Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan alumni Jurusan Sastra Arab Universitas Negeri Malang dalam mengembangkan bahan ajar Bahasa Arab inovatif. Kegiatan ini perlu untuk dilakukan mengingat inovasi dan kreatifitas penyiapan bahan ajar inovatif diperlukan khususnya dalam menghadapi gelombang kegawatdaruratan akibat pandemic Covid-19. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dalam lima fase yaitu persiapan, sosialisasi, pelatihan, pendampingan dan implementasi. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan secara daring melalui platform zoom meeting. Evaluasi dan hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah peningkatan kualitas dan kemampuan alumni dalam menyiapkan bahan ajar berupa modul, e-modul, booklet, aplikasi mobile dan berbagai bahan ajar inovatif lainnya. Sebagai refleksi, kegiatan ini mampu memberikan sumbangsih nyata dalam dunia pendidikan dan pembelajaran khususnya penyiapan SDM unggul dari alumni agar mampu bersaing di dunia kerja.  Kata kunci: bahan ajar, alumni, bahasa Arab, pengabdian masyarakat

Abstract

 Abstract: This research was classroom action research. The aim of this research was to improve class XI Bahasa students' active participation and speaking achievement at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Jember. The subject of the research was class XI Bahasa students of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Jember, the total number of the subject was 36 students. The data collection methods in this research used test, observation, interview, and documentation. Then, the obtained data (students' active participation and speaking achievement) from each cycle was analyzed quantitatively. The result of observation Cycle 1 showed that the average percentage was 78.84%. This result achieved the minimum requirement of the students' active participation (75%). The speaking test results Cycle 1 showed 77.8% students could achieve score of passing grade that was 75. Then, Cycle 2 was still conducted to check the consistency of the results in Cycle 1. The result of observation Cycle 2 showed that the average percentage was 88.56%. This result also achieved the minimum requirement of the students' active participation (75%). The speaking test results Cycle 2 showed 85.29% students also could achieve score of passing grade that was 75. It can be concluded that the Use of Sociodrama Improved Class XI Bahasa students' active participation and speaking achievement at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Jember in the 2016/ 2017 Academic Year. Keywords: Sociodrama, Speaking, Speaking Achievement

Abstract

Munculnya era baru yaitu era industri 4.0 menjadi tantangan dan peluang dalam segala aspek kehidupan dan termasuk di dalamnya yaitu dunia pendidikan. Saat ini buku yang terbesar peredarannya masih didominasi oleh buku cetak, hal ini tentu menjadi peluang untuk memunculkan buku non cetak sebagai solusi menghadai era revolusi industri 4.0. Salah satu buku non cetak yang bisa dibuat yaitu bahan cetak berbasis aplikasi Android. Sebagai matakuliah yang wajib diambil oleh mahasiswa Jurusan Sastra Arab, Universitas Negeri Malang, yaitu Tarkib Mukatstsaf Ibtida’i. Seiring munculnya era revolusi industri 4.0 perlu adanya terobosan baru dalam matakuliah ini. Orientasi penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menawarkan desain bahan ajar Tarkib Mukatstsaf Ibtida’i berbasis android. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa analisis Rencana Perkuliahan Semester (RPS) yang berupa penyusunan materi bahan ajar yaitu aplikasi android dan desain bahan ajar yang terdiri dari 14 materi yang telah dibahas. Abstract

This research aims to find out: (1) the urgency of religious literature on religious understanding’s development; (2) potential radicalism presented in religious education books both in schools and madaris (3) countermeasure of potential radicalism through evaluating religious education books assessed by the Ministry of Religious Affairs (MORA). The study uses a qualitative descriptive approach with interviews, observation, and documentation studies as the data-gathering tool. In data analysis, researcher uses interactive model involving data reduction, data serving, data display, and conclusion drawing/verifiying. The research findings yield the evaluation policy in the books emerges various cases of religious textbooks, while the various researches and developments findings relate to educational textbooks. Other findings responsed to the law implementation number 3 year 2017 about book matters’ system, Government Regulation number 75 year 2019 on Law Enforcement Regulation, and Minister of Religious Affairs Regulation number 9 year 2018 about religious books evaluation. Quick, precise, and accurate innovation on the evaluation is highly recommended, and technology as well as application is way to solve the problems. Hence, the regulation about religious education book should be immediately issued.  It is also required (special) institutions whose duties and functions are specific to writing, evaluation, and publication in terms of religious educational books (at least equivalent to the first echelon). MORA is expected to charge the issuer openly and transparently as a form of public service with measurable SOP and targets, so that all community guidances of religions could create their respective guidelines on writing and publication.Keywords: radicalism; evaluation; religious education book; MORA

Abstract

Abstract Komitmen merupakan aspek yang penting bagi berjalannya perusahaan. Suatu perusahaan dapat berhasil karena dipengaruhi oleh komitmen organisasional yang dimiliki karyawannya. Tujuan penelitian adalah menganalisis (1) pengaruh komunikasi interpersonal terhadap komitmen organisasional berkelanjutan (2) pengaruh kepercayaan diri terhadap komitmen organisasional berkelanjutan (3) pengaruh Kompensasi terhadap komitmen organisasional CV. Surya Utama Perkasa. Populasi adalah karyawan CV. Surya Utama Perkasa yang berjumlah orang 105 karyawan, semua karyawan dijadikan sampel sehingga penelitian bersifat sensus. Data diperoleh memalui kuesioner (angket). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Komunikasi interpersonal berpengaruh positif terhadap komitmen organisasi berkelanjutan; (2) Efikasi Diri berpengaruh positif terhadap komitmen organisasi berkelanjutan; (3) Kompensasi bepengaruh positif terhadap komitmen berkelanjutan pada karyawan CV. Abstract

Tutoring is an informal activity that aims to help students to be able to solve problems of learning difficulties at school or additional learning that is tailored to the needs of students carried out by an institution/individual. Tutoring is also considered very effective because teachers in tutoring will pay attention to students' understanding and development of the subjects that have been studied. In this service, we will conduct tutoring in Sumberagung Village. This community service activity aims to help the learning process of elementary and junior high school students who have problems completing schoolwork or others. The result of this training is that the elementary and junior high school students will be skilled and accustomed to solving problems that are considered problematic in each task independently. Another result is that to introduce the potential in Sumberagung Village; it is necessary to have a media that can document the village's potential. To overcome these problems, a village profile video in this community service activity will be made, which includes the potential of the village in Sumberagung Village. The video shows the potential in Sumberagung Village, including batik, coffee and milk.

