Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi seberapa baik anak-anak binaan di LPKA Kelas II Sungai Raya Raya merasakan diri mereka sendiri melalui penggunaan Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy. Metodologi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah desain eksperimental pra-eksperimental dengan desain pretest dan posttest satu kelompok. Pengambilan sampel purposive digunakan bersama dengan teknik pengambilan sampel non-probabilitas untuk mendapatkan sampel. Dari 59 anak binaan, sampel diperoleh dari 8 anak binaan dengan konsep diri terendah. Hasil pre-test % adalah 74,25 dengan hasil persentase kategori rendah dan post-test adalah 157,13 dengan kategori tinggi. Selain itu, nilai sig (2-tailed) adalah 0,000, dan temuan penghitungan T diperoleh dengan menggunakan uji-t sampel berpasangan, yaitu t-70.733. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa Ha diterima dan H0 ditolak, menunjukkan bahwa tingkat konsep diri anak-anak binaan sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan berbeda secara signifikan. Berdasarkan temuan ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa konseling kelompok yang dikombinasikan dengan Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy membantu menumbuhkan anak-anak binaan dalam fasilitas pengembangan konsep diri yang lebih baik.

Abstract

Digital media in marketing educational services is a form of technological development so that the dissemination of information becomes wider. With the competition between institutions, institutions need to develop effective marketing strategies, one of which is by utilizing technological developments, namely digital media. Educational institutions market their products and services through digital media can be a solution in achieving marketing planning from the educational institution itself by using various digital marketing concepts so that the planned program can be realized. This study was conducted to describe the marketing strategy carried out by SMAN 3 Ponorogo in order to realize a marketable and sellable educational institution through the advantages of digital media. The research method used in this study is qualitative using interview methods, observation and document studies to collect data. In this study, data sources were obtained through respondents, namely the principal, vice principal, teachers, students and the community. Data analysis using miles, Huberman and saldana. In data collection using data condensation, data display and data verification. The purpose of this study is to determine how educational marketing management in realizing a marketable and sellable educational institution, to find out how to implement educational marketing through digital media. This study resulted in the implementation of educational marketing at SMAN 3 Ponorogo by branding a superior program, namely the international class program, implementing online and offline-based learning through digital media, and maximizing content uploaded on social media and providing good service to education consumers.

Abstract

Latar belakang Tugas Akhir ini adalah masalah penundaan pembayaran pinjaman yang menimbulkan risiko bagi koperasi. Tujuan Tugas Akhir ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh manajemen risiko terhadap kinerja keuangan pada Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Mitra Maju Makmur. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pengolahan data dengan metode kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan aplikasi SPSS. Metode penulisan yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dan eksposisi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa risiko kredit berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan, risiko operasional berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan, dan risiko likuiditas berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan sehingga dapat disimpukan bahwa manajemen risiko tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja keuangan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peran strategis orang tua dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai dan mengembangkan potensi anak sejak dini. Sebagaimana dalam Al-Quran dan Hadist. menjelaskan dengan jelas bahwa perkembangan anak sangat bergantung pada peran aktif orang tua dalam mendidiknya. Terutama anak usia dini berada sdalam masa golden age yang sangat menentukan pembentukan karakter dasar, termasuk aspek spiritual dan religious anak. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kepustakaan dengan analisis deskriptif dari berbagai literatur. Adapun hasil penelitian ini adalah peran orang tua sangat penting dalam menumbuhkan iman dan karakter anak sejak dini.  Orang tua terlibat aktif dalam pembinaan iman anak untuk membentuk pondasi karakter religious yang kuat. Terdapat beberapa strategi yang dapat digunakan orang tua dalam menunjang penanaman iman pada anak adalah memberikan teladan yang baik, nasihat yang bijaksana, dan membiasakan anak untuk bertindak baik sesuai ajaran Islam, serta pengawasan terhadap penggunaan media digital. Namun, ditemukan pula tantangan seperti kurangnya waktu, keterbatasan pengetahuan orang tua, serta pengaruh lingkungan sosial yang menghambat proses pembinaan tersebut. Relevansi strategi tersebut dengan saat ini adalah mampu membantu orang tua menghadapi tantangan dalam membina karakter, terutama iman anak sesuai dengan syari’at islam. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa kolaborasi antara keluarga, Lembaga pendidikan, dan lingkungan sangat penting dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai keimanan sejak dini.

