Abstract

AbstractLearning interest is an essential foundation for students to conduct proper learning activities. The interest in learning in students indicates that there are a great passion and desire for students towards learning delivered by the teacher. Brain Gym is one method in the form of interactive media that can be used to increase student interest in learning. This study was conducted to determine the effectiveness of the Brain Gym to increase students' learning interest. This research was conducted by obtaining learning interest data before and after the implementation of Brain Gym. The study was conducted through experimental research methods in grade VII students of Pontianak Islamic Middle School Ashabul Kahfi, with a population of 80 people, and a sample of 40 people. The research design used was pre-experimental research in the form of one group pretest-posttest design. The average score of students before applying Brain Gym is 151.25 with a high category, while the average score of students after applying Brain Gym is 175.10 with a very high category. The effect size of Brain Gym is 1,532 with a high category. Therefore, the implementation of the Brain Gym method is effective in increasing students' learning interest. Keywords:  Brain Gym, Interest In Learning, Pre-Experimental

Abstract

AbstractPositive thinking is very important because whatever we think will become our actions and whatever our actions, it will become our habits and behavior. If we want to behave well then we must think of things from a good persperctive too. It all comes from the mind, if we want to be successful then we must think that we must be successful because this gives rise to our actions, habits and behavior to be successful. The method in this research is descriptive method. Based on the results of data analysis group guidance services to develop positive thinking in class is 61% with medium category and after given services is 95% with high category. From the t-test there are significant differences in positive thinking before and after group guidance services are provided. Suggestions : (1) BK teachers are expected to be able to use positive languange, and accept all their heart. (2) for students are expected to be able to use positive language, dare to express opinions, believe in the answers they have, and be able to accept their own strengths. (3) the researcher is expected to be able to use positive language, and more confident his research can be successful. Keywords : Group Guidance, Positive Thinking

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to obtain a comprehensive information about the strategy of planting the two principles of Pancasila in thematic learning in the low grade of Primary School 6 Sungai Kunyit Mempawah which is related to planning, implementation and evaluation of the second principle of Pancasila. The findings are as follows: Planning of learning to plant the grains of the two principles of Pancasila in learning in the low grade Primary School 6 Sungai Kunyit is a strategy of play and story telling strategy, and not yet contained in the RPP. Implementation of the second principle of Pancasila in the thematic lesson in the low grade of Primary School 6 Sungai Kunyit can be seen from the learning process that has been implemented there are weaknesses in implementing the learning because not maximally apply thematic learning with the material of the second Pancasila, still look not connected with themes. Evaluation of the learning of the second Pancasila sila cultivation in the thematic lesson in the low grade of Primary School 6 Sungai Kunyit is through oral assessment by questioning the students, doing the assessment based on the activity in the class by looking at the activity and the interaction.Keywords: Strategy, planning, the second principle of  Pancasila, low class

Abstract

Abstrak: Berdasarkan hasil observasi di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 2 Pontianak, masalah yang diidentifikasi adalah: (1) jumlah pebelajar dan guru BK yang tidak seimbang, (2) waktu bimbingan layanan yang kurang efisien, (3) belum tersedia produk atau media bimbingan layanan informasi studi lanjutan yang dapat digunakan oleh pebelajar secara mandiri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan media yang relevan untuk layanan informasi studi lanjutan. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis pengembangan dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah pebelajar kelas VIII. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan analisis data, hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa media video yang dikembangkan dapat digunakan oleh pebelajar dengan mudah, menyenangkan dan dapat digunakan secara mandiri sehingga pebelajar dapat mencapai ketuntasan belajar 100%. Kata Kunci: Media Video, Layanan Informasi Studi Lanjutan Abstract: Based on observations in MTsN 2 Pontianak, the problems identified are: (1) the number of learners and teachers BK unbalanced, (2) a less efficient guidance services, (3) not yet available products or media guidance information service of further study that can be used by learners independently. This research aims to produce media that is relevant to the information service further study. This research uses qualitative approach development. Source of data in this research is learners in class VIII. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. Based on data analysis, the results of this study indicate that the video media that was developed can be used by learners easily, enjoyable and can be used independently, so the learners can achieve 100% learning completeness. Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to reveal the effect of academic supervision and achievement motivation toward the performance of Junior high school teachers in Pontianak. This research applied qualitative method of analitic description Teachers of stated junior high school teachers which have been teaching more than three years were the population of this research. The total number of the population were 954. Using the table Bartlett, Kotrlik dan Higgins, the reseacher determined 106 teachers as the sample of this research. In order to analyze the data, the researcher used aplication of SPSS 20. The hypothesis were tested using double regretion analysis. The result show that: (1) based on the scale used in this research,academic supervision conducted by the school principal toward their teachers is categorized good (2) achievement motivation of state junior high school teachers was categorized good (3) the performance of state junior high school teachers is very good (4) it is found that there is a positive correlation between academic supervision conducted by school principal toward state junior school teachers performance in Kota Pontianak with the score 24,7%, (5) positive and significant correlation was also found  between the achievement motivation and and the teachers performance with score 65%, (6) positive and signicifant correlation between academic supervision and achievement motivation toward state junior high school in Pontianak, with the score 53,2%. Keywords: Academic supervision, achievement motivation, teachers’ performance

