Abstract

Not bereft of the vision of 2030, Saudi Arabia reformed its Islamic family law, which resulted in the issuance of Niẓam al-Aḥwāl al-Syakhṣiyyah 1443 H. However, this modernization attempt is shadowed by the long-term preference for the established madhab. By focusing on the talaq issue, this article aims to investigate to what extent this Niẓam articulated with Hanbali madhab in managing divorce. As a normative study, data were collected by examining the primary resource, Niẓam al-Aḥwāl 1443. The result indicates that the positivization of divorce is primarily attributable to the Hanbali’s source of law. This (intra-doctrinal) positivization is intended to ensure legal certainty for the sake of this nation's modernization efforts. It affirms that the attempt in the private sector is in fact a manifestation of the 2030 political vision.[Tidak lepas dari visi 2030, Arab Saudi mereformasi hukum keluarga Islamnya, yang berujung pada keluarnya Niẓam al-Aḥwāl al-Syakhṣiyyah tahun 1443 H. Namun, upaya modernisasi ini terbayangi oleh preferensi jangka panjang terhadap madzhab yang telah mapan. Dengan berfokus pada masalah talak, artikel ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki sejauh mana Niẓam ini berkaitan dengan madzhab Hanbali dalam mengatur perceraian. Sebagai kajian normatif, data dikumpulkan dengan mengkaji sumber primer, Niẓam al-Aḥwāl 1443. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa positivisasi talak terutama disebabkan oleh sumber hukum Hanbali. Positivisasi (intradoktrinal) ini dimaksudkan untuk menjamin kepastian hukum demi upaya modernisasi bangsa ini. Ditegaskan bahwa upaya di sektor swasta sebenarnya merupakan perwujudan dari visi politik 2030.]

Abstract

Abstract: Language is a communication tool used by everyone to express their desires. Many languages exist in the world, one of which is Arabic. In Indonesia, Arabic is one of the subjects taught at the kindergarten (TK) level with students being introduced to Arabic vocabulary as it is the key language component in order for learners to be able to use the language. However, previous studies found that learning Arabic vocabularies is very challenging for so many people. For this underlying reason, the researcher initiated a breakthrough to develop an Arabic vocabulary application to improve the vocabulary mastery. This breakthrough is in the form of an Augmented Reality-based application with its development using ADDIE method. This research was carried out in class X MAN Kota Batu with the data collection instruments including expert validation instruments and student assessments with the help of a Likert scale. In its implementation, the results were very feasible in all aspects, which included aspects of content, language, and presentation as well as in the media aspect. In this case, the same results were obtained between experts and students. It can be concluded that the development of this Arabic Vocabulary application is necessary to help optimize the learning of Arabic. Keywords: Arabic language, vocabulary, augmented reality. Abstrak: Bahasa adalah alat komunikasi yang digunakan oleh setiap orang untuk mengungkapkan keinginannya. Ada banyak bahasa yang ada di dunia, salah satunya adalah bahasa Arab. Di Indonesia, bahasa Arab merupakan salah satu pelajaran yang sudah mulai diajarkan pada tingkat Taman Kanak-kanak (TK), siswa dikenalkan mengenai kosakata bahasa Arab. Kemahiran seseorang dalam berbahasa memerlukan peran kosakata. Namun tidak jarang penulis menemui, ketika belajar bahasa Arab, banyak orang mengalami kesulitan dalam hal kosakata. Atas dasar inilah, peneliti menggagas sebuah terobosan baru dalam upaya membuat konsep aplikasi Arabic Vocabulary dan meningkatkan penguasaan kosakata bahasa Arab. Terobosan ini berupa konsep aplikasi berbasis Augmented Reality dengan metode pengembangannya adalah ADDIE. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di kelas X MAN Kota Batu dengan instrumen pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah instrumen validasi ahli dan penilaian peserta didik dengan bantuan skala likert. Dalam implementasinya yang dilaksanakan di kelas X MAN Kota Batu didapatkan hasil sangat layak pada semua aspek, yang meliputi aspek isi, bahasa dan penyajian begitu juga pada aspek media didapatkan hasil yang sama pula antara para ahli dan peserta didik dalam implementasi aplikasi Arabic Vocabulary yang berbasis Augmented Reality. Dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa kebutuhan akan aplikasi Arabic Vocabulary ini dirasa perlu ketika belajar bahasa Arab. Kata kunci: bahasa Arab, kosakata, augmented reality

