Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the culture, history, and evolution of the taste of "Bakpia Pathok 25" and analyze its gastronomic tourism potential as a culinary tourism object in Malioboro, Yogyakarta. This research applies qualitative methods. The study population in this study was limited to Bakpia Pathok 25 which is only located in Kampung Pathuk because of its famous reputation in Yogyakarta. The sampling techniques used for this study were interviews, observation and documentation. SWOT analysis is used as data analysis to get an overview of internal and external factors that affect Bakpia Pathok 25 as a potential for gastronomic tourism and culinary tourism attraction. The results showed that the history of Bakpia Pathok 25 is a typical Chinese food called "Tou Luk Pia" which is then interpreted as mung bean pia cake. The Chinese then brought this food to Indonesia in the 1948s. Culture "Bakpia Pathok 25 Bakpia is a form of food acculturation in the culinary field that occurs between Indonesian and Chinese people and by producing bakpia, the bakpia merti procession is held as a form of gratitude of the Pathuk people for abundant sustenance

Abstract

Microeconomics learning aims to help students understand how economic concepts and theories can be used to analyze and solve economic problems in everyday life. The study aims to develop Eco-mobile learning applications as learning media intended to improve critical thinking skills in terms of the cognitive style of economic education students. This research followed the Lee and Owen’s development model with the stages of need assessment and analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The research subjects were 105 economic education students taking microeconomics courses. The results of the media expert's assessment of the Eco-mobile learning application media as a whole were 94%, material experts gave an assessment of 97.3%, and student and lecturer responses to the practicality of the Eco-mobile learning application were 86.4% and 95.2%. Meanwhile, the effectiveness of the media can be obtained from the results of the critical thinking post-test scores in the experimental and control classes. Based on the overall results, it can be concluded that the Eco-mobile learning application developed in this research is suitable for use and effective in improving critical thinking skills in terms of the cognitive style of economics education students. Keywords: Eco-mobile learning, Critical thinking skill, Cognitive style

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) have an important role in the Indonesian economy. Many studies on MSMEs are expected to improve the quality of the MSMEs themselves. Meanwhile, social media and online marketplaces are increasingly familiar to Indonesians who are technology and internet literate. Research on MSMEs marketing with social media and online marketplaces is always needed along with rapid technological advances. Therefore, researchers try to discuss how MSMEs in the fashion or clothing company category in Malang City utilize social media and online marketplaces for their marketing development. This research was conducted using a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. Phenomenology is a study intended to seek the essence or meaning of a phenomenon experienced by several research individuals. This research involved four micro-scale clothing MSMEs in Malang City. From the results of the interviews, it was found that all clothing MSME players in Malang City have used social media as a marketing tool. In fact, all clothing MSMEs make social media their main marketing tool. However, the online marketplace is still not used optimally. The obstacles faced by UMKM clothing companies are limited capital, human resources, and Marketing using social media can still be maximized again by recruiting social media specialists and influencers.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of perceived price and brand image on purchase decision through customer satisfaction with the subject of Azarine skincare buyers in Malang city as respondents. This type of research is quantitative using Path analysis research method using structural equation modeling method with SmartPLS 4.0. Data sample of 270 questionnaires was obtained. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that perceived price has a significant positive effect on purchase decision; brand image has no effect on purchase decision; customer satisfaction has a significant positive effect on purchase decision; perceived price has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction; brand image has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction; perceived price has an indirect effect on purchase decision through customer satisfaction; brand image has an indirect effect on purchase decision through customer satisfaction. Based on the results of the analysis, the researcher makes suggestions for the azarine skincare brand to expand marketing to various platforms other than Instagram. This will also increase customer satisfaction with the azarine brand itself

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to investigate the role of green entrepreneurial intellectual capital as a moderator of the influence of Corporate Social Responsibility Harmonious (CSR-H) on the financial performance of SMEs in the creative industry game developer sub-sector in Malang City. SMEs in the game developer sub-sector are included in businesses that utilize the results of creativity supported by technology so that it is one of the business fields that is closely related to intellectual capital. Related to awareness of green entrepreneurship, the echo developer sub-sector is appropriate if it integrates it into green entrepreneurial intellectual capital. Thus, green entrepreneurial intellectual capital in this case is the focus of attention for research as a moderation between Corporate Social Responsibility Harmonious (CSR-H) and Financial Performance. This research is a quantitative approach with a survey method on SMEs in the game developer sub-sector. The sample population taken was 20 respondents. Questionnaires are distributed using a likert scale. Data analysis uses SmartPLS version 3. The findings of this study obtained Corporate Social Responsibility Harmonious (CSR-H) is not significant to financial performance, Green entrepreneurial Intellectual Capital is positively significant to financial performance and Green entrepreneurial intellectual capital does not moderate the effect of Corporate Social Responsibility Harmonious (CSR-H) on financial performance. Abstract

