Abstract

To gain knowledge and analyze the factors that influence the disclosure of Islamic Social Reporting. And to find out the comparison of the breadth and informativeness of annual reports from manufacturing companies listed on the Jakarta Islamic Index and Bursa Malaysia. This research design uses a causality description technique with a quantitative approach. This study used a purposive sampling technique to determine the sample used in this study. The data analysis technique used in this research is panel data regression analysis technique using an analytical tool in the form of the Eviews version 10. The results show that the level of liquidity, leverage and company age have a positive and significant effect, while the level of profitability and the size of the board of commissioners do not. significant effect on the disclosure of Islamic Social Reporting. Based on each variable, it shows that the Jakarta Islamic Index is superior to the level of disclosure of Islamic Social Reporting, the level of profitability, and the level of leverage. Meanwhile, Bursa Malaysia only excels in terms of liquidity. For the size of the board of commissioners and the age level of the company, both the Jakarta Islamic Index and Bursa Malaysia yield the same results, which have met the standards of their respective provisions. The application of the disclosure of the Islamic Social Reporting Index in the annual reports published by manufacturing companies becomes more extensive, informative and pays attention to sharia compliance as a form of responsibility to Allah SWT and humans. This research is a direct study of the influence of the factors that influence the disclosure of Islamic Social Reporting, as well as comparing the two countries. These results show that the Jakarta Islamic Index is better and informative regarding the content of annual report publications based on the Islamic Social Reporting Index compared to Bursa Malaysia.

Abstract

Abstract: Pengembangan mutu lembaga Pendidikan Islam salah satunya akan sangat dipengaruhi oleh kepemimpinan yang dikembangkan oleh individu dalam memimpin lembaga pendidikan Islam. Kepemimpinan islami memiliki beberapa ciri khas yang dapat digunakan pemimpin lembaga pendidikan Islam dalam melakukan tugas kepemimpinan.Kepemimpinan Islami merupakan keseimbangan antara kepemimpinan dengan konsep duniawi maupun konsep ukhrawi, menggapai tujuan hakiki lebih dari sekedar tujuan organisasi yang bersifat sementara, menuntut komitmen tinggi kepada prinsip-prinsip Islam dan menempatkan tugas kepemimpinan tidak sekedar tugas kemanusiaan yang dipertanggungjawabkan hanya kepada anggota, tetapi juga di hadapan Allah Swt.Pengembangan mutu lembaga pendidikan Islam salah satunya akan sangat dipengaruhi oleh kepemimpinan yang dikembangkan oleh individu dalam memimpin lembaga pendidikan Islam.Kepemimpinan adalah usaha sadar yang dilakukan oleh seorang (pemimpin) yang dapat mewujudkan tujuan organisasi melalui orang lain dengan cara memberi motivasi agar orang lain dapat menjadi pribadi yang berjiwa pemimpin. Dan bisa memberi motivasi agar mau melaksanakan suatu hal yang sudah direncanakan sebelumnya menjadi suatu rencana yang sukses dan dapat memberi keuntungan terhadap orang lain. Seorang pemimpin harus memahami tentang dasar-dasar kepemimpinan atau unsur-unsur kepemimpinan agar menjadi seorang pemimpin yang bijak. Dikatakan seorang pemimpin bukan hanya dalam lingkungan masyarakat saja namun dalam lingkup keluarga seorang bisa dikatakan pemimpin karena bisa memberikan sesuatu yang bisa didengar dan dilakukan dengan baik. Ada juga yang disebut pemimpin dalam lingkup besar seperti dalam organisasi, pemimpin agama, pemimpin negara dan lain sebagainya. Karena menjadi seorang peimimpin tidak mudah seperti apa yang sudah dipikirkan banyak orang, melainkan menjadi seorang pemimpin hal yang sulit untuk dikerjakan, tetapi tergantung dalam masing-masing orang untuk menjalaninya. Kepemimpinan pendidikan merupakan kemampuan untuk menggerakkan pelaksaan pendidikan untuk pelaksanaaan tujuan pendidikan.Pendidikan islam adalah pembentukan kepribadian untuk menjadi manusia yang berakhlakul karimah, agar dalam kehidupan sehari-hari mendapatkan kententraman, kebahagiaan dan dapat mencerminkan ajaran islam

Abstract

Macrozoobenthos is a group of benthic organisms measuring more than 1 mm that plays a crucial role in the process of decomposition and mineralization of organic material in aquatic ecosystems. The purpose of this observation was to determine the ecological index and density of macrozoobenthos in Pengudang and Dompak Waters. This observation was conducted from May 26-27, 2024 in the waters of Pengudang and Dompak using the survey method. Determination of sampling points is done by random sampling of 20 points each line transect. Macrozoobenthos measurements using 1x1m quadrant transect. The results showed that Pengudang waters had a higher species density with an average value of 13 (medium) compared to Dompak with an average of 0.03 (low). The diversity index ranged from 0.36-1.05, with Pengudang showing higher values. The uniformity index in Pengudang was 0.50 (medium), and in Dompak 0.17 (low). The dominance index was higher in Dompak (0.84) than Pengudang (0.40). Water quality parameters showed that temperature, salinity and pH were within safe limits, but TSS values in Dompak exceeded quality standards, indicating higher sedimentation levels.

