Abstract

The role of a teacher in designing or compiling teaching materials determines the success of the teaching and learning process through teaching materials. Researchers use the Research and Development. The research design is the ADDIE research model. The research data are primary data and secondary data. The techniques used by researchers to collect primary data are interviews, design expert validators, language expert validators, and material expert validators. Secondary data of this research was obtained from books, journals, and theses. The data sources are validators from experts related to validity testing, namely, design, language, and material experts. Based on the research results conducted on the development of local wisdom-based learning modules on the material Our Rights to Play and Speak at SDN 151 Pekanbaru, it can be concluded that the validation results by the three validators for the modules obtained an average percentage of 80% and above with the criteria "Very Eligible". The teacher's response to the module reveals positive results. This is proven by the percentage of questionnaires obtained, 86% and 85.8%, with the criteria "Very Good".

Abstract

This study focuses on obtaining valid Google Sites media, so it is said to be suitable for use in the learning process. This research aims to create interactive media based on Google Sites for the “ I am a pancasila student” material in grade 3 of elementary school during learning activities. This study is a research and development type, utilizing the simplified ADDIE model, which includes the stages of analysis, design, and development. The data collected in this development are both qualitative and quantitative. The trial was conducted on a small scale, with a sample of 10 student’s representing various learning achievement categories. Data collection techniques involved two instruments: first, questionnaires for teacher and students, and second, validation sheets for material experts, media experts, and language experts. Based on study’s results, media experts scored 90.83% material experts 99.16% and language experts 100% with an overall validity score of 90.32%,indicating that the media is highly valid for use as a learning tool. Teacher responses and student responses experts both scored 100% resulting in an overall score of 100% categorized as “very valid”. Google Sites-based learning media developed is valid suitable for use in learning activities.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to develop and test the feasibility of wordwall-assisted learning media on religious diversity material for grade II elementary school students. The formulation of the problem in this study is: how to develop wordwall learning media and how is the validity of wordwall learning media on religious diversity material for grade II elementary school students. This study uses a development research method with the ADDIE model, but only up to the development stage. This study uses a qualitative and quantitative approach, with data collection techniques in the form of interviews, validation questionnaires and teacher and student response questionnaires. The validation results show that this media is very feasible to use. Material validation obtained an average of 87.49%, language validation of 95.31%, and media validation of 90.33%. The overall average of the three aspects of expert validation obtained 91.04%, entering the very valid category. In addition, teacher responses obtained 90% while student responses obtained 94%. Thus, wordwall-assisted learning media is very feasible to use and effective in learning on religious diversity material in elementary schools.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi berbagai strategi yang diterapkan guru dalam membentuk karakter disiplin peserta didik kelas 1 di SDN 66 Payakumbuh. Penelitian kualitatif ini menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus dengan subjek guru dan peserta didik. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan analisis dokumen. Wawancara dilakukan secara tatap muka dengan narasumber, observasi melibatkan pengamatan langsung aktivitas di kelas, dan analisis dokumen mencakup pengumpulan dokumen-dokumen relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran guru sangat esensial dalam membentuk karakter disiplin peserta didik. Guru aktif membentuk sikap dan perilaku disiplin peserta didik melalui program pendidikan karakter dan kegiatan sehari-hari. Berbagai strategi yang efektif meliputi: pembiasaan, keterampilan guru dalam menyampaikan materi intrakurikuler, serta penciptaan kondisi belajar yang kondusif di sekolah maupun di rumah melalui kerja sama dengan orang tua. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa disiplin tidak hanya diajarkan, tetapi juga dibentuk secara konsisten melalui lingkungan dan interaksi. Secara ilmiah, penelitian ini berkontribusi pada pemahaman yang lebih mendalam mengenai efektivitas berbagai strategi pedagogis dalam pembentukan karakter disiplin di tingkat sekolah dasar. Secara praktis, hasil penelitian ini dapat menjadi acuan bagi guru dan institusi pendidikan dalam merancang dan mengimplementasikan program pembentukan karakter disiplin yang lebih efektif.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh metode silaba berbantu media kartu suku kata (SUKA) terhadap kemampuan membaca permulaan siswa. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain pra-eksperimen "One Group Pre-test Post-test Design", penelitian ini melibatkan 23 siswa sebagai sampel melalui teknik sensus. Data dikumpulkan melalui tes lisan dan observasi, dengan instrumen yang telah divalidasi oleh ahli (validitas >90%). Analisis data menunjukkan bahwa skor pre-test dan post-test berdistribusi normal. Uji regresi sederhana menunjukkan pengaruh signifikan dan positif antara skor post-test dan pre-test (R=0,815; R Square=0,664; Sig.=0,000), menunjukkan bahwa metode yang diterapkan efektif. Uji hipotesis dengan Paired Samples T-Test (t=-6,360; Sig.=0,000) mengkonfirmasi peningkatan signifikan kemampuan membaca permulaan siswa setelah penerapan metode silaba berbantu media kartu suku kata (SUKA), dengan rata-rata skor post-test (81,57) yang lebih tinggi dari pre-test (71,83). Hasil penelitian terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara rata-rata skor kemampuan membaca permulaan sebelum (Pretest) dan sesudah (Posttest) penerapan metode silaba berbantu media kartu suku kata (SUKA). Signifikansi temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa metode silaba berbantu media kartu suku kata (SUKA) efektif meningkatkan kemampuan membaca permulaan siswa. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan implikasi praktis yang kuat bagi guru dan institusi pendidikan dalam memilih strategi pembelajaran membaca yang inovatif dan terbukti efektif untuk meningkatkan literasi awal siswa.

