Abstract

Research on the Effectiveness of Group Guidance Services with Cinema Therapy Media to Increase Self Efficacy of Class XI-3 SMA Negeri 1 Grobogan students is motivated by low self-efficacy in students, which will hinder actualization in their lives. As a result, students cannot achieve future goals. This self-efficacy will change easily and is strongly influenced by the development that is being gone through, especially for adolescents. This type of research is quantitative research with the quasi-experimental research method used is Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The population used in this study were 11th grade students of SMA Negeri 1 Grobogan. Based on the results of data analysis showed that the mean/average of the experimental group of 93.42 was greater than the mean of the control group of 53.42. Judging from the results of the calculation of paired sample t-test analysis to prove the research hypothesis, the value of Sig. (2-tailed) of 0.000 <0.05. If the significance value is smaller than 0.05, there is a difference from the pre-test and post-test results. This means that there is an influence of Cinema Theraphy media on Self Efficacy of students in class XI-3 SMA Negeri 1 Grobogan. It can be concluded that group guidance services with Cinema Theraphy media are effective for increasing Self Efficacy of students in class XI SMA Negeri 1 Grobogan, which has a significant difference, seen from the results of the t test calculation and the average pretest posttest results.

Abstract

Crisis counseling promotion during the pandemic is important for the community since the crisis problems of an individual must receive immediate management. Thus, the problems must receive a solution-focused crisis counseling approach. This approach is deemed appropriate because the counseling is brief and could develop the potential of the counselee and also the problem solutions. This research aimed to 1) arrange the solution-focused crisis counseling module to reduce the children's trauma after the COVID-19 pandemic, 2) validate the module construction both from the content and appearance, and 3) revise the module based on expert judgment.This Research & Development took the research subjects during the preliminary analysis of need. The subjects were the guidance and counseling students that would join the child and adolescent counseling course.  On the other hand, the research subjects to validate the module consisted of experts in counseling and media.  The applied instruments were interviews and questionnaires.  The module validation involved experts in module materials and appearance. The applied data analyses were quantitative and qualitative descriptive data analyses.  The preliminary research results found that the students had no background knowledge of solution-focused crisis counseling although they needed the knowledge as a reference to promote counseling. The quantitative analyses of the counseling experts showed a total score between 56 to 68, categorized as excellent. On the other hand, the quantitative analysis results of the module-appearance expert obtained a score of 45, categorized as fairly excellent. Abstract

Early childhood children who enter the preschool period certainly experience a transition with changes that affect emotional development, in this case it can result in school phobia, which means refusal to go to school. In this research, researchers using literature studies found ten articles via Google Scholar with the keywords school refusal, school phobia, school phobia, school phobia preschool, and preschool transition with the aim of gaining knowledge regarding these matters. The research results show that school phobia in the transition period which affects emotional development can be overcome by collaborating with teachers, parents and the child through identifying the causal factors.

Abstract

Basically, insecurity is related to standards set by someone in dialogue with themselves, such as family or peers. Then a feeling of unease develops when a person compares himself to others in a way that is considered negative, or not in accordance with society's order of life. Therefore, this will become a problem in early childhood development, which will have an impact on the child's life. The aim of this research is to understand a problem in early childhood and as an effort to prevent the impact of this problem, and to be able to provide appropriate food. Therefore, as parents and educators, you must know and see your child's growth and development. The focus of this research consists of (1) To understand the personality of children who behave insecurely, (2) the efforts of parents or educators in dealing with children who behave insecurely.

Abstract

Abstract. Working from home and working permanently in the office (work from office) have their problems. These differences indeed lead to different responses in coping with stress. This research aims to analyze the differences in coping with stress in individuals who experience work-from-home and work-from-office periods, as well as analyze coping strategies during the work-from-home period. This research uses a quantitative method, using a t-test. The sampling technique uses purposive random sampling, with the characteristics of the population being married and having children, working in agencies either from home or the office. Data collection techniques used a stress coping scale and an open questionnaire regarding identifying feelings and problems that arise, expressed via Google Forms. Quantitative analysis is carried out using t-tests and descriptive analysis. Based on the Mann-Whitney test, the Mean Rank or average group ranking was obtained, namely for work from home, it was 95,15, and work from office was 94.54 with a significance value of  (0.947) > 0.05. The quantitative research results show no difference in coping with stress between individuals who experience the work-from-home period and during the work-from-office period. Meanwhile, the results of the descriptive analysis show that the most dominant feeling during the work-from-home period is anxiety, anxiety, or worry (40.74%), while the problem most frequently experienced by respondents is difficulty dividing their time between office work and homework (26.45 %). In general, coping strategies overcome feelings of worry by conveying hobbies (23.28%), while coping strategies overcome problems during the work-from-home period by interacting online (26.45%) and doing good time management (17.98%).Keywords: Coping Stress; Work from Home; Work from Office