Abstract

The purpose of education in Islam is the most important element in Islamic education. This is indicated by the significant number of verses in the Qur'an and the Prophet's Hadith relating to education or science. There are many studies related to the goals of education in Islam, but have not comprehensively demonstrated the desired educational goals. This study aims to describe the educational objectives of the Prophet's hadith perspective in the book of Shahihain. By using a library approach, the author concludes that the goals of education in the book of Shahihain are devotion to Allah, making students have noble character, goodness in life in the world and the hereafter and forming a strong believer personality.

Abstract

Bone Bolango Regency is part of the Tomini Bay area which is included in the sustainable development targets based on the SDGs achievement targets. This research aims to determine the strategy for achieving SDGs which will be used as the basis for economic development in Bone Bolango Regency. The research is qualitative research that uses respondents from related agencies who are determined based on purposive sampling. There were 5 respondents who were willing and were representatives of related agencies in Bone Bolango Regency. Data analysis uses SWOT analysis based on data obtained through questionnaires. The research results show that regulatory support (0.432) and priority of the Regional Medium Term Development Plan (0.359) are strength factors, while the weakness factor is institutional support (0.120). The opportunity factor is budget support (.045), while the threat factor is partnership support (0.043), which is still very limited. The SWOT factors found in Bone Bolango district are the basis used to develop strategies for achieving SDGs. The strategy for achieving SDGs indicator targets is based on factors found in Bone Bolango Regency, sorted based on a priority scale, namely regulatory support, RPJMD priorities, institutional support, budget support and partnerships.

Abstract

 Business has an important role in society. One of significant factor influencing the sustainability of a business is through business networks. With the establishment of business networks, information can be spread quickly (Wiharjo, 2012). Business networking is very important for business, including printing business. Printing is an attempt to mass produce writing and images using a printing press. (Nggaibo, 2021). Printing business is one of the fastest growing businesses. CV. Aslan Grafika is a printing business located in Banjaran, Bandung, West Java. The reason the author conducted Business Network research on CV. Aslan Grafika because author is interested in marketing strategies undertaken by CV. Aslan Grafika thus became the pioneer of printing in Banjaran area which provides many printing services. This research aims to determine the business network used in CV. Aslan Grafika and how the influence of this business network on the performance of printing, especially manufacture and sale of books du'a Hajj and umrah which is the main highlight of the author in this study. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative. The data source used consists of primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques are interview techniques. Data analysis techniques used are qualitative data analysis techniques.

Abstract

Curriculum is a set of plans and arrangements regarding objectives, content and learning materials as well as the methods used as guidelines for the implementation of learning activities to achieve certain educational goals. These specific goals include national education goals as well as conformity with regional characteristics, conditions and potential, educational units and students. Therefore, the curriculum is prepared by the education unit to enable the adjustment of educational programs to the needs and potential that exist in the region. The preparation of this set of subjects is adjusted to the conditions and abilities of each level of education in the implementation of such education and the need for employment. The length of time in one curriculum is usually adjusted to the aims and objectives of the implemented education system. This curriculum is intended to be able to direct education towards the intended direction and goals in learning activities as a whole. The curriculum is a guide for an educator to provide good material and knowledge to students, the curriculum also has developments and that is why the importance of the role of the curriculum must be understood

Abstract

Counseling and training on making moringa leaf pudding in Bintana Village aims to increase public awareness of the nutritional benefits of moringa leaves and provide skills in processing them into innovative food products. Moringa leaves are known to be rich in nutrients and antioxidants that are beneficial for health. This activity involves education on the nutritional content of moringa leaves, demonstrations of making pudding, and hands-on practice sessions by participants. The results of the activity showed that the community has a high interest in adopting the innovation of utilizing moringa leaves as an alternative to healthy food. In addition, taste evaluations showed that moringa leaf pudding was well received. It is hoped that this innovation can increase consumption of healthy food and encourage the use of local plants in food diversification.
