Abstract

State defense education ivfor PAUD children is very good. For example, in America in the era of President Obama, how to foster nationalism in future generations by visiting and inviting kindergarten children to camp at the White House. State defense education has also been carried out in many other countries in the world, one of which is Singapore. In Singapore there is a military museum, this discovery center is my inspiration. The method used is to analyze a problem by comparing the rules of other countries. If these threats cannot be anticipated as early as possible, it will have an impact on the fading of nationalism and the weakening of the nation's ideology due to the influence of other countries' ideologies that are not in accordance with the values ​​of Pancasila which can affect the weakness of the national defense system so that it can be penetrated by other countries that have interests. to divide the Indonesian nation.

Abstract

Sugarcane raw material stocks in sugar factories need to be maintained at an optimal level to avoid either shortage or excess situations that ensuring smooth production. This study aims to analyze the procurement mechanism and inventory control of sugarcane raw materials, analyze the trend of sugarcane raw material procurement, and to analyze the inventory control of sugarcane raw materials. Research was conducted at PT PG Candi Baru Sidoarjo. Data was analyzed using descriptive analysis, trend analysis, and Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) analysis. Results of this study showed the procurement mechanism and inventory control of sugarcane raw materials by PT PG Candi Baru. The trend of sugarcane raw materials had decreased every period caused by several factors. The number of economical sugarcane orders in the last year 2023 was 1,491,545,174 tons. The amount of safety stock that must be owned by PT PG Candi Baru Sidoarjo was 234,044.8 tons. The number of reorder (Reorder Point) was 505,761 tons. The optimal total cost of sugarcane raw material inventory was IDR 20,885,934,920.14, while the company policy was IDR 20,998,060,000. It can be concluded that the EOQ method obtained more efficient results with a financial difference value of IDR 112,125,079.86.

Abstract

The research aims to 1) Identify the state of the laying duck farm business 2) Analyze the economic feasibility of laying duck farming 3) Analyze the income risk of laying duck farming. The research location was selected using a purposive method. The research was conducted using quantitative methods with a descriptive approach. Sample determination was carried out by the saturated sampling method with a population of 16 laying duck farmers, and the entire population was sampled. The results of the research that has been carried out with an average livestock land area of 1271.9 m2 get the results of economic feasibility with a value of R / C Ratio of 1.28, B / C Ratio of 0.28, BEP Production 16,341, and BEP Price of Rp 1,963. The research conducted states that the business is said to be economically feasible and has a low-risk value and has value for further development.

Abstract

Karya Mulya Cooperative is a cooperative that provides soybean raw materials for tofu and tempeh craftspeople in Sepande Village, Sidoarjo Regency. This study aims to determine the optimal amount of soybean raw material inventory that should be carried out by Koperasi Karya Mulya, the optimal frequency of purchasing raw materials, the right time to purchase raw materials, the optimal total ordering cost made for the procurement of soybean raw materials, and the implementation of an effective and efficient warehouse management system. This type of research is descriptive quantitative by describing the control of raw material inventory carried out by cooperatives through data obtained and then analyzed. Data analysis used includes Economic Order Quantity (EOQ), Reorder Point (ROP), Safety Stock (SS), and FIFO methods. Based on the results of the analysis using the EOQ method, Koperasi Karya Mulya should order an optimal raw material frequency of 6,459.14 tons with a purchase frequency of 210 times, ROP 7.009,25  tons, Safety Stock of 5.857,81 tons and total storage costs of Rp427,272,734.03.

Abstract

Komoditas hortikultura merupakan komoditas potensial yang mempunyai nilai ekonomi dan permintaan pasar yang tinggi. Selain itu, hortikultura memiliki beragam jenis komoditas dan sektor yang dibutuhkan masyarakat secara langsung. Cabai merah merupakan salah satu produk hortikultura yang cocok dikembangkan di Indonesia. Di Indonesia, cabai merah merupakan komoditas pertanian andalan karena merupakan tanaman unggul yang memiliki nilai pasar tinggi. Selain hasil panennya yang luar biasa, cabai merah menjadi salah satu bahan pangan yang paling banyak dicari masyarakat. Cabai merah populer di kalangan petani karena dapat ditanam di dataran rendah. Permasalahan utama dalam pemasaran cabai merah adalah panjangnya saluran distribusi yang menyebabkan perbedaan harga jual antara petani dan pedagang. Jika dikelola dengan baik, fasilitas lelang bisa memberikan keuntungan yang sangat besar bagi cabai merah. Keberhasilan pasar tidak hanya bergantung pada ketersediaan barang dan pembeli, tetapi juga pada organisasi kelembagaan dan pemasaran itu sendiri. Pasar lelang dapat menjadi strategi yang baik dalam meredam gejolak harga cabai merah, yang seringkali menjadi ancaman bagi petani.

Abstract

Sumber daya alam yang berkelanjutan pada dasarnya sangat penting guna menumbuhkan ekonomi sekaligus pembangunan masyarakat. Namun hal tersebut seringkali harus mengorbankan degradasi lingkungan. Hal ini memerlukan penerapan mekanisme pengaturan yang efektif untuk melindungi lingkungan dan mengurangi dampak negatif. Tulisan ini mengeksplorasi peran sosialisasi penguatan sanksi administrasi sebagai perwujudan perlindungan lingkungan dalam konteks pembangunan sumber daya alam. Penulis mengkaji kerangka hukum, sifat dan jenis sanksi administratif, serta pentingnya transparansi dan partisipasi publik dalam menegakkan sanksi tersebut. Studi ini menyoroti perlunya pendekatan komprehensif untuk menyebarkan informasi tentang sanksi administratif, termasuk kampanye kesadaran publik, keterlibatan pemangku kepentingan, dan penggunaan platform digital. Dengan menumbuhkan budaya kepatuhan, upaya ini dapat berkontribusi pada pengembangan sumber daya alam yang berkelanjutan dan perlindungan lingkungan jangka panjang.

Abstract

Abstract. The development of MSME-scale industries (Micro, Small and MediumEnterprises) is an effort to determine the achievement of the goal of increasing the welfareof people in rural areas. Human resources are a very valuable asset for everyorganization and make a major contribution to the organization because employees workand act to achieve organizational goals. The aims of this study are 1. To find out whetherthe recruitment of freelance workers can increase the income of MSME actors 2. To Knowthe constraints in recruiting casual daily workers. The method used is a literature studywith a descriptive exploratory approach. The population in this study is cracker SMEs inKrembung District, Sidoarjo. This study uses non-probability sampling, namelypurposive sampling with the provision that SMEs have freelance daily workers. It can beconcluded 1. That the recruitment of freelance workers can increase the income ofKrupuk Krembung Sidoarjo MSME actors by 10-15%, in this case Cracker MSME actorscan employ freelance workers in the production process to the product packing process2. Constraints faced by Krupuk MSME actors related to the recruitment of casual dailyworkers, namely the difficulty of finding casual daily workers, the available workers workregularly and are paid monthly. To find freelance daily workers, usually cracker MSMEactors look for workers outside the Krembung sub-district Keywords: MSMEs, Income, Recruitment.