This is a qualitative study investigates the business sustainability in Sudimoro Coffee Business District at Malang City from EGSEE aspect and principles of business sustainability. Interviews with senior staff, managers, customers, local government representatives, and business professionals are used to collect data. Customers, managers, and owners of coffee shops are examples of key informants. Comprehensive interviews with top staff members and clients validate assertions made by company proprietors. Local government representatives and a business professional with a comparable background in the field are examples of comparative data.

Abstract

This study delves into the profound impact of business incubators, specifically focusing on the `Ships' Business Incubator in East Java, on fostering entrepreneurial interest and shaping entrepreneurial attitudes among its members. Identified challenges include a low inclination towards entrepreneurship among incubator members, attributed to factors such as fear of failure and a lack of entrepreneurial knowledge. The primary objective of the research is to design targeted educational and coaching strategies within business incubators to enhance interest in entrepreneurship by cultivating entrepreneurial attitudes. The research contributes to the existing literature by filling gaps in understanding the comprehensive impact of business incubators, especially within local contexts such as East Java. Using quantitative methods, the study encompasses a population of 580 members from the East Java 'Ships' Business Incubator, with a sample size of 220 individuals selected through proportionate stratified random sampling. The study concludes that the 'Ships' Business Incubator not only serves as a launchpad for businesses but also effectively fosters and sustains the entrepreneurial interests and attitudes of its members

Abstract

Di era digital yang penuh gemerlap ini, pendidikan tak lagi terkungkung dalam empat dinding kelas. Merdeka Belajar membuka gerbang inovasi, mengantarkan kita menuju dunia belajar tanpa batas. Google Sites, platform website gratis yang mudah digunakan, hadir bagaikan jembatan ilmu yang menghubungkan generasi muda dengan lautan pengetahuan. Penelitian ini mengkaji efektivitas implementasi website Google Sites dalam pembelajaran Dasar-Dasar Pemasaran di SMKS Muhammadiyah 2 Malang sebagai penunjang pondasi belajar sepanjang hayat di era Merdeka Belajar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa website Google Sites terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan partisipasi aktif, motivasi, dan capaian belajar peserta didik. Platform ini memfasilitasi pembelajaran sepanjang hayat dengan menyediakan akses mudah ke sumber belajar kapan saja dan di mana saja. Fitur-fitur interaktif seperti multimedia, tautan, kuis, dan kolaborasi daring membuat konten pembelajaran lebih menarik dan atraktif. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan pengembangan lebih lanjut website Google Sites, pelatihan bagi pendidik, dan penelitian lanjutan untuk memperluas implementasinya di berbagai konteks pembelajaran.

Abstract

In CSR activities, the initial concept of these activities is called the triple bottom line which consists of three corporate responsibilities in its business operations including people, planet, and profit. The data analysis technique used in this study is descriptive and comparative analysis of the sustainability report. The three aspects in the triple bottom line concept of CSR activities are the company's responsibility with the people, or the surrounding community by making social activities, corporate responsibility with the planet in various ways to overcome water, air, and soil waste. The last one is the company responsibility for profit that is also obtained from the good image which makes consumers become loyal customers of the company.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of e-recruitment and job characteristics on job application interest, with company reputation serving as a mediating variable. The research addresses a gap identified in previous studies. A quantitative approach was adopted, using non-probability sampling with purposive sampling methods. Data was collected through questionnaires distributed to respondents, using a 5-point Likert scale. The sample consisted of 380 respondents, and data analysis was conducted using the SmartPLS (Partial Least Squares) software. The findings indicate that both e-recruitment and job characteristics have a positive and significant effect on job application interest. Additionally, e-recruitment and job characteristics positively and significantly impact company reputation. Company reputation was found to directly mediate the relationship between job characteristics and job application interest positively and significantly. However, it was unable to mediate the direct relationship between e-recruitment and job application interest.
