Abstract

Keputusan untuk melakukan pembelian merupakan sesuatu yang harus dilakukan konsumen ketika ingin memenuhi kebutuhannya sehari-hari. Oleh sebab itu, perusahaan harus benar-benar memperhatikan berbagai faktor guna menarik konsumen untuk membeli produk mereka. Dengan demikian perusahaan harus mengadakan perubahan dan peningkatan dalam kualitas produk, harga dan memperkenalkan produk melalui promosi, sehingga berpengaruh terhadap keputusan konsumen untuk membeli. Metode penelitian dilakukan dengan metode survei dengan deskreiptif kuantitatif. Pengumpulan sampel menggunakan teknik random samping dan data yang dikumpulkan melalui kusesioner yang disebar kepada 140 responden. Data yang sudah terkumpul dianalisa menggunakan SPSS versi 23, dan analisa data mengunakan regresi liner berganda untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh kualitas produk, harga dan promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian pada marketplace Shopee. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini adalah 1) Secara parsial, terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan kualitas produk berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian pada marketplace aplikasi Shopee. 2) Secara parsial, terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan harga terhadap keputusan pembelian pada marketplace aplikasi Shopee. 3) Secara parsial, terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian pada marketplace aplikasi Shopee. 4) Secara simultan, terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan kualitas produk, harga dan promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian pada marketplace aplikasi Shopee dengan besaran pengaruh 47,6%. Sisanya sebesar 52,4% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain-lain.Kata Kunci : Kualitas produk, Harga, Promosi, Keputusan Pembelian

Abstract

For a long time, teachers are being burdened with their abundance of never-ending workload that could cause exhaustion. One of those workloads that is necessary for teachers to do is lesson plan. With the recent development in AI tools technology, it promised to be capable in easing the teacher’s burden creating lesson plans, albeit the teachers are willing to implement it. Hence, this study aims to find an EFL teacher’s perspective on utilizing AI tools in their lesson plan. By using Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), This preliminary study utilized a purposive sample of 20 EFL teachers at UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta. While the sample size is modest, it serves as an exploratory pilot to identify immediate trends in teacher attitudes during the rapid introduction of AI tools in the 2024/2025 academic year. The findings provide a foundational baseline for future large-scale longitudinal research on AI adoption in Indonesian secondary schools. The study findings indicate that teachers agree that AI tools are useful (M=3.32), easy to use (M=3.44), exhibit positive attitude (M=3.40), and strong behavioral intention towards using (M=3.30). The findings of this study hopefully contribute to a better perspective of implementing AI tools in EFL teacher’s lesson plan and convince other teachers to perceive a similar acceptance. Furthermore, the insight also provides a useful reference for future research that wants to develop their research in this certain topic.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the concept of Muslim women's clothing in Wahbah Az-Zuhaili's Tafsir al-Munir, as well as its relevance in contemporary life. Muslim women's clothing in Islam not only serves to cover the aurat, but also reflects religious identity and piety. The method used in this study is a qualitative approach with a literature review, analyzing  Tafsir  al-Munir and  related Quranic verses on Muslim women's clothing. The results of the study show that Tafsir al-Munir emphasizes the importance of loose, non-transparent, and non-tight clothing to maintain modesty and honor for women, as well as to protect them from slander and sexual violence. This tafsir also combines the tafsir bi al-ra'yi and bi al-riwayah approaches to provide an applicable interpretation of modern challenges, including the influence of globalization and fashion trends. This study also shows that Muslim women face significant challenges in applying clothing that is in accordance with sharia, namely the influence of foreign cultures, global fashion, and social pressure. The concept of Muslim women's clothing in Tafsir al-Munir is highly relevant to the lives of modern Muslim women, emphasizing the importance of wearing clothing that complies with Islamic law to protect one's honor and maintain Islamic identity. This research contributes to offering a relevant contextual interpretive approach to address the objectification of women through the strengthening of identity and protection through Muslim women's dress ethics.

Abstract

Objective: This study examines teachers' digital competence in the technological era, its relevance to professional and educational contexts, and implications for educational development. Method: This research adopts a phenomenological approach to investigate and articulate the lived experiences of teachers regarding their digital competence in the era of technology. Result: The findings highlight four key dimensions of digital competence: (1) technological awareness, emphasizing the importance of technology in modern learning; (2) technical skills, encompassing mastery of digital tools and platforms; (3) digital collaboration, where informal learning enhances mutual support among teachers; and (4) adaptability, reflecting the ability to embrace new technologies. Novelty: A key novel finding is the critical role of informal learning in the workplace, which significantly contributes to enhancing teachers' digital competence. Effective strategies include continuous learning with mentorship, social support from colleagues and family, and leveraging digital media as a learning resource. Best practices such as workplace collaboration and family-supported learning foster holistic digital literacy development. Intrinsic motivation also drives successful technology adoption. This study recommends a holistic approach to developing teachers' digital competence through ongoing training, social support systems, and integrated technology use. Strengthening digital competencies promotes workforce readiness, enhances teaching quality, and improves student learning outcomes. In the context of Education 4.0, this development is pivotal for educational transformation and preparing the younger generation to thrive in the digital era.

