Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor penyebab rendahnya daya serap siswa kelas XI di SMK Negeri 2 Prabumulih dengan menganalisis hasil dari penyebaran angket kepada siswa kelas XI di SMK Negeri 2 Prabumulih. Teknik dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini diketahui bahwa daya serap siswa dipengaruhi oleh faktor sekolah dengan jumlah 8 pernyataan yaitu kemampuan guru dalam menguasai materi, kemampuan guru di dalam pengelolaan kelas, metode mengajar guru yang disenangi siswa, kondisi gedung sekolah dan ruang kelas, relasi siswa, guru yang bersahabat, alat belajar dan pembelajaran, penyediaan media belajar yang mencukupi sebesar 58,5% dengan kategori kurang, faktor psikologis sebesar 36,9% termasuk kategori sangat kurang dengan jumlah 5 pertanyaan yaitu minat belajar siswa, daya ingat siswa, IQ siswa, motivasi, dan persiapan dalam proses belajar, faktor fisik sebesar 30,55% termasuk kategori sangat kurang dengan jumlah 4 pertanyaan yaitu kesehatan jasmani, kesehatan mata, kesehatan telinga, dan keoptimalan dalam belajar, dan faktor keluarga sebesar 22,5% termasuk kategori sangat kurang dengan jumlah 4 pertanyaan yaitu pemilihan waktu belajar, pemanfaatan waktu yang baik dalam belajar, dan lingkungan belajar yang nyaman dan kondusif

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the results of differences in learning outcomes between students who were given a written test and an oral test on economics subjects. The population in this study were all students of class X IPS, which amounted to 97 students. The sampling technique in this study used random sampling. Data collection methods used documentation and tests. The results of this research for class X IPS 1 showed that the average score of the written test results was 80-86, totaling 6 people or 18.75% of the students who took the test, and were categorized as very good. 12 students who scored 66-79 or 37.5% were categorized as good. 6 students who scored 59-65 or 18.75% were categorized as sufficient while students who got a score of 45-58 were 8 people or 24.98% were categorized as poor while in class X IPS2 students who got a score of 66-79 totaling 11 people or 34.40% were categorized as good while students who scored 59-65 totaling 11 people or 34.40% were categorized as good enough. 10 students who got a score of 40-53 or 31.20% were categorized as less good.

Abstract

The goal of this study is to assess SMP Negeri 7 Palembang's School Literacy Movement in Improving Student Discipline. With the CIPP model, this analysis uses a qualitative approach that includes: 1. 1. Evaluating Meaning, 2. Evaluating Input, 3. Evaluation of Operation, and 4. Service Evaluation. The data analysis techniques used in this study are data reduction, presentation of data, conclusion and verification. The analyzed data is the product of SMP Negeri 7 Palembang citizens' interviews, observations, and documentation. This research shows that the School Literacy Movement's assessment of enhancing student discipline, The school has provided such facilities and resources in support of literacy programs, which include reading cornersBy providing 15 minutes to read before carrying out learning activities at the reading habit level,  And with some students, the School Literacy Movement has a positive effect on the work of literacy programs carried out by student achievement, It can be done and in SMP Negeri 7 Palembang there is a growth of character as well as a decision that this School Literacy Movement must be strengthened.

Abstract

This study attempts to describe the evaluation of the implementation of online learning when pendemi covid-19 in elementary school, rantau panjang sub-district, ogan ilir district with cipp model. This study using a qualitative methodology descriptive. case with the approach. The data collection techniques used in this research is a questionnaire, interview and documentation. The data analysis using a method of triangulation and obtain information or data from various sources to verify the data. The research results be concluded that the implementation of online learning when pendemi covid-19 in elementary school, rantau panjang sub-district, ogan ilir district with a model cipp was going pretty good.

This study aims to determine the effect of infrastructure and work environment together on the performance of public elementary school teachers in Gugus 3, Lengkiti District. In this study, using quantitative research methods and research design in the form of influence studies, namely to determine the effect of the three variables, namely the independent variable or free school infrastructure (X1), work environment (X2) and the dependent or dependent variable Teacher Performance (Y). The results of the study can be concluded as follows: 1) There is a significant influence between school infrastructure on the performance of teachers at SD Negeri Gugus 3, Lengkiti District, 2) There is a significant influence between the work environment on the performance of teachers at SD Negeri Gugus 3, Lengkiti District, 3) There is an influence between the school infrastructure and the environment together on the performance of teachers at SD Negeri Gugus 3, Lengkiti District.