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui secara obyektif tentang pengelolaan supervisi akademik oleh pengawas di Madrasah Aliyah negeri 2 Pontianak, yang berkenaan dengan persiapan supervisi akademik, pelaksanaan supervisi akademik, tindak lanjut supervisi akademik,  hambatan supervisi akademik serta upaya mengatasi hambatan supervisi akademik. Adapun pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif jenis studi kasus. Sumber data yaitu pengawas, sebagai key informant yang didukung oleh sumber lainnya yakni guru, kepala madrasah, serta tenaga kependidikan pada Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Pontianak. Abstract

This experimental study examines the effect of Schunk Model's attributional feedback to improve academic self-efficacy of elementary school underachievers and low achievers in mathematics. The hypothesis that student who receives an attributional feedback, either oral or written, both get higher scores on self-efficacy and mathematics achievement than control group was Examined. The elementary students' grade III and IV Whose mathematics Reviews their achievements were below average grade was Involved as a research subject. With the random procedure, the subjects were assigned to one of three groups: (1) oral attributional feedback, (2) written attributional feedback, (3) reinforcement feedback and (4) no treatment. Profile analysis indicates that oral feedback and reinforcement attributional more effective to increase of mathematics self-efficacy and students' achievement than written. Analysis of variance with Least Significant Difference indicates that students who receive either oral or written feedback attributional got higher scores on mathematics self-efficacy and achievement than the control group. Furthermore, factorial design analysis indicates that attributional feedback, either oral or written, was more effective than low achievers to underachievers.

Abstract

In Indonesia, there are many MSMEs that don't know much about Financial Literacy, so many have difficulty getting capital and end up going bankrupt. This research uses quantitative methods with descriptive research type. Sampling was carried out using a non-probability sampling method, saturated sampling type, with the number of respondents studied being 37 MSMEs. Based on a simple linear test by testing the hypothesis, financial literacy influences the sustainability of MSMEs. This is shown by the t table test result = 2.305 and the calculated t result is 5.825. So the calculated t is greater than the t table (5.825 > 2.305) which means that financial literacy has a significant effect on business sustainability.

Abstract

Perubahan kurikulum merupakan bagian untuk meningkatkan sistem pendidikan yang ada di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menguraikan peranan kepala sekolah SD Islam AL Azhar 21 Pontianak dalam implementasi kurikulum.  Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini untuk menyelidiki profesionalisme pimpinan sekolah dalam implementasi penerapan kurikulum merdeka. Adapun jenis penelitian ini adalah  kualitatif deskriptif dengan menggunakan analisis fenomenologis. Data dikumpulkan dengan cara mewawancarai kepala sekolah, wakil kurikulum, dan guru pelaksana kurikulum merdeka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan implementasi kurikulum merdeka membuat guru lebih professional melalui berbagai macam pembinaan dan pelatihan. Kepala sekolah melaksanakan peranannya menjadi mediator dan motivator keikutsertaan guru dalam pelatihan kurikulum. Kepala sekolah juga berperan sebagai partisipator dalam rapat atau diskusi secara rutin. Kepala sekolah juga sebagai supervisor dan evaluator dalam implementasi kurikulum merdeka. Faktor yang dihadapi kepala sekolah adalah kurang lancarnya jaringan internet sebagai sarana untuk kelancaran guru menggunakan teknologi dalam pembelajaran. Hasil yang diharapkan teori-teori dalam penelitian menjadi bahan pertimbangan kepala sekolah untuk mengambil keputusan dalam menjawab permasalahan dan peningkatan kualitas atau mutu pendidikan melalui implementasi kurikulum merdeka.
