Abstract

The selection of computer science lecturers is an important process for educational institutions, requiring a balanced assessment of various criteria to find the most suitable candidates. This paper examines the implementation of Multi-Objective Optimization based on Ratio Analysis (MOORA) and its variant, namely Multi-Objective Optimization based on Ratio Analysis with a Subjective Attitude (MOORSA), as a tool to support decision making. in this case. This selection process is often complex, requiring consideration of various criteria, such as academic qualifications, teaching experience, research capabilities, and others. This research was conducted to support the decision-making process. by developing a Decision Support System (DSS) using the Multi-Objective Optimization on The Basic of Ratio Analysis (MOORA) and MOORSA methods. Many methods are used, such as SAW, AHP, Topsis and others. based on the calculation of the MOORA method, the highest result has been achieved by A1 worth 0.651819 and similarly, in the MOOSRA method the highest alternative result is A1 worth 0.592177.

Abstract

Grandemultipara are women who give birth more than four times usually experience complications in pregnancy and childbirth. Grandemultipara or better known as mothers who give birth more than 4 times can cause various pregnancy complications that will be experienced by the mother, one of which is bleeding. Grandemultipara pregnancies are included in high-risk pregnancies, because complications can occur either during pregnancy or childbirth. The K-NN algorithm can be applied in the process of diagnosing human diseases, so several references are taken including those used in diagnosing several diseases. With the K-NN algorithm that will be used in this study, where data on symptoms of Grandemultipara disease obtained from an expert is processed according to the algorithm to produce accurate diagnostic information for Grandemultipara disease. Analysis of the K-NN method is able to provide information and solutions in solving the problems of Grandemultipara disease.

Abstract

The widespread adoption of cloud storage systems has increased the demand for cryptographic mechanisms that ensure data confidentiality while limiting security risks associated with static and long-lived encryption keys. Although hybrid RSA-AES schemes are commonly employed to balance security and computational efficiency, key management-particularly autonomous and quantitatively bounded key rotation-remains insufficiently formalized. This study proposes a hybrid RSA-AES cryptosystem equipped with an autonomous auto-key rotation mechanism defined through explicit analytical constraints. AES-256 is employed for bulk data encryption, while RSA-2048 is used for secure encapsulation of symmetric session keys. Key renewal is governed by inequality-based conditions on elapsed time (Δt ≤ 30 minutes) and encryption usage (n ≤ 10 operations), yielding a mathematically bounded key lifecycle without manual intervention or external infrastructure. System performance and operational security properties are evaluated in a simulated cloud environment using file sizes ranging from 100 KB to 10 MB. Quantitative metrics include encryption and decryption time complexity, computational overhead relative to AES-only encryption, key variability measured by Hamming distance, and data integrity verification using SHA-256. Experimental results demonstrate linear scalability and a stable average overhead of approximately 12.8%, indicating a bounded constant-factor cost independent of workload size. Successive AES-256 keys exhibit a mean Hamming distance of 127.42 bits, consistent with high key variability and effective key freshness. These findings show that analytically constrained key rotation enables controlled symmetric-key exposure while preserving practical efficiency overall.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of technology has significantly influenced the business landscape, pushing traditional businesses to adopt digital platforms to reach broader markets. This research focuses on the design and development of an online sales system (e-commerce) for Coffe ShopSipirok, a coffee shop looking to expand its market presence through a dedicated website. The e-commerce system is designed to enhance customer convenience, streamline purchasing processes, and provide detailed product information, ultimately aiming to increase sales and customer satisfaction. The development process includes requirements analysis, system design, implementation, and testing to ensure the website meets user needs and functions efficiently. The website features a user-friendly interface, secure payment gateway, and a responsive design adaptable to various devices. The implementation of this system not only improves the accessibility of Coffe Shop Sipirok's products but also positions the business competitively within the digital marketplace. Future work will involve continuous system upgrades and integration with advanced features such as customer feedback mechanisms and data analytics to further optimize the online shopping experience.

Abstract

Purpose – This study aims to develop a data-driven decision support system that integrates entropy-based objective weighting with the MARCOS ranking method to improve multi-criteria prioritization in credit risk assessment by enhancing objectivity, consistency, and robustness of decision-making outcomes. Design/methods/approach – A hybrid MCDM framework is proposed, combining entropy weighting to determine criterion importance based on data variability and the MARCOS method to rank alternatives relative to ideal and anti-ideal solutions. The approach is evaluated using the Statlog German Credit dataset consisting of 1,000 applicants and six evaluation criteria. Performance is assessed through comparative analysis with conventional methods (TOPSIS and VIKOR), sensitivity testing under weight perturbation, and stability analysis using Spearman rank correlation. Findings - The results demonstrate that the proposed Entropy–MARCOS framework produces reliable and consistent prioritization outcomes. The model achieves a high ranking stability with a Spearman correlation of 0.91 and outperforms conventional MCDM methods in terms of ranking consistency. The findings also indicate that criteria such as age and employment duration have the highest discriminative importance, and the method remains robust under moderate variations in criterion weights. Research implications/limitations – However, the evaluation is limited to a single dataset and static criteria weights, which may affect generalizability across different domains or dynamic environments. Future research should explore adaptive weighting mechanisms and validate the model on more diverse datasets. Originality/value – This research contributes a unified hybrid framework that combines entropy-based objective weighting with the MARCOS ranking method, providing a more transparent, data-driven, and stable approach for multi-criteria decision-making, particularly in credit risk prioritization contexts.