Abstract

This research aims to find out and analyze in depth about students who have the habitual behavior of watching porn on the internet at SMP Negeri 13 Pontianak using two case subjects in class VIII. This research method uses descriptive methods with a qualitative approach in the form of case studies. The counseling model used in treatment to handle and alleviate these problems is Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) using didactic and directive techniques and with data collection techniques including observation, interviews and documentation. The factors that cause the case subject to have the habitual behavior of watching porn on the internet which has many negative impacts are due to two factors, namely internal and external factors. The results showed that there were positive changes that appeared in case subject I and case subject II after the treatment was given four times. Changes that appear in the case subject include the case subject being able to reduce the habitual behavior of watching pornographic films on the internet, the case subject has also committed to doing positive activities both at school and at home.

Abstract

Islamic philosophy and Sufism have long been important in shaping thought and spirituality in Islamic civilization. Although they have different focuses, both have contributed significantly to the formation of a rich and meaningful outlook on life for Muslims. This study focuses on a profound ontological interpretation of human existence by integrating the spiritual dimension of Sufism and the rational approach of Islamic philosophy. Sufism emphasizes the purification of the soul (tazkiyah al-nafs) and the attainment of makrifatullah (knowledge of God), while Islamic philosophy provides a conceptual foundation through a critical study of human existence and nature. This study uses qualitative methods with descriptive analysis of classical and contemporary literature, through sources from Sufism books, historical books, and various other relevant journals. This study highlights the relevance of Sufism concepts such as fana' (loss of ego) and baqa' (permanence) as well as Islamic philosophical theories about wujud (existence) and essence in the context of contemporary life. The results of this study show that the synergy between Sufism and philosophy is able to provide holistic guidance for building a deep, solid, and relevant spirituality for religious communities amidst the challenges of this contemporary era.   Keywords: Sufism, Islamic Philosophy, Ontology, Human Existence

Abstract

Pendidikan adalah investasi masa depan. Sehingga masa depan bangsa dan suatu komunitas ditentukan oleh kemajuan pendidikan. Dalam ilmu pendidikan Islam, sumber utama pengetahuan dan pondasi dasarnya haruslah berasal dari sumber yang otoritatif agar tujuan pendidikan Islam dapat dicapai dengan benar. Menjawab hal itu, muncullah tafsir tarbawi, sebuah tafsir tematik Al-Qur’an yang melihat tafsir Al-Qur’an dalam perspektif pendidikan. Tafsir tarbawi diperlukan untuk mengartikulasikan nilai Al-Qur’an sebagai pondasi dan guidance pendidikan agar dapat mencapai tujuannya dengan sahih dan efektif. Artikel ini menganalisis kandungan nilai Al-Qur’an Surat Al-Baqarah ayat 29-35 dalam perspektif tafsir tarbawi, agar dapat menjadi pondasi atau bangun dasar pendidikan Islam anak usia dini. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode penelitian kualitatif dan desain penelitian pustaka atau library research. Penelitian menyajikan data primer dari dua tafsir otoritatif. Yakni Tafsir Qurthubiy sebagai representasi tafsir tardisional dan Tafsir Munir sebagai representasi tafsir kontemporer. Dalam penelitian ini dihadirkan lima hal penting dalam ayat-ayat tersebut yang dapat dijadikan bangun dasar pendidikan Islam anak usia dini. Yakni, pertama, pendidikan tauhid sebagai pilar pendidikan Islam anak usia dini. Kedua, sikap kritis pada lingkungan sekitar. Ketiga, pengajaran entitas dan kosakata penting pada lingkungan sekitar. Keempat, sikap tidak mudah puas dengan keterbatasan pengetahuan. Kelima, kesadaran untuk mengutamakan ilmu pengetahuan dalam kehidupan.

