Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out the influence of learning supervision and work climate on State High School teachers in Dharmasraya. Research methods are used quantitative research with ex-post facto designs. The population in this study were all state high school civil servant teachers in Dharmasraya numbered 188. While the sampling technique is Probability Sampling (Proportional Stratified Random Sampling) with yamane formula with an error rate of 5% so that it gets a sample of 128.  Research in the field shows that; (1) There is a significant influence on learning supervision on the teacher kiner with a t-count value of 9,110 with a t-table value of 1,979 with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.005. (2) There is no significant influence between the work climate on teacher performance on the basis  of a t-count value of -0.129 < t-table value 1.97912 with a significance value of 0.533 > 0.005, (3) there is a significant influence on learning supervision and work climate simultaneously on teacher performance by 41.3% with a constant value of 238,194 with a coefficient of X1 of 1,218 and the price of coefficient X2  -0.129 with linear regression equation Y = a + b_1 X_1 + b_2 X_2 where Y = 238,194 + 1.218 〖 X〗_1+ -0.129 X_2. While from the test F simultaneously got a value of acquisition of significance F is 0.000 < 10 alpha (α) 0.05 with a value of F_hitung 44.030 > 〖 F 〗_tabel 3.07. So it can be concluded that learning supervision and work climate become variables that can affect the performance of State High School teachers in Dharmasraya.

Abstract

Kualitas dalam pendidikan sangat mempengaruhi kemajuan suatu negara. Guru merupakan komponen yang paling besar pengaruhnya dalam kualitas dunia pendidikan di Indonesia. Usaha dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru merupakan suatu kewajiban yang harus dilaksanakan oleh pemerintah. Salah satu solusi dalam meningkatkan kinerja seorang guru adalah dengan menjalankan program supervisi akademik, dengan adanya supervisi ini, kita dapat melihat sampai mana tahap perkembangan guru. Setelah dilaksanakannnya program supervisi akademik, tentu pemerintah harus melaksanakan evaluasi dalam program tersebut. Salah satu model yang dapat digunakan dalam melakukan evaluasi supervisi adalah menggunakan model Discrepancy Evaluation Model (DEM). Berdasarkan keterangan tersebut, peneliti tertarik menganalisis bagaimana evaluasi program supervisi akademik dengan Discrepancy Evaluation Model (Dem) untuk meningkatkan kinerja guru. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kajian pustaka yang menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder untuk membantu penelitian ini. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan teori yang ada, dapat disimpulkan bahwa evaluasi program supervisi akademik menggunakan model Discrepancy Evaluation Model (DEM) dapat memperlihatkan bahwa terdapat kesenjangan atau tidaknya antara program supervisi akademik yang seharusnya dengan yang telah tercapai. Program supervisi akademik akan mempengaruhi kinerja guru dalam mengajar. Hal ini terlihat dari teori- teori yang didapatkan yang kesimpulannya dapat dikatakan bahwa kinerja guru juga dipengaruhi oleh kegiatan program supervisi. Abstract

The role of teachers in education is very strategic as the spearhead of the implementation of education in shaping human resources. To carry out this task, teachers must have various competencies, including pedagogical, personality, social and professional competencies. One indicator of a professional teacher is the ability to make scientific publications. Unfortunately, the number of teachers who can make scientific publications still need to be increased. This study aims to determine the contribution of principal leadership and information literacy skills to the productivity of scientific publications of high school teachers in Limapuluh Kota Regency. The type of research used is correlation research using a quantitative approach. This study involved high school teachers as respondents. Data were collected through research instruments in the form of questionnaires focusing on teachers’ perceptions of principal leadership, information literacy skills, and scientific publication productivity. Data analysis techniques including basic assumption test, classical assumption test, and hypothesis testing were conducted to determine: 1) the contribution of leadership to teacher scientific publication productivity; 2) the contribution of information literacy skills to teacher scientific publication productivity; 3) the contribution of principal leadership together with information literacy skills to teacher scientific publication productivity with simple regression and multiple regression. The research results showed: 1) there is a positive correlation between the principal's leadership and the productivity of teachers' scientific publications with a pearson correlation value of 0.317 and a significance of 0.000 (0.000 < 0.05) with a low degree of relationship criteria; 2) there is a significant contribution between teachers' information literacy skills to the productivity of teachers' scientific publications with a pearson correlation value of 0.228 with low criteria and a significance of 0.009 (0.009, 0.05); Principal leadership and teachers' information literacy skills together simultaneously contribute to the productivity of teachers' scientific publications with a significance value for the effect of principal leadership on the productivity of teachers' scientific publications of 0.002 (0.002, 0.05) and the value of t count = 3.108 (t count> t table 1, 979), and the significance value of the effect of teachers' information literacy skills on the productivity of scientific publications of 0.011 (0.011 < 0.05) and the value of t count = 2.653 > t table 1.979.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the implementation of the independent curriculum for independent pathways changing at the elementary school level after the COVID-19 pandemic. This research is qualitative. The research location is in the public elementary school in Gugus 1, Gunung Talang Subdistrict. The data collection techniques used were semi-structured interviews, observation sheets, and documentation. Data analysis techniques are condensing data, displaying data, drawing conclusions, and verifying data. The results showed that 1) There is a change in the form of planning in the implementation of the independent pathway curriculum which focuses on aspects of curriculum, human resources, financing, facilities and infrastructure. 2) Implementation of the independent pathway curriculum begins with the formulation of learning objectives, preparation of a flow of learning objectives, diagnostic assessment at the beginning of learning, technical guidance and socialization of teachers and parents, and fulfilment of learning resources and learning media. 3) The form of supervision of the implementation of the independent curriculum is carried out on aspects of the learning process, preparation of learning tools, and reports on learning outcomes.