Abstract

This research is motivated by factors that interfere with students' ability to concentrate during class, namely, lack of interest in the material and boredom with the lesson. In addition, teachers who do not use enough learning models can hinder the teaching and learning process. Project Based Learning (PjBL) is one of the innovative teaching models that motivates students to learn in a context and facilitates collaboration through complex activities that encourage students to be more active and motivated. The purpose of this study was to describe the effect of the project based learning model on students' concentration in learning Pancasila Education subjects. This type of research uses a Quantitative Pre-Experimental One Group Pretest-Posttest Design approach. The results of this study by collecting pretest and posttest questionnaire data on learning concentration with a total of 21 students. The results of the Hypothesis Test using the normality test the Shapiro Wilk formula, the Pretest value is 0.362> 0.05 and the Posttest value is 0.180> 0.05, so the data is normally distributed. Meanwhile, the hypothesis test with the t-test sig value (2-tailed) 0.000 < 0.05, and the simple linear regression test value 0.000 < 0.05, then the X variable has an influence on the Y variable, then H0 can be decided to be rejected and Ha can be accepted. Thus, the project based learning model has an influence on the concentration of students' learning of the Pancasila education subject in class V of SD Islam Plus YLPI

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi menuntut pengembangan bahan ajar digital interaktif untuk mendukung pembelajaran yang kontekstual. Pendidikan Pancasila di sekolah dasar memerlukan strategi pembelajaran yang mampu menghubungkan nilai-nilai Pancasila dengan pengalaman sehari-hari siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan Bahan Ajar Digital Berbasis Powerpoint Interaktif Pada Materi Makna Sila-Sila Pancasila di Masyarakat Untuk Siswa Kelas IV SD. penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan yang menggunakan model ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Penelitian dilaksanakan dalam 3 tahapan yaitu: tahapan analysis, tahapan design dan tahapan development. Sumber data pada penelitian ini yaitu melibatkan 6 validator ahli yang terdiri dari 2 ahli materi, 2 ahli bahasa dan 2 ahli desain. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu lembar angket validasi ahli. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan berupa statistik deskriptif dengan menggunakan skala likert. Instrument pengumpulan data yang digunakan berupa angket yang diberikan kepada ahli materi, ahli desain, dan ahli bahasa untuk menguji kelayakan. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah hasil validitas terhadap bahan ajar digital berbasis powerpoint interaktif ini divalidasikan dengan ahli materi, ahli desain, dan ahli bahasa dimana meliputi 6 validator untuk mengetahui layak dan maksimalnya powerpoint interaktif yang telah dikembangkan, maka powerpoint interaktif ini sudah mencapai tingkat kevalidan yaitu sangat valid. Hasil validasi ahli materi diperoleh persentase sebesar 94,25% dengan kategori sangat valid, ahli bahasa diperoleh persentase 95,33% dengan kategori sangat valid dan ahli desain diperoleh persentase 95% dengan kategori sangat valid.

Abstract

Pembelajaran berdiferensiasi ialah pendekatan yang bertujuan untuk mengkondisikan tahapan belajar di kelas, sehingga dapat memfasilitasi proses belajar bagi siswa secara individual. Masih terdapat banyak tantangan yang dihadapi dalam implementasinya seperti kesulitan dalam mengelola kelas, karena ada banyak aspek yang harus disiapkan seperti ada asesmen diagnostik kemudian memetakan kebutuhan belajar siswa. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk memngetahui apa saja kesulitan guru kelas IV dalam menerapkan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus, hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran guru menggunakan beberapa tahapan seperti, pemetaan kebutuhan belajar, melaksanakan pembelajaran, dan melaksanakan evaluasi. Dari tahapan tersebut didapatkan bahwa guru mendapati beberapa kesulitan dalam melaksanakannya, khususnya dalam mencari konten atau materi ajar yang mengakomodasi seluruh kebutuhan belajar siswa

Abstract

Emotional intelligence (EI) is a critical component of development for elementary school children, shaping their ability to identify, regulate, and express emotions appropriately. A strategic aspect of this process is the role of parents as primary educators. This study aims to examine how parents contribute to developing EI in elementary school students in Puncak Indah Village. Using a qualitative case study design, data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation, with five families of elementary school children as key informants. The findings reveal that most parents actively serve as role models, mentors, facilitators, and motivators—demonstrating emotional regulation, providing consistent praise and motivation, and applying rational discipline. Despite challenges such as children’s gadget dependence and difficulties in managing social emotions, parents strive to create a supportive emotional environment. The study concludes that active parental involvement significantly enhances children’s EI development, underscoring the family’s role as the foundation for early character education.

Abstract

This article aims to analyze the implementation of local wisdom-based learning centered on the values of Pacu Jalur at SDN 014 Pulau Binjai, Kuantan Mudik District, Kuantan Singingi Regency, Riau Province. The research method employed is qualitative with a naturalistic inquiry approach, utilizing observation, interviews, and documentation as data collection techniques. The data were systematically analyzed through stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing, along with verification using source triangulation, technique triangulation, and time triangulation to ensure data validity. The results of the study indicate that the local wisdom values of Pacu Jalur, which include religiosity, mutual cooperation, deliberation, love for the homeland, culture, and sportsmanship, have been effectively integrated into the learning process and the daily lives of students. Consequently, it is expected that students will not only excel academically but also possess strong character and a love for their culture and homeland. This research provides important insights into the significance of integrating local wisdom into education to shape a generation that is morally upright and cares for their social and cultural environment.This is an open access article under.
