Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan buku Lembar Kerja Anak berbasis kearifan lokal Sumatera Selatan khususnya di Kota Palembang di PAUD Arrayyan Palembang Tahun Pelajaran 2021/2022. Subjek penelitiannya anak-anak kelompok B di PAUD Arrayyan Palembang yang berjumlah 14 anak yang terdiri dari 9 anak laki-laki dan 5 anak perempuan yang berada pada rentang usia 5-6 tahun. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian dan pengembangan atau penelitian R&D (Research and Development) Borg and Gall sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan observasi, kuesioner, wawancara. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis kualitatif dan kuantitafif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengembangan lembar kerja anak tentang pembelajaran berbasis kearifan lokal dalam mengenal nilai-nilai kearifan lokal Sumatera Selatan menggunakan model Research and Development Sugiyono dengan serangkaian uji validitas dinyatakan valid untuk menumbuhkan pengetahuan tentang pembelajaran berbasis kearifan lokal dalam mengenal nilai-nilai kearifan lokal Sumatera Selatan pada PAUD SPS Arayyan Palembang dan pengembangan lembar kerja anak tentang pembelajaran berbasis kearifan lokal dalam mengenal nilai-nilai kearifan lokal Sumatera Selatan telah di uji coba lapangan kepada anak-anak kelompok B PAUD SPS Arrayyan Palembang dan dinyatakan sangat layak untuk digunakan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Bagaimana Meningkatkan Kemampuan Sosial Melalui Pembelajaran Berbasis Alam Pada Kelompok B Di RA Darul Ulum Palembang, adapun alamat sekolah tersebut yaitu di Jalan KH Wahid Hasyim Lorong Syailendra RT 04 Kelurahan 1 ULU Kecamatan Seberang Ulu I Kota Palembang Provinsi Sumatera Selatan. Adapun subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah anak anak RA Darul Ulum Palembang usia 5-6 tahun, yakni 14 anak yang terdiri dari 6 anak perempuan dan 8 anak laki-laki. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan kualitatif dengan model penelitian tindakan menurut Kemmis and Taggart yang berfokus pada kemampuan sosial anak. Hasil penelitian yaitu rata-rata tingkat capaian perkembangan kemampuan sosial anak kelompok B dari pra siklus ke siklus I dan ke siklus II yaitu bahwa pada pra siklus skor sebesar 22,71 pada kategori belum berkembang, lalu pada siklus I dengan skor sebesar 34,29 dengan kategori mulai berkembang mengalami peningkatan sebesar 11,58 sedangkan pada siklus II dengan skor sebesar 47,36 dengan kategori berkembang sesuai harapan hal ini menunjukkan bahwa siklus II mengalami peningkatan sebesar 13,07, sehingga disimpulkan pada akhir siklus II, penelitian dikatakan berhasil karena kriteria keberhasilan sudah tercapai sesuai kesepakatan peneliti bersama kolabolator.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the existence of disciplinary violations committed by teachers and students at SMA Negeri 16 OKU. This happens because there are still obstacles that hinder the process of implementing the value of discipline in increasing teacher and student compliance with the rules of law in SMA Negeri 16 OKU. This study aims to determine the implementation of school discipline in improving the discipline of teachers and students in SMA Negeri 16 OKU. This research uses descriptive methods and qualitative approaches. Data collection techniques in this study include: interviews, observation and documentation. Research Results Broadly speaking, the existing regulations are able to make teachers and students at SMA Negeri 16 OKU become more disciplined. For example, for students who are late, SMA Negeri 16 OKU requires students to ask for a permit from the picket teacher. Many high school students (SMA) are not disciplined. This is a consequence of adolescence, where students violate applicable norms, such as: rampant student brawls, truant students, criminal acts, and drug and drug abuse. However, if this educational institution is properly managed and organized in such a way, especially in consistently applying school rules to students, it will create an educational situation or climate that is conducive to disciplined personal development of students.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Improvement of Fine Art Skills by Using 3M Activities (Drawing, Tear, Sticking) Children in Group A Thia Ananda Play Group. The research location was carried out at the Thia Ananda Play Group, which is located at Jalan Cendana 2 Lorong Asabri 2 RT 22 RW 04 Sambirejo Village, Mariana Village, Banyuasin I District, Banyuasin Regency. The subjects in this study were the children of the Thia Ananda Play Group, namely group A, namely out of 10 children divided into 6 girls and 4 boys. The research uses quantitative and qualitative methods with an action research model according to Kemmis and Taggart which focuses on children's visual arts abilities.The results of the study were an increase in the average level of achievement in the development of children's art skills in group A from the pre-cycle to cycle I and to cycle II, namely that in the pre-cycle the score was 18.8 in the undeveloped category, then in cycle I with a score of 29, 2 with the starting to develop category experienced an increase of 10.4 while in cycle II with a score of 41.8 with the developing category according to expectations this shows that cycle II experienced an increase of 12.6, so it was concluded at the end of cycle II, the research was said to be successful because the success criteria have been achieved according to the agreement of the researcher and the collaborator.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the project method can increase the creativity of group B children at TK IT Bintang Fajar Palembang. The location of the research was carried out at TK IT Bintang Fajar Palembang, while the school's address is at Jalan Tegal Binangun Komp Asy Syifa, Plaju Darat Village, Plaju District, Palembang City, South Sumatra Province. The subjects in this study were children of IT Bintang Fajar Palembang Kindergarten aged 5-6 years, namely 12 children consisting of 4 girls and 8 boys. The research uses quantitative and qualitative methods with an action research model according to Kemmis and Taggart which focuses on children's creativity. The results of the study were an increase in the average level of achievement of the development of group B children's creativity from pre-cycle to cycle I and to cycle II, namely that in the pre-cycle the score was 18.92 in the undeveloped category, then in cycle I with a score of 29.5 with the category that started to develop increased by 10.58 while in cycle II with a score of 41.25 with the developing category according to expectations this indicated that cycle II had an increase of 11.75, so it was concluded at the end of cycle II, the research was said to be successful because the success criteria has been reached according to the agreement of the researcher and the collaborator.