Abstract

This is to determine the effect of work motivation and principal leadership together on the performance of teachers in SD Negeri Lengkiti District. In this study, quantitative research methods were used and the research design was in the form of an influence study, namely to determine the effect of the three variables, namely the independent or independent variable Teacher Motivation (X1), Principal Leadership (X2) and the dependent or dependent variable Teacher Performance (Y). The results of the study can be concluded as follows: 1) The variable of work motivation of the SD Negeri Lengkiti District teachers is in the sufficient category, 2) The leadership variable of the principal of SD Negeri Lengkiti District is in the good category, 3) The work motivation of the teacher and the leadership of the principal is factors that can improve teacher performance.

Abstract

This study attempts to evaluate the performance of certification competence described vocational students through certification institute profesi-p1 program computer engineering expertise and tissues at south sumatra .This study in a qualitative descriptive with those cases .Data collection techniques used in this research was the questionnaire , interview , and use a method of triangulation dokumentasi.teknik data analysis and collect information or data from various sources to check the truth of the data .The results of the study conclude that so it can be seen that the purpose of the vocational school vocational certification in 1 penukal with objectives set the national profession certificates show category in accordance with the percentage of 75 % Sedangkan to state 1 indralaya south objectives set the national profession certificatesshow category in accordance with the percentage of only 72 %.

Abstract

The background of this research starts from the current state and situation in the world. The coronavirus epidemic (Covid-19) was determined as a public health emergency that is troubling the world and the virus has now spread to various countries. Today's children and youth are global citizens, powerful drivers of change and members of future generations. Every crisis that occurs is an opportunity to help them learn, the most important is the protection of children and educational facilities. The impact of this situation has had a profound influence on the world of education. In the field of education, applying technology as an online educational tool that can be accessed by students. The progress and role of technology has been so prominent that the use of media and supervision has begun to be adjusted to progress. In the field of education supervision there are still obstacles and this can be overcome by utilizing an online-based supervision program. This research is a descriptive qualitative research with data collection techniques in the form of observation, documentation and interviews. This research was conducted at MAN 1 Musi Banyuasin. The results of this study indicate the supervisory competence of madrasah principals in monitoring the implementation of online learning in a covid-19 pandemic situation.

Abstract

Pada artikel ini, Peneliti mencoba untuk melihat karakter desain berbasis instruksional SMA Negeri 2 Banyuasin III di Komunitas Ekonomi ASEAN. Indonesia adalah anggota ASEAN Economic Community, yang harus menyiapkan kualitas sumber daya manusia. Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri 2 Banyuasin III adalah institusi yang peduli terhadap pengembangan karakter dan karakter siswa. Dalam penelitian ini kami mengeksplorasi karakter desain berbasis instruksional SMA Negeri 2 Banyuasin III di Komunitas Ekonomi ASEAN. Dalam penelitian ini kami menggunakan kualitatif. Untuk mendapatkan data, kami menggunakan wawancara, observasi, studi dokumen dan triangulasi. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa sekolah tersebut menerapkan pengajaran agama dan sopan. Sekolah melakukan disiplin dalam semua kegiatan yang menciptakan guru dan administrator sebagai model. Mereka membudidayakan rasa hormat dalam hubungan harmoni sekolah. Mereka tumbuh dan mengembangkan pengajaran agama atas tingkah laku mereka. Mereka mengoptimalkan instruksi secara efektif, dan mencegah waktu luang instruksi. Mereka menerapkan evaluasi formatif dan sumatif secara konsisten dan berkesinambungan. Mereka mengoptimalkan implementasi program peningkatan dan pengayaan. Mereka memotivasi dan membantu siswa dalam memahami kompetensi melalui unit konseling. Mereka mengoptimalkan pembinaan makalah ilmiah. Mereka mengoptimalkan pembinaan minat teknologi informasi.
