Abstract

The Community Service Program is carried out based on the problems faced by pineapple MSMEs, namely: 1) lack of knowledge and skills of the community regarding the diversification of pineapple processing; 2) pineapple waste has not been utilized optimally; 3) market access to promote products is still very limited; and 4) unavailability of communication media such as marketing programs for marketing pineapple processed products. From several identified problems, it was formulated that the problem to be resolved in this activity was the MSME Empowerment Program through diversification of processed pineapple products. This community service activity is Participatory Action Research (PAR) carried out using a descriptive approach method. In this service the target is farmers and 12 active UKM in Kualu Nenas Village. The results of the dedication show that the farmers strongly agree with the existence of community service activities as an effort to develop the economy, especially in the development of the community's economy through diversification of processed pineapple products.

Abstract

This dedication is motivated by the demands of a teacher who must have the ability and skills in making simple APE IPA to increase the achievement of learning goals in schools as required in the curriculum. Therefore, this article aims to gather information about the level of participant satisfaction in participating in assisting the development of educational aids. This community service activity is Participatory Action Research (PAR) carried out using a quantitative descriptive approach method. The data obtained through distributing questionnaires online using google form which were then analyzed descriptively using the help of the SPSS version 23.00 for Windows program. The results of the analysis show that the participants have a good satisfaction level of 71.9% with the satisfactory category.

Abstract

The implementation of the real work lecture of this devotional live pharmacy program aims to indetify the types of medicinal plants in addition to herbal medicine in an effort to improve health degrees in the community, to know how to use it, the benefits and uses of some medicinal plants in housing, as raw materials for herbal medicine and as an alternative to overcoming chemical drugs that are expensive. The medicinal plants found can be used as traditional medicine, from minor ailments to degenerative diseases well as fitness enhancer. This is important because it knows the medicinal plants of a live pharmacy. This devotion is carried out by Participatory Action Research (PAR) carried out using qualitative descriptive methods. Then the sampling of plants by the Proportional Random Sampling by 15%. The live pharmacy program was implemented on August 4-August 10, 2021 in Perumahan Cendrawasih RW.04 Kelurahan Air Putih Tuah Madani involving 30 devotional participants. Data is taken using a questionnaire instrument (kuistioner) to find out the success / impression of the implementation of the devotion program. From the results of analysts it is known that the program of planting a live pharmacy in the value of success and devotion participants strongly agree / agree with this devotion program

Abstract

This community service program aimed to enhance digital marketing skills and develop online educational products among Generation Z. The program involved 32 participants with diverse backgrounds, predominantly aged over 24 years (59.4%) with high school/vocational education backgrounds (71.9%). Using a blended learning approach combining webinars, interactive online classes, and group mentoring, the program focused on fundamental digital marketing, social media marketing, and content creation. Evaluation results demonstrated significant success: 96.9% of participants showed improved digital marketing capabilities, with 87.5% implementing or currently implementing their acquired knowledge. The program achieved a 93.8% satisfaction rate, with participants reporting increased confidence (87.5%) and better understanding of reaching Gen Z audiences (84.4%). Key outcomes included the establishment of a content creator community, development of 6 online courses, and 7 participants actively working as educational content creators. The program successfully addressed the need for practical digital skills among youth while fostering digital entrepreneurship initiatives. Recommendations include implementing differentiated learning paths, establishing post-training mentoring programs, and strengthening industry collaborations for sustainable impact.
