Abstract

One of the efforts to improve the quality of education is planning according to the needs of the school. The education unit has an education report card in which there is information about quality indicators based on the National Assessment (AN) which is carried out every year where the results of the AN are described in the education report card which contains the report of the education unit as a whole starting from Numeracy Literacy, Instructional Leadership of school principals, educators and education personnel, and learning environment etc. Education units in Nusa Tenggara Province in general and in Mataram City in particular have implemented data-based planning (PBD), but it is not optimal because the program is relatively new. In the education report card, there are recommendations that are referred to as the preparation of the School Activity Plan and Budget (RKAS) in which there is a priority scale of recommended programs/activities such as improving teacher competence, increasing literacy and numeracy, strengthening character education and structuring the school environment. Through Community Service (PKM), in this case to junior high school education units, socialization programs/activities are needed through workshops with the theme of data-based planning.

Abstract

This study aims to: find out the principal's leadership strategy in developing student achievement character through student council. This research uses a qualitative approach. The types of data can be divided into two, that are primary data and secondary data. Primary data sources consist of the principal, vice principal for student affairs, school committee, student council coach, and student council members. While secondary data are documents owned by the school where the research was conducted. The data collection techniques used in this research are interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis procedure uses three stages, which are data condensation, data presentation, and conclusions. In order for the data obtained to be valid, researchers checked the validity of the data with five stages, including observation persistence, data triangulation, peer discussion, member checking, and refrential adequacy. The results showed that the principal's leadership strategy was in line with the theories of educational strategy and principal leadership strategy. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk: mengetahui strategi kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam mengembangkan karakter berprestasi siswa melalui OSIS. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Jenis data dibedakan menjadi dua, yaitu data primer dan data sekunder. Sumber data primer terdiri dari kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah bidang kesiswaan, komite sekolah, pembina OSIS, dan anggota OSIS. Sedangkan data sekunder yaitu dokumen yang dimiliki oleh sokolah tempat melakukan penelitian. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Prosedur analisis data menggunakan tiga tahapan yaitu kondensasi data, penyajian data, dan kesimpulan. Agar data yang didapatkan benar-benar valid, peneliti memeriksa keabsahan data dengan lima tahapan, yaitu ketekunan pengamatan, triangulasi data, diskusi teman sejawat, pengecekan anggota, dan kecukupan refrensial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi kepemimpinan kepala sekolah telah sejalan berdasarkan teori-teori strategi pendidikan dan strategi kepemimpinan kepala sekolah.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan Kesehatan Terhadap Kepuasan Pasien di Rumah Sakit Universitas Mataram. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif asosiatif dengan pendekatan korelasi ganda. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah menggunakan purposive sampling dan dihitung menggunakan rumus Slovin. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala Likert. Uji validitas dan kelayakan dilakukan pada instrumen kuesioner pada variabel independen dan variabel terikat sebelum didistribusikan. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan program SPSS Versi 26. Uji chi-Square dilakukan pada variabel kualitas layanan dan variabel kepuasan dengan tingkat kepercayaan 95% (a = 0,05). Dikatakan bahwa ada hubungan yang terkait secara statistik jika diperoleh nilai p < 0,05.  Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan kesehatan mulai dari dimensi keandalan, tangible, responsiveness, empati dan assurance berkorelasi dengan kepuasan pasien. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lima dimensi kualitas layanan seperti nyata, keandalan, daya tanggap, jaminan, dan empati memiliki pengaruh antara lima variabel kualitas layanan terhadap kepuasan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, analisis dan pembahasan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil uji Chi-Square diperoleh bahwa p-valuenya adalah 0,000 < 0,005. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa kualitas Kesehatan.