Abstract

Abstract: Deafness is a type of physical disorder that interferes with the auditory system, but is often followed by speech impairment, which is a disorder that occurs in speech. Both things can hinder the fluency of deaf people in processing language and speech, so it has an impact on learning activities to read and memorize. Therefore, special guidance is needed to improve reading fluency and memorization of deaf students. This problem was also found in SLB-B YPTB Malang City in memorizing the Qur'an. The purpose of this research is to develop and create learning media for reciting and memorizing juz 'amma which is specifically for deaf students, namely the SAHAL book: Simple and Simplify. The research method used is the ADDIE model or Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation. In addition, the research also goes through a material expert test, both the feasibility of the material, sign language, and media. The results obtained through the research method are the results of the preparation in the form of product logos and the book SAHAL: Simple and Simplify which are arranged into three main materials (introduction, guidelines for reading the Qur'an, and memorization) as well as the results of validation tests by experts in their fields. stated that this product is very feasible in terms of material, language, and media. The development of this learning media lies in the innovation of researchers who specialize in the book SAHAL: Simple and Simplify for deaf students to use at SLB-B YPTB Malang City in learning the Qur’an and memorizing juz 'amma. Keywords: Al-Qur'an; learning media; read; memorize; deaf Abstrak: Tunarungu merupakan jenis kelainan fisik yang mengganggu sistem pendengaran, namun seringkali diikuti dengan tunawicara yaitu gangguan yang terjadi dalam berbicara. Kedua hal tersebut dapat menghambat kelancaran penyandang tunarungu dalam mengolah bahasa dan bicaranya. Sehingga berdampak pada kegiatan belajar membaca dan menghafal. Oleh karena itu perlunya bimbingan secara khusus dalam upaya meningkatkan kelancaran membaca dan menghafal siswa tunarungu.  Permasalahan tersebut juga ditemukan di SLB-B YPTB Kota Malang dalam menghafal Al-Qur’an. Adapun tujuan dilaksanakan penelitian ini yaitu mengembangkan dan menciptakan media pembelajaran mengaji serta menghafal juz ‘amma yang di khususkan untuk siswa tunarungu yaitu buku SAHAL: Mudah dan Memudahkan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu model ADDIE atau Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation. Selain itu, penelitian juga melalui uji ahli materi baik kelayakan materi, bahasa isyarat, dan media. Adapun hasil yang diperoleh melalui metode penelitian yaitu hasil penyusunan berupa logo produk dan buku SAHAL: Mudah dan Memudahkan yang tersusun menjadi tiga materi utama (pengenalan, panduan membaca Al-Qur’an, dan hafalan) serta hasil uji validasi oleh para Ahli di bidangnya yang menyatakan bahwa produk ini sangat layak baik segi materi, bahasa, dan media. Pengembangan media pembelajaran ini terletak pada inovasi peneliti yang mengkhususkan buku SAHAL: Mudah dan Memudahkan untuk digunakan siswa tunarungu di SLB-B YPTB Kota Malang dalam belajar mengaji dan menghafal juz ‘amma. Abstract

This research aims to find out: (1) the urgency of religious literature on religious understanding’s development; (2) potential radicalism presented in religious education books both in schools and madaris (3) countermeasure of potential radicalism through evaluating religious education books assessed by the Ministry of Religious Affairs (MORA). The study uses a qualitative descriptive approach with interviews, observation, and documentation studies as the data-gathering tool. In data analysis, researcher uses interactive model involving data reduction, data serving, data display, and conclusion drawing/verifiying. The research findings yield the evaluation policy in the books emerges various cases of religious textbooks, while the various researches and developments findings relate to educational textbooks. Other findings responsed to the law implementation number 3 year 2017 about book matters’ system, Government Regulation number 75 year 2019 on Law Enforcement Regulation, and Minister of Religious Affairs Regulation number 9 year 2018 about religious books evaluation. Quick, precise, and accurate innovation on the evaluation is highly recommended, and technology as well as application is way to solve the problems. Hence, the regulation about religious education book should be immediately issued.  It is also required (special) institutions whose duties and functions are specific to writing, evaluation, and publication in terms of religious educational books (at least equivalent to the first echelon). MORA is expected to charge the issuer openly and transparently as a form of public service with measurable SOP and targets, so that all community guidances of religions could create their respective guidelines on writing and publication.Keywords: radicalism; evaluation; religious education book; MORA

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh Kecerdasan Emosional, Kepuasan Kerja dan komitmen organisasi terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behaviors (OCB). metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode kuantitatif. Adapun populasi pada penelitian sebanyak 112 karyawan, PMI Kota Semarang. Penentuan jumlah sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling yaitu dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Quota Sampling sehingga diperoleh 112 karyawan sebagai sampel penelitian. Metode analisis yang digunakan yaitu metode analsisi regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwasecara bersamaan kecerdasan emosional, kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi secara positif dan signifikan mempengaruhi OCB karyawan.

