Abstract

This study attempts to evaluate the performance of certification competence described vocational students through certification institute profesi-p1 program computer engineering expertise and tissues at south sumatra .This study in a qualitative descriptive with those cases .Data collection techniques used in this research was the questionnaire , interview , and use a method of triangulation dokumentasi.teknik data analysis and collect information or data from various sources to check the truth of the data .The results of the study conclude that so it can be seen that the purpose of the vocational school vocational certification in 1 penukal with objectives set the national profession certificates show category in accordance with the percentage of 75 % Sedangkan to state 1 indralaya south objectives set the national profession certificatesshow category in accordance with the percentage of only 72 %..

Abstract

This study attempts to describe the evaluation of the implementation of online learning when pendemi covid-19 in elementary school, rantau panjang sub-district, ogan ilir district with cipp model. This study using a qualitative methodology descriptive. case with the approach. The data collection techniques used in this research is a questionnaire, interview and documentation. The data analysis using a method of triangulation and obtain information or data from various sources to verify the data. The research results be concluded that the implementation of online learning when pendemi covid-19 in elementary school, rantau panjang sub-district, ogan ilir district with a model cipp was going pretty good.

Abstract

The main problem facing education today is the quality of human resources are low and not willing follow the progress of science and technology in the era of globalization, where competition quality to be something very urgent met by the school, then you need to do is improve the quality of human resources, both from the aspect of intellectual, spiritual, creativity, morality, and responsibility. This study aims to determines how the principal strategy in improving the competence of teachers in terms of pedagogical, professional, personal and social. Effort headmaster to the make-up of professional interest of teacher can support the attainment of education target at school. This research uses the descriptive method with the approach qualitative. Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze the effect of three variables which include the influence of the principal's leadership style and job satisfaction on teacher performance. This research is a type of quantitative research. The population in this study amounted to 90 people who came from a number of public elementary schools in the District of Sosoh Buay Rayap. The data collection techniques used were questionnaires, observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used inferential statistics which included normality, homogeneity, linearity, simple linear correlation test, multiple correlation test, T test, and f test. The results of this study are (1) principal leadership style has a positive effect on teacher job satisfaction, (2) job satisfaction has a positive effect on teacher performance, and (3) principal leadership style and job satisfaction simultaneously have a positive effect on teacher performance.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of leadership and school culture on teacher performance of junior high school in Sungai Pinang Subdistrict, Ogan Ilir Regency. The sample was 54 teachers of State SMP. This type of research is quantitative research. While the research method used is a descriptive quantitative method. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, observations and documentation. While data analysis techniques using t test and F test. The results of this reaserch can be concluded that there is an influence of leadership and school culture on the performance of public junior high school teachers in Sungai Pinang Subdistrict Ogan Ilir both partially and simultaneously

Abstract

Penelitian kualitatif ini menginvesitigasi manajemen hubungan sekolah dengan orang tua siswa dalam upaya peningkatan kualitas sekolah. Informan penelitian ini meliputi Kepala Sekolah, guru, Wakil Humas, dan orang tua siswa, dengan instumen penelitian dokumentasi, wawancara, dan observasi. Hasil yang dicapai dalam penelitian ini hubungan sekolah dengan orang tua siswa adalah mendukung peningkatan kualitas belajar siswa kualitas lulusan sekolah, dan kualitas pertumbuhan dan perkembangan peserta didik

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan motivasi kerja guru terhadap prestasi belajar siswa SMP di Kecamatan Prabumulih Utara Kota Prabumulih. Populasi penelitian ini adalah guru dan siswa SMP di Kecamatan Prabumulih Utara Kota Prabumulih sebanyak 129 orang, yang dipergunakan untuk sampel penelitian sebanyak 65 guru dan siswa. Data dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner menggunakan skala likert, dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik korelasi dan regresi dengan menggunakan program SPSS versi 26.0 dan manual. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah 1) Kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar siswa; 2) Motivasi kerja guru terhadap berpengaruhb secara positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar siswa; 3) Terdapat pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan motivasi kerja guru secara bersama-sama terhadap prestasi belajar siswa.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi dan motivasi kerja secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja guru Sekolah Dasar di Kecamatan Kalidoni, Kota Palembang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua tenaga pendidik di Sekolah Dasar di Kecamatan Kalidoni, Kota Palembang, dengan total guru adalah 390 orang. Berdasarkan perhitungan yang telah dilakukan, maka ukuran sampel pada penilitian ini adalah 79,6 atau dibulatkan menjadi 80 orang sekitar 41% dari jumlah total guru di Sekolah Dasar di Kecamatan Kalidoni, Kota Palembang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi, kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Analisis Koefisien Determinasi, Uji T (Parsial), Uji F (Simultan). Hasil penelitian ini adalah (1) ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja gurusebesar 0,874. (2) ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja gurusebesar 0,819. (3) ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan budaya organisasi dan motivasi kerja secara simultan terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 0,908.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan mendeskripsikan (1) Pengaruh lingkungan sekolah terhadap profesionalisme guru; (2) Pengaruh motivasi kerja guru terhadap profesionalisme guru; dan (3) Pengaruh lingkungan sekolah dan motivasi kerja guru secara bersama-sama terhadap profesionalisme guru. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMK Negeri 8 Palembang dengan responden 86 Guru. Teknik pengumpulan data mengunakan angket dan dokumentasi.Uji validitas menggunakan Validitas Konstruksi dan Analisis Faktor, sedangkan uji reliabilitas menggunakan Cronbachh”s Alpha. Uji prasyarat menggunakan uji normalitas, uji linieritas, uji multikolinieritas dan uji heteroskedastisitas serta data dianalisis menggunakan teknik regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara lingkungan sekolah terhadap profesionalisme guru. Hal ini ditunjukkan oleh nilai thitung (4,483) ≥ttabel (2,00) (2) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara motivasi kerja guru terhadap profesionalisme guru. Hal ini ditunjukkan oleh nilai thitung (6,730) ≥ttabel (2,00) (3) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara lingkungan sekolah dan motivasi kerja guru terhadap profesionalisme guru. Hal ini yang ditunjukkan oleh nilai fhitung (108,054) ≥ ftabel (3,11).