Abstract

Latar belakang: Perawat kurang berperan dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan spiritual. pasien kanker payudara memerlukan bimbingan spiritual dalam menghadapi penyakit yang dideritanya. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk bimbingan spiritual pada pasien kanker payudara di rumah sakit. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian diskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto tahun 2023. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah pasien kanker payudara yang berjumlah 30 responden. Data tingkat spiritual dan bimbingan spiritual diperoleh menggunakan kuesioner Spiritual Well-Being Scale (SWBS). Data penelitian dianalisis dengan menggunakan Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test dan Mann Whitney Test. Hasil: Mayoritas usia antara 45-54 tahun yaitu 33,0%, tingkat pendidikan dasar SLTP/sederajat 29,7% dan SD/sederajat 26,4%, kebanyakan ibu bekerja, pendapatan kurang  sebesar 9,9%,  kebanyakan menjalani kemoterapi < 12 bulan. Tingkat spiritualitas paling banyak sedang (57%). Tingkat kecemasan responden mayoritas sedang (50%) dan tinggi 30%. Ada hubungan antara tingkat spiritualiatas dengan tingkat kecemasan pasien kanker payudara di rumah sakit (p = 0.001). Bimbingan spiritual pasien kanker payudara di rumah sakit oleh perawat yang sudah dilakukan sebatas mengingatkan supaya menjalankan sholat dan berdoa/berzikir pada pagi hari. Kesimpulan: Pasien kanker payudara mengalami tingkat spiritual yang rendah dan mengalami kecemasan sehingga diperlukan bimbingan spiritual dalam memberikan pelayanan keperawatan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of learning devices based on Higher-Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) in the Integrated Science and Social Studies (IPAS) subject for grade IV at SDN Gugus V Ampenan. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with observation, interviews, and document analysis methods to collect in-depth data. The results show that the design of HOTS-based learning devices in grade IV at SDN Gugus V Ampenan is in accordance with curriculum standards and successfully integrates critical and creative thinking skills in the learning process. The implementation of HOTS-based learning devices in the classroom demonstrates that problem-based learning methods and group discussions are effective in encouraging students to think analytically and innovatively. Supporting factors for the implementation of HOTS include teacher readiness, relevant learning resources, and active student participation. However, some hindering factors include time limitations and differences in students' initial abilities. In conclusion, the implementation of HOTS-based learning devices in grade IV at SDN Gugus V Ampenan positively contributes to the development of students' higher-order thinking skills, but improvements are needed in time management and adaptation of lessons for students with varying abilities. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan perangkat pembelajaran berbasis keterampilan berpikir tingkat tinggi (HOTS) pada materi Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam dan Sosial (IPAS) di kelas IV SDN Gugus V Ampenan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan metode observasi, wawancara, dan analisis dokumen untuk menggali data yang mendalam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa desain perangkat pembelajaran berbasis HOTS di kelas IV SDN Gugus V Ampenan sudah sesuai dengan standar kurikulum dan mampu mengintegrasikan keterampilan berpikir kritis dan kreatif dalam proses pembelajaran. Implementasi perangkat pembelajaran berbasis HOTS di kelas menunjukkan bahwa metode pembelajaran berbasis masalah dan diskusi kelompok efektif dalam mendorong siswa untuk berpikir analitis dan inovatif. Faktor pendukung penerapan HOTS meliputi kesiapan guru, sumber daya pembelajaran yang relevan, dan keterlibatan siswa yang aktif. Namun, terdapat beberapa faktor penghambat seperti keterbatasan waktu dan perbedaan kemampuan awal siswa. Kesimpulannya, penerapan perangkat pembelajaran berbasis HOTS di kelas IV SDN Gugus V Ampenan berkontribusi positif terhadap pengembangan keterampilan berpikir tingkat tinggi siswa, namun perlu adanya peningkatan dalam pengelolaan waktu dan adaptasi pembelajaran untuk siswa dengan kemampuan beragam.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to determine the leadership of school principals, including (1) leadership roles, (2) innovations, and (3) supporting and inhibiting factors of school principals' leadership in elementary-mover schools in Yogyakarta city.Methodology: This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The data sources in this study were primary data obtained directly by researchers and secondary data obtained directly from existing sources. Data collection techniques and instruments are observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The data validity testing techniques used are credibility testing, dependability testing, transferability testing, and confirmability testing. The. The data analysis used are analyses from Miles and and M.W. Huberman. Finding: The results of this study indicate that the principal's leadership role in the implementation of driving schools is to develop teacher competence through workshops, seminars, and the use of technology, as well as collaboration with parents of students in supporting all school activities. The principal's leadership innovations include creating millennial and qur'an programs, digital classes, student exchange programs, and five pleco lights. The supporting factors of the principal's leadership include managerial ability, communication, integrity and excellence, democracy, ability to manage conflict, ability to motivate, exceptional attention to teachers, high discipline, open communication, supervision and evaluation, support from parents of students, and adequate school facilities. The inhibiting factors of the principal's leadership include the lack of understanding of some senior teachers in applying new technology, thus inhibiting the school from becoming a creative and innovative school.Significance—This approach also provides a reference for modeling the principal's leadership innovations and contributes to the quality of education.Keywords : Principal leadership, Elementary school, Mover school