Abstract

ABSTRAKManajemen kepala sekolah memiliki peran sentral dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru dan mutu pendidikan di sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana strategi manajemen kepala sekolah berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan kinerja guru di SMP Suster Pontianak. Pendekatan kualitatif digunakan untuk memperoleh pemahaman mendalam mengenai perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi kinerja guru dalam konteks manajerial kepala sekolah. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan analisis dokumen dengan teknik triangulasi untuk meningkatkan validitas hasil penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepala sekolah menerapkan strategi manajemen yang mencakup perencanaan program berbasis kebutuhan sekolah, pengorganisasian tugas secara sistematis, serta pelaksanaan dan supervisi yang berorientasi pada peningkatan profesionalisme guru. Selain itu, tantangan utama yang dihadapi adalah keterbatasan sumber daya dan dukungan eksternal, yang diatasi melalui pendekatan kolaboratif dengan berbagai pemangku kepentingan. This study aims to analyze how school principals' management strategies contribute to improving teacher performance at SMP Suster Pontianak. A qualitative approach was employed to gain an in-depth understanding of the planning, organization, implementation, and evaluation of teacher performance within the principal’s managerial framework. Data were collected through observations, in-depth interviews, and document analysis, with triangulation techniques used to enhance research validity. The findings indicate that the principal implements management strategies encompassing needs-based program planning, systematic task organization, and performance-oriented supervision to enhance teacher professionalism. Furthermore, the primary challenges encountered include limited resources and external support, which are addressed through a collaborative approach involving various stakeholders. The study's implications suggest that effective principal management significantly contributes to improving teacher performance and student academic success. Therefore, policies supporting the strengthening of school leadership capacity are essential to achieving more optimal educational goals.Keywords: Principal Management, Teacher Performance, Leadership Strategy, Educational Quality

Abstract

Advancements in artificial intelligence (AI) are reshaping education, yet its role in lesson planning warrants further exploration. This study examines how Indonesian high school English as a Foreign Language (EFL) teachers integrate MagicSchool AI, a generative AI tool, into lesson planning, revealing opportunities and challenges. Data from 38 teachers, collected through post-workshops open-ended questionnaires, and focus group interviews, highlight AI's dual potential: while it accelerates lesson planning, supports differentiated instruction, and fosters creativity, it also necessitates critical teacher oversight, effective prompt-engineering skills, and significant adaptation to align with classroom dynamics. Teachers emphasized AI’s value in reducing workloads and generating diverse instructional ideas but noted that its outputs often lack readiness for immediate use, requiring refinement to ensure pedagogical soundness. These findings underscore the importance of targeted training and professional development to equip teachers with the skills to navigate AI tools effectively. This study emphasizes the critical balance between human expertise and technological efficiency by framing AI as a collaborative ally rather than a replacement for educators. It contributes to the growing discourse on AI in education, offering insights into optimizing human-AI collaboration for innovative, contextually relevant, and impactful teaching practices. This research invites educators and policymakers to envision AI as a transformative force, capable of bridging innovation with pedagogical integrity to shape the future of education.

Abstract

This research aims identifying and alleviate the case of students who are addicted to playing online games at the State High School 1 Sungai Raya. The approach used is a qualitative approach with a descriptive method and a case study research form. The case subjects in this study were two people with the initials UDS and RM. Data collection techniques in this study used were interviews, home visits, and documentation studies. The results of the treatment for Subject Case I, namely: a) study participants have been able to sincerely accept what has happened, b) study participants are more mature in responding to problems received, c) study participants limit playing online games by making a time schedule and reducing time playing online games into a maximum of 2 hours only that was previously 5-6 hours, d) there is an awareness of wanting to make changes, e) study participants have willingness to socialize, and f) study participants want to develop their potential. The results of the treatment of Case II Subjects are as follows: a) study participants want to develop their study awareness, b) study participants   limit the online games playing, c) study participants are able to manage their behaviors, d) research participants are able to socialize with friends, and   d) one of research participants is able to forgive his family's death and is always grateful for the situation.
