Abstract

This research aims to find out: (1) the urgency of religious literature on religious understanding’s development; (2) potential radicalism presented in religious education books both in schools and madaris (3) countermeasure of potential radicalism through evaluating religious education books assessed by the Ministry of Religious Affairs (MORA). The study uses a qualitative descriptive approach with interviews, observation, and documentation studies as the data-gathering tool. In data analysis, researcher uses interactive model involving data reduction, data serving, data display, and conclusion drawing/verifiying. The research findings yield the evaluation policy in the books emerges various cases of religious textbooks, while the various researches and developments findings relate to educational textbooks. Other findings responsed to the law implementation number 3 year 2017 about book matters’ system, Government Regulation number 75 year 2019 on Law Enforcement Regulation, and Minister of Religious Affairs Regulation number 9 year 2018 about religious books evaluation. Quick, precise, and accurate innovation on the evaluation is highly recommended, and technology as well as application is way to solve the problems. Hence, the regulation about religious education book should be immediately issued.  It is also required (special) institutions whose duties and functions are specific to writing, evaluation, and publication in terms of religious educational books (at least equivalent to the first echelon). MORA is expected to charge the issuer openly and transparently as a form of public service with measurable SOP and targets, so that all community guidances of religions could create their respective guidelines on writing and publication.Keywords: radicalism; evaluation; religious education book; MORA

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh Kecerdasan Emosional, Kepuasan Kerja dan komitmen organisasi terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behaviors (OCB). metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode kuantitatif. Adapun populasi pada penelitian sebanyak 112 karyawan, PMI Kota Semarang. Penentuan jumlah sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling yaitu dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Quota Sampling sehingga diperoleh 112 karyawan sebagai sampel penelitian. Metode analisis yang digunakan yaitu metode analsisi regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwasecara bersamaan kecerdasan emosional, kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi secara positif dan signifikan mempengaruhi OCB karyawan.

Abstract

Quranic learning should ideally use a learning method that has certain guidelines and is carried out consistently. However, in certain cases a Quranic teacher faces special conditions and requires different treatment. The study groups that are handled have characteristics that vary between groups and internally the Quranic study group is very open to the possibility of being heterogeneous. However, currently in a place or group studying the Qur'an only uses one learning method so that it cannot provide opportunities for students to choose a learning method that suits their learning style. The purpose of this study is to analyze existing Quranic learning methods, provide recommendations to students for learning methods that are in accordance with their learning styles, streamline Quranic learning based on personalized learning. The method used in this study is Design Thinking Proccess. Based on the development research procedures that have been presented, there are 5 procedural steps of research based on design thinking. This research is very important to do considering that studying the Qur'an well is a priority for Muslims as a guide for living in the world.

Abstract

Akreditasi sekolah menjadi suatu hal yang urgen bagi SMP Darul Faqih Indonesia apalagi setelah 3 tahun berdiri. Hasil akreditasi yang baik bisa memunculkan legacy dan citra baik seiring dengan peningkatan standar dan kualitas pembelajaran Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untuk pelatihan dan pendampingan penyusunan borang akreditasi standar mutu proses pembelajaran.kepada mitra dalam menghadapi akreditasi perdana. Metode kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dalam 5 fase, yaitu: observasi persiapan penyusunan borang standar mutu proses pembelajaran; pemetaan, review, dan analisis SWOT potensi yang ada; pendampingan terhadap mitra dalam penyusunan borang akreditasi; pendampingan visitasi dan asesmen lapangan akreditasi sekolah; dan workshop peningkatan standar mutu proses pembelajaran pasca visitasi lapangan. Hasil pengabdian ini adalah SMP Darul Faqih Indonesia mampu meraih akreditasi perdana dengan predikat A (Unggul) dengan nilai 93. Dampak dari hasil akreditasi ini adalah kepercayaan masyarakat meningkat kepada potensi lembaga pendidikan baru yang meraih akreditasi unggul.

