Abstract

Adolescence is a dynamic developmental phase in a person's life. One biological sign of adolescence is the onset of menstruation, which begins between the ages of 10 and 16. Menstruation is a physiological process that occurs in all women. However, many women experience menstrual problems, including menstrual pain/dysmenorrhea. Menstrual pain/dysmenorrhea is a gynecological complaint caused by an imbalance of the hormone progesterone in the blood, resulting in pain. The purpose of this community service is to provide counseling and practice of youth yoga for adolescent girls to reduce the pain of dysmenorrhea. The activity, held on December 14, 2025, in Randumuktiwaren Village, Pekalongan Regency, involved 10 adolescent girls. This community service activity will be divided into three stages: planning, counseling and practical work, and evaluation. From the results of univariate analysis before being given counseling to 10 respondents, there were 8 respondents who had knowledge in the poor category, after counseling, the results of 10 respondents were 9 respondents who had knowledge in the good category and 1 respondent who had knowledge in the poor category, the results of the paired t test showed a significant increase in participant knowledge with a significance value of <0.000 and young women can apply yoga therapy movements to overcome primary dysmenorrhea. From the results obtained after counseling, there was an increase in respondents' knowledge of the material provided.   Abstrak Masa remaja adalah suatu fase perkembangan yang dinamis dalam kehidupan seseorang. Salah satu tanda keremajaan secara biologi yaitu mulainya remaja mengalami menstruasi yang dimulai antara usia 10 sampai 16 tahun. Menstruasi merupakan hal yang bersifat fisiologis yang terjadi pada setiap perempuan. Namun pada kenyataannya banyak perempuan yang mengalami masalah menstruasi, diantaranya nyeri haid/dismenore. Nyeri haid / dismenore adalah keluhan ginekologis akibat ketidakseimbangan hormon progesteron dalam darah sehingga mengakibatkan timbul rasa nyeri. Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberikan penyuluhan dan praktik yoga remaja pada remaja putri  untuk mengurangi nyeri dismenorea. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada 14 Desember 2025 di Desa Randumuktiwaren Kabupaten Pekalongan, melibatkan 10 remaja perempuan Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini akan dibagi menjadi 3 tahap kegiatan yang pertama perencanaan, kedua penyuluhan dan praktikum yang ketiga evaluasi. Dari hasil analisis univariat sebelum diberikan penyuluhan dan praktik yoga terhadap 10 responden terdapat 8 responden memiliki pengetahuan kategori kurang, sesudah dilakukan penyuluhan didapatkan hasil dari 10 responden sebanyak 9 responden memiliki pengetahuan kategori baik dan 1 responden memiliki pengetahuan kategori kurang, hasil paired t test menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pengetahuan peserta dengan nilai signifikansi < 0,000 dan remaja putri dapat mengaplikasikan gerakan-gerakan terapi yoga untuk mengatasi dismenore primer. Dari hasil yang didapatkan setelah dilakukan penyuluhan terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan responden terhadap materi yang diberikan.

Abstract

The issue of toddler nutrition requires special attention based on the results of the 2022 Indonesian Nutritional Status Survey (SSGI), the prevalence of malnutrition in toddlers in Indonesia increased to 17.1%. Meanwhile, the Semarang Regency Health Office in 2023 the number of toddlers with cases of malnutrition increased to 3,878 toddlers (6.6%). At the Bergas Community Health Center, there were 81 toddlers experiencing malnutrition. From the results of a preliminary study of 5 respondents, 3 mothers who actively participated in the class for mothers of toddlers, 2 mothers were able to explain all indicators of nutritional status. Where 1 other mother who also attended the class did not fully understand the indicators of nutritional status. the aim of the research is to find out  Meanwhile, the two mothers who did not attend the class showed varying results, where one of them only knew weight as an indicator and the other actually knew about nutritional status and how to monitor nutritional status. research purposes ti findRelationship Of Toddler Mother Class Participation On Maternal Knowledge Of Toddler Nutrition This study used a correlational analytical design. The population in this study was 582 respondents. The sample in this study was 85 respondents, determined using the Slovin formula approach with a 10% error rate. This determination was carried out to obtain a representative sample of the population. The sampling technique used was accidental sampling, and a questionnaire was used as the data collection tool. The analysis test used the chi-square test. Most respondents were not actively participating in the mother and toddler class, amounting to 43 respondents (50.6%). Most respondents had good knowledge, amounting to 54 respondents (63.5%). The results of the chi-square test with a degree of error of α = 0.05 obtained a p-value of 0.000 <α = 0.05. Conclusion: There is a relationship between mothers' participation in toddler mother classes and knowledge about toddler nutrition

Abstract

Adolescents are a strategic group in human resource development towards Indonesia Emas 2045. However, there is still a need to strengthen adolescent health education in schools, especially in non-health schools. This community service activity aims to develop adolescent health cadres based on the Trias UKS (Healthy Child Health Program) at SMK Pangudi Luhur Tarcicius Semarang and increase students' knowledge about adolescent health. The implementation method consisted of preparation, cadre recruitment, module development, training, implementation, mentoring, evaluation, and development of a sustainability plan. Evaluation was conducted using pre- and post-tests with 30 participants. The results of the activity indicated that all stages of the service had been completed. Knowledge scores increased from 12.67 to 13.73, indicating a significant difference between pre- and post-activity scores. The formation of adolescent health cadres based on the Trias UKS has proven beneficial in increasing student knowledge and strengthening their role as health promotion agents in schools. This program needs to be continued through UKS coaching, regular cadre development, and mentoring from supervising teachers.   ABSTRAK Remaja merupakan kelompok strategis dalam pembangunan sumber daya manusia menuju Indonesia Emas 2045. Namun, masih terdapat kebutuhan penguatan pendidikan kesehatan remaja di lingkungan sekolah, terutama pada sekolah non-kesehatan. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan membentuk kader kesehatan remaja berbasis Trias UKS di SMK Pangudi Luhur Tarcicius Semarang serta meningkatkan pengetahuan siswa mengenai kesehatan remaja. Metode pelaksanaan terdiri atas tahap persiapan, rekrutmen kader, penyusunan modul, pelatihan, implementasi, pendampingan, evaluasi, dan penyusunan rencana keberlanjutan. Evaluasi dilakukan menggunakan pre-test dan post-test terhadap 30 peserta. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa seluruh tahapan pengabdian telah terlaksana. Skor pengetahuan meningkat dari 12,67 menjadi 13,73 terdapat perbedaan bermakna antara skor sebelum dan sesudah kegiatan. Pembentukan kader kesehatan remaja berbasis Trias UKS terbukti bermanfaat dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan siswa dan memperkuat peran siswa sebagai agen promosi kesehatan di sekolah. Program ini perlu dilanjutkan melalui pembinaan UKS, kaderisasi berkala, dan pendampingan guru pembina.
