Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi mendorong transformasi tata kelola pemerintahan menuju sistem yang lebih transparan, efektif, dan responsif. Implementasi E-Government menjadi strategi utama dalam meningkatkan efisiensi pelayanan publik serta memperkuat akuntabilitas melalui digitalisasi proses administrasi dan kemudahan akses informasi. Penerapan E-Government di wilayah terpencil seperti Distrik Sorong Timur masih menghadapi tantangan, antara lain keterbatasan infrastruktur, rendahnya literasi digital, dan budaya birokrasi konvensional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan sistem E-Government dengan fokus pada transparansi dan peningkatan kualitas pelayanan publik. Sistem dirancang menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan basis data MySQL, Pengujian sistem menggunakan teknik blackbox tesing, rancangan sistem disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan dan kondisi daerah. Studi ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi nyata bagi pengembangan pemerintahan digital di daerah terpencil serta menjadi referensi dalam perbaikan tata kelola pemerintahan daerah secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Desa Haria di Kecamatan Saparua, Provinsi Maluku, merupakan wilayah pesisir dengan mayoritas penduduk bekerja sebagai nelayan tradisional. Desa Haria merupakan desa yang berapa pada daerah 3T dengan kondisi keterbatasan fasilitas pendingin menjadi kendala utama dalam menjaga mutu hasil tangkapan laut, khususnya selama aktivitas melaut dalam waktu lama. Penurunan kualitas ikan akibat suhu tinggi mengakibatkan kerugian ekonomi bagi nelayan. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, penelitian ini merancang dan mengimplementasikan prototipe Cold Box portabel berbasis panel surya yang mampu bekerja tanpa ketergantungan pada listrik PLN. Sistem ini mengintegrasikan panel surya, charge controller, baterai 12V, modul Peltier, heatsink dan kipas, serta ruang pendingin, dengan mikrokontroler sebagai pengatur suhu otomatis (opsional). Hasil uji coba menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu menjaga suhu rendah secara efektif dan stabil. Penggunaan energi surya menjadikan prototipe ini ramah lingkungan, hemat energi, dan cocok diterapkan di daerah pesisir. Alat ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan mutu dan daya simpan ikan, serta mendukung efisiensi dan kesejahteraan nelayan di Desa Haria.

Abstract

The rapid development of information technology has had a significant impact on various sectors of life, including micro-enterprises such as meatball stalls. Amidst increasingly fierce competition and the need for operational efficiency, many micro-enterprises are shifting from manual management systems to digital systems. This study aims to explain the background, objectives, and benefits of utilizing information technology in managing meatball stalls, with a focus on the implementation of the Odoo application as a business management solution. Odoo is an open-source Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system that offers various functional modules such as Point of Sale (POS), inventory management, accounting, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM). Through the implementation of Odoo, meatball stalls can manage various operational aspects in an integrated manner, from recording sales transactions, managing raw material stock, financial reporting, to customer relations. The results of this technology implementation show significant improvements in data recording accuracy, service speed, and ease of decision-making based on accurate and real-time data. In addition, this technology also provides opportunities for stall owners to develop their businesses more professionally and competitively. Thus, the integration of information technology like Odoo not only improves efficiency and productivity but also contributes to economic growth by strengthening the micro-enterprise sector. This digital transformation is expected to be a strategic step in realizing a modern meatball stall that can compete in the digital era.