Abstract

To design and develop a web-based car rental management application for the case study of Zalfa Rent Car writer uses the Extreme Programming (XP) method. The main objective of this research is to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the car rental management process within the company. The first step in this research is to analyze the needs at Zalfa Rent Car related to car rental management. Next, application development begins using the XP cycle. After development is complete, final testing is carried out to verify that the application has met the needs and requirements that have been needed. The test results will be evaluated to identify deficiencies and make the necessary improvements. It is hoped that the results of this research will produce a web-based car rental management application that is efficient, reliable, and in accordance with the needs of Zalfa Rent Car. This research also contributes to an understanding of the application of the Extreme Programming method in developing web-based software for the car rental industry. Abstract

Literacy and scientific writing skills are still limited among teachers and students at Ponpes Mambaush Sholihin. One of the causes is a lack of understanding of the rules of scientific writing. Difficulty in expressing thoughts in writing also poses a challenge. This article is the result of a service project aimed at enhancing literacy and scientific writing at Ponpes Mambaush Sholihin Gresik through the Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach. The findings of the project indicate that literacy and scientific writing skills are still limited among teachers and students. Lack of understanding of writing rules and difficulty in expressing thoughts are the main challenges. Through the PAR approach, the project provided training to teachers and students, involving stages of preparation, implementation, mentoring, and evaluation. The results showed an improvement in understanding the rules and techniques of scientific writing. The PAR approach serves as a solution to build awareness and enhance scientific writing skills at Ponpes Mambaush Sholihin Gresik. The project's findings also emphasize the importance of literacy and scientific writing in academic development and teaching, as well as expanding the benefits of research findings through publication

Abstract

The development of the hospitality business in Yogyakarta has grown every year. This creates business competition in the hospitality industry which requires business people to make strategies to be able to compete with other competitors. Seeing the potential that Yogyakarta has as a tourism city, Gadjah Mada University (UGM) also takes part in this matter, through the Gadjah Mada University Club Hotel (UC Hotel UGM) which has MICE (Meeting, Incentive, Conference, and Exhibition) which is so strategically located in the center of Yogyakarta and is in the middle of UGM campus. This makes UC Hotel UGM need to set a strategy to be able to compete in the surrounding hotel business market in order to attract customer loyalty. This research aims to find out how Customer Relationship Management (CRM) at UC Hotel UGM builds customer loyalty. This study uses descriptive qualitative research methods using interview, observation and document data collection techniques. The results of the study show that eight elements of CRM can help hotels build relationships with customers, increase customer loyalty, and build a better hotel reputation. However, to maintain customer loyalty at UC Hotel UGM Yogyakarta, it is advisable to implement CRM consistently and always evaluate regularly and continuously to create a sense of satisfaction for the customer himself in order to build customer loyalty. CRM activities that have been carried out by UC Hotel UGM have been running well, which can be seen from customers who feel customer relations activities while at UC Hotel UGM and positive reviews through google maps.

Abstract

Munculnya era baru yaitu era industri 4.0 menjadi tantangan dan peluang dalam segala aspek kehidupan dan termasuk di dalamnya yaitu dunia pendidikan. Saat ini buku yang terbesar peredarannya masih didominasi oleh buku cetak, hal ini tentu menjadi peluang untuk memunculkan buku non cetak sebagai solusi menghadai era revolusi industri 4.0. Salah satu buku non cetak yang bisa dibuat yaitu bahan cetak berbasis aplikasi Android. Matakuliah Tarkib Mukatstsaf Ibtida’i merupakan matakuliah wajib yang harus ditempuh oleh mahasiswa Jurusan Sastra Arab Fakultas Sastra Universitas Negeri Malang (JSA FS UM). Seiring munculnya era revolusi industri 4.0 perlu adanya terobosan baru dalam matakuliah ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendesain dan mengembangkan bahan ajar Tarkib Mukatstsaf Ibtida’i berbasis Android bagi mahasiswa JSA FS UM. Hasil dari penelitian ini dalam pengembangan bahan ajar Tarkib Mukatstsaf Ibtida’i berbasis Android yang perlu dilakukan adalah menganalisis Rencana Perkuliahan Semester (RPS), merumuskan tujuan pembelajaran setiap materi bahan ajar yang akan dikembangkan, mendesain bahan ajar, mengembangkan bahan ajar dalam Ms Word, dan mengembangan bahan ajar yang berupa Ms Word ke dalam aplikasi Android. Ada 14 materi yang dikembangkan. Isi setiap materi terdiri atas tema, tujuan pembelajaran, materi pembelajaran, dan soal-soal latihan.