Abstract

Apart from being regulated in Islamic law, the concept of taklik talak is also a law regulated in Islamic jurisprudence called fiqh in Indonesia. Taklik talak is a kind of pledge / statement which shows that the husband depends on the existence of divorce from his wife, so if one or all of what has been pledged occurs, the wife can complain to the Religious Court and become the reason for divorce. If the reason is proven, the judge will decide the marriage. Regarding taklik talak in Islamic jurisprudence, it is regulated in Chapter IV of the marriage agreement and in the Regulation of the Minister of Religion No. 2 of 1990 is regulated in the marriage examination. So the research is motivated by the wrong paradigm of divorce that occurs on the basis of the husband violating the taklik talak. With the main issue of the position of divorce on the basis of taklik talak violation in the compilation of Islamic law, what is the paradigm of divorce on the basis of taklik talak violation, and analysis of divorce law on the basis of taklik talak violation according to Islamic jurisprudence.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh keterlibatan kerja, kepuasan kerja dan etos kerja terhadap komitmen organisasional pada Perum Perhutani KPH Kendal. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan yang berjumlah 226 orang, sedangkan sampel dalam penelitian yang digunakan sebanyak 105 orang. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keterlibatan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasional, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasional, etos kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasional. Kata Kunci: Keterlibatan kerja, kepuasan kerja, etos kerja, komitmen organisasional.

Abstract

This study aimed to develop an Electronic Book (Ebook) based on Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) for the Tatbiq Nahwi Ibtida'i course and test its validity. The research method used is research and development (Research and Development); there are five steps in development, namely: (1) analysis, (2) design, (3) development, (4) evaluation, and (5) revision. This ebook product was tested on ten Department of Arabic Literature, the State University of Malang students taking the course—data collection techniques through interviews and observation. Data analysis techniques include data identification, grouping, presentation and explanation of data content, and conclusions. The data analysis technique used in quantitative data is percentage data analysis. The resulting development product is an Electronic Book (Ebook) based on Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) for the Tatbiq Nahwi Ibtida'i course and the validity of the resulting product. The results of this product validation, namely: the percentage of reality from media experts is 96.7%. At the same time, the value of the material expert percentage validity is 98.5%. From the field test results, the correspondent's percentage value is 83.5%; this shows that the ebook is very valid.

Abstract

Abstract: Language is a communication tool used by everyone to express their desires. Many languages exist in the world, one of which is Arabic. In Indonesia, Arabic is one of the subjects taught at the kindergarten (TK) level with students being introduced to Arabic vocabulary as it is the key language component in order for learners to be able to use the language. However, previous studies found that learning Arabic vocabularies is very challenging for so many people. For this underlying reason, the researcher initiated a breakthrough to develop an Arabic vocabulary application to improve the vocabulary mastery. This breakthrough is in the form of an Augmented Reality-based application with its development using ADDIE method. This research was carried out in class X MAN Kota Batu with the data collection instruments including expert validation instruments and student assessments with the help of a Likert scale. In its implementation, the results were very feasible in all aspects, which included aspects of content, language, and presentation as well as in the media aspect. In this case, the same results were obtained between experts and students. It can be concluded that the development of this Arabic Vocabulary application is necessary to help optimize the learning of Arabic. Keywords: Arabic language, vocabulary, augmented reality. Abstrak: Bahasa adalah alat komunikasi yang digunakan oleh setiap orang untuk mengungkapkan keinginannya. Ada banyak bahasa yang ada di dunia, salah satunya adalah bahasa Arab. Di Indonesia, bahasa Arab merupakan salah satu pelajaran yang sudah mulai diajarkan pada tingkat Taman Kanak-kanak (TK), siswa dikenalkan mengenai kosakata bahasa Arab. Kemahiran seseorang dalam berbahasa memerlukan peran kosakata. Namun tidak jarang penulis menemui, ketika belajar bahasa Arab, banyak orang mengalami kesulitan dalam hal kosakata. Atas dasar inilah, peneliti menggagas sebuah terobosan baru dalam upaya membuat konsep aplikasi Arabic Vocabulary dan meningkatkan penguasaan kosakata bahasa Arab. Terobosan ini berupa konsep aplikasi berbasis Augmented Reality dengan metode pengembangannya adalah ADDIE. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di kelas X MAN Kota Batu dengan instrumen pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah instrumen validasi ahli dan penilaian peserta didik dengan bantuan skala likert. Dalam implementasinya yang dilaksanakan di kelas X MAN Kota Batu didapatkan hasil sangat layak pada semua aspek, yang meliputi aspek isi, bahasa dan penyajian begitu juga pada aspek media didapatkan hasil yang sama pula antara para ahli dan peserta didik dalam implementasi aplikasi Arabic Vocabulary yang berbasis Augmented Reality. Dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa kebutuhan akan aplikasi Arabic Vocabulary ini dirasa perlu ketika belajar bahasa Arab. Kata kunci: bahasa Arab, kosakata, augmented reality