Abstract

 Sasukun Cafe is one of the micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) engaged in the culinary sector with an operational scale that continues to grow. As the business grows, this café is faced with a number of managerial challenges such as inefficient management of raw material stocks, recording sales transactions that are still done manually, and inaccuracies in the bookkeeping system. This condition has the potential to reduce operational efficiency and accuracy, as well as hinder data-driven decision-making processes. To overcome these problems, this program aims to implement an Odoo-based Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system as an integrative solution to unify all business processes in one centralized and automated information system. The method used in this program is a case study with a qualitative descriptive approach. The implementation process includes identifying business needs, installing and configuring key Odoo modules such as Inventory, Sales, Purchasing, and Accounting, migrating initial data from legacy systems to the Odoo platform, training operational staff, and evaluating post-implementation system performance. The results of the implementation show that the use of Odoo ERP is able to significantly increase operational efficiency by up to 35%, minimize errors in stock recording and financial transactions, and speed up the process of preparing financial and managerial reports. In addition, this ERP system also provides convenience for management in conducting accurate real-time data analysis. The conclusion of this program states that the implementation of Odoo-based ERP systems has proven to be effective, flexible, and affordable in increasing the competitiveness and operational professionalism of MSMEs, especially in the food and beverage sector. This implementation also provides a strong foundation for MSMEs to develop sustainably in the digital era.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to support the digital transformation of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) through the use of an Odoo-based system, as well as explore the integration of socio-religious values in the business development process. The case study focused on Toko Crochet, a handicraft MSME located in Kampung Salak, Sorong. The participatory approach is applied through intensive training and direct mentoring to business owners, with a focus on the development and implementation of websites based on the Odoo platform. The results show that the use of digital technology such as Odoo is able to increase the effectiveness of promotions, expand market reach, and facilitate integrated transaction management. In addition to the technical aspect, this activity also examines the religious values embraced by business actors as the foundation of work ethic, such as honesty, perseverance, spiritual responsibility, and commitment to social values. Field findings show that a religious values-based approach is able to encourage more contextual acceptance of technology, as well as create harmony between technological innovation and the cultural identity of business actors. This integration is the key to creating a sustainable MSME development model, not only in terms of economy, but also in strengthening social and spiritual character. Overall, this activity emphasizes that the digitalization of MSMEs is not only a technological issue, but also a socio-cultural process that demands a holistic approach. Strengthening micro businesses through contextual and value-based digital transformation can strengthen the position of MSMEs as the driving force of the people's economy with integrity and sustainability. This result is expected to be an example of the application of technology that is rooted in local and spiritual values of the community.

Abstract

The rapid development of information technology has encouraged Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to adapt to digital systems to increase the efficiency and competitiveness of their businesses. This community service activity aims to support the digitization process at Toko Vyta, an MSME located in Sorong City, Southwest Papua, through the implementation of an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)-based information system using the Odoo platform. This activity is carried out with a method that includes direct observation of business processes, interviews with store owners, training on the use of the Odoo system, technical assistance during the implementation process, as well as social and religious reflection to see the impact of digital transformation from the perspective of local community values. The results of the activity show that the implementation of the Odoo system is able to increase efficiency in managing stock of goods, recording sales transactions, and service to customers. Business owners find it helpful in monitoring business activities in real-time, reducing manual recording errors, and increasing service speed. From the perspective of the sociology of religion, the application of digital technology does not contradict the religious and social values of society, but rather strengthens the principles of honest, transparent, and responsible business. Collaboration between students from the Information Systems and Sociology study programs provides an interdisciplinary contribution that enriches understanding of the dynamics of social change in the context of technology. This experience proves that the success of MSME digitalization is not only determined by technological aspects, but also by the ability to integrate social, cultural, and religious approaches in every stage of transformation. Therefore, the digitalization of MSMEs based on local values is an important strategy to be widely implemented in supporting the sustainable economic empowerment of the community.

Abstract

The rapid development of information technology has driven significant social changes in various sectors of life, including the health service sector and Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). One concrete example is the Miftah Pharmacy in Sorong City, Southwest Papua, which is an MSME in the pharmaceutical and health service sectors. Before technological intervention, this pharmacy still used a manual system in recording transactions, managing drug stocks, and financial reporting. This condition causes delays in the delivery of information, low data accuracy, and decreased service quality to the community. Responding to social dynamics and challenges in the digital era, this service program aims to analyze and implement a website-based information system using the Odoo platform as a service digitization solution. The methods used include observation, interviews, training, and technical assistance to pharmacy managers. The results of the implementation of the system show an increase in work efficiency, accuracy in the preparation of financial statements, and acceleration of service to customers. In addition to technical benefits, this implementation also reflects the form of social adaptation of MSMEs to the growing digital culture changes. This transformation is proof that digitalization not only touches the operational aspect, but also strengthens the social and managerial capacity of business actors in facing modern challenges. Thus, the findings of this program are expected to be a reference and inspiration for other MSME actors, especially in the eastern region of Indonesia, to integrate information technology into their business systems in a sustainable and adaptive manner to the times.

