Abstract

This study aims to describe the Implementation of Farmer Cards in the Distribution of Subsidized Fertilizers in Benteng Palioi Village, Kindang District, Bulukumba Regency. In answering these problems, the author uses a normative syar`i approach and an empirical juridical approach. The method of data collection is done by way of interviews, observation, documentation, and literature study. The results showed that during the distribution of subsidized fertilizers using farmer cards, it was not implemented perfectly, because there were still many problems experienced by farmers in applying farmer cards, such as lack of service in card printing, lack of socialization which made it difficult for farmers to use farmer cards, and lack of farmer funds in activating farmer cards and these cards have not been distributed evenly. Supporting and inhibiting factors faced by farmers in the field in the implementation of farmer cards are supporting factors that can facilitate distributors in preparing reports, and can obtain fertilizer easily, but this farmer card also has obstacles in its application, namely the lack of good coordination between farmer groups and distributors, the limited ability of farmers to access program services. Basically, Siyasah Syar'iyyah's view of implementing farmer cards in the distribution of subsidized fertilizers is that the government must be more responsible and must uphold the values of justice and the government must do its job well in making policies that will bring benefit to its people

Abstract

Background: Preterm birth, according to WHO criteria, is defined as birth occurring between 22 and 37 weeks of gestation with a fetal weight of 500 grams. Preterm birth is one of the leading causes of perinatal morbidity and mortality worldwide, contributes to the development of neonatal pathologies, and significantly impacts medical, demographic, economic, and social conditions (Arstanalievna et al., 2022). Parity is one of the predisposing factors for preterm birth, as it can affect the mother's health status during pregnancy. The incidence of preterm birth is higher among primiparous women, around 9.5%, compared to 7.5% in multiparous women (Herman and Joewono, 2020). Objective: To analyze the relationship between parity and the incidence of Partus Prematurus Imminens (PPI) in pregnant women. Method: This research used a quantitative analytical method with a cross-sectional approach. The sampling technique was total sampling, involving 93 pregnant women. Bivariate analysis was conducted using the chi-square test. Results: Among the 93 pregnant women who experienced Partus Prematurus Imminens (PPI), the highest parity was found in nulliparous women, totaling 37 individuals (39.8%). The chi-square statistical test showed a p-value = 0.011 < α = 0.05 with a confidence level of 95%. Conclusion: There is a significant relationship between parity and the incidence of Partus Prematurus Imminens (PPI). For the community, particularly pregnant women with risk factors, it is important to recognize the causes of preterm labor to take early preventive measures. Health workers are expected to provide optimal services to the community, especially in prenatal care. Keywords: Partus Prematurus Imminens, Parity, Pregnant Women

Abstract

Background: The second stage of labor, also known as the expulsion stage, occurs when the baby's head stretches the vaginal tissues. The physiological process of the second stage of labor refers to a series of events that occur during this period, ending with the normal delivery of the baby. One aspect of respectful maternity care during labor is allowing the mother to choose her preferred pushing and birthing position. Allowing this choice can provide many benefits, including reduced pain and discomfort. Objective: To analyze the relationship between pushing position and the duration of the second stage of labor at TPMB Istiqamah Banjarmasin. Methods: This study used an analytical survey method with a cross-sectional approach. The sample consisted of 35 women in the second stage of labor at TPMB Istiqamah Banjarmasin. Results: The Chi-square test yielded a p-value of 0.005 (<0.05), indicating that the null hypothesis was rejected and the alternative hypothesis was accepted. This suggests a significant relationship between pushing position and the duration of the second stage of labor. The results showed that the lateral pushing position was more effective during the second stage of labor. Conclusion: There is a significant relationship between pushing position and the duration of the second stage of labor. The lateral pushing position was found to be more effective due to various factors that influence labor progression, including the passage, power, passenger, and labor position. Abstract

Business actors in advancing their business, each e-commerce company must be able to compete in improving its services, one of which is in terms of cash on delivery (COD) payment methods. The use of the COD method in e-commerce is increasingly in demand because in addition to being easier, it also offers various benefits for consumers. However, it is also possible to cause problems, such as consumers who do not have good intentions in terms of payments. For this reason, business actors are also entitled to protection if their rights are ignored. So the parties involved must pay attention to what their rights and obligations are so that no party feels aggrieved. The responsibilities that arise in online buying and selling transactions using the COD method on shopee are born based on the legal relationship of the parties.