Abstract

Quranic learning should ideally use a learning method that has certain guidelines and is carried out consistently. However, in certain cases a Quranic teacher faces special conditions and requires different treatment. The study groups that are handled have characteristics that vary between groups and internally the Quranic study group is very open to the possibility of being heterogeneous. However, currently in a place or group studying the Qur'an only uses one learning method so that it cannot provide opportunities for students to choose a learning method that suits their learning style. The purpose of this study is to analyze existing Quranic learning methods, provide recommendations to students for learning methods that are in accordance with their learning styles, streamline Quranic learning based on personalized learning. The method used in this study is Design Thinking Proccess. Based on the development research procedures that have been presented, there are 5 procedural steps of research based on design thinking. This research is very important to do considering that studying the Qur'an well is a priority for Muslims as a guide for living in the world.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the Arabic language learning patterns based on microlearning on the Arabiyatuna YouTube account and to evaluate the repetition of materials on the account based on Hermann Ebbinghaus's theory. The research employs a qualitative method with descriptive analysis techniques. An in-depth study was conducted on the Arabiyatuna YouTube account, which discusses Arabic language learning, linking it to the microlearning concept and Ebbinghaus's forgetting curve. The results show that the Arabiyatuna account presents the four Arabic language skills (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) in a microlearning format. However, material repetition is still suboptimal, as it is done only one to three times with intervals that are too long between repetitions.

Abstract

Akreditasi sekolah menjadi suatu hal yang urgen bagi SMP Darul Faqih Indonesia apalagi setelah 3 tahun berdiri. Hasil akreditasi yang baik bisa memunculkan legacy dan citra baik seiring dengan peningkatan standar dan kualitas pembelajaran Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untuk pelatihan dan pendampingan penyusunan borang akreditasi standar mutu proses pembelajaran.kepada mitra dalam menghadapi akreditasi perdana. Metode kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dalam 5 fase, yaitu: observasi persiapan penyusunan borang standar mutu proses pembelajaran; pemetaan, review, dan analisis SWOT potensi yang ada; pendampingan terhadap mitra dalam penyusunan borang akreditasi; pendampingan visitasi dan asesmen lapangan akreditasi sekolah; dan workshop peningkatan standar mutu proses pembelajaran pasca visitasi lapangan. Hasil pengabdian ini adalah SMP Darul Faqih Indonesia mampu meraih akreditasi perdana dengan predikat A (Unggul) dengan nilai 93. Dampak dari hasil akreditasi ini adalah kepercayaan masyarakat meningkat kepada potensi lembaga pendidikan baru yang meraih akreditasi unggul.

Abstract

To design and develop a web-based car rental management application for the case study of Zalfa Rent Car writer uses the Extreme Programming (XP) method. The main objective of this research is to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the car rental management process within the company. The first step in this research is to analyze the needs at Zalfa Rent Car related to car rental management. Next, application development begins using the XP cycle. After development is complete, final testing is carried out to verify that the application has met the needs and requirements that have been needed. The test results will be evaluated to identify deficiencies and make the necessary improvements. It is hoped that the results of this research will produce a web-based car rental management application that is efficient, reliable, and in accordance with the needs of Zalfa Rent Car. This research also contributes to an understanding of the application of the Extreme Programming method in developing web-based software for the car rental industry. Abstract

Literacy and scientific writing skills are still limited among teachers and students at Ponpes Mambaush Sholihin. One of the causes is a lack of understanding of the rules of scientific writing. Difficulty in expressing thoughts in writing also poses a challenge. This article is the result of a service project aimed at enhancing literacy and scientific writing at Ponpes Mambaush Sholihin Gresik through the Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach. The findings of the project indicate that literacy and scientific writing skills are still limited among teachers and students. Lack of understanding of writing rules and difficulty in expressing thoughts are the main challenges. Through the PAR approach, the project provided training to teachers and students, involving stages of preparation, implementation, mentoring, and evaluation. The results showed an improvement in understanding the rules and techniques of scientific writing. The PAR approach serves as a solution to build awareness and enhance scientific writing skills at Ponpes Mambaush Sholihin Gresik. The project's findings also emphasize the importance of literacy and scientific writing in academic development and teaching, as well as expanding the benefits of research findings through publication