Abstract

This service activity aims to empower micro business actors through the use of digital technology based on the Odoo platform, as well as integrating social and religious values in daily business practices. The subject of the activity was Warung Makan Banyuwangi, a home-based culinary business that has been operating for more than a decade in Sorong City, Southwest Papua. This activity was carried out with a participatory approach that included field observations, interviews with business owners, training on the use of the Odoo application, and intensive assistance in the process of digitization and online business branding. Through training and mentoring, business owners are introduced to important features of Odoo, such as product management, financial transaction recording, inventory management, and promotions through online stores. The results show that the use of Odoo is able to significantly improve operational efficiency, regularity in business information management, and expand market reach through digital media. This transformation opens up new opportunities for the development of micro businesses in a more professional and modern manner. However, the success of this digital transformation does not only depend on the technical aspect, but also on the strength of the values embedded in business actors. Religious values such as honesty in transactions, sincere service, social responsibility to customers, and gratitude for business results are the main foundations in business practices. These values are not only maintained, but also integrated into the narrative displayed on the business's digital pages as an identity and differentiator. This activity proves that the digital transformation of MSMEs can go hand in hand with the preservation of local spiritual and cultural values. Technology is not only a tool for modernization, but also a medium to strengthen the identity, character, and sustainability of micro businesses in the midst of the challenges of the digital era. Therefore, collaboration between technological innovation and social values is the key to empowering community-based MSMEs.

Abstract

Transformasi digital menawarkan peluang signifikan bagi Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) untuk meningkatkan daya saing, namun kesenjangan kompetensi digital menjadi hambatan utama. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak dari program pelatihan dan pendampingan e-commerce yang holistik terhadap peningkatan kapasitas digital dan kinerja penjualan pada UMKM Kebutuhan Sembako “SINAR YUTI” di Kota Sorong. Menggunakan desain studi kasus tunggal dengan pendekatan, wawancara dan intervensi dilakukan melalui serangkaian tahapan terstruktur yang mencakup analisis kebutuhan, pelatihan intensif, dan pendampingan pasca-pelatihan selama dua bulan. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada kapabilitas peserta. Skor pengetahuan rata-rata peserta mengenai e-commerce meningkat dan peserta menunjukkan kemahiran praktis dalam mengelola toko online secara mandiri. Dampak paling signifikan terlihat pada kinerja bisnis, dengan peningkatan volume penjualan selama periode monitoring. Studi ini menyimpulkan bahwa model intervensi holistik yang mengintegrasikan pelatihan teknis dengan pendampingan berkelanjutan merupakan strategi yang sangat efektif dan dapat direplikasi untuk pemberdayaan digital UMKM, bahkan di daerah dengan tantangan infrastruktur. Model ini terbukti mampu menjembatani kesenjangan kompetensi dan secara langsung mengonversi literasi digital menjadi pertumbuhan bisnis yang terukur.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi telah memberikan dampak yang signifikan terhadap bidang pendidikan, khususnya dalam proses belajar mengajar. Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk memperkenalkan dan mengimplementasikan penggunaan media digital, khususnya Quizizz, sebagai alat evaluasi pembelajaran bagi siswa SMP. Dalam sesi tersebut, siswa diajarkan topik “Telling the Time: Analog & Digital Clock”, yang menekankan pentingnya membaca jam sekaligus memperkaya kosa kata bahasa Inggris terkait dengan time-telling. Pemahaman siswa dinilai secara berkelompok menggunakan Quizizz, sebuah platform digital yang interaktif. Hasil PKM menunjukkan bahwa siswa Kelas VII-B SMP Negeri 1 Emeyodere menunjukkan antusiasme yang tinggi dan partisipasi aktif selama proses evaluasi. Berdasarkan hasil Quizizz, keempat kelompok memperoleh tingkat akurasi sebesar 71%, dengan rata-rata 7 jawaban benar dari 10 pertanyaan. Nilai berkisar antara 6220 hingga 6530, yang menunjukkan tingkat pemahaman yang konsisten di seluruh kelompok. Selain itu, data tersebut mengungkap sedikit variasi pada item yang tidak dijawab dan tidak dinilai, yang menunjukkan adanya ruang untuk perbaikan dalam manajemen waktu atau pemahaman teknis. Aktivitas ini menyoroti potensi platform digital seperti Quizizz untuk menciptakan pengalaman belajar yang menyenangkan, modern, dan efektif dan diharapkan sekolah akan terdorong untuk mengadopsi perangkat teknologi tersebut guna.