Abstract

Pada era modernisasi seperti saat ini, teknologi telah menghasilkan berbagai perangkat yang tidak hanya memudahkan aktivitas manusia, tetapi juga menggantikan peran penting dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Teknologi telah menjadi bagian yang tidak terpisahkan dari kehidupan kita. Studi literatur dan pengumpulan informasi yang terkait dengan permasalahan yang akan diteliti. Peneliti melakukan analisis kebutuhan, merumuskan tujuan implementasi perangkat keras yaitu modul finerprint, buzzer, adaptor 12v, kabel jumper, LCD 16X2, yang kemudian dipasang pada panel box listrik. Sistem keamanan diimplementasikan menggunakan sidik jari berbasis Arduino Uno, dimana sidik jari digunakan sebagai input. Hal ini bertujuan untuk mengurangi tingkat kehilangan atau tertukarnya barang atau dokumen berharga, karena hanya sedikit pengguna yang memiliki akses untuk membuka sistem. Output yang dihasilkan sistem ini berupa gerakan solenoid kunci pintu, buzzer dan LCD sebagai informasi ketika sidik jari yang menempel pada sensor finerprint terbaca, pengguna lebih memahami perkembangan teknologi keamanan box panel saat ini.

Abstract

The improvement of thesis supervision service quality in higher education is a crucial aspect in supporting the smooth progression of studies and the academic success of students. This study aims to explore students’ perceptions of the quality of thesis supervision services at the Faculty of Education, , focusing on five SERVQUAL dimensions: Tangibles, Reliability, Responsiveness , Assurance, and Empathy. A descriptive quantitative approach was employed using a survey method. The instrument was a closed-ended questionnaire based on a 10-point semantic differential scale, consisting of 34 statement items, and was distributed online to 327 students. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics through frequency and percentage distribution. The findings indicate that, in general, students’ perceptions fall into the “very good” category across most service dimensions. The Tangibles dimension was rated as very good, reflecting the availability of adequate supervision rooms, comprehensive thesis guidelines, and the effective use of digital communication media. The Reliability dimension also received a very good evaluation, indicating the consistency and accuracy of supervisors in performing their supervisory duties. The Responsiveness dimension was rated as good, suggesting that supervisors were reasonably responsive in providing feedback and allocating time for students. The Assurance dimension received the highest score within the very good category, demonstrating students’ strong trust in their supervisors’ competence, integrity, and professionalism. Meanwhile, the Empathy dimension was also rated as very good, reflecting the care, concern, and ability of supervisors to understand students’ individual conditions. Overall, the results indicate that the thesis supervision services have met students’ expectations, although some aspects, particularly within the Responsiveness dimension, still require improvement.

Abstract

Penyandang tunanetra atau penyandang disabilitas penglihatan menyulitkan mereka untuk melakukan aktivitas seharihari, termasuk berjalan. Untuk meningkatkan kemandirian dan mobilitas mereka, alat bantu jalan telah dikembangkan dengan berbagai teknologi, salah satunya menggunakan mikrokontroler. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan sistem alat bantu jalan berbasis mikrokontroler guna meningkatkan kinerja dan keandalan alat tersebut. Pengembangan yang dilakukan adalah merancang sistem alat bantu jalan, yaitu tongkat berbasis mikrokontroler, untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pengguna, mengamati cara kerja mikrokontroler sebagai perangkat masukan dan keluaran, mengimplementasikan algoritma pemrosesan data sensor, serta melakukan pengujian dan evaluasi kinerja alat bantu yang telah dikembangkan. Algoritma pemrosesan data sensor digunakan untuk mendeteksi dan memberikan umpan balik kepada pengguna terkait rintangan di sekitar mereka. Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan mikrokontroler sebagai basis sistem alat bantu jalan bagi tuna netra dapat meningkatkan responsivitas dan akurasi deteksi rintangan. Penggunaan teknologi sensor yang tepat dan algoritma pemrosesan data yang efisien dapat meningkatkan kinerja alat bantu jalan dalam membantu penyandang tuna netra berjalan lebih aman dan nyaman. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat berkontribusi pada pengembangan teknologi alat bantu jalan bagi penyandang tuna netra, sekaligus menjadi dasar bagi penelitian lebih lanjut dalam mengoptimalkan sistem dengan mempertimbangkan faktor-faktor seperti daya tahan baterai, ukuran, dan ketersediaan komponen yang murah dan mudah diperoleh

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the implementation of real-life experience-based mathematics learning can have an impact on improving the learning abilities of children at Penato'i Kindergarten 08 in Bima City. This study uses a qualitative method involving a field research approach. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation, while data analysis used the stages developed by Miles and Huberman. The results showed that teachers designed mathematics learning activities related to children's daily experiences, such as counting objects around them, grouping colours and shapes, and measuring length using simple tools. These real-life activities made children more active, enthusiastic, and able to understand mathematical concepts more easily in concrete terms. In addition to improving cognitive understanding, learning based on real-life experiences also had a positive impact on children's creative and social development, such as increased self-confidence, ability to work together, and independence in learning.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation strategy of School-Based Management (SBM/MBS) in improving the quality of learning at UPTD SDN 54 Dualimpoe, Wajo Regency. SBM provides autonomy for schools to manage resources independently and participatively. This research employs a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results indicate that the implementation of SBM at UPTD SDN 54 Dualimpoe has been well-executed, covering curriculum management, student affairs, teacher professionalism development, and systematic, transparent financial management. The relationship between the school and the community is harmoniously maintained through socialization and active stakeholder participation. The main supporting factors are teacher discipline, democratic decision-making principles, and the commitment of educators. However, identified barriers include limited understanding of the SBM concept among some educators and central policy interventions that restrict school flexibility. The conclusion affirms that SBM contributes significantly to school program effectiveness and improved learning quality through managerial autonomy.
