Abstract

Olahraga bola voli adalah olahraga yang sangat populer di masyarakat Indonesia. Banyak perlombaan yang dibuka untuk umum maupun tingkat siswa. Ekstrakurukuler SMP Negeri 1 Purabaya adalah ekstrakurikuler yang rutin mengikuti perlombaan bola voli dengan minim prestasi. Hal ini disebabkan kemampuan yang kurang dalam menguasi keterampilan dan teknik bola voli terutama keterampilan spike. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh metode latihan bagian dalam meningkatkan keterampilan spike siswa ekstrakurikuler bola voli di SMP Negeri 1 Purabaya.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen dengan desain penelitian one group pre test and post test design. Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini sebanyak 16 orang dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu Total sampling. Teknik pengambilan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan tes. Teknik analisis data menggukan uji paired sample t-test.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan metode latihan bagaian terhadap peningkatan spike. Berdasarkan hasil uji statistik dengan bamtuan program SPSS 25 diperoleh nilai 0,00 pada taraf signifikansi 5% (signifikansi < 0,005) sehingga metode latihan bagian mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap siswa.

Abstract

Since the 1998 Reform, Indonesia has experienced major changes in its electoral system. However, these changes have not always strengthened democracy in practice. This study aims to examine how the political elite's power has influenced the design and implementation of electoral regulations between 1999 and 2024. Using a qualitative and descriptive-analytical approach, the study draws on institutional theory and the concept of substantive democracy. Data were collected from laws, Constitutional Court decisions, and institutional reports. The findings show that regulations such as electoral thresholds have concentrated power among political elites, limiting political competition and leadership renewal. The open-list system encourages expensive, personality-driven campaigns, weakening accountability and party unity. The use of the noken system in Papua, though culturally affirming, challenges democratic values of equality and individual participation. Widespread vote buying reflects the persistence of patron-client politics. Additionally, the deaths of many polling officers in 2019 highlight the state’s failure to protect election workers. The study concludes that Indonesia’s electoral rules remain procedural and lack substance. Electoral reform is urgently needed to ensure fairness, transparency, and safety in future elections.

Cahaya Murni Borneo Timur is one of the companies that compete in this industry, so companies should create a strategy to win the competition in the market. The method used is a qualitative research method with data collection techniques with a purposive sample. This study aimed to analyze the competitive environment and the industry's best options strategies on PT. Cahaya Murni Borneo Timur using Generic Strategy from Michael E. Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMK IT Bina Insani Kabupaten Sukabumi pada pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani (PJOK). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh metode permainan terhadap peningkatan keterampilan passing bawah pada pembelajaran bola voli. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) atau Action Research (AR) dengan populasi seluruh siswa kelas XI. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan angket. Analisis data statistik kuantitatif dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Microsoft Excel. Dari analisis data ini menggunakan analisis berupa angket partisipasi belajar siswa, analisis hasil observasi guru, dan analisis keterampilan passing bawah siswa adalah 75% partisipasi belajar siswa termasuk kategori sangat berpengaruh, 74% observasi hasil guru kategori cukup berpengaruh, 78% keterampilan passing bawah kategori sangat berpengaruh.Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran tersebut sangat berpengaruh terhadap pembelajaran bola voli.

Abstract

Blended learning, integrating traditional face-to-face instruction with online components, is increasingly recognized for its potential to transform English Language Teaching (ELT) by offering flexibility and enhancing engagement. This study aimed to investigate the impact of blended learning on students' engagement and English reading comprehension within a vocational high school in Batam. Employing a mixed-methods sequential explanatory design, quantitative data from pre-tests, post-tests, and questionnaires were collected from 80 second-grade students, supplemented by qualitative insights from semi-structured interviews with six students. Results indicated that blended learning significantly improved students' English reading comprehension, with the experimental group showing a substantial increase in scores compared to the control group. Student engagement levels were generally moderate to high, particularly in behavioural and technological aspects (students’ comfort and interaction with the digital platform and tools used for learning, including their ease of use and the perceived effectiveness of online materials), though emotional and cognitive engagement variations were observed. Qualitative findings elucidated these nuances, revealing how confidence and preference for direct instruction influenced engagement. The study underscores blended learning's robust potential to enhance academic achievement and engagement, even with mixed engagement profiles. These findings provide strong empirical evidence for integrating well-structured blended learning in vocational ELT, bridging classroom learning with workplace demands and preparing students for global career challenges.