Abstract

This research is to determine the influence of work culture and work motivation on teacher performance. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, documentation studies and distributing questionnaires. The validity test uses construct validity, while the reliability test uses Cronbach's Alpha. The results of this research are: 1) There is a significant influence between work culture and teacher performance at SMA Negeri 1 Lempuing, Lempuing District, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency. The t value = 3.239 is greater than the t table value of 1.671, this shows that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that partially the work culture variable has a significant influence on teacher performance at SMA Negeri 1 Lempuing, Lempuing District, OKI Regency; 2) There is a significant influence between work motivation (X2) and teacher performance (Y) at SMA Negeri 1 Lempuing, Lempuing District, OKI Regency. The results of the t test calculation show that; The t value = 3.290 is greater than the t table value of 1.671 with a significance level = 0.002 < (α) 0.05, the t table value is 1.671), this shows that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted which means that partially the work motivation variable (X2) has a significant influence significant to the performance of teachers (Y) of SMA Negeri 1 Lempuing, Lempuing District, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine character education-based curriculum management in schools. The approach employed is a qualitative. Data gathering methods include interviews, documentation, observation, and a review of the literature. Data analysis was descriptive qualitative, using Miles and Huberman's theory, including data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. According to the findings, curriculum management that focuses on accomplishment in line with student’s character development may be carried out thoroughly and has an influence on the development of students' emotive, cognitive, and psychomotor elements. Curriculum management based on practice-based character education and habituation can provide educational institutions with a new option for executing educational activities.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the strategic management of building the image of favorite schools in senior high schools. The study employs qualitative methods. Data collection methods include interviews, documentation, observation, and a review of the literature. The descriptive qualitative analysis was used to analyze the data. According to the findings, the strategy for State Senior High Schools was to improve school quality, which included the quality of learning, the quality of school output, the participation of school members and the community, the quality of teachers, and the quality of school infrastructure. The challenge in implementing the strategy to improve the quality of learning that can always keep up with changes is the strategy to improve the image of favorite public schools. As a result, schools must continue to make efforts to increase teacher’s competency and capacity building activities through education and training, workshops, socialization, and training. Management strategy to build the image of a favorite high school that focuses on school output quality has a high public interest impact.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to find out whether educational games based on power point can affect the reading ability of group B children in Kindergarten Telkom 2 Palembang. Research using a quantitative approach to the experimental method. The type of design used is the One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design which was carried out for 8 meetings, 1 time pretest, 6 times treatment, 1 time posttest. The subjects in this study were the children of group B TK Telkom 2 Palembang, totaling 10 children. The results of the study after being given treatment using educational games based on power point showed that the average score during the pretest was 21.50 and the posttest was 38.70, meaning that the average posttest score was greater. Based on data analysis using the SPSS version 26 program with paired samples t-test, the result is a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05 so that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. So it can be concluded that educational games based on power point affect the reading ability of group B children at TK Telkom 2 Palembang. reading skills, power point based, educational games

Abstract

This study aims to analyze how fine motoric skills can be developed in children using loose part media. The research method used in this study is an experimental technique, namely a strategy to determine whether a variable has an influence on other variables or there is a causal relationship between two variables. Collecting data in this research uses 3 techniques, namely observation, testing, and documentation. Data analysis used regularity test and homogeneity test. Based on research that has been conducted at PAUD Taam An Nuur to develop children's fine motoric skills by using loose part media in learning process activities. Because through this research it can be proven that there is an effect of using loose part media on fine motoric skills in group B children at PAUD Taam An Nuur. This can be seen from the initial state of the pretest which obtained an average value of 54.539 after being given the treatment the final posttest results showed an average value of 88.778.Thus, it can be seen that the posttest average value is greater than the pretest average value of 88.778 ≥ 54.539. Furthermore, the results of the calculation of the t-test hypothesis testing obtained Sig. (1-tailed) = 0.000 < α 0.05, means that Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. In this way it can be concluded that this study has the effect of loose part media on fine motor development in group B children at PAUD Taam An Nuur.