Abstract

Amid the intensifying global discourse on gender justice, Qur’anic interpretation continues to be shaped by a long-standing legacy of patriarchal exegesis, particularly in narratives concerning the creation of woman. This tension is especially evident in interpretations of Surah al-Nisāʾ verse 1, a passage that affirms humanity’s origin from a single ontological source (nafs wāḥidah), yet has frequently been read through hierarchical frameworks that position women as derivative and subordinate. This article seeks to reconstruct the narrative of Eve’s creation in Qur’anic exegesis by integrating gender analysis with Sufi perspectives as an alternative hermeneutical framework. Employing a qualitative library-based approach, the study draws on classical and contemporary Qur’anic commentaries as primary sources, supported by scholarly literature on gender, Qur’anic hermeneutics, and Islamic ontology. Data were analyzed using critical hermeneutics and thematic analysis to identify ontological assumptions and gender bias embedded in exegetical traditions. The findings demonstrate that hierarchical portrayals of Eve’s creation do not originate from the Qur’anic text itself but from historically contingent patriarchal epistemologies that shaped classical interpretation. Contemporary egalitarian tafsīr emphasizes the shared ontological origin of men and women, while Sufi interpretations further reinforce this equality through concepts of spiritual parity and human perfection (insān kāmil). By integrating these approaches, this study proposes a reconstructive, non-hierarchical model of Qur’anic interpretation that is ethically grounded and contextually responsive. This research contributes to Qur’anic studies by advancing a gender-just and spiritually informed exegesis that remains faithful to the Qur’an’s moral vision while addressing contemporary demands for gender justice.

Abstract

Background: Suboptimal breastfeeding practices, often stemming from inadequate maternal knowledge and cultural misconceptions, contribute significantly to neonatal morbidity and mortality. This is particularly prevalent among primigravida women, who lack prior experience. In areas like Kelayan Timur, Banjarmasin, where early initiation of breastfeeding  coverage is critically low (36.4%), innovative educational interventions are urgently needed. Objective: This study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of a short video education intervention in improving knowledge about the benefits of colostrum among primigravida women. Method: A pre-experimental one-group pretest-posttest design was employed. A total of 15 primigravida women from Puskesmas Kelayan Timur were recruited via accidental sampling. Participants completed a validated 6-item knowledge questionnaire (Cronbach's alpha = 0.753), watched a 60-second educational video about colostrum benefits, and immediately retook the questionnaire. Knowledge was categorized as poor (<56%), sufficient (56-75%), or good (76-100%). Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and the Wilcoxon Signed-Rank Test due to non-normal data distribution. Results: The majority of participants were at low-risk age (20-35 years; 80.0%), had mid-low education (86.7%), and were unemployed (80.0%). Pretest results showed most respondents had insufficient knowledge (poor: 46.7%; sufficient: 33.3%; good: 20.0%). Post-test results revealed a significant improvement, with the majority achieving good knowledge (80.0%). The Wilcoxon test confirmed a statistically significant increase in knowledge scores (p-value = 0.004). Conclusion: A short video education intervention significantly improved knowledge about colostrum benefits among primigravida women. This accessible and standardized tool shows great potential for integration into routine antenatal care to bridge knowledge gaps, thereby supporting better breastfeeding practices and improved neonatal health outcomes.

Abstract

The research aims to determine strategies to overcome effective communication rigidity through habituation to learning public speaking. This research is qualitative-quantitative descriptive type with data collection techniques including direct observation and interviews involving teachers and students of grades V and VI SDN 6 Tolitoli and distributing questionnaires.  The research findings confirm that a lack of motivation and insufficient speaking habits in classroom forums are the dominant factors contributing to students’ speaking rigidity in both classes, with percentages ranging from approximately 70% to 77%, although all other factors also exert strong influences, each exceeding 70%. In responding to these findings, five effective strategies were determined that teachers can apply gradually in increasing students' effective communication habits as well as effective in overcoming public speaking rigidity, which begins with providing speaking habits in discussion forums/direct speaking practices, building confidence, and advanced assignments (practices in intracurricular, extracurricular, and community forums). Based on the scope of this strategy, it is named as an effective communication habituation strategy. Through the implementation of these strategies, it can contribute effectively in improving students' public speaking skills to be more confident and able to channel their ideas in a wider public forum.