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi berdasarkan hasil observasi dan wawancara yang menunjukan bahwa kelas X belum memiliki perencanaan karir untuk masa depan. Selain itu, pada saat layanan perencanaan individual dilakukan, hanya terdapat 1 siswa dalam satu kelas yang mengaku sudah memiliki perencanaan karir untuk masa depan, hal ini diperkuat dengan hasil AKPD yang menunjukkan bahwa bidang pribadi yang mencapai 44,04%. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengungkap hubungan kepercayaan diri dengan perencanaan karir siswa kelas X. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif korelasional. Sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Teknik Accidental Sampling sebanyak 195 siswa. Alat pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu skala psikologis. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis korelasi product moment yang dikemukakan oleh Pearson. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh perencanaan karir terhadap kepercayaan diri sebesar 44,7%, kemudian tingkat hubungan diantara kedua variabel tersebut berada dalam kategori kuat. Kesimpulan pada penelitian ini yakni adanya hubungan positif antara kepercayaan diri dengan perencanaan karir. Kata kunci: perencanaan karir, kepercayaan diri, siswa SMA

Abstract

Berpikir kritis adalah kemampuan penting yang perlu dikembangkan pada siswa sekolah dasar. Kemampuan ini dapat membantu siswa untuk memahami materi pelajaran dengan lebih baik, memecahkan masalah secara efektif, dan menjadi warga negara yang bertanggung jawab. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan tinjauan literatur menyeluruh terkait pentingnya pengembangan kemampuan berpikir kritis pada siswa sekolah dasar Berdasarkan tinjauan literatur ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengembangan kemampuan berpikir kritis pada siswa sekolah dasar memerlukan pendekatan yang terencana dan efektif. Strategi-strategi yang dapat diterapkan dalam konteks pembelajaran antara lain ; pertanyaan terbuka dan mendorong diskusi, analisis kasus dan studi kasus, proyek kolaboratif, simulasi dan permainan edukatif, mendukung keterampilan pemecahan masalah, penggunaan teknologi interaktif, pemberian umpan balik konstruktif. Pengembangan kemampuan berpikir kritis pada siswa sekolah dasar juga menghadapi sejumlah tantangan dan hambatan, seperti kurangnya pemahaman guru, kurikulum yang terfokus pada penghafalan, rasio guru-siswa yang tinggi, keterbatasan sumber daya teknologi, tantangan dalam evaluasi kemampuan berpikir kritis, kondisi sosioekonomi siswa, dan tantangan perubahan budaya pembelajaran. Untuk mengatasi tantangan dan hambatan ini, diperlukan upaya-upaya yang terkoordinasi dari berbagai pihak, termasuk guru, orang tua, dan pihak sekolah. Upaya-upaya ini dapat berupa peningkatan kompetensi guru, revisi kurikulum, peningkatan interaksi guru-siswa, pengembangan sumber daya teknologi, pengembangan metode evaluasi, peningkatan akses siswa, dan perubahan budaya pembelajaran.

Abstract

Violence against children is rampant everywhere and is a problem that is difficult to address, but efforts are still being made by related parties, such as the role of the government, legal institutions and others. The aim of this research is to determine the supporting and inhibiting factors for counseling for victims of child violence as an effort to treat victims of violence against children at the Integrated Service Center (PPT) "Jayandu Widuri" Pemalang Regency. The type of research used is qualitative research. Data collection techniques in this research were carried out by means of interviews and documentation. In testing the validity of the data, researchers carry out source triagulation, which will later be used to obtain data from different sources but with the same technique. The data analysis technique uses the Milles and Huberman model with analysis stages in the form of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. From the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that the counseling stage provided by PPT "Jayandu Widuri" is able to help children who are victims of violence by healing feelings of trauma after experiencing violent behavior. Supporting factors for handling child victims of violence are supported by the existence of non-binding aid funds from outside so that PPT 'Jayandu Widuri" is able to recruit professional staff in their fields. Apart from that, the inhibiting factors in handling child victims of violence can be seen from the lack of human resources and inadequate shelter facilities at PPT 'Jayandu Widuri"..

Abstract

The background that prompted this research was the conditions found in the Al-Muttaqin family planning institution, Buko village, Wedung sub-district, Demak district, most of the children experienced problems in problem-solving skills. This was shown during the learning activities that researchers observed, children were still confused about various shapes, could not find solutions to simple problems such as children not knowing colors, and still looked very passive. Apart from that, based on researchers' observations, the learning activities carried out at this institution are still monotonous and limited. Educators still often use verbal methods and the minimal application of play media used in learning activities makes the learning process less attractive to students. The formulation of the problem in this research is "How is the effectiveness of project-based learning on the problem solving abilities of children aged 3-4 years" and "How is the effectiveness of project-based learning on the curiosity of children aged 3 -4 years". The objectives to be achieved in this research are to determine the effectiveness of project-based learning on the problem-solving abilities of children aged 3-4 years and to determine the effectiveness of project-based learning on the curiosity of children aged 3-4 years. This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this study were group A Muria children aged 3 - 4 years old PAUD KB Al Muttaqin Buko Wedung Demak who were in one class. Sampling in this study used a simple random sampling technique, namely that the sample was chosen randomly without paying attention to the strata contained in the population. For the data in this research, researchers used data collection techniques in the form of observation.

Abstract

Pop-Up Book is a book with three-dimensional elements that have parts that can move, also provide surprises in every opening of the page, the display of images that are upheld emits an active image display that it gives a new impression and can be interesting and provides entertainment in readinghis. This article aims to present a literature review from various sources about the use of pop-up book learning media in the Indonesian learning process. From the results of the literature review, it shows the effectiveness of using pop-up book media in Indonesian lessons to develop literacy of low-grade students. This is shown by students' interest in opening and seeing a story so that students indirectly increase their reading literacy and stimulate students' thinking.