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kevalidan dan kepraktisan media buku cerita bergambar serta efektivitasnya dalam meningkatkan kemampuan membaca pemahaman siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan ADDIE. Instrumen penelitian meliputi angket ahli media dan materi, angket respon guru dan siswa, serta tes evaluasi. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas V SDN Gugus 2 Pekat, sedangkan objek yang diteliti adalah media buku cerita bergambar untuk meningkatkan kemampuan membaca pemahaman siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media buku cerita bergambar sangat valid berdasarkan penilaian ahli media dan ahli materi dengan rata-rata 87,5%. Media dinilai sangat praktis dengan nilai 95,8% dari uji coba satu-satu, nilai uji coba kelompok kecil 90,5%, uji coba kelommpok besar dan respon guru dengan nilai rata-rata 89,6%.  Uji hipotesis menunjukkan nilai signifikansi 0,001 dan skor N-Gain sebesar 0,68 untuk kelas eksperimen (kategori sedang) serta 0,03 untuk kelas kontrol (kategori rendah). Dengan demikian, media buku cerita bergambar terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan membaca pemahaman siswa kelas V SDN Gugus 2 Pekat.

Abstract

Sasak script is a cultural heritage of the Sasak tribe that has an identity, is unique and deserves to be preserved. The existence of the Sasak script is currently increasingly eroded along with the development of globalization and modernization in society. In fact, many young people do not know the Sasak script both in the form of writing and pronunciation. This study aims to determine the extent to which this Sasak script still survives in society in the current era of globalization and modernization. This study used descriptive qualitative method. Data collection using surveys and interviews. The respondents of this study were parents and adolescents. The problem being studied is how is the interest of the younger generation in knowing Sasak characters? The results of this study indicate that the younger generation's interest in knowing Sasak characters is very low. Indicators that show the low interest of the younger generation in knowing Sasak characters include: the younger generation perceives ancient and traditional Sasak characters, the occurrence of globalization and modernization, the lack of storytellers from ancient parents. Based on the results of the research that has been done, it takes several efforts to arouse the interest of the younger generation in knowing the Sasak script so that it is not eroded, one of which is the use of information technology such as creating creative content about Sasak script then uploading it on a YouTube or Instagram account to attract youths, making books. specifically about the Sasak script

It is hoped that KKN students will be able to assist the West Lombok Trade and Industry Office in developing business and promotions, especially in Kebon Ayu Village, Gerung District, Lombok Regency. To prevent environmental pollution that occurs due to rice husks that are not managed properly, rice husks can be used as alternative fuels to replace kerosene, gas, wood charcoal and also organic fertilizers that are environmentally friendly. direct presentation of the material included: Explanation regarding rice husk briquettes and the reasons why rice husk briquettes have a selling price. How is the marketing explained here, marketing is done online through several Allshope accounts as well as direct marketing using brochures. How to make it that can be practiced directly by the community Community service activities in the form of rice husk briquette processing training were held on Tuesday, January 24 2023 in the kelebut hamlet field which was held at 16.00 - 18.00 WITA. training activities include delivering material explaining work programs, product background, product introductions, marketing plans. followed by a trial burning process, briquette processing training, question and answer session and group photos. Where in this case the Integrated Community Service Program students at the University of Mataram who focused on PKK mothers agreed because most of the mothers in this village only carried out activities at home as housewives.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the integration of the deep learning approach and the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum in science learning at the elementary school level. The deep learning approach emphasizes the principles of mindful, meaningful, and joyful learning, which are in line with the philosophical direction of the Merdeka Curriculum which emphasizes differentiated, flexible, and contextual learning. This research uses a literature study method by analyzing 24 relevant national scientific articles. The study results show that science learning can be optimized through strategies such as project-based learning, inquiry-based learning, and the application of learning differentiation, supported by digital media and authentic assessment. The main obstacles found include teachers' low digital literacy, limited resources, and challenges in deep learning planning. Proposed solutions include practice-based training, strengthening teacher learning communities, developing contextualized teaching modules, and collaboration between schools and universities. With policy support and continuous assistance, the application of deep learning in science learning has the potential to encourage the strengthening of science literacy, student character, and 21st century competencies more optimally.
