The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of price perception and product quality variables on purchasing decisions on consumers of Heler CV Wirabuana Tasikmalaya. The research method used is a survey method with data obtained directly through a questionnaire to 100 respondents taken from the consumer heler CV Wirabuana. The technique used is multiple regression. Based on the results of this study, it is known that there is a simultaneous significant effect between Price Perception and Product Quality on Purchase Decisions. Price perception partially has no significant effect on Purchase Decisions and Product Quality Partially has a significant effect on Consumer Purchase Decisions Heler CV Wirabuana Tasikmalaya.

This research is a quantitative research using survey method. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of social media promotion and physical evidence to the decision to stay, either simultaneously or partially. The target population in this study are guests who stay at the Crown Hotel . Sampling technique using probability sampling with a simple random sampling approach . In this study, data collection was carried out using primary data and secondary data. The data collection technique used is by using a questionnaire. Based on the results of the study, classical assumption test, statistical analysis test, and hypothesis testing using SPSS 25, based on the results of the correlation analysis test, social media promotion has a very strong influence on the decision to stay, while physical evidence have a low influence on the decision to stay. The results of the F test show that social media promotion and physical evidence simultaneously have a significant effect on the decision to stay. Based on the T test, social media promotion and physical evidence partially have a significant effect on the decision to stay.

This study was to determine the planning of raw material inventory, the maximum inventory of raw materials and the total cost of raw material inventory at Warung Nasi Ibu Nani. The raw material used at Warung Nasi Ibu Nani is carp, which is processed into pepes, pesmol, sweet areaca nut, grilled and fried. This study uses interview data collection techniques, observation, library research and recording, research. The method used in this research is comparative. The data analysis method used is Economic Order Quantity (EOQ), Safety Stock, Reorder Point, Maximum Inventory and Total Inventory Cost. Based on the result of the analysis, it was found that the supply of raw materials at Warung Nasi Ibu Nani using EOQ and without using EOQ there was a difference for period 1 89,74%, period 2 89,74%, period 3 89,74%, period 4 89,74%, period 5 89,74%, period 6 89,74%, period 7 89,74%, period 8 89,74%, period 9 89,74%, period 10 192,12%, period 11 131,17%, period 12 89,74%, period 13 89,74%, period 14 89,74% dan period 15 89,74%.

This study aims to determine and predict the number of products that the company must make and estimate from the sales data owned by UMKM Nining Collection for the period January 2019 – December 2021. The method of data collection in this study is by direct observation of UMKM Nining Collection using techniques such as interviews,observations,and documentation. The analysis tool is carried out using forecasting methods such as moving average and exponential smoothing. The results of the forecasting analysis show that the 3 period moving average method is better for use in companies because it has the smallest error value. The company should follow the calculation of the forecasting method with a 3 period moving average so that it is able to predict and prepare production plans.

This study aims to determine the effect of store atmosphere and promotion on purchasing decisions at the Galaxy31 Computer Store in Tasikmalaya. The method used in this study is causality through a survey approach. With a research sample of 100 Consumers of the Galaxy31 Computer Store, Tasikmalaya. The data used is primary data. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple regression using SPSS 26.0. The results showed that Store Atmosphere and Promotion had a significant influence on Purchase Decisions at the Galaxy31 Computer Store. This research aims to find out the effect of simultaneous training and work discipline on employee performance at KPO PT. BPR Cipatujah West Java. Partial effect of training on employee performance at KPO PT. BPR Cipatujah West Java and the partial influence of work discipline on employee performance at KPO PT. BPR Cipatujah West Java. The method used in this study is descriptive with a quantitative approach. With a research sample of 45 people as respondents to KPO PT. BPR Cipatujah West Java based on 45 population data known. The data used is using primary data. The analysis tool used in this study is multiple linear regression using the SPSS support application version. Based on data that have met the validity test, reliability tests and classical assumption tests are processed so as to produce regression equations as follows: Y = 11.067 + 0.293 X1 + 0.433X2. The test results showed that partially the variables used in the study, namely training, had a significant effect on the performance of KPO PT employees. BPR Cipatujah West Java as well as work discipline variables partially affect employee performance. Simultaneously training and work disciplines have a significant effect on employee performance with a f-142,396 value and a signification rate of 0.000. From the calculation of the coefficient of determination obtained the value of R Square of 0.871 or 87.1%. Showed the large influence of training and work discipline on employee performance and the remaining 12.9% is the influence of other variables beyond the variables used in this study.

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of Product Quality, Word Of Mouth, and Trust on the Purchase Decision of Wardah Cosmetics products. The method used in this study is a survey method using data obtained directly through questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents who are consumers of Wardah Cosmetics. The technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the study, it can be seen that product quality, word of mouth, and trust simultaneously have a significant effect on purchasing decisions, product quality partially has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, word of mouth partially has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, and trust partially has an effect significant to the Purchase Decision of Wardah Cosmetics products.

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of the variable amount of raw material inventory and labor hours on production volume. The research method used is the quantitative method and the data used is secondary data obtained directly through interviews with company owners. In this study, sampling used a periodic data approach with a semester scale of 20 samples. The variables used in this study are two independent variables and one dependent variable, so the most appropriate analysis tool is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of multiple linear analyses, it is known that the amount of raw material inventory and labor hours simultaneously and partially have a significant effect on production volume. It can also be seen from the company's data that with every increase in the cost of controlling the number of raw materials and labor hours, the production volume also increases. The calculation results show that there is a very strong relationship between the variable amount of raw material inventory and labor hours in increasing production volume.

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of Intellectual Intelligence and Spiritual Intelligence on the Performance of Non Managers at Hotel Grand Metro Tasikmalaya. Respondents in this study were non-manager employees at the Grand Metro Tasikmalaya Hotel. Based on the sample method, the number of samples in the study was 34 respondents. In this study using primary data obtained from the distribution of questionnaires. The number of questionnaires distributed was 34 and 34 employees that could be returned and processed. The analytical method used in this research is multiple linear analysis. The results showed that intellectual intelligence had a significant effect on employee performance, spiritual intelligence had a significant effect on employee performance and spiritual intelligence simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that when intellectual intelligence and spiritual intelligence increase employee performance.