Abstract

Abstract: The Independent Curriculum is a new challenge for teachers in basic education environments. In 2022/2023 schools will be able to choose the curriculum that will be used in the education unit. There are 3 curriculum options available according to school conditions. This article aims to explore teachers' experiences in dealing with the complexity of the independent curriculum that has been implemented and its impact on the learning process. Through qualitative research using in-depth interviews and observations, it was found that teachers face various challenges and opportunities in implementing the Independent Curriculum at the education unit level, especially elementary schools. Abstract

Important for teachers to adopt information technology in the learning process in the 21st Century. Teachers are also required to have adequate pedagogical competence where in carrying out learning it is hoped that it is not teacher centered but student centered and technology based. One of the learning frameworks developed by focusing on technology, pedagogy and teaching materials is TPACK. This research aims to describe the concept and implementation of TPACK in learning in junior high schools. The research method is descriptive qualitative research with a literature study method. The findings show that there are seven components in the TPACK concept, namely technological knowledge, pedagogical knowledge, content knowledge, technological pedagogical knowledge, technological content knowledge, pedagogical content knowledge, and technological pedagogical content knowledge. The form of implementation of TPACK in junior high schools is carried out in various ways that utilize technology in the learning process, such as the use of animated videos in learning. The implementation of TPACK has had high success in supporting the achievement of learning objectives so it is hoped that teachers can use this model to improve student learning outcomes. Abstract

The Independent Curriculum teaching module is considered an adequate tool crucial for the smooth implementation of learning with new modes or paradigms, especially if it is associated with the transformation of the industrial and digital revolutions (Maipita et al., 2021). The Independent Curriculum teaching module refers to a number of tools or media facilities, methods, instructions and guidelines that are designed systematically, interestingly and, of course, according to the needs of students. The teaching module itself can be said to be an implementation of the Learning Objectives Flow (ATP) which was developed from Learning Achievements (CP) with the Pancasila Student Profile as the target. Teaching modules are arranged according to the phase or stage of student development. Teaching modules also consider what will be learned with clear learning objectives. Of course, the basis for development is also long-term oriented. Teachers also need to know and understand the concept of teaching modules with the aim of making the learning process more interesting and meaningful. This article was developed using the exposition method with the aim of explaining improving the quality of learning by developing effective teaching modules. Abstract

Stimulus for someone who wants to be involved to take part in a leadership process varies. The diversity of desires or motivations and the background of one's intention to be involved in becoming a leader is a passion that cannot be prevented and legalized by law because by nature humans are caliphs on earth. The attitudes and characteristics that must be possessed by a leader are: Shidiq (honest), Trustworthy, not deceiving, keeping promises, generous, and not forgetting the hereafter. Leadership is very important for the success of an organization and the management of other people. In general, the concept of management is an activity that seeks to achieve certain goals or objectives by utilizing other people (getting things done through the efforts of other people). The approach used in this discussion is a literature study that collects information and data from various existing sources. Effective leadership is used according to the people it leads (circumstances and situations). An Islamic leader must have Islamic character and qualified abilities including: leadership skills in supervising and controlling his people, the ability to plan and solve problems, be full of responsibility and have social skills and have the knowledge and professional competence of members and followers.

Abstract

Kahoot is an online-based application that can be used in the learning process. The use of the Kahoot platform as an interactive gaming media can be applied to moral aqidah subjects. Usually teachers explain learning material using the lecture method which tends to make learning monotonous and boring. In line with that, the aim of this research is that the Kahoot platform can provide interactive explanations and understanding in learning moral aqidah. By utilizing the game features on the Kahoot platform, it is hoped that learning aqidah and morals will become an interesting and enjoyable lesson. This research uses quantitative methods by distributing questionnaires online via WhatsApp. The results of this research are that students are able to use the game features on the Kahoot platform effectively and make the Kahoot platform an interactive game media on the subject of moral aqidah. The conclusion of this research can be explained that the Kahoot platform can optimize learning of moral aqidah in a fun way and can achieve the expected learning objectives. Due to the limitations of this research, the researcher only discussed the game features on the Kahoot platform. The researcher also hopes that future researchers can optimize all the features on the Kahoot platform in the subjects of aqidah, morals and other subjects.

Abstract

Dunia internet sangat berkembang pesat pada zaman ini, di dalam dunia pendidikan sangat diperlukan perangkat teknologi ini, penggunaan internet ini sangat berkaitan dengan dunia pendidikan dalam proses pembelajaran, supaya lembaga pendidikan memiliki semangat yang tinggi untuk mengembangkan penggunaan teknologi dalam kegiataan pembelajaran. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan bagaimana cara pemanfaatan website online sebagai media pembelajaraan interaktif pada materi pembelajaran akidah akhlak. Metode penelitian yang di gunakan oleh peneliti adalah metode kuantitatif yaitu dengan model survey, wawancara lewat aplikasi google meet dan lewat google form. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan semangat siswa belajar dalam pemanfaatan media pembelajaran dan meningkatkan motivasi siswa dalam belajar, keterbatasan penelitian ini adalah bahwa peneliti mengembangkan plattfrom website online sebagai media dan juga sumber pembelajaran disuatu sekolah tingkat kabupaten dan sebagai alat untuk memotivasi dan meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa, oleh karena itu peneliti selanjutnya agar dapat melakukan penelitian yang sama namun dikembangkan untuk beberapa sekolah lintas provinsi di Indonesia.