Abstract

Dewasa ini kasus narkoba sudah merebak ke seluruh komponen masyarakat tidak hanya golongan masyarakat kelas atas yang tinggal diperkotaan melainkan sudah sampai dipelosok daerah Indonesia yang sasarannya tidak pandang bulu, akibatnya makin banyak generasi muda yang terjerumus dalam narkoba dan kehilangan masa depan. Jumlah pengguna narkoba di Indonesia terus meningkat. sebagian besar penggunanya adalah para remaja. Dari masalah yang sudah banyak terjadi sekarang ini, banyak penyalahgunaan narkoba yang sering menyebabkan ketergantungan. Penggunaan narkoba ada berbagai alasan diantaranya untuk mengatasi stress, untuk bersenang-senang, atau untuk bersosialisasi.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan keterangan yang sejelas-jelasnya tentang dampak dari penggunaan narkoba dengan cara yang tidak tepat, bahkan dapat menyebabkan kematian. Narkoba mempunyai dampak negatif yang sangat luas; baik secara fisik, psikis, ekonomi, sosial budaya hankam, dan lain sebagainya. Banyak cara digunakan agar pemakai narkoba dapat normal dan pulih kembali seperti biasanya.Sehingga kepada pemakai / pengedar dalam ketentuan hukum pidana nasional diberikan sanksi yang berat. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi yang sangat berarti. Kata Kunci: Narkoba, Penyalahgunaan, Pencegahan

Abstract

In an era dominated by visual media, this study examines the effects of visual literacy training on the ability of English teachers at Kalam Kudus Elementary School in Bali to create effective teaching materials. Utilizing a one-group pretest-posttest design, 21 teachers underwent training in the CRAP (Contrast, Repetition, Alignment, Proximity) principles. Data collected from pre-and post-tests, alongside a supplementary questionnaire, indicated a notable enhancement in teachers' visual literacy, with an average Gain score of 74.15%. Although the training was deemed moderately effective, educators experienced a significant boost in their understanding and application of visual design principles, contributing to the creation of more engaging educational content. The study highlights the need for continued professional development in visual literacy to address ongoing challenges, emphasizing its importance in improving educational practices.

Abstract

At the theoretical and historical level, the campus has always been a symbol of resistance to all forms of deviation, without exception for efforts to fight corruption as an extraordinary crime. Morally, the campus has an enormous responsibility to ensure and guarantee that Mother Earth is free from all corrupt practices. Even so, the campus is not a sterile area for corrupt practices. This study used a qualitative research method with a statutory approach. The results of the study state that corruption has penetrated into the joints of the life of the academic community, which should actually play a role as a locomotive in eradicating corruption. Recognizing that the corruption virus has spread among the academic community, it is urgent to reposition the role of the campus in the fight against corruption. Repositioning the role of the campus can be started from (i) aspects of the tri dharma of higher education, (ii) administrative aspects, and (iii) exemplary aspects. Repositioning the role of the campus should be done considering that the campus with the characteristics of its value-oriented academic community is believed to be the best place to teach and instill anti-corruption values as an ongoing cultural movement. The cultural movement has made the campus a laboratory for the process of institutionalizing anti-corruption values, principles, and morality. In the long term, this movement will become a culture that can free the nation's leading cadres from corrupt behavior and mentality.

Abstract

Current educational theories and studies emphasize the need to use innovative and collaborative approaches to improve student’s learning experience, especially in the field of English Language Teaching (ELT). This study explores the obstacles and strategies for using these teaching approaches in the Indonesian ELT context. The research used mixed methods with a convergent parallel design. The questionnaires were used to gather data from 42 English as a Foreign Language (EFL) teachers, while semi-structured interviews were done with 6 teachers to explore their perspectives and experiences. The research was conducted in one district in West Sulawesi, Indonesia. The significant findings emphasize the critical impact of innovative and collaborative learning on improving students’ learning outcomes. The results also found obstacles that impede innovative and collaborative actual use, such as inadequate resources, teacher reluctance, and lack of appropriate teacher professional development. This research has potential implications beyond Indonesia and provides significant insights and suggestions for educators, policymakers, and stakeholders in comparable EFL situations globally to promote creative and collaborative learning environments.
