli tersebut memperoleh nilai rata-rata sebesar 91% dengan kategori sangat layak. Hasil N-Gain untuk mengetahui keefektifan model project-based learning berbasis ethno-STEAM untuk meningkatkan kemampuan literasi numerasi memperoleh nilai sebesar 0,69 dengan kategori sedang. Berdasarkan hasil N-Gain penggunaan model project-based learning berbasis Ethno-STEAM tergolong efektif Pengembangan model pembelajaran proyek berbasis etno-STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Mathematics) sangat dianjurkan untuk diterapkan dalam pembelajaran matematika, khususnya dalam menyambut kurikulum merdeka.Kata Kunci: Etno-STEAM; literasi numerasi; model pembelajaran berbasis proyek

Abstract

This study aims to describe the form of foster care patterns implemented in SOS Children's Village Semarang and the parenting patterns of parents in the social intelligence of elementary school children in SOS Children's Village. This research uses a qualitative approach with qualitative descriptive methods. The subjects in this study were 1 supervisor, 3 foster mothers, and 3 children. The data collection technique is done using interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of this study showed that the parenting styles applied by foster children at SOS Children's Village Semarang use parenting styles that tend to be democratic. The way of parenting applied at SOS Children's Village Semarang has been named Family Base Case, which is family-based care. This concept of parenting involves the foster mother as the main center in parenting, the child as a brother or sister. Then, the children's social intelligence at SOS Children's Village Semarang is sufficient to fulfill all aspects of their social skills. Such as communication skills, humor-making skills, friendship skills, group role skills, and politeness skills.

Abstract

Parenting influences early childhood gadget use. This study aims to analyze the parenting style of millennial parents regarding the dangers of using early childhood gadgets in the Tunggulrejo Village, Gabus District, Grobogan Regency. This research was conducted using observation, interviews, and documentation of five research subjects for the data collection process. The method of data analysis is carried out directly based on the results of field work, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that children with this parenting style become independent and have good creativity, permissive parenting style gives freedom to children without reprimands and punishments, even though children make mistakes. In this study, the parenting style that is mostly applied by millennial parents in using gadgets for children aged 3-6 years in the Tunggulrejo Village tends to use permissive parenting. The negative impacts of using early childhood gadgets in Tunggulrejo Village are eye health problems, children get angry easily, children prefer to be alone, and children are more lazy in doing things. This research is expected to be useful in developing knowledge in the field of education, especially in terms of early childhood care. Furthermore, this research is expected to be the basis of reference for further studies that have related topics.

Abstract

Salah satu keterampilan paling dasar dalam belajar yang harus dimiliki anak adalah menyimak menyimak dan begitupun dengan media. Media adalah faktor utama keberhasilan anak dalam belajar dikelas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis proses pembuatan produk pengem-bangan, menguji kelayakan produk dan keefektifan produk pengembangan media ajar power point berbasis hyperlink dengan model PBL Untuk meningkatkan Kemampuan Menyimak siswa kelas III SD. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian dan pengembangan model 4D. Model 4d memiliki 4 tahapan yaitu Define (Pendefinisian), Design (Perancangan), Develop (Pengembangan) dan Disseminate (Penyebaran). Subjek penelitian ini berjumlah 32 orang siswa dan pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara Observasi, Wawancara, Tes dan angket, Validasi ahli, dan doku-mentasi. Validasi ahli digunakan untuk uji kelayakan produk pengembangan media ajar Power Point Hyperlink. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini uji coba validasi ahli media mendapatkan skor 89%, hasil validasi ahli materi mendapatkan skor 89%, respon guru terhadap produk 86% dan repon siswa terhadap media 92%. Uji keefektifan media power point berbasis hyperlink dapat dibuktikan dengan ada peningkatan persentase nilai pretest dan postest siswa sebesar 61% dan dibuktikan dengan nilai N-gain 0,69.