Abstract

Tutoring is an informal activity that aims to help students to be able to solve problems of learning difficulties at school or additional learning that is tailored to the needs of students carried out by an institution/individual. Tutoring is also considered very effective because teachers in tutoring will pay attention to students' understanding and development of the subjects that have been studied. In this service, we will conduct tutoring in Sumberagung Village. This community service activity aims to help the learning process of elementary and junior high school students who have problems completing schoolwork or others. The result of this training is that the elementary and junior high school students will be skilled and accustomed to solving problems that are considered problematic in each task independently. Another result is that to introduce the potential in Sumberagung Village; it is necessary to have a media that can document the village's potential. To overcome these problems, a village profile video in this community service activity will be made, which includes the potential of the village in Sumberagung Village. The video shows the potential in Sumberagung Village, including batik, coffee and milk.

Abstract

Teaching Qur’anic Arabic is often overlooked in programs for Qur’an memorization, even though it is essential for students to memorize and comprehend the divine message in its original language. Teaching Qur’anic Arabic has faced challenges in the digital era in many pesantren. They have faced numerous problems in media usage and teaching methods, especially for teachers who are teaching students specializing in Qur’an memorization. This community service programs aim to provide Metacognitive Memorizing Model Training to strengthen understanding of Qur’anic Arabic for Qur’anic memorizers based on Chunking Digital Materials. This community service activity was conducted at Pondok Pesantren Tahfizul Qur’an Al-Mu’anawiyah, Sambisari, Ceweng, Diwek, Jombang. This service activity was carried out in 5 phases, namely: (1) socialization of activities to partners; (2) assessment of technological pedagogical content knowledge (TPACK); (3) Focus Group Discussion (FGD) between the service team and the head of the foundation and pesantren administrators; (4) training in the application of the Metacognitive Memorizing Model to strengthen understanding of Qur’anic Arabic; and (5) mentoring. The results of this activity are that the community service team has developed Moodle-based e-learning for interactive Arabic language learning, written a book entitled ‘E-Learning Arabic Language Learning,’ and researched and published work related to Arabic Language Learning innovations. The level of technology readiness for the community service is at level 4, which is the application of the use, development, and application of technology in society. The result of this training activity is that the students of Al-Qur’an memorization have high enthusiasm for learning Arabic and can apply the Qur’anic Arabic Comprehension of Chunking Digital Materials method.[Pengajaran Bahasa Arab Qur’ani sering terabaikan dalam program-program hafalan Al-Qur’an, padahal hal ini sangat penting bagi siswa/santri tidak hanya untuk menghafal tetapi juga memahami pesan Ilahi dalam bahasa asli, yakni bahasa Arab. Pengajaran bahasa Arab Qur’ani menghadapi tantangan dan kendala di banyak pesantren. Mereka menghadapi berbagai masalah dalam penggunaan media dan metode pengajaran, terutama bagi para guru dalam mengajar siswa yang focus dalam menghafal Al-Qur’an. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan Pelatihan Metacognitive Memorizing Model untuk penguatan pemahaman Bahasa Arab Qur’ani bagi penghafal Al-Qur’an berbasis Chunking Digital Materials. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan di Pondok Pesantren Tahfizul Qur'an Al-Mu'anawiyah, Sambisari, Ceweng, Diwek, Jombang. Keunggulan kegiatan ini adalah tim pengabdian telah mengembangkan e-learning berbasis moodle untuk pembelajaran Bahasa Arab interaktif dan menulis buku berjudul, “E-Learning Pembelajaran Bahasa Arab” serta meneliti dan memublikasikan karya terkait inovasi Pembelajaran Bahasa Arab (PBA). Tingkat Kesiapterapan Teknologi (TKT) pengabdian ini berada pada level 4, yaitu aplikasi penggunaan, pengembangan, dan penerapan teknologi di masyarakat. Hasil dari kegiatan pelatihan ini adalah santri penghafal Al-Qur'an memiliki antusias yang tinggi dalam belajar bahasa Arab dan mampu menerapkan pembelajaran bahasa Arab Qur'ani dengan media Chunking Digital Materials.]
